Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Time Token Arends learning model on the activities and learning outcomes of economic class XI students of SMA Negeri 13 Pangkep Boarding School. The research method used was quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Data collection was done through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, with a population of economics specialization students. The results showed that the use of the Arends Time Token learning model partially increased student activity and learning outcomes in the experimental class compared to the control class. Simultaneously, this model also had a positive impact on overall learning activities and outcomes. The implication of this research shows that the Time Token Arends learning model is effective in improving student engagement and achievement in economics subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan kontekstual dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, tiga guru MPLB, dan dua siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi pendekatan kontekstual di SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan ini berhasil menghubungkan teori dengan aplikasi nyata, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan memberikan hasil signifikan pada motivasi belajar. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan bahan ajar berbasis konteks lokal dan kebutuhan akan bimbingan individual bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan. 2) Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi dukungan lingkungan belajar, kompetensi guru, dan ketersediaan fasilitas yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Upaya perbaikan berkelanjutan pada aspek-aspek yang kurang tetap diperlukan untuk hasil yang lebih optimal. 3) Hambatan dalam implementasi pendekatan kontekstual mencakup pemahaman guru, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan dukungan lingkungan. Dengan koordinasi dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, tantangan-tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi sehingga pendekatan kontekstual dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Case-Based Learning (CBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah pada mata pelajaran Proyek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Pangkep. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain quasi-experiment menggunakan metode non-equivalent control group design, melibatkan siswa kelas XI.TKJ 1 dan XI.TKJ 2 sebagai sampel. Teknik sampling jenuh digunakan untuk memastikan seluruh populasi terwakili. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes berbasis kasus, dan kuisioner skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, termasuk uji t-independen dan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dalam hal keterampilan berpikir kritis (t = 9.852; Sig. = 0.000; Mean Difference = 14.53) dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah (t = 14.614; Sig. = 0.000; Mean Difference = 18.27). Uji MANOVA juga mengonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan model CBL terhadap kedua variabel dependen, dengan semua statistik multivariat menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model CBL efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup adopsi metode ini dalam pembelajaran di sekolah kejuruan. Penelitian lebih lanjut dianjurkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruhnya pada konteks dan mata pelajaran lain.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance, (2) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance (3) assess the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable; (4) To assess the effect of the reward system on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 managers divided into three groups in each pre-determined sub-branch office at Mandiri Bank, Indonesian People's Bank, State Savings Bank, and CIMB Niaga Makassar City. Data were analyzed using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the internal control system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance, (2) the reward system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and (3) the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance with a locus of control. as a moderating variable, (4) Reward system has a negative and significant effect on managerial performance with the locus of control as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to analyze the growth classification of economic sectors in the Wajo Regency 2017-2021; (2) to analyze the basic sector of the economy in the Wajo Regency 2017-2021; (3) to analyze the share and shifts in the economy sector Wajo Regency 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS-Statistics South Sulawesi Province, BPS-Statistics Wajo, and the Department of Planning and Regional Development Wajo. Data were analyzed using Klassen Typology, Location Quotient, and Shift-Share analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Sector classified as a developed sectors in the Wajo Regency is The of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and sector mining and excavation. (2) sectors is a basic sector of Wajo Regency is the sector of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, sector mining and excavation, sector Procurement Electricity and Gas, the sector of Wholesale and Retail, Car Repair, and Motorcycles, (3) The structure of the Wajo Regency 2017-2021 start forward to slide in the economic sector from primer sector to secondary sector (4). The sectors that have competitive advantages (D) in Wajo are sectors of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, sector Procurement Electricity and Gas, construction sector, sectors Transportation and Warehousing, sector Provision of Accommodation and Food Drink, the Financial Services sector and the insurance sector, Real Estate sector, Service sector Corporate sector Public Administration, Defense, and Social Security Mandatory, and sector service of education.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze and find out whether the variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth jointly affect the absorption of labor in South Sulawesi Province. The data collection in this study was carried out using the library research method, with observations in 2012 - 2021, the data was obtained from the South Sulawesi Province Bappeda Office, as well as the respective Regency/City Bappeda Offices in Luwu Raya, as well as the Sulawesi Provincial BPS Office. South. Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study show that together the independent variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth have an effect on the dependent variable on employment in South Sulawesi Province during the 2012 - 2021 period. Among the three independent variables, it seems that the wage level is the factor that has the greatest influence on employment absorption in South Sulawesi Province. In connection with the results of this study, it is suggested to the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi to always pay attention to the level of public education, the number of wages received, and efforts to develop various economic sectors in this area so that economic growth can increase which in turn will increase employment and increasing social welfare.

