ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a medical disorder that can be recognized by specific behavioral characteristics, namely inattention to surroundings, easily distracted condition, and an attitude of following one's own will. Children diagnosed with ADHD require special treatment so that their specificity can be fulfilled. Teacher knowledge about ADHD is an important thing in order to detect and provide the right educational model for students. The implementation of this training in community service uses modules and early detection tools for ADHD children or students. The purpose of this activity is so that teachers can identify the condition of their students whether any of these students lead to the characteristics of ADHD. Based on the results of the post-test and case discussions, the teachers at the beginning of the activity stated that they were still confused about the condition of their students so that they understood the situation of their students more clearly. The teachers also stated that they more clearly see the condition of the students they work with in class, especially for students who have a tendency to ADHD. ADHD (Atention Deficit Hiperactivity Disorder) adalah kelainan medis yang dapat dikenali dengan ciri-ciri perilaku khusus sikap kurang memperhatikan sekeliling, kondisi mudah terganggu, dan sikap mengikuti kemauannya sendiri. Anak yang terdeteksi ADHD membutuhkan penanganan yang khusus agar kekhususannya dapat terpenuhi. Pengetahuan guru tentang ADHD menjadi sebuah hal yang penting dalam rangka mendeteksi dan memberikan model pendidikan yang tepat bagi siswa. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ini menggunakan modul dan alat deteksi dini untuk anak/ siswa ADHD. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar para guru dapat mengenali kondisi siswa mereka apakah ada dari para siswa tersebut yang mengarah kepada ciri-ciri ADHD. Berdasarkan hasil pre test post test dan diskusi kasus, para guru yang diawal kegiatan menyatakan masih bingung mengenai kondisi siswa mereka menjadi lebih memahami keadaan siswa mereka secara lebih jelas. Para guru juga menyatakan mereka lebih jelas melihat kondisi siswa yang mereka tangani di kelas terutama untuk siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan ADHD.

The purpose of this research explained how Problem Based Learning (PBL) designed in teaching and learning English for Vocational School students in Indonesia. A PBL was used for overcoming critical thinking skill in teaching English at vocational school. The sample consisted of tenth grade of vocational school students who were recruited purposively. The research methodology used qualitative and qualitative method. Interview was used to get data about instructional and students’ needs. Questionnaire was used to obtain expert validation during teaching and learning process, and a test was used to obtain the effectiveness. The results of expert validation showed that the design of this learning strategy was good and can be used in learning English. It was effective in English as Foreign Language teaching strategy for vocational school in Blega of Bangkalan. Thus, it could be implemented in the teaching and learning English for vocational school students in enhancing students’ critical thinking.

This research aims to analyze the suitability of the theoretical model of the psychological competencies model b of the 100-meter runner student athletes with the empirical model. This study uses a quantitative approach. Total 65 (50 men and 15 women) 100-meter runner student athletes who participated in the national athletic championships. Instruments uses the Psychological Competency Scale and time records documentation data on the results of national championships. Data analyzed using partial least square (PLS). The results of the inner model test show a Q-square value of 0.919 (> 0.00). It means that there was suitability of the theoretical model of psychological competency of 100-meter runner student athletes’ with the empirical model. The R-square value of performance is 0.881. It means that the 100-meter runner student athletes’ performance were influenced by psychological competencies by 88,1%. These findings have implications for the selection and coaching of 100-meter runner student athletes. Further research needs to design mental skills training comprehensively based on psychological competencies.

The main aim of research is to develop model and instrument psychological competencies scale (PCS) of 100 Meter Student Athletes. This research use a mixed methods approach. 1st Study, used a qualitative approach, identifying the constructs and dimensions of elite 100 meter runner student athletes. Using literature review and interview of 2 elite athletes and 2 coaches. The results of the first study is psychological competencies model consists of goal setting, goal setting, motivation, concentration, emotion regulation, focus, self talk, self confidence, and persistence. Another result is 10 items of multidimentional measure of PCS. Each items in the scale were responded on five point level. Leveling describes psychological abilities based on behavior. 2nd Study, using a quantitative approach, instrument validation and reliability testing. We recruited 50, age 18-22 years from 100 meters runner student athletes voluntarily participated in this study. We assessed construct validity by examining how well the measures discriminated groups expected to differ based on their competencies, using Corrected Item-Total Correlation with a minimum limit of 0.300 to be declared a valid item. We assessed internal consistency of PCS using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The result of Corrected Item-Total Correlation obtained results All items are valid because they have a Corrected Item-Total Correlation value greater than the minimum limit of 0.300. The internal consistency of the (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) was 0.841. It can be concluded that PCS is valid and reliable for measuring for 100 meter runner student athlete.

The background of the research is the importance of risk-taking behaviour for climbers in making decisions before climbing, both physically and financially. This study aims to determine the relationship between sensation seeking and mountain climbers' risk-taking behaviour. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique. The total population and sample consisted of 80 Jejak Angin Alas community climbers. This research data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the product-moment correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between sensation seeking and risk-taking behaviour in mountain climbers. In this case, it can be interpreted that the higher the sense of seeking possessed by mountain climbers, the higher the risk-taking behaviour they receive.

