Abstract

Tesla Inc. is a company operating in the automotive industry and was founded from the United States of America. In the company’s business operations, Tesla Inc. needs a supply chain management strategy for a streamlined business process. This article will be discussing about Tesla Inc.’s supply chain management and the role of ERP in it. Tesla Inc. implements vertical supply chain integration strategy for the company’s supply chain management. Also in the business process of the company, Tesla Inc. implements ERP system known as WARP which is developed internally by the company itself to integrate business functions.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKonsumen terhadap isu lingkungan terus meningkat, mendorong permintaan produk perawatan kulit yang ramah lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, banyak konsumen masih mempertimbangkan harga premium sebagai hambatan utama dalam keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk, persepsi kualitas, kepedulian lingkungan, dan norma subjektif terhadap niat membeli serta kesediaan membayar harga premium pada produk perawatan kulit ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengkaji peran niat membeli sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara keempat konstruk awal dengan kesediaan membayar harga premium. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dari 385 responden yang telah produk perawatan kulit ramah lingkungan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk, persepsi kualitas, kepedulian lingkungan, dan norma subjektif berpengaruh poABSTRACTConsumer concern for environmental issues continues to rise, driving demand for eco-friendly skincare products. However, many consumers still perceive premium pricing as a major barrier in purchasing green products. This study aims to analyze the influence of product knowledge, perceived quality, environmental concern, and subjective norms on purchase intention and willingness to pay a premium price for eco-friendly skincare products. Additionally, the study examines the mediating role of purchase intention in the relationship between the four antecedent constructs and willingness to pay a premium. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 385 respondents who had previously purchased eco-friendly skincare products. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Abstract

Rantai pasok merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam menentukan efektivitas sebuah perusahaan. Seluruh kegiatan dalam rantai pasok dilaksanakan oleh unit kesatuan bisnis yang harus beradaptasi untuk menjaga kestabilan aktivitas perusahaan di tengah kondisi pandemi. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi rantai pasok, khususnya pada kegiatan ekspor dan impor serta penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan sistem Accurate pada PT Weldbro selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi lapangan ke PT Weldbro International. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh terhadap kegiatan rantai pasok yang ada pada PT Weldbro International. Oleh karena itu, strategi yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kestabilan dan performa perusahaan. Penerapan ini juga didukung dengan menggunakan sistem ERP untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mewujudkan efisiensi dan efektivitas, menciptakan kolaborasi, keamanan data serta prediksi bisnis yang akurat untuk menciptakan bisnis berkelanjutan dengan proses supply chain management yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan model dan pengelolaan rantai pasokan, penerapan drivers yang diterapkan dalam performa rantai pasok, serta penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) PT Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui artikel, laporan keuangan, serta situs asli perusahaan Sido Muncul. Adapun metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan yaitu metode analisis kualitatif dengan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Farmasi Sido Muncul: menggunakan supplier lokal dan juga impor, bahan baku diolah di pabrik PT Sido Muncul yang berlokasi di Kota Semarang, proses distribusi dijalankan oleh kurang lebih 122 distributor dari Sabang hingga Merauke, menjangkau hingga lebih dari 100,000 pedagang grosir dan eceran, pelanggan kebanyakan merupakan para remaja dan orang dewasa yang menyukai obat-obatan dari tanaman herbal. Adapun drivers yang diterapkan pada rantai pasok PT Sido Muncul mulai dari: fasilitas, inventaris, transportasi, informasi, sourcing hingga pricing. PT Sido Muncul menggunakan sistem ERP SAP S/4HANA untuk mengendalikan dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam pengawasan kegiatan operasionalnya. SAP S/4HANA mendukung perusahaan dalam melakukan proses transaksi, menganalisis data, dan memproses data perusahaan berkapasitas besar secara real-time.

