Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dalam mempelajari regulasi emosi dalam olahraga. Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) merupakan skala dengan 10 item yang digunakan untuk mengukur dua proses untuk menilai strategi regulasi emosi individu yang terkait dengan reappraisal dan suppression. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji struktur faktor ERQ versi Bahasa Indonesia untuk setting olahraga yang disebut IERQ4S dalam sampel 1.145 atlet dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun. Penelitian ini melibatkan penerjemah terdiri dari 2 orang dan 3 orang expert judgment. IERQ4S sebelum digunakan diberikan kepada 5 atlet untuk mengetahui pemahaman subjek. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur statistik Confirmatory Factor Analyses (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai loadings factor skala IERQ4S lebih besar dari 0.50. Hal ini mendukung struktur IERQ4S terbukti valid dan menunjukkan model konstruk instrumen dengan kriteria yang baik. Hasil analisis reliabilitas IERQ4S menunjukkan nilai di atas .060 sehingga dapat dikatakan reliabel. IERQ4S yang telah dirancang terbukti menjadi alat ukur yang konsisten secara struktural sehingga dapat digunakan untuk instrumen pengumpul data pada atlet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of animated video media on literacy and symbolic thinking abilities of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design through a quantitative approach. The experimental design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were group A children of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Ngunut and TK Aisyiyah Pulosari, with a total of 30 children in the experimental group and 30 children in the control group. The data analysis technique in this study used non-parametric statistics, the Mann Whitney test. The results of the study, there are differences in the average value of literacy skills. The average value of literacy ability of the experimental group at the time of the pretest was 1.58 and after being given treatment, the posttest average value of 3.30. While the average value of the ability to recognize patterns in the control group during the pretest was 1.54 and after being treated, the posttest was 2.55. In conclusion, there is an effect of animated video media on children's literacy skills and there is an influence of animated video media on the symbolic thinking ability of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District. Abstract

Aside from sports practice, student athletes are required to study on campus, sometimes learning was carried out online. Surabaya State University develops online learning and is named Virtual Learning Surabaya State University, abbreviated as Vinesa. The application of Vinesa needs to get a response from users, one of whom is a student athlete. Therefore, this study aims to determine student athlete perceptions of Vinesa. A cross-sectional approach was used in this research. A total of 125 student athletes were involved in this study (86 male, 39 female, age range of 19–24 years). The research instrument used was the Vinesa perception scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The calculation produces 5 categories, namely very good, good, moderate, less, and very less. The results show that majority of student-athlete perceptions of Vinesa are at a moderate level, namely 45.6%. There was no difference in perception of vinesa in the adolescent and early adult age groups also between male and female student athlete. Based on these results, the Vinesa development team needs to make improvements to the server to make it more accessible. In addition, it is necessary to complete the application usage guide so that it is easier for Vinesa users to understand.

Abstract

Creating outstanding athletes requires preparation from adolescence so that they can make long-term achievements. However, adolescent athletes are faced with two situations, namely puberty and dual roles that make their responsibilities heavier. This leads to disruption of emotional regulation which is important for adolescent athletes to have. One effort to improve emotional regulation in adolescent athletes is through role awareness training. This study aims to determine the effect of role awareness training on emotional regulation in adolescent athletes. This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design with the research subject, namely adolescent athletes who live in the training center of the National Potential Young Athletes Center (SLOMPN) as many as 24 people with an age range of 13-15 years old. Emotion regulation was measured using the IERQ4S instrument with a reliability value of .824.  The results of this study indicate a difference in the significance value in the experimental group which is 0.01 (0.01 <0.05). While in the control group, it is 0.05 (0.85>0.05). Increased emotion regulation through role awareness training is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The results of this study provide advice to future researchers to examine other types of awareness training.   Pada proses mencetak atlet yang berprestasi diperlukan persiapan sejak remaja agar mereka dapat mencetak prestasi secara jangka panjang. Namun, atlet remaja dihadapkan pada dua situasi, yaitu pubertas dan peran ganda yang membuat tanggung jawab mereka menjadi lebih berat. Hal ini menimbulkan terganggunya regulasi emosi yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh atlet remaja. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada atlet remaja adalah melalui role awareness training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh role awareness training terhadap regulasi emosi pada atlet remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design dengan subjek penelitian yaitu atlet remaja yang menetap di training center Sentra Olahragawan Muda Potensial Nasional (SLOMPN) sebanyak 24 orang dengan rentang usia 13-15 tahun. Regulasi emosi diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen IERQ4S dengan nilai reliabilitas .824.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai signifikansi pada kelompok ekperimen yaitu 0.01 (0.01<0.05). Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol yaitu 0.05 (0.85>0.05). Peningkatan regulasi emosi melalui role awareness training dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji terkait jenis awareness training yang lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan kepercayaan diri pada atlet pelajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan 24 sampel. Karakteristik subjek berusia 12-15 tahun, atlet pelajar yang tergabung dalam program DBON Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner berupa skala IERQ4S untuk regulasi emosi dan skala kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson, analisis menunjukkan nilai r= 0.471 dan nilai signifikansi p=0.020 (p0.05), dimana kedua variabel berkorelasi dan memiliki hubungan positif yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan kepercayaan diri pada atlet pelajar. Semakin tinggi regulasi emosinya maka akan semakin baik kepercayaan dirinya, begitu pula sebaliknya, apabila regulasi emosinya rendah maka kepercayaan dirinya juga akan rendah.