Entrepreneurship programs can be used as a method of career guidance for early childhood. This study aims to determine the effect of Simulation Game Learning on Increasing Entrepreneurship Values and Children's Independence. Through this program, it has indirectly introduced the types of careers to children. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental research method. The population in this study were the children of group B at Batik Kwadengan Barat Kindergarten and Dharma Wanita Persatuan Lemahputro TK as many as 40 students, class B TK Batik Kwadengan Barat amounted to 20 students as the experimental class and class B TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Lemahputro amounted to 20 students as control class. Determination of the sample from the population using non-probability sampling. The collected data was then analyzed using statistical analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the 2 groups with treatment only given to the experimental group. The statistical analysis in this study was carried out in 3 stages, namely: Instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, Classical Assumption Test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the test results, it is known that the instrument is valid and reliable and the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. The test results show that there is an effect of Learning Simulation Games on Increasing Entrepreneurship Values and Children's Independence. This is indicated by the significant difference in entrepreneurial development between the control group and the experimental group . As a reference, kindergarten teachers can apply simulation methods to develop children's entrepreneurial abilities and independence.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kecemasan ibu terhadap pembelajaran fisik motorik anak usia dini secara daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui level kecemasan ibu terhadap pembelajaran fisik motorik anak usia dini secara daring. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 4-5 tahun, kategori usia berkisar dari 21 – 38 tahun (rerata 29,32 tahun), mendampingi anak dalam pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19 serta tidak diwakilkan kepada siapapun. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah Generalised Anxiety Disorder Assessment-7 (GAD-7) versi bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 30% ibu memiliki kecemasan pada level sedang, dan 70% memiliki kecemasan pada level tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka menyarankan managemen sekolah memberikan dukungan pada ibu yang berperan sebagai pengasuh dan pendidik pada pembelajaran fisik motorik dari rumah. Dukungan dapat berupa media pembelajaran fisik motorik yang mudah didapatkan dari sekitar rumah dan tahapan langkah pembelajaran yang jelas.

Atlet disabilitas memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki dan berprestasi pada bidang olahraga. Competitive anxiety pada Atlet disabilitas dapat mempengaruhi performa dalam bertanding sehingga diperlukan mental toughness yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara mental toughness dengan competitive anxiety pada atlet disabilitas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 69 orang atlet disabilitas NPCI (National Paralympic Committee Indonesia) Jawa Timur. Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan skala mental toughness yang diadaptasi dari Gucciardi et al. (2009) yang terdiri dari 24 item dan skala competitive anxiety yang disusun berdasarkan CSAI-2R dari Martinent et al. (2010) yang terdiri dari 16 item. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier dan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan JASP 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara mental toughness dengan competitive anxiety secara signifikan dengan p value 0,018 (p<0,05) dan r value -0,284 (rhitung > 0.267). Sehingga semakin tinggi mental toughness yang dimiliki atlet disabilitas dalam menghadapi pertandingan maka semaki rendah tingkat competitive anxiety yang dialami.

Masa pandemic Covid-19, pemerintah menghimbau berbagai instansi olahraga temasuk Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) untuk mengganti sistem latihan bagi atletnya. KONI jawa Timur memberlakukan latihan dari rumah termasuk bagi atlet anggar. Perubahan situasi latihan membuat atlet rentan mengalami tekanan psikis dan emosi negatif sehingga perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi oleh para atlet. Salah satu intervensi untuk regulasi emosi adalah latihan relaksasi otogenik. Maka dari itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk membantu atlet dalam mengelola emosinya di tengah masa pandemic ini, khususnya bagi atlet anggar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui kelas virtual selama 5 hari berturut-turut. Partisipan adalah 8 orang atlet anggar (4 orang laki-laki dan 4 orang perempuan). Alat ukur untuk regulasi emosi berupa skala regulasi emosi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi sebesar 39,82 % pada diri atlet. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi relaksasi otogenik mampu meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi bagi atlet anggar. Relaksasi otogenik dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif yang dilakukan atlet secara mandiri untuk meningkatkan kemamuan regulasi emosinya.

The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anxiety and concentration in archery athletes. The subject of this study were 14 archery athletes Surabaya. Data collecting use Sports Anxiety Scale to measure anxiety and Grid Concentration Exercise to measure the concentration level of research subjects. Data Analysis is using product moment correlation. The result show the correlation coefficient value of -0.779 with significance level of 0.001 <0.05. Based on these results, it can be said that there is a relationship between anxiety and the concentration of the archery athlete in which the direction of the relationship is negative. It mean, any increasing anxiety will be accompanied by a decreasing archery athletes concentration. Vice versa, decreasing anxiety levels will be followed by an increasing concentration of archery athletes. This indicates anxiety is an internal distractor that affects the archery athletes concentration. Athletes who have high anxiety, means the stimulus attracted the athlete's attention to a lot. Consequently, athletes fail to conduct selective attention by sorting the stimuli received by the senses so that the athlete's concentration easily becomes split.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dan konsentrasi pada atlet panahan. Sejumlah 14 orang atlet panahan Surabaya yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Pengukuran variabel-variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan instrumen berupa Skala Kecemasan Olahraga untuk mengukur kecemasan dan Grid Concentration Exercise untuk mengukur tingkat konsentrasi subjek penelitian. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.779 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara kecemasan dan konsentrasi atlet panahan di mana arah hubungan tersebut adalah negatif. Maknanya, setiap peningkatan kecemasan akan diiringi dengan penurunan tingkat konsentrasi atlet panahan. Begitu pula sebaliknya, penurunan tingkat kecemasan akan diikuti dengan peningkatan konsentrasi atlet panahan. Hal ini menunjukkan kecemasan merupakan distraktor internal yang berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi atlet. Atlet yang memiliki kecemasan tinggi, berarti stimulus-stimulus yang menarik atensi atlet menjadi banyak. Imbasnya, atlet gagal melakukan atensi selektif dengan menyortir stimulus-stimulus yang diterima inderanya sehingga konsentrasi atlet mudah menjadi terpecah.
