Abstract

BPRS Sukowati Sragen is one of the regional companies that has a good reputation as evidenced by various awards from stakeholders.This research aims to find out the influence of reputation on customer loyalty in BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This study uses quantitative approaches through google form questionnaires and populations in this study using BPRS customer Sukowati Sragen. The study used sample determination techniques with snowball sampling and analysis in this study using simple regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool version 2.0.The results of this study reputation have a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This is evidenced reputation has a significant rate of 92% to customer loyalty. While 8% is likely to be influenced by product quality, customer satisfaction or customer trust. Researchers did not examine 8% of these other factors.

Abstract

Konjungtivitis adalah peradangan konjungtiva, yang disebabkan oleh berbagai mikroorganisme, termasuk virus, bakteri, jamur, serta alergi dan iritasi kimia. Konjungtivitis pada wanita cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan pria, seperti yang ditemukan dalam beberapa studi terbaru. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk paparan yang lebih sering terhadap agen infeksius (seperti virus) dalam lingkungan rumah tangga dan pekerjaan, terutama di kalangan wanita dewasa yang terlibat dalam pengasuhan anak. Selain itu, wanita lebih sering mengalami bentuk konjungtivitis alergi, yang mungkin terkait dengan respons imun yang berbeda dibandingkan pria. Secara garis besar konjungtivitis jarang menyebabkan kebutaan atau gangguan struktural mata lainnya, tetapi perlu diperhatikan bahwa konjungtivitis sangat menular terutama konjungtivitis viral sehingga penderita harus memiliki kewaspadaan yang tinggi untuk tidak menyebarkan penyakit kepada orang lain.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien konjungtivitis di Rumah Sakit Mata Makassar pada periode Januari hingga Desember 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif berdasarkan data rekam medis pasien. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 118 subjek. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konjungtivitis paling sering terjadi pada kelompok usia 18-45 tahun (35,6%), Jenis kelamin perempuan (60,2%), etiologi konjungtivitis alergi (39%), Tatalaksana terbanyak untuk konjungtivitis alergi adalah artificial tears. Pada penelitian konjungtivitis yang paling banyak ditemukan sampel pada kelompok usia produktif (18-65 tahun). Sampel perempuan lebih banyak ditemukan menderita konjungtivitis dibandingkan laki – laki. Alergi adalah etiologi dari konjungtivitis yang paling sering ditemukan

Abstract

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (stunted) than the age standard. The incidence of stunted children in Riau reached 16,275 people spread across various regency. Indragiri Hulu recorded the incidence of stunted children as many as 831 people, which is the 12th highest in all districts in Riau. The birth of a stunted baby can be prevented from the moment of conception in pregnancy. For this reason, the active role of prospective mothers or newly married couples is needed to prepare for their pregnancy well, ensuring adequate nutritional intake and optimal health care during pregnancy. A young mother is required to be able to ensure success in maintaining health during pregnancy, to be able to care for the pregnancy by consuming adequate nutritional food and to be free from other health problems. For this reason, efforts are needed to increase the knowledge of expectant mothers about stunting, nutrition for pregnant women and regular pregnancy checks. The target of this activity is newly married couples, the activity is carried out in 3 meetings. The result of this community service activity is an increase in the independence of newly married couples in efforts to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the fourth leading cause of death in the world, often associated with an unhealthy diet, including low consumption of fruits, vegetables, and fiber, and high intake of red meat. This study aims to compare the results of laboratory examinations and clinical manifestations in patients undergoing chemotherapy using Folfox and CapeOX regimens at Ibnu Sina Teaching Hospital, UMI Waqf Foundation, Makassar. The method used was descriptive design with cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in Folfox regimen chemotherapy patients, there were 90.9% with low erythrocytes and 95.5% with low hemoglobin, while in CapeOX regimen, 59.1% of patients had low erythrocytes. Of the 22 patients in each regimen, 14 patients (Folfox) and 9 patients (CapeOX) reported complaints. Comparison of leukocyte examination between the two regimens showed a significant association with a p-value of 0.044 (p<0.05), while examination of erythrocytes, platelets, hemoglobin, blood sugar, and clinical manifestations did not show a significant association (p>0.05). This study provides insight into the impact of each chemotherapy regimen on the patient's condition.