Abstract

In managing a company, reaching a high revenue is the most important goal. Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) experiences rise throughout 2017 by covid-19 outbreak in 2020. In the same time, Indonesia’s state income tax revenue also experiences the same condition which means, firms are having good performance from 2017 till by Covid-19 breakout in 2020. By analyzing firm’s cash flow source, we will find out the way of managing cash flow to reach a better return. Start-up capital usually comes from debt or shareholders, while in making sure operational cash usually comes from receivable turnover and future cash flow depends on financial constraints This Research aims to find out if firm performance is effected by cash flow management that is measured by Debt Equity Ratio (DER), receivable turnover, and financial constraints. Research was done on industry sectors of Indonesia which contributes more than 20% of Indonesia’s GDP since 2018.

Abstract

Rural banks’ roles as financing services have become a great contributor to Indonesia’s MSME business. This study aims to examine the firm performance of rural banks in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The bank-specific variable and macroeconomics are used to test the effect on the rural banks with a high NPL level in Indonesia’s province. This study employs the panel data regression with semi-annual reports of 17 rural banks from 2017-2021. The effect of NPL, CAR, bank size, LDR, GDP growth rate, inflation rate, interest rate, and exchange rate on ROA and ROE were analyzed. NPL was found positively affect ROA but doesn’t affect ROE. While both CAR and bank size positively affect ROA but don’t affect ROE. Moreover, the LDR doesn’t affect both ROA and ROE.

Abstract

Perusahaan Hershey’s Food Corporation merupakan salah satu merk coklat yang terkenal. Cokelat ini di impor dari perusahaan yang terletak di negara Amerika. Perusahaan ini telah menjadi salah satu perusahaan cokelat yang sukses dan terkenal di dunia. Struktur sistem distribusi Hershey membantu mengantarkan semua produk ke seluruh Amerika Serikat.  Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi kuantitatif dengan menganalisis ROA ROE menggunakan data neraca keuangan serta laba rugi dan kegagalan implementasi ERP yang dialami pada Hershey’s Food Corporation.

Abstract

The current trend in digital marketing presents a significant opportunity, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Industry 4.0 era. Digital marketing offers many advantages over traditional methods, especially its ability to track and measure strategic effectiveness. This research aims to optimize digital marketing strategies to enhance promotion and sales performance for the MSME Nostalgia Coffee. A qualitative approach was used, employing method triangulation through interviews, observation, and content analysis to validate findings and ensure data credibility. Results show that optimizing digital marketing—especially through Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and online food delivery platforms—led to a measurable impact. Instagram account reach increased by 26.3%, with a 69.2% rise in followers over 14 days. Customer interaction also improved, with 34 engaged accounts, comprising 86.3% followers and 13.7% non-followers. Furthermore, Google Reviews improved with 14 new reviews, increasing total online ratings and strengthening public perception. These findings suggest that strategic implementation of digital tools can enhance customer engagement and brand visibility. Future studies are recommended to apply these strategies on a wider scale and over a longer timeframe to achieve sustained growth and adaptability.

Abstract

Introduction; This study investigates factors influencing consumers intention to book hotels online using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory. The research is motivated by the growing trend of digital transformation in the hospitality industry, where user trust and convenience play crucial roles in shaping online booking behavior. Methods; A quantitative approach was employed by distributing online questionnaires to individuals who had previously booked hotels online, resulting in 448 valid responses being collected. Data were analyzed with validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. Respondents were selected through judgmental sampling to ensure relevance. Results; The findings indicate that perceived trust is the key variable exerting a significant direct influence on booking intention, an effect which is moderated by promotional offers. Notably, external stimuli such as online reviews, convenience quotient, and mobile application quality primarily influence booking intention indirectly, acting through their significant impact on perceived trust, which functions as a key mediator. Conclusion; The study concludes that strengthening users’ trust, satisfaction, and overall digital experience can enhance consumers’ willingness to engage in online hotel booking. These results offer practical insights for application developers and hotel managers to design trustworthy, user-friendly platforms and promotional strategies that align with changing consumer expectations.
