Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah lama menjadi pilar utama dalam struktur ekonomi Indonesia, menggerakkan roda perekonomian dengan kontribusi yang signifikan. Namun, dalam kondisi perekonomian yang dinamis, eksistensi dan pertumbuhan UMKM masih terus diuji. Tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM adalah perubahan paradigma bisnis yang ditandai oleh era Society 5.0. Teknologi telah menjadi kekuatan utama yang mengubah lanskap bisnis secara fundamental. Perubahan ini menciptakan peluang besar, tetapi juga menimbulkan ketidakpastian. Digitalisasi menjadi kunci untuk mengoptimalkan peluang tersebut, terutama dalam pemasaran produk UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi pengembangan UMKM untuk membangun ketahanan bisnis era new Era society 5.0. Kendati teknologi telah menciptakan peluang yang lebih besar bagi UMKM, namun kesiapan mereka dalam beradaptasi dengan digitalisasi belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Kesimpulannya, UMKM menghadapi perubahan paradigma yang signifikan dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0. Digitalisasi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan ketahanan bisnis UMKM dengan menerapkan technopreneurship, meskipun kesiapan mereka dalam mengadopsi perubahan tersebut masih menjadi perhatian. Inovasi dalam hal produk, keterlibatan dalam pameran dan festival, penggunaan media sosial dan influencer untuk mempromosikan produk, pembangunan relasi bisnis, peningkatan kualitas layanan, pemahaman media sosial, penjualan melalui marketplace adalah beberapa langkah strategis yang perlu ditempuh untuk memastikan kelangsungan bisnis UMKM di society 5.0 Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have long been the main pillars in Indonesia's economic structure, driving the wheels of the economy with a significant contribution. However, in dynamic economic conditions, the existence and growth of MSMEs is still being tested. The biggest challenge faced by MSME players is the change in business paradigm marked by the Society 5.0 era. Technology has become a major force that has fundamentally changed the business landscape. These changes create great opportunities, but they also introduce uncertainty. Digitalization is the key to optimizing these opportunities, especially in marketing MSME products. The aim of this research is to analyze MSME development strategies to build business resilience in the new Era society 5.0 era. Even though technology has created greater opportunities for MSMEs, their readiness to adapt to digitalization has not yet been fully realized. In conclusion, MSMEs are facing a significant paradigm shift in facing the Society 5.0 era. Digitalization is the key to increasing the resilience of MSME businesses by implementing technopreneurship, although their readiness to adopt these changes is still a concern. Innovation in terms of products, involvement in exhibitions and festivals, use of social media and influencers to promote products, building business relationships, improving service quality, understanding social media, selling through marketplaces are some of the strategic steps that need to be taken to ensure the continuity of MSME businesses in society 5.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan bahasa dan desain visual dalam iklan kopi Lokalate, merek kopi lokal yang semakin populer di Indonesia. Bahasa dan desain visual merupakan elemen kunci dalam strategi pemasaran yang efektif, khususnya dalam menarik perhatian dan memengaruhi persepsi konsumen. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu Mengetahui penggunaan bahasa dalam iklan Lokalate dan Mengetahui desain visual dalam iklan kopi Lokalate. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode deskriptif kualiatif yaitu dengan menganalisis iklan Lokalate yang dipublikasikan melalui berbagai platform media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Penggunaan Bahasa dalam iklan kopi Lokalate yaitu a) sangat terencana dan dirancang untuk menarik perhatian serta membentuk citra positif produk, b) Deskriptif dalam menarik perhatian konsumen serta membangun citra yang baik. c) Pesan emosional dalam iklan mampu menjalin hubungan yang lebih dekat antara produk dan pengalaman konsumen yang mendorong mereka untuk mencoba serta menikmati produk itu. d) Persuasif dalam ajakan untuk mencoba barang mendorong pembeli mengambil langkah dan mencoba produk. e) Bahasa yang digunakan dalam iklan ini cenderung sederhana dan langsung sehingga dapat menjangkau berbagai kalangan pembeli. Desain visual dalam kopi Lokalate yaitu sangat menarik perhatian, termasuk pilihan warna, tipografi, gambar produk, dan susunan layout, berperan penting dalam daya tarik iklan. a)Warna yang dipilih menghasilkan kesan yang selaras dengan tema kesehatan dan kenyamanan. b) Pemilihan jenis huruf dalam iklan juga memberikan kontribusi pada daya tarik visual. Jenis huruf yang modern dan bersih bisa memberikan nuansa professional. c) Gambar produk yang menarik memperkuat pesan verbal dan membantu konsumen lebih mengingat produk. d) Tata letak yang teratur dan terstruktur memudahkan audiens untuk memahami informasi yang disampaikan. Secara keseluruhan, perpaduan yang seimbang antara penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan desain visual yang menarik dalam iklan kopi Lokalate tak hanya meningkatkan daya tarik produk, tetapi juga memperkuat komunikasi dengan konsumen, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran di pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang bermanfaat untuk pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Swearing in society is a multifaceted phenomenon influenced. The purpose of this research is to understand the context of swearing among Generation Z in Surabaya and the differences in swearing between male and female Gen Z individuals in Surabaya. This research uses qualitative research methods involving 45 Generation Z informants from Surabaya. The results of the research show that the decision by Gen Z Surabaya is influenced by emotional context, social norms, culture, and group bonding to strengthen social ties, express emotions, and maintain their unique identity. Male Gen Z in Surabaya use the swear word “jancuk” with a higher pitch and rarely modify it, while female Gen Z use it with a lower pitch and frequently modify it. The conclusions of this research are first, the context of swearing among Generation Z in Surabaya occurs in informal situations among close friends for joking, easing the atmosphere, and insulting to demean the conversation partner, all influenced by Arek culture. Secondly, the difference in swearing between male and female Gen Z in Surabaya is that male Gen Z often use a higher pitch and rarely use modified swear words, while female Gen Z do not always use a high pitch and often use modified swear words to maintain their image. The use of swearing by both male and female Gen Z within the Arek Surabaya culture demonstrates intimacy, openness, egalitarianism, and the absence of social distance.

