Abstract

A virtual lab, also known as an online or remote lab, is a web-based educational tool simulating actual laboratory experiments and experiences in a digital environment. This virtual laboratory aims to provide students and researchers with a realistic and interactive learning experience without needing physical laboratory equipment and resources. This study aims to prove that the amount of electric current is inversely proportional to resistance or resistance, as Ohm's law applies by using a virtual lab. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the experimental method. From this practicum, under Ohm's law, it is proven that the relationship between voltage and current is directly proportional. The greater the voltage, the greater the current, and vice versa. And also, the relationship between resistance and current is inversely proportional. The more excellent the resistance or resistance of a conductor, the smaller the current that will flow through the conductor. Conversely, the smaller the resistance of a conductor, the greater the current that will flow through the conductor. Therefore, the virtual lab can be used as an additional tool to increase students' understanding of Ohm's law and provide students with practical, engaging, and safe learning experiences. As technology advances, virtual laboratories are expected to become more sophisticated and blend with modern education.

Abstract

Desain grafis telah berkembang menjadi alat yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi visual, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas, dan keterampilan dalam berbagai konteks, termasuk pendidikan dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemanfaatan media desain grafis berbasis teknologi, seperti Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, dan Canva, dapat memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa dan keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam komunitas pendidikan dan pelatihan. Menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dan analisis literatur dari sepuluh jurnal terkait, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis desain grafis mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta dalam proses pembelajaran, membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan kreatif, serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk terjun ke dunia usaha. Selain itu, sistem informasi berbasis Rapid Application Development (RAD) di bidang jasa desain grafis menunjukkan efektivitas dalam manajemen layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi desain grafis dalam pendidikan dan kewirausahaan, yang dapat membuka peluang baru dalam pengembangan keterampilan dan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisa keberhasilan Dakwah di masa Rasulullah Saw dan Khulafah Rasyidin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dakwah di masa Rasulullah Saw. terjadi di dua fase yaitu pada fase Makkah dan Madinah. Dakwah yang disebarkan oleh Rasulullah Saw menuai keberhasilan terbesar ketika beliau hijrah bersama kaumnya (kaum Muhajirin) ke Madinah. Setelah berada di Madinah, Rasulullah pun membuat kebijakan untuk mempercepat penyebaran Islam, yang secara garis besar kebijakan yang dibuat tersebut ada tiga membangun Masjid, mempersaudarakan kaum Muhajirin dan Anshar, menyatukan berbagai etnis masyarakat Madinah dalam bentuk aturan yang dikenal sebagai piagam Madinah atau konstitusi Madinah. Kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Rasulullah menuai keberhasilan dengan terwujudnya negara Islam yang berpusat di Madinah dan Rasulullah saw. pun diangkat menjadi kepala negara dan pemimpin kaum muslimin. Sedangkan pada masa khulafau rasyidin yaitu Abu Bakar, Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin Affan, dan Ali bi Abi Thalib, masing-masing memiliki peran yang penting dalam keberhasilan dakwah Islam. Kontribusi mereka sebagai pemimpin dan pembela dakwah telah membantu perkembangan ajaran Islam pada masanya, dan pengaruh mereka masih dirasakan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

The implementation of sharia in Aceh has gone through a democratic process subscribed by the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Nevertheless, some observers consider it problematic. Against this backdrop, this article discusses the principles of the formalization of sharia into positive law and further concretely analyses the case of formalization of sharia in Aceh. Employing a normative approach on research of law, this article shows that the principles of sharia codified in the qanuns of Aceh are grounded on the Qurʾān and the Sunna. The formalization of the sharia into the qanuns has gone through democracy and complies with the Indonesian law. Those qanuns contain regulations on ʿaqīda, muʿāmala, Islamic convocation, and Islamic criminal law.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world and is home to the rare pangolin (Manis javanica). Pangolins are protected under Appendix I of CITES and Law No. 5 of 1990 on the Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems, following Indonesia's ratification of the CITES convention in 1978. However, illegal pangolin trade persists despite these protections. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how CITES, in collaboration with Indonesia, contributes to preventing and controlling illegal pangolin trade, as well as safeguarding pangolin species under Law No. 5 of 1990. This research employs normative legal methods, including library research to gather and classify information from various sources. It also uses a case approach for an in-depth examination of related legal issues and a statutory approach to analyze the current legislation. The findings indicate that despite Indonesia's 46-year participation in the international CITES convention and the establishment of Law No. 5 of 1990, illegal pangolin trade continues. The criminal provisions of Article 40 of Law No. 5 of 1990 have proven ineffective in deterring environmental crime.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of strengthening the legal understanding of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City. Consisting of two problems: what is the context of the impact of changes in the marriage age law due to pregnancy out of wedlock, and what is the reaction to the rejection of child marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City? The research method is field research through a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses data analysis with theories of legal change and social inequality. The results showed that students generally understand the context of the impact of changes in marriage age law to protect against the occurrence of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock with a very high risk. The reaction to the rejection of underage marriage due to extramarital pregnancy has built a paradigm to protect the rights and welfare of children, prevent forced marriage, and avoid adverse health and social risks.

