Abstract

This increasingly modern era often affects students so that their learning motivation becomes faded and results in student learning outcomes not meeting the criteria for maximum school completion. Therefore, it is necessary for a teacher as a professional to overcome it, such as applying innovative and varied learning models in each subject. This study aims to improve student motivation and learning outcomes through the Round Clud learning model in class X TBSM UPT SMK Negeri 10 Pinrang. This research is a class action research so that data collection is in the form of observation methods, test methods, and documentation. The data obtained then analyzes it with analytical descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) The percentage of student learning motivation increased each cycle. Where in the first cycle it is in the low category of 40.4% and increases in cycle II with a very high category of 80%, 2) The completeness of student learning outcomes has increased every cycle. Where the average in cycle I is 67.9 and increases to 88.3 in cycle II, then in classical completion in cycle I by 30% and cycle II increases to 90%. Thus, it is concluded that the application of the Round Club learning model can increase student motivation and student learning outcomes in Indonesian history subjects for class X upt students of SMK Negeri 10 Pinrang.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest plays a crucial role in shaping independent and innovative graduates, particularly in the field of economics education, where students are expected to lead entrepreneurial transformation. Recent evidence indicates a persistent gap between entrepreneurial awareness and actual entrepreneurial action among university graduates in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the predictive roles of internal religiosity, self-confidence, and sense of responsibility on students’ entrepreneurial interest. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 250 undergraduate students from Economics Education programs at two universities, selected using purposive probability sampling. Data were collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that all three independent variables internal religiosity, self-confidence, and sense of responsibility exert positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial interest, both individually and collectively. These results underscore the importance of integrating psychological and moral dimensions into efforts to enhance students’ readiness for entrepreneurial engagement. This study contributes to the enrichment of entrepreneurship education theory by incorporating a character-based psychological model and offers practical insights for curriculum developers to integrate value-based entrepreneurship training into higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Bestari learning community in enhancing the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMKN Campalagian, Luyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study include the head of the learning community, the school principal, two IPAS subject teachers, and two vocational subject teachers who are also members of the Bestari community. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that the Bestari learning community significantly contributes to improving teachers' pedagogical competence. Through intensive collaboration, relevant training, and deep reflection, teachers have become more confident and innovative in addressing educational challenges. Strategic solutions, such as fostering collaboration, promoting the use of technology, and strengthening the community’s role, helped overcome the challenges teachers faced in the classroom. Abstract

This research is classroom action research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of Integrated Social Sciences through the application of differentiated learning in grade VII students of UPT SMPN Satap Pulo Bembe No. 29 Selayar Islands. The subject of this study is a student of grade VII UPT SMPN Satap Pulo Bembe No. 29 with a total of 12 students consisting of 7 male students and 5 female students. This research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I which was carried out 3 meetings (the first and second meetings for the learning process and the third meeting for Integrated Social Studies learning outcome assessment activities) and cycle II was also carried out 3 meetings. The two cycles were carried out for 2 months plus summarizing all existing research results. The results of the study show that the application of differentiated learning has succeeded in significantly improving student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, 50% of students have not reached the completion score, but in the second cycle, the number of students who did not complete the score decreased drastically to only 8%, while the number of students who achieved the completion score increased to 92%. This shows that differentiated learning is effective in overcoming academic gaps between students and improving their achievement of learning outcomes. In addition to improving learning outcomes, differentiated learning has also been proven to be effective in increasing student activity. In the first cycle, the average student activity only reached 68%, showing that even though some students are already active, there are still many who lack participation. After the implementation of a more optimal differentiated learning strategy in cycle II, student activity increased significantly to 87%. This shows that the differentiated learning approach not only helps students in understanding the material, but also increases their engagement in the learning process. The application of differentiated learning in cycle II resulted in a significant increase in learning outcomes and student activity, which shows the success of this strategy in meeting the diverse learning needs of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve students’ creativity in Social Studies and to measure its effectiveness in enhancing creative learning outcomes. The research was conducted as a Classroom Action Research (CAR) across two cycles during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, involving 30 fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Barombong 2. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, while analysis employed descriptive statistics for quantitative data and reduction–triangulation techniques for qualitative data. The creativity indicators examined included fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Findings reveal that the implementation of PjBL significantly enhanced students’ creative thinking skills, as evidenced by an overall increase in average scores across all creativity indicators. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the PjBL model was reflected in the improved implementation of its instructional syntax, progressing from the “Moderate” category in the initial cycle to “High” and eventually “Very High” in the subsequent cycle. These outcomes confirm that PjBL promotes active, student-centered, and collaborative learning that fosters creativity in Social Studies. The study concludes that continuous implementation of PjBL is essential for cultivating creativity in elementary classrooms and suggests further research to explore its applicability in different contexts and educational levels.