Abstract

Salah satu aplikasi belanja daring populer di Indonesia adalah Shopee, yang menawarkan sistem pembayaran COD. Fitur ini menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk di Watampone, karena memberikan rasa aman dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, terutama bagi mereka yang masih meragukan keamanan transaksi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh sistem pembayaran COD terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan customer trust sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi penelitian tergolong sebagai populasi tak terbatas (infinite population) karena jumlahnya tidak diketahui, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling, yaitu memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada semua elemen populasi untuk menjadi sampel. Sebanyak 100 responden dilibatkan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS dengan beberapa tahap pengujian, yaitu uji validitas (dengan kriteria nilai faktor loading > 0,50 dianggap valid), uji reliabilitas (dengan composite reliability > 0,70 dianggap reliabel), uji SEM (dengan syarat nilai variabel X dan Z ≤ 0,05 dianggap signifikan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembayaran COD memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kepercayaan pelanggan (customer trust). Selain itu, kepercayaan pelanggan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara keseluruhan, sistem pembayaran COD memengaruhi keputusan pembelian baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepercayaan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Adolescents in Pekanbaru face significant reproductive health challenges, including anemia, vaginal discharge, and menstrual pain. Many students are hesitant to take the blood supplement tablets provided by the UKS and lack education on menstrual hygiene management. To address these issues, the team developed the "Haid Bersih" module. The initiative aims to deliver promotional and preventive services, as well as education on menstrual hygiene management, aligning with University IKU 3 and 5. The methods employed include reproductive health screening and menstrual hygiene education. Screening is conducted for both female and male students using a questionnaire that covers access to counselling, menstrual experiences, reproductive health problems, and incidents of sexual violence. The "Haid Bersih" module specifically provides guidelines for menstrual hygiene in wetland areas. The results indicated enthusiastic reception of the educational activities by UKS students, teachers, and nurses. Students received booklets and accessed information through posters and QR codes for screening. The screening revealed that while the majority of adolescent girls had received counselling on puberty and sexually transmitted disease prevention, sexual health education remained minimal. Many girls reported discomfort during menstruation and other reproductive health issues. Generally, male students exhibited signs of puberty. There is a clear need for further education and enhanced digital literacy among adolescents to access reproductive and sexual health information. Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effectiveness of Google Sites in enhancing students’ descriptive writing skills and (2) students’ perceptions of using Google Sites for learning English. A quasi-experimental method was used, involving questionnaires and writing tests. The study included 50 students: 25 in the experimental was Class X TSM (Teknik Sepeda Motor) using Google Sites and 25 in the control group was Class X TKR (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan) using conventional methods. Results showed that Google Sites significantly improved writing skills. The experimental group's mean score increased from 70.20 (pre-test) to 90.80 (post-test), while the control group improved from 66.96 to 88.40. These findings confirm Google Sites as an effective learning tool. Aside from that, the average score for the students' questionnaire replies was 46.24. According to the interval scale, the mean score of students' thoughts on using Google Sites to study descriptive texts was extremely favorable. As a result, using Google Sites effectively improves students' descriptive writing skills, and the majority of students see Google Sites proved to be an effective learning tool for English, especially when it comes to producing descriptive texts.

Abstract

Pregnancy involves physical, psychological, and social aspects, with maternal weight gain being an important indicator for assessing maternal health and fetal development. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal weight gain during pregnancy and birth weight of infants born at Sitti Khadijah 1 Muhammadiyah Mother and Child Hospital in Makassar. An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted, involving 40 pregnant women who gave birth between January and February 2025. Data were collected through medical records and the Mother and Child Health Book, then analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that most mothers experienced weight gain within the normal category (70.7%), and 95% of babies were born with normal birth weight. There was a significant association between maternal weight gain and birth weight, with a p-value of 0.042. The study concluded that normal or higher maternal weight gain is associated with a higher likelihood of giving birth to infants with normal birth weight. This study emphasizes the importance of monitoring maternal weight gain to prevent low birth weight.

Abstract

Background: Conjunctivitis is an inflammation of the conjunctiva caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi, or allergies, with varying prevalence based on etiology, age, gender, and season. Objectives: This study aims to determine the characteristics of conjunctivitis patients at the Makassar Eye Hospital from January to December 2023. Methods: This research employed a descriptive method with a retrospective approach using patient medical record data. The study included 118 conjunctivitis patients as the sample. Results: The most affected age group was 18–65 years (72%), followed by children (16.9%) and the elderly over 65 years (11%). Conjunctivitis was more prevalent in females (60.2%) than males (39.8%). The most common etiology was allergy (39%), followed by bacterial (31.4%) and viral causes (29.7%). Allergic conjunctivitis was primarily treated with artificial tears (30.4%) and antihistamines. Bacterial conjunctivitis was mainly managed with a combination of antibiotics, steroids, and artificial tears (43.2%). Viral conjunctivitis was also most frequently treated with the same combination therapy (40%). Conclusions: Conjunctivitis is most prevalent among individuals of productive age (18–65 years) and more common in females. Allergic conjunctivitis is the most frequent type, with artificial tears being the primary treatment.

Abstract

Kusta (Morbus Hansen) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium leprae, menyerang kulit, saraf tepi, dan jaringan tubuh lainnya. Meskipun dapat diobati secara efektif, ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan menjadi hambatan utama dalam upaya eradikasi kusta. Ketidakpatuhan ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti efek samping obat, pengetahuan yang kurang, kurangnya dukungan keluarga, dan kesulitan akses layanan kesehatan. Di Sulawesi Selatan, prevalensi kusta masih tinggi, dan tingkat kepatuhan pengobatan di puskesmas belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor Penyebab ketidakpatuhan pengobatan pasien kusta di puskesmas kassi-kassi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidakpatuhan pengobatan pasien kusta di Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi dan Puskesmas Tamalate meliputi tingkat pengetahuan pasien, dukungan keluarga, dan ketersediaan obat. Sebaliknya, faktor tipe kusta, efek samping obat, dan kondisi ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketidakpatuhan pengobatan. Dari total 31 pasien yang diteliti, mayoritas pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki (16 orang), berusia 26-50 tahun (13 orang), dan dengan tipe kusta Multi Basiler (MB) sebanyak 18 orang. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi yang memadai, penguatan dukungan keluarga, dan peningkatan ketersediaan obat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan kusta.