Abstract

The focus of this research discusses the transformation of maqāṣid shari'āh in mediation practices in divorce cases, and the revitalization of adat in mediation practices in Bugis and Mandar communities. This study is a field legal research using historical and socio-anthropological approaches, while the data is analyzed using maqāṣid shari'ah theory and social change theory. Data collection techniques are based on literature studies on legal sources related to the discussion.This study concludes that divorce is an extraordinary case in the religious courts, dynamics of mediation practice in Religious Courts have successful mediation for a written peace agreement in peace deed, other mediation products are partially successful mediation and partially unsuccessful mediation, mediation products are not successful is that husband and wife are committed to divorce; maqāṣid shari‘āh transformation can be a major consideration by judges in mediation practice to save households on the verge of collapse, so that maqāṣid shari‘āh is very urgent to place in Perma No.1 of 2016, and revitalization of Bugis-Mandar customary is an effort to revive the value of life sirondo-rondoi, siamasei, sianuang pa'mai, and sibaliparri, also animate shara’ which is performed petta kalie (Bugis) or puang kali’ (Mandar).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of restorative justice to children as criminal offenders based on the 2012 SPPA Law and the 2014 Qanun Jināyat. This study is an empirical legal study using a statutory approach and restorative justice theory. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that Article 5 paragraph (1) of the 2012 SPPA Law stipulates that if a child commits a crime or jarīmah, a restorative justice approach must be prioritized, and in Article 7 paragraph (1), it is stated that at investigation, prosecution, and examination level of a child's case in the district court, it is mandatory to attempt diversion. The Qanun Jināyat of 2014 does not separately regulate the settlement of children who commit crimes. However, it designates laws and regulations regarding juvenile justice. Qanun Jināyat regulates the handling of children who carry out a jarīmahikhtilaṭ to carry out an examination guided by the law mentioned above. However, in the case of children who commit crimes of ikhtilaṭ and are investigated by the police, the process is carried out in a restorative justice and diversionary manner. The forms of settlement in restorative justice are reconciliation with or without compensation, return to parents or guardians, social rehabilitation, and religious rehabilitation. This study argues that restorative justice treats children in a dignified manner oriented towards juctice and the interests of the child. Likewise, the study shows that SPPA Law and Qanun Jināyat complement each other.

Abstract

Warisan merupakan salah satu cara mengatur hubungan hukum dalam masyarakat, dan meninggalnya seseorang sedikit banyak menimbulkan kesulitan. Penyelesaian hak dan kewajiban atas meninggalnya seseorang diatur dalam hukum waris. Akan tetapi dalam hal ini hak waris tidak selalu untuk satu orang saja melainkan juga sanak saudara yang juga merupakan ahli waris, hal ini lah yang bisa menyebabkan konflik dalam pewarisan. Metode yang akan diaplikasikan ke dalam penelitian yang kami buat ini merupakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yakni memprioritaskan pada pengkajian kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan mengamati atau merevisi dokumen - dokumen hukum yang berkaitan dengan tema dan gagasan pokok bahasan penelitian sistem penyelesaian konflik sengketa waris yang terjad dalam keluarga sedarah. Selain berfokus pada dokumen-dokumen hukum, penelitian ini juga berpusat pada peraturan perundang-undangan dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang sesuai atau terkait dengan pendekatan hukum di indonesia. Umumnya konflik waris timbul hanya pada pembagiannya saja, karena salah satu yang merupakan ahli waris tidak mendapat haknya, atau salah satu ahli waris hanya ingin menguasai warisannya sendiri secara egois. Untuk perkara waris hakim harus menawarkan proses mediasi, karena jika tidak dilakukan oleh hakim maka putusan itu setelah keluar bisa batal demi hukum, di dalam masyarakat sosial masih cukup besar angka perkara sengketa terkait penyelesaian warisan dikarenakan diantara mereka yang sering mengklaim warisan menyesuaikan dengan pribadi masing- masing, Salah satu cara penyelesaian konflik yakni melalui jalur mediasi ataupun jalur hukum, pada dasarnya konflik ini merupakan konflik yang bersifat privat oleh karena itu menyelesaikan nya cukup dengan kekeluargaan berdasarkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Springs can be found in various shapes and sizes depending on the application. Springs can be used to store energy, maintain position or dampen vibrations, and also to produce the necessary force in mechanical systems. This research was carried out using a virtual lab based on phet simulations. Phet simulations are simulations that can be used by teachers in teaching fraction material in class. The method used in this research uses a quantitative method by processing practical statistical data virtually. The data can be measured and calculated directly and the explanation is expressed in numbers or figures. The technique used in collecting data is by carrying out several experiments and entering different variable values. From this research, the results obtained are that gravity has a directly proportional relationship to the amount of potential energy of the spring. The greater the weight force acting on the spring system, the greater the potential energy of the spring.