Abstract

In marketing a product, it is necessary to have a promotion so that the product or business name can be known among the public. One of the marketing strategies that can be done is to use a tagline. Tagline is a short sentence made by a company to convey the core message of a product, service, or brand in a unique, interesting, and memorable way. Tagline is used to influence the audience by building Brand Awareness and strengthening brand identity. Big companies such as KFC with the tagline "Jagonya Ayam" and Wendy's with the tagline "We Got You" have succeeded in creating a strong identity through short sentences. The purpose of this research is to 1) Find out the impact of using taglines in KFC and Wendy's ads on the level of product Brand Awareness, 2) Find out the right characteristics of KFC and Wendy's taglines in increasAdd Contributoring Brand Awareness on platform X, 3) Find out whether the frequency of KFC tagline ads can increase Brand Awareness according to X platform users. Research using qualitative methods through indirect interviews using google forms that are distributed through social media X. The research results show that 1) The use of the tagline "Jagonya Ayam" on KFC ads and "We Got You" on Wendy's ads has an impact on the level of product brand awareness. 2) KFC tagline is more effective than Wendy's because it has the characteristics of shorter sentences, easy to remember, and more relevant to the main product sold, namely chicken. 3) The frequency of advertising impressions plays an important role in increasing product brand awareness. The more often an advertisement is shown, the stronger its influence on consumer memory and brand recognition. Therefore, the use of the right tagline and effective advertising strategy can significantly increase brand awareness.

Abstract

The world of marketing and advertising is now increasingly developing with the internet and social networks which play a big role in various areas of life through marketing and advertising. In Indonesia in particular, marketing through advertising on social media is very diverse and each company has its own characteristics in offering their products and services, one of which is Gojek. This research aims to determine the rhetoric and visualization of advertising in the feature offerings made by the Gojek company to attract/stimulate the interest of the Indonesian people in using the Gojek application. The method used in this description is a qualitative method. The conclusion of this research is that the advertising rhetoric and visualization in offering features by the Gojek company to attract/stimulate the interest of the Indonesian people to use it, namely: a) the use of persuasive word selection strategies to encourage consumers to use the Gojek application because of the service features provided can be used remotely, easily and quickly so that consumers do not need to be confused when they need something in any circumstances and is more practical; b) Gojek company's creative marketing strategy, such as choosing a video concept, offering relatively cheap and affordable prices, and providing lots of discounts.

Abstract

The article entitled "Analysis of Phonology in the Everyday Dialect of the Indigenous Village of Panglipuran Bali" aims to 1. know the phonological elements of the language of the Indigenous Panglipuran Bali 2. know the phonological impact on the diversity and variation of the dialect of the daily language of the Indigenous Penglipuran Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative method/approach, data collected through direct observation and interviews with specially selected informants. Conclusion 1. the phonological elements of the language of the indigenous people of Panglipuran Village Bali is the dialectical and phonological processes that occur in the category of the sounding process. The element of phonology of the language of the Penglipuran indigenous village community in the form of "sounding process" is found in the vocal element. Their language is characterized by several words that end with the sound - the sound of the vowel letter "o" resulting from the absence of airflow resistance in the oral cavity. There is in the pronunciation of an expression such as "ki kijo" which means "where to go" "mo" means "want" so that this becomes a phonological sounding process that characterizes the Penglipuran village community.2.phonological impact on the diversity and variation of dialects of the daily language of the indigenous people of Panglipuran Village Bali is in the process of communication with fellow citizens, this dialect becomes a distinctive language that is used every day by the people of panglipuran village by having a characteristic sounding process that is in accordance with the use of words in the village of panglipuran.

