Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Adat Jimbaran.Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan Pantai Sempaning yang kurang maksimal. Dimana pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara-cara mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada di Pantai Sempaning Desa Adat Jimbaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dari pengabdian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap persiapan dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang diperlukan seperti menentukan tema dan melakukan studi pustaka dan kemungkinan yang akan terjadi dilapangan. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi, perencanaan, pembuatan akun Instagram, pengunggahan foto/video di Instagram, dokumentasi, sosialisasi dan pengisian kuisioner. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah berupa pembuatan akun media sosial Instagram sebagai media branding bagi Pantai Sempaning Jimbaran agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas maupun para wisatawan. Yang kedua adalah pemberian sosialisasi secara daring melalui media whatsapp grup kepada anggota ST. Bakti Asih br. Teba Desa Adat Jimbaran mengenai konsep wisata berbasis CBT (Community Based Tourism) agar dapat diterapkan di Pantai Sempaning. Dimana konsep CBT (Community Based Tourism) ini sangat bermanfaat jika direalisasikan di Pantai Sempaning karena dapat meningkatkan sector perekonomian masyarakat Desa Adat Jimbaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelestarian budaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat desa Pesedahan melalui tari wali krama murwa dalam tradisi usaba samba. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tari wali merupakan tarian sakral yang berfungsi sebagai pelaksana upacara yadnya dan wajib ditarikan oleh penduduk asli setempat (krama murwa), tarian ini memiliki tiga bentuk yaitu Tari Pendet Lanang, Tari Pendet Tari Istri, dan Tari Rejang Lilit. Ketiga tarian ini memiliki makna untuk menyenangkan Ida Betara atau Hyang Kuasa (Tuhan) agar dapat memberikan berkah kemakmuran bagi masyarakat setempat. This study aims to determine the cultural preservation carried out by the Pesedahan village community through the wali krama murwa dance in the usaba samba tradition. Qualitative method with an ethnographic approach through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the study explain that the wali dance is a sacred dance that functions as an executor of the Yadnya ceremony and must be danced by the local natives (krama murwa), this dance has three forms, namely the Pendet Lanang Dance, the Pendet Istri Dance and the Rejang Lilit Dance. These three dances have a meaning to please Ida Betara or Hyang Power (God) in order to give the blessing of prosperity to the local community.

Abstract

Education is the right of every citizen, including early childhood education (PAUD). The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of educational communication carried out at the state kindergarden school of Waingapu in shaping the man or woman of youngsters. The sort of qualitative research with a descriptive method turned into chosen to describe the consequences of this take a look at thru observation, interviews, and documentation strategies, while the data validity technique used techniques and sources. The results of this observe screen that the state kindergarten school of Waingapu has implemented educational communication effectively. Not only in classroom learning, but also with parents of students, so that the interaction between educators and external stakeholders becomes effective. In addition, educational communication that has been implemented has been able to shape the character of early childhood, through learning messages given by the educator providing a strong character basis for early childhood so that children can adapt to the environment.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) is a collaborative activity between lecturers and students that must be carried out as part of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education. Garbage is a problem that still cannot be solved in various regions in Indonesia, especially in the village of Cau Belayu, Tabanan Regency. Effective waste management can provide a solution in overcoming floods in the rainy season, one of which is the vetiver system and biopori technology. These two systems can accelerate the absorption of water into the soil. This method of implementing community service is carried out by providing education to the community about vetiver systems and biopori technology, and after that, implementing the two programs directly on the community pages that have been deemed worthy of the two programs. Both systems provide many benefits to the community, namely reducing organic waste and fertilizing the soil, this is due to a biological process that will turn the waste into compost. The holes are made, then given organic waste which will trigger soil biotas such as worms and ants, and plant roots to create cavities in the soil. This community service activity is carried out through three stages, namely assessment of the village, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of this community service, now the people of Cau Belayu village have implemented these two technologies in people's homes even though they use simple equipment. In addition, the two systems are also implemented in the environment around the temple and the shrines in the village.

