Abstract

Engagement is vital for every employee at work, especially in occupations with high demands and risks, such as National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure employees. This study aimed to test the contribution of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on work engagement among employees of the National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure. A quantitative correlational approach was applied in this study, with the population being National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure in  The Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java employees in a minimum of a one-year working period. Eighty-eight National Search and Rescue Agency employees participated in this study after selecting through a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using the modified Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), self-efficacy scale, and perceived organizational support scale and was then analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show self-efficacy and perceived organizational support contribute simultaneously to work engagement. Self-efficacy positively contributes to work engagement; likewise, perceived organizational support positively contributes to work engagement. Therefore, this study concludes that self-efficacy and perceived organizational support contribute to work engagement. Moreover, perceived organizational support contributes more to work engagement than self-efficacy. To enhance work engagement among employees of high-risk occupations, perceived organizational support is needed more than self-efficacy.

Abstract

Kopasgat is one of the elite combat units of the Indonesian Air Force. As a combat unit that has work demands and high work consequences or risks, it will affect the work engagement of members. While work engagement has an important role in work life because it has a very significant impact on individual and organizational performance as a whole. Thus the aim of this research is to test empirically the effect of love of work and resilience on work engagement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation design. The population in this study were members of the Kopasgat Denhanud 474 Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive technique, so that the sample in this study were 127 members of the Yogyakarta Special Forces Denhanud 474 who were in the Air Assault Batteries unit (PSU Batteries). The instruments used in this study were the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), the love of work scale and the resilience scale. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed a coefficient value of R=0.848, F=158.712 (p<0.01). The results of this study indicate that love of work and resilience have a very significant influence on the work engagement of members of the Kopasgat Denhanud 474 Yogyakarta. This research contributes to the field of military psychology by highlighting the importance of love of work and resilience to increased work engagement which will have implications for improving the performance of combat unit members. This is especially relevant in the Indonesian context, where the military plays an important role in national security and defense.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: COVID-19 telah berkembang menjadi pandemi dan menarik perhatian negara di penjuru dunia termasuk Indonesia. Adanya pembatasan mobilitas masyarakat berakibat pada berkurangnya akses pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien non-COVID-19 dan mengakibatkan sebagian besar pasien dengan penyakit kronis enggan untuk melakukan perawatan. Pemberian layanan kesehatan perlu dipersiapkan dengan suatu strategi dimana transmisi COVID-19 dapat diminimalisir, namun layanan tetap dapat diberikan secara efektif, efisien, dan aman. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan telemedicine yang mencakup telekonsultasi, telemonitoring, dan telenutrisi. Di Indonesia, regulasi penggunaan telemedicine sudah diatur dalam undang-undang. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui potensi implementasi dari telemedicine (telekonsultasi, telemonitoring, telenutrisi) pada penyakit kronis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Metode: studi literatur yang telah dilakukan dalam rentang waktu publikasi 10 tahun terakhir yaitu 2011-2021 serta didapatkan dari database “PUBMED”, “Science Direct”, dan “Cochrane” dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Teleconsultation”, “Telenutrition”, “Telemonitoring”, dan “Chronic disease”. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Didapatkan 19 artikel yang valid dan reliabel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi menyatakan bahwa penggunaan telemedicine (telekonsultasi, telemonitoring dan telenutrisi) dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, memperbaiki outcome pasien serta menurunkan mortalitas dan morbiditas terutama pada pasien dengan penyakit kronis. Pasien juga merasa puas dan merekomendasikan penggunaan telemedicine dalam masa mendatang. Dibutuhkan studi lanjutan terkait penggunaan telemedicine pada pasien dengan penyakit kronis, terutama di masa pasca pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas V SDN Bintara VI Bekasi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Design dengan bentuk The Nonequivalent Posttest-only Control Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 48 siswa, kelas V-A dan V-B dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan berupa test subjektif Essay. Uji persyaratan analisis yang digunakan untuk uji normalitas yaitu uji Liliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Fisher. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-T. Hasil penelitian diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 3,117 > 2,015, maka H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) siswa kelas V SDN Bintara VI Bekasi Barat.