Abstract

Abstract: The ethics of language usage in YouTube live streaming has become an increasingly important topic as the platform grows in popularity as a medium for communication and entertainment. Live streaming facilitates direct interaction between content creators and viewers, often leading to uncontrolled language use by streamers. Ethical issues in language usage in this context can have negative impacts, such as the spread of hate speech and the creation of an unhealthy communication environment. Therefore, this paper aims to: (1) examine the language used by streamers MiawAug and Windah Basudara during YouTube live streams, (2) assess the impact of their language usage during live streaming, and (3) provide suggestions or recommendations for gaming streamers on YouTube.This study employs a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques include indirect interviews conducted through Google Forms. The research subjects are active students from UPN Veteran Jawa Timur who are viewers of MiawAug and Windah Basudara’s YouTube live streams. The study period spans from August to October 2024.The results of the study reveal the following Language usage Windah Basudara often uses less polite expressions, such as "Anjir di kombo anjir muncul tiba-tiba cok" (used during surprising moments in games), while MiawAug tends to use more polite phrases like "Happy new year! Thank you everyone, happy new year!" (used during moments of victory). Impact of language usage: The positive impact of language usage by MiawAug and Windah Basudara during live streaming includes fostering a healthy and supportive community on YouTube. However, the negative impact includes potential harm to the community and a diminished viewing experience for audiences.Recommendations for gaming Streamers are encouraged to use proper and appropriate language to build a healthy community on YouTube. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bahasa pemograman yang digunakan pada manajemen bisnis selfphoto KuyStudio Surabaya. (2) untuk mengetahui bahasa pemograman yang digunakan apakah sudah sesuai untuk manajemen bisnis selfphoto KuyStudio Surabaya yang baik dan benar. (3) untuk mengetahui manfaat sistem informasi dalam  manajemen bisnis selfphoto KuyStudio Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini dilakukan di KuyStudio Photo Surabaya dari Februari hingga Juni 2024.     Kesimpulan penelitian (1) Dalam menjalankan bisnis Selfphoto, Kuy Studio Surabaya menggunakan Linktr.ee. Linktr.ee dapat membantu pengoptimalan dalam sistem manajemen bisnis mereka. Linktr.ee adalah sebuah web yang memiliki bahasa pemrograman dalam pengendaliannya. Dimana bahasa pemrograman yang di gunakan dalam web tersebut berupa HTML untuk struktur dan konten dasar, CSS untuk gaya visual, dan JavaScript untuk lebih banyak interaktivitas dan untuk mengatasi masalah seperti perpindahan antar halaman. (2) Bahasa Pemrograman yang Sesuai untuk Program Manajemen Bisnis Selfphoto Kuy Studio Surabaya Bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript yang digunakan oleh Linktr.ee Kuy Studio sesuai untuk mengelola bisnis studio foto. Pengoptimalan JavaScript dapat meningkatkan kecepatan perpindahan halaman dan integrasi dengan URL, memberikan pengguna akses informasi yang lebih cepat dan mudah. (3) Manfaat Bahasa Pemrograman untuk Manajemen Bisnis Selfphoto Kuy Studio Surabaya Penggunaan Linktr.ee dalam sistem informasi membantu manajemen bisnis Selfphoto Kuy Studio Surabaya dengan beberapa cara, seperti: mengumpulkan semua tautan penting dalam satu URL, memudahkan promosi di platform digital, memudahkan pembaruan tautan, meningkatkan pengalaman dan interaksi pelanggan, memberikan data kinerja tautan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran, dan menyelesaikan masalah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kuystudio menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript melalui platform Linktr.ee. Penggunaan Linktr.ee mempermudah pengelolaan tautan dan meningkatkan kehadiran online, meskipun terdapat kendala dalam navigasi halaman yang bisa diperbaiki dengan optimalisasi JavaScript. Manfaat dari penggunaan Linktr.ee mencakup pengelolaan tautan terpusat, kemudahan dalam pembaruan, interaksi yang lebih baik dengan pelanggan, analisis kinerja, penyesuaian tampilan, aksesibilitas, serta integrasi dengan alat lain. Strategi manajemen bisnis yang efektif, seperti pembuatan konten media sosial yang menarik, pemeliharaan kualitas foto, penawaran paket yang kompetitif, dan pemasaran yang efektif, dapat memperkuat posisi Kuystudio di pasar. Dengan penggunaan teknologi yang tepat dan strategi manajemen yang efektif, pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis Selfphoto Kuystudio Surabaya dapat ditingkatkan.
