Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan ritel terbesar di dunia yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat yaitu Walmart (NYSE:WMT) memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dimana salah satunya adalah pada manajemen rantai pasokan perusahaan. Pada penulisan ini, akan membahas tentang peran sistem ERP dan manajemen rantai pasokan pada perusahaan Walmart yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan teori keresponsifan rantai pasokan. Walmart memiliki manajemen rantai pasokan yang efisien dan efektif berkat strategi dan teknologi yang diimplementasikan dalam rantai pasokan perusahaan

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada masa kini, smartphone tidak lagi sekadar berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, melainkan telah menjadi bagian integral dari aktivitas harian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai faktor yang berperan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas merek di kalangan pengguna smartphone di Kota Batam. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif, dengan penghimpunan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 312 orang berupa mahasiswa di Batam yang aktif menggunakan smartphone. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistika uji structural equation modelling, untuk menguji outer dan inner model melalui program SMARTPLS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa brand experience, brand commitment, brand awareness, brand trust, dan perceived quality memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction maupun brand loyalty pada pengguna smartphone di Batam. Sebaliknya, brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara brand experience, brand commitment, brand awareness, brand trust, dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty. Namun, customer satisfaction tidak berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara brand image dan brand loyalty. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty.ABSTRACTNowadays, smartphones are no longer just a communication tool, but have become an integral part of people's daily activities. This study aims to examine various factors that play a role in influencing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty among smartphone users in Batam City. The approach used is quantitative, by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 312 students in Batam who actively use smartphones. The data was analyzed using statistical techniques, structural equation modeling tests, to test the outer and inner models through the SMARTPLS program. This study found that brand experience, brand commitment, brand awareness, brand trust, and perceived quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty among smartphone users in Batam. In contrast, brand image does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is proven to be able to mediate the relationship between brand experience, brand commitment, brand awareness, brand trust, and perceived quality on brand loyalty. However, customer satisfaction does not act as a mediator in the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty. In addition, it was also found that there is a significant direct effect between customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Mrs Clean Laundry Mart is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in Batam City that provides laundry services. To compete in a highly competitive market, a digital marketing strategy is needed to enhance brand image and attract more customers. This report discusses the implementation of promotions through social media and the inclusion of business locations on Google Maps to improve visibility and competitiveness. The methods used include interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis to identify issues and develop solutions. The implementation involves optimizing Instagram and TikTok accounts, creating promotional content, and registering the business location on Google Maps to make it more accessible to customers. The results show increased customer interaction and engagement on social media, as well as easier access to services via Google Maps. Digital marketing has proven effective in boosting brand awareness and business competitiveness, although further optimization of promotions and service innovations is still needed.

Abstract

Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk implementasi strategi digital marketing untuk meningkatkan customer engagement dan penjualan di HW Laundry. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan mencakup pembuatan dan pengelolaan konten di Instagram, pendaftaran bisnis di Google Maps, serta pemanfaatan WhatsApp Business sebagai sarana komunikasi dan promosi. Strategi ini dioptimalkan melalui penggunaan hashtag yang relevan, unggahan testimoni pelanggan, serta konten interaktif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens. Selain itu, Google Maps dimanfaatkan untuk membangun kredibilitas bisnis melalui ulasan pelanggan dan pembaruan informasi bisnis secara berkala. WhatsApp Business digunakan secara efektif dengan fitur katalog layanan dan pesan otomatis untuk respons cepat. Ke depannya, disarankan agar HW Laundry terus mengembangkan strategi digital marketing melalui platform tambahan seperti TikTok dan Facebook, serta mempertimbangkan penggunaan iklan berbayar untuk memperluas jangkauan. Dengan penerapan strategi yang konsisten dan inovatif, HW Laundry dapat memperkuat posisinya di pasar dan meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan.

Abstract

Lafekeks, UMKM berbasis online yang berfokus pada produksi kue tart di Batam menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan media digital yang terstruktur untuk pemasaran. Saat ini, Lafekeks hanya mengandalkan pemasaran melalui media sosial tanpa adanya strategi digital yang lebih mendalam dan terintegrasi, sehingga potensi untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas belum maksimal. Proyek ini ditujukan untuk merancangkan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM Lafekeks di era digital. Metode penelitian yang ditempuh berupa metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan pengumpulan data melalui survei konsumen yang melibatkan 50 responden untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai preferensi pelanggan terhadap produk Lafekeks, beserta dengan analisis media sosial dengan memanfaatkan fitur analitik yang tersedia di Instagram. Implementasi strategi pemasaran digital memberikan dampak signifikan pada peningkatan penjualan sebesar 40%, peningkatan brand awareness yang diindikasikan dengan penambahan jumlah pengikut di Instagram sebanyak 1.200 pengikut organik, peningkatan kunjungan profil sebesar 50%, peningkatan likes rata-rata dari 150 menjadi 400, serta peningkatan jumlah direct messages yang diterima sebesar 2 kali lipat.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the influence of innovation, social media, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitor orientation on marketing performance in retail businesses, with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. Method; Data was collected through a survey involving ritel companies in various sectors in the Batam city area, by distributing questionnaires to 350 people in various retail companies in the city of Batam is a research method used to test the relationship between variables. Results; The results showed that social media innovation, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and competitor orientation significantly affect marketing performance, both directly and indirectly through competitive advantage. Competitive advantage acts as a factor that strengthens the influence of these variables on marketing performance. Conclusion; This research suggests that ritel businesses should continue to innovate, maintain the right market orientation, and focus on entrepreneurship and understanding of competitors to create a sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan aspek manajemen operasional pada perusahaan manufaktur Zuanbao. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan metode kualitatif berupa studi pustaka serta wawancara narasumber dimana narasumber merupakan kepala produksi atas produk konektor di perusahaan manufaktur Zuanbao. Dari 10 aspek manajemen operasional yang diantaranya manajemen rantai pasok, kualitas, serta strategi proses, Zuanbao sebagai perusahaan manufaktur yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai perusahaan besar memiliki manajemen dan proses yang berlaku pada perusahaan tersebut sehingga kegiatan operasional berlangsung dengan efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan.

PT. Super Mandiri Pratama is a manufacturing company founded on December 25, 2000, engaged in glass renovation, construction and production. During 22 years of existence, PT. Super Mandiri Pratama has successfully competed in a competitive industry and has built and maintained a good reputation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, the data sources used are primary that was obtained from observation and interview and secondary data obtained from various sources of library materials which contained various matters relating to operational management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of operational management at PT. Super Mandiri Pratama. Results showed that the company implemented human resource management, project management, and supply chain management in a proper and structured manner. However, the company does not set a location strategy, so the authors suggest companies to implement location strategy in order to minimize transportation costs and achieve work effectiveness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of operational management aspects in the Zuanbao manufacturing company. The research was conducted by utilizing qualitative methods in the form of literature studies and interviews with informants where the informant was the production head of connector products at the Zuanbao manufacturing company. Of the 10 aspects of operational management which include supply chain management, quality, and process strategy, Zuanbao as a manufacturing company that can be categorized as a large company has management and processes that apply to the company so that operational activities take place efficiently and effectively according to company expectations.