Abstract

This research explores the social interaction patterns of inclusion students in grade 5 of Mattoangin 1 Elementary School, focusing on their interactions with fellow inclusion students, normal students, and teachers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.  The results showed that: 1) There are associative social interactions among children with special needs such as cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. There is no competition dissociative social interaction but there is conflict dissociative social interaction. 2) There are associative social interactions between children with special needs and teachers such as cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. As for the dissociative social interactions between children with special needs and teachers, neither competition nor conflict was found. There are associative social interactions between children with special needs and normal children such as cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. As for dissociative social interactions between children with special needs and normal children, they rarely even occur, be it competition or opposition. The implication of this research is the importance of promoting an inclusive learning environment to improve inclusive students' participation and social experiences in basic education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah : 1) ingin mengetahui hasil belajar IPS siwa  kelas V di UPT SPF SDN Mattoanging Makassar sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning. 2) ingin mengetahui hasil belajar IPS siswa  kelas V di UPT SPF SDN Mattoanging Makassar setelah penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning. 3) mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS melalui model pembelajaran blended learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan One Group pretest-posttest design sebagai desain penelitian. Hasil dari eksperimen ini sesuai data yang di peroleh dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran blended learning bisa meningkatkan perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok pembelajaran IPS. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran blended learning sebagai subtitusi pembelajaran konvensional dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terbukti dari  analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis kovarian (ANCOVA) dihasilkan nilai α = 0,05 dengan Sig.hitung 0,000. hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig.hitung lebih besar dari α (0,000 > 0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Juga peningkatan dalam segi motivasi dan pemahaman siswa dilihat dari banyaknya respon positif berdasarkan persepsi siswa.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the classification of economic growth of each district/city in South Sulawesi Province use Klassen typology, Williamson index, and logistic regression. Analyze income inequality between districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data with a sample of fifteen years from 2005 to 2019. The results of the study show that: (1) several districts/cities have potential as developed and fast-growing areas, developed but depressed areas, fast-developing areas, and relatively underdeveloped areas; (2) income inequality in South Sulawesi Province is in a low condition; (3) economic growth and income disparity have a negative and significant effect on welfare in South Sulawesi Province. This means that economic growth and growth disparities affect the community's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. Economic development results do not only indicate the direction of achieving specific economic growth rates. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the economic growth has fluctuated. The Williamson Index shows that there are disparities. Partially, economic growth and income disparity significantly affect people's welfare in South Sulawesi Province. So that, the local government in its program is also expected to be able to more intensively carry out efforts to equalize income distribution social welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) understand the impact of a clear target budget on the accountability performance of the agency government in district Sinjai and (2) understand the impact of control accounting on the accountability performance of the agency government in district Sinjai. (3) understand the influence system reporting to the accountability performance agency government in the Sinjai district. This was studied using primary data from questionnaires distributed to 86 employees from the 43 SKPD. This study uses method analysis, multiple linear regression, and data analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The findings indicate that: (1) a clear target budget significantly influences the level of accountability performance of agency government. (2) Control accounting has had a positive impact; however, there must be indicators of the level of accountability performance of agency government. (3) Budget influences on system reporting significantly impact the agency government's level of accountability performance. This means that the more precise the target budget, control accounting, and system reporting budget are, the better the accountability performance of the agency government in the District of Sinjai will be.