Abstract

Objective: Teachers have a crucial role in the context of education. Teacher productivity relates to the extent of teacher involvement in their work. This study aimed to determine the role of tenure in the relationship between job autonomy and work involvement of high school teachers. Method: This study uses quantitative research with cross-sectional methods. The subjects in this study amounted to 75 high school teachers in private schools. The research instrument uses two forms of scale, namely, the scale of job autonomy and the scale of work involvement. Data collection using SPSS process Moderation Model 1. Results: Results show the role of tenure moderation in job autonomy and work engagement. The correlation of positive research shows that the longer the working period, the more strengthening the relationship between job autonomy and work engagement. Novelty: This study shows the role of tenure as a moderator on the relationship between job autonomy and job engagement in high school teachers in private schools.

Abstract

Objective: In response to the problem of the dual career of student-athletes during quarantine resulting in a psychological well-being crisis. This study aims to assess the effect of role awareness training developed to improve the psychological well-being of student-athletes. The study aims to determine the effect of role awareness training on psychological well-being in student-athletes at the National Potential Young Athlete Training Center. Method: A quantitative experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design was used. The subjects of this research were 24 athletes of the National Young Athlete Training Center. Sampling is done with a saturated sample, where all population members become a sample. Data was obtained through pretest and posttest using a psychological well-being instrument that contains 42 items. JASP (Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program) for Windows software was used to analyze the data used in the study. The data analysis technique used was the independent sample t-test. Results: The results showed that role awareness training can guide athletes in improving psychological well-being. Novelty: In response to the problem of the dual career of student-athletes during quarantine resulting in a psychological well-being crisis. This research concludes that role awareness training influences psychological well-being in student-athletes.

Abstract

Olahraga merupakan aktivitas gerak secara berkelanjutan dengan menggerakkan semua fungsi anggota tubuh dengan atau tanpa alat secara berirama untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan kesehatan. Selain kebugaran, kesehatan mental/psikologis juga tidak kalah pentingnya untuk diketahui kondisi ketika batin seseorang berada dalam keadaan tenang dan tentram, sehingga bisa membuat seseorang untuk menikmati kehidupan sehari-harinya. Perkumpulan KJS MAS memiliki jadwal aktivitasnya seminggu 3 kali ini (Senin – Rabu – Sabtu) merupakan jadwal kegiatan yang ideal untuk beraktivitas. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini untuk mengetahui apakah para pelakunya sudah merasa bugar dan sehat secara psikologis dari efek aktivitas tersebut. Pengurus perkumpulan KJS MAS melalui bidang Kepelatihannya diharapkan mampu melakukan tes kebugaran jasmani dan kesejahteraan psikologisnya secara rutin dan berkesinambungan agar para anggotanya bisa mengetahui derajad kebugarannya masing-masing apakah ada peningkatan atau penurunan aktivitas fisik dan kesehatan mentalnya. Adapun hasil dari tim PKM Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) memberikan pendampingan serangkaian tes kebugaran dan tes kesehatan mental dari para anggota KJS MAS. Dan peserta sangat antusias dari kegiatan Tim PKM Unesa yang terdiri dari bapak ibu dosen yang cukup menguasai di bidangnya yaitu bidang pendidikan jasmani, bidang psikologi olahraga, dan juga di bidang sport science sehingga sangat sesuai di dalam memberikan pendampingan yang terkait aktivitas fisik dan kesehatan mental anggota KJS MAS

Abstract

The National Potential Young Athlete Training Center  is part of the Grand National Sports Design. Potential young athletes are at youth level and have a dual role as athletes and students. This dual role requires self-regulation abilities. Therefore, identity awareness training activities were held. This activity aims to increase self-regulation scores in teenage athletes who are members of SLOMPN UNESA. The results showed that 70.83% experienced an increase in scores after carrying out the activities. The identity awareness training mechanism makes athletes more familiar with what adolescence is like and the dual roles they play today. Other results regarding the implementation of activities are shown by the evaluation score for the implementation of activities which is very good at 83.33

Abstract

The Satria Nusantara (SN) Respiratory Arts Institute (LSP) is a martial arts college that develops the six human senses, where this institution was created as a form of defense of various traditional cultural values through pencak silat in order to achieve the goal of improving health and fitness as a form of physical endurance. and health promotion through exercise. However, apart from being physically healthy, mental health is also important. Psychological well-being is a healthy psychological condition, free from mental problems and functioning optimally. This is the background for the service team to provide training in the form of awareness training which aims to increase understanding of oneself and the behavior of others. This activity was held at LSP Satria Nusantara in Surabaya using lecture and direct practice methods. Participants in this training are all members of LSP Satria Nusantara. This activity lasted for 2 months. Through this activity, it is hoped that members of LSP Satria Nusantara Surabaya will be helped in their personal and social development