Abstract

Anisometropia is an interocular asymmetric refractive condition and is caused by a significant difference in diopters between the right and left eyes. Anisometropia occurs when there is a difference in the refractive power of the two eyes. Classification of several levels of difference, namely 1) difference in refraction between the two eyes less than 1.5 D, where both eyes can still be used together with good fusion and stereoscopic, 2) difference in refraction between the two eyes 1.5 D to 3.0 D (the presence of cylindrical differences is more significant than spherical), and 3) the difference in refraction is more than 3.0 D. The high incidence of Anisometropia can be caused by a lack of community initiative in seeking health assistance to treat Anisometropia, or even prevent Anisometropia from getting worse. The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of Anisometropia in adults at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar. This research is descriptive in nature. The population of this study was all Anisometropia patients registered at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar so that the research sample was obtained by total sampling, namely the entire study population of 20 patients. Sample acquisition was adjusted to the inclusion criteria, namely Anisometropia patients with complete medical record data. The data was processed using the univariate method so that the research results showed that the majority of Anisometropia patients at the eye clinic at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar were on average 18-25 years old (45%) and mostly occurred in women (60%) and most were students (40%). %) The incidence of Anisometropia is probably caused by excessive use of cellphone or laptop gadgets and at very close range.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan nilai karakter pendidikan yang muncul melalui kreativitas tari kreasi Dayak dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi Tik-tok sebagai media pengembangan karakter siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 1 Kapuas Murung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, tes dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 2 tari kreasi Dayak berjudul tari Ular Naga dan tari Inting melalui metode ATM(amati, tiru dan modifikasi), hasilnya diupload di aplikasi Tik Tok pada 12 Juni 2021.(2) Terdapat 12 nilai karakter yang muncul yaitu karakter cinta tanah air, kreatif, disiplin, mandiri, jujur, kerja keras, demokratif, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat/komunikatif, menghargai prestasi, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab.(3)Aplikasi Tik Tok sebagai aplikasi yang digemari kalangan peserta didik, mampu mendukung pembelajaran kreativitas tari secara efektif, sebagai ruang ekspresi dan apresiasi. Kata Kunci: tik tok, kreativitas tari, pendidikan karakter, tari kreasi, dayak   TIK TOK CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT MEDIATHROUGH THE CREATIVITY OF DAYAK CREATIVE DANCE   AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the value of the educational character that emerges through the creativity of Dayak dance creations using Tik-tok application for extracurricular students at SMPN 1 Kapuas Murung. This research is an experimental research with a qualitative and qualitative approaches. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, documentation, tests and literature study. This research produced 2 works entitled Ular Naga dance and Inting dance through the ATM method (observe, imitate and modify as a result of dance creativity, uploaded via Tik Tok on June 12, 2021. (2) There are 9 character values that appear, namely the character of love of the homeland, creative, disciplined, independent, hard working, democratize, curiosity, friendly/communicative, and responsibility. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether or not the use of blended learning model effective in improving students writing competence at ten grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bontoala Makassar.This study applied a pre-experimental design using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the tenth grade at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bontoala Makassar which consisted of 128 students. Then, the sample from this study, namely class X TSM was taken using a purposive sampling technique which consisted of 30 students.The findings of this study indicated that class X TSM at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bontoala Makassar has a sufficient score in the pre-test. After treatment, students' writing competence in writing recount text in terms of grammar and mechanics increased significantly. It was proved by the t-test value in terms of grammar is 17.385, it is higher than 2.045. And also, it was proved by the t-test value in terms of mechanics 31.007, it is higher than the t-table value 2.045. This indicated that H1 (alternative hypothesis) was accepted and H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected. It means that there was a significant difference of the students' writing competence before and after using the blended learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of animated video media can affect students' creativity or not. The research method used is quantitative research method with experimental research type. The population and sample in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 067256 Medan Marelan sub-district totaling 30 students in the control class and 30 students in the experimental class. Based on the t-test Post test, it is known that the average experimental learning outcomes are 96.23 and the control class learning average is 70.73 so it can be concluded that the experimental class learning outcomes are 25.86 greater than the control class. . From the table, it is known that the t count is 17, 515 with a significance of 0.000. The t table of 58 db at a significant level of 5% is 1.671. If the value of t count > t table ( 17, 515> 1.671) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of animated video on the creativity of science learning for fifth grade students about changes in the shape of objects at SDN 067256, Medan Marelan District. Based on the results of this study, students are expected to be able to improve learning outcomes by fostering interest in learning, for example by paying great attention when the learning process takes place, daring to ask questions, having great curiosity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Gambaran kemandirianbelajar peserta didik IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Bone. 2) Pengaruh modelpembelajaran problem based learning terhadap peningkatan kemandirianbelajar peserta didik IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Bone. Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei.Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 244 orang, Pengambilan besaran sampelditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan teknik simple randomsampling dan di peroleh sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Pengambilan datadilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitasmenggunakan teknik korelasi bivariate person dan uji reliabilitasmenggunakan teknik alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data digunakan adalahstatistic deskriptif, dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakanbantuan IBM SPSS versi 21 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gambaran kemandirianbelajar peserta didik IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Bone berada padakategori “baik” dibuktikan dengan nilai skor rata-rata (mean) pada variabelkemandirian belajar peserta didik 90,41 dan nilai persentase sebesar 72,33%.2) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadappeningkatan kemandirian belajar peserta didik IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3Bone. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilait hitung 2,127 > t tabel 1,992, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X memilikipengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Adapun besar nilai pengaruh variabel Xterhadap variabel Y diketahui dari nilai Adjusted R square pada tabel modelsummary sebesar 0,549 artinya variabel X (kemandirian belajar peserta didik)mempengaruhi variabel Y (model pembelajaran problem based learningterhadap peningkatan kemandirian belajar peserta didik) sebesar 54,9%.