Abstract

Daily routine can trigger stress and load of though that make mood changes, mood changes are normal, for physical and mentally healthy human but not so with ODB (people with bipolar). The focus of this study is communication of bipolar survivor group in Denpasar that supports healing from ODP (people with bipolar). This research is qualitative research using case study approach, with only focuses on group communication in only one group of bipolar survivors in Denpasar. Data collection technique used participatory observation, in-depth interviews with informants and documentation techniques. This study uses data triangulation as a technique for validity of the data. The result obtained from this study show that ODB (people with bipolar) are greatly helped by the presence of bipolar group of survivors, so that emotion bond are established between members and have the same goal, namely recovering from mental illness. In addition, this group also help its member find the self-concept of its members, so that its members have a new life to rejoin the society.Keywords: Group Communication, Bipolar, Self Concept

Abstract

Perbankan memiliki peran penting dalam pergerakan roda perekonomian nasional melalui dukungan pembiayaan dan merupakan media penghubung antara pemiliki dana dan pengguna dana. Bank memiliki tugas untuk menghimpun dana dari masyarakat baik itu dalam bentuk simpanan maupun penyaluran kepada masyarakat berupa kredit. Akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 banyak usaha terutama UMKM yang terdampak sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya indikasi gagal bayar kredit oleh debitur PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk Kantor Cabang Denpasar. Pengabdian yang dilakukan penulis bertujuan untuk mencari solusi terhadap permasalahan indikasi gagal bayar yang dialami. Dengan proses negosiasi bersama debitur untuk mencari solusi pencegahan kredit macet diharapkan bisa mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Pengabdian ini memberikan hasil berupa solusi terhadap indikasi gagal bayar debitur berupa restrukturisasi kredit yang akurat.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, para Guru mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh pelatihan pembelajaran online, resistensi perubahan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Guru MTs dan SMK di bawah naunganYayasan Perguruan Islam Al-Khairiyah Jakarta. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 50 orang Guru sebagai responden sampel jenuh, denganmenggunakan instrumen wawancara dan angket sebagai metode pengumpulan data. uji analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji kualitas data,uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, resistensi perubahan dan lingkungan kerjasecara simultan berpengaruh 75,2% terhadap kualitas layanan Guru. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, sebaiknya Guru menjalin komunikasi yang intensifdengan siswa melalui aplikasi online agar pemantauan pembelajaran lebih terkontrol. Terkait masalah resistensi perubahan, sebaiknya pihaksekolah memberikan pembekalan teknis untuk memudahkan Guru dalam melaksanakan tugas baru secara online. Pihak sekolah hendaknyamemfasilitasi Guru dengan ruang kelas, laptop/PC dan jaringan internet, agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjabarkan tentang penggunaan media digital dalam komunikasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dan peserta didik pada Sekolah dasar (SD) Anak Emas Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer yang berasal dari hasil wawancara dan sumber data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi yang merujuk pada buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang terkait. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan membagi informan pada dua kategori yaitu informan utama dan pendukung. Hasil yang diperoleh menyebutkan bahwa aplikasi Zoom Meeting, WAG, Google Meeting, dan Google Classroom dipergunakan dalam model pembelajaran daring. Meskipun dalam konsep teori uses and gratification aplikasi media tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat dalam kegunaan dan memberikan kepuasan kepada penggunanya (guru dan peserta didik) namun juga masih memberikan banyak hambatan dalam melaksanakan komunikasi pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of e-commerce on changes in habits and consumptive behavior among online buyers. The research method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with ten informants consisting of students and employees who have shopped online at least once a month. The results of the study show that the presence of various e-commerce platforms in Indonesia influences the changing patterns of people's shopping in this digital era. Consumer trust in e-commerce exists because the hopes and expectations that exist in the community as online buyers can be realized. The existence of various e-commerce sites in Indonesia has an influence on people's shopping habits. In addition, the influence of product advertisements, flash sales, free shipping, and discounts makes people, as consumers, continuously want to shop online, resulting in a consumptive lifestyle. In line with Baudrillard's consumptive theory, consumers in e-commerce shop no longer because of use value or exchange value but because there is a sign value attached to the product. So that people no longer buy goods to fulfill their daily needs but to fulfill their desires and to improve their image, lifestyle, and social status in society.

Abstract

By increasing transaction speed and decreasing transaction costs, electronic payment innovations make cashless payment systems more effective. Electronic money is used in a variety of transactions, such as paying for commuter line tickets, paying for Trans Jakarta tickets, paying tolls, and shopping at supermarkets. However, in practice, it shows that users' understanding and awareness of electronic money are still not optimal, and there are problems with electronic money reader sensors. Therefore, it is crucial to undertake research on the acceptance and use of electronic money because this is one of the key elements in the system's successful deployment. In order to ascertain the current state of user acceptance and usage of electronic money, this study used the PLS-SEM analytic technique to look at the factors from the UTAUT 2 model that have an impact on user acceptability of electronic money. According to the findings, users who utilize electronic money have behavioral intentions and use behaviors that are 88% and 26%, respectively. Then, of the 12 hypotheses put out, Social Influence on Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention were the two that were rejected. Despite the fact that 60% of new users continue to use electronic money after one to two years, not enough nominal is utilized in a single week, according to the results of using it.
