Abstract

Manajemen penjamin mutu pendidikan merupakan kunci keberhasilan suatu pendidikan, Lulusan yang unggul merupakaan keinginan dari siswa, untuk menunjang keberhasilan ada peranan guru yang sangat penting. Mutu lulusan yang rendah dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti sulitnya mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai yang diinginkan, lulusan yang tidak produktif termasuk penerapan manajemen di lembaga pendidikan SMA Binaul Ummah Kuningan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem penjamin mutu internal untuk meningkatkan peserta didik dan mutu lulusan upaya supervisi SMA Binaul Ummah Kuningan. Melalui pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode cara Wawancara dan Observasi. Hasil Penelitian yaitu (1) Sistem penjamin mutu internal di SMA Binaul Ummah sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi Kelapa Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Peserta Didik dan Mutu Lulusan di SMA Binaul Ummah dilakukannya Supervisi Akademik dan Supervisi administrasi pembelajaran sekolah berusaha yang terbaik untuk evaluasi baik dari meningkatkan kompetensi guru, menilai kelengkapan administrasi para guru (Silabus, RPP, Prota, Promes, KKM), mencari pola baru, dan studi banding dengan sekolah swasta yang unggul untuk meningkatkan peserta didik dan mutu lulusan. (3) Strategi meningkatkan mutu sekolah SMA Binaul Ummah yang Unggul belum maksimal.

Abstract

Para ahli dan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan dalam pacaranmerupakan salah satu isu krusial di tingkat global yang dihadapi para remaja. Perempuan lebih banyak menjadi korban dibandingkan laki-laki karena pada dasarnya kekerasan ini terjadi akibat adanya ketimpangan kekuasaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang dianut oleh masyarakat luas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, faktor penyebab kejadian dan dampak kekerasan berbasis gender dalam pacarana. Metode penelitian secara kualitatif, pendekatan studi kasus yaitu Indepth Interview (wawancara mendalam) kepada 2 orang korban kekerasan berbasis gender dalam pacaran pada remaja putri di Indramayu, agar memperoleh data yang valid maka peneliti melakukan triangulasi analisis, dan meminta umpan balik dari informan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kekerasan berbasis gender dalam pacaran meliputi a) kekerasan fisik seperti mencengkeram tubuh dan menendang, b) kekerasan psikis seperti mengucapkan kata-kata kasar dan makian, c) kekerasan seksual seperti memaksa mencium korban dan memaksa korban untuk berhubungan seksual, d) kekerasan ekonomi seperti meminta korban untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari pelaku. Umumnya faktor penyebab kekerasan berbasis gender dalam pacaran berupa emosi belum stabil, dorongan seksual, dan budaya patriarki. Dampak kekerasan berbasis gender dalam berpacaran meliputi dampak fisik, seperti lebam dan perih, dampak psikis meliputi depresi dan ketakutan, sedangkan dampak sosial seperti dikucilkan dan aib keluarga. Kontribusi penelitian ini mencakup kontribusi teoritis yaitu berisi tentang penjelasan bentuk, faktor dan dampak kekerasan berbais gender dalam pacaran untuk melengkapi penelitian sebelumnya. Maka penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada Orang tua, guru, pasangan remaja sebagai referensi atau panduan pencegahan kekerasan dalam pacaran.

Abstract

The enhancement of student learning outcomes is a primary goal of various innovations in teaching methods. This study systematically reviews the effectiveness of cooperative learning methods, specifically Jigsaw Learning and Numbered Heads Together (NHT), in improving student learning outcomes. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research analyzes twelve studies published between 2019 and 2025 that compare these two methods. The findings indicate that both Jigsaw Learning and NHT possess unique strengths; Jigsaw Learning fosters deep understanding through collaborative expertise, while NHT promotes active participation through structured discussions. Despite some studies showing no significant differences in effectiveness, others highlight context-dependent advantages of each method. The implications suggest that educators should consider the specific learning objectives and student characteristics when selecting or combining these methods to optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

Misconceptions surrounding sexual consent often serve as a catalyst for sexual violence. The absence of explicit refusal in a sexual encounter does not necessarily indicate agreement. The debate over sexual consent education has gained prominence, particularly in the context of Indonesia’s Draft Law on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (RUU PKS). This study critically examines polarized perspectives on this issue using a qualitative approach and the Mubādalah framework to find common ground. The findings reveal two opposing positions. The Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (ICJR) emphasizes that the absence of consent is a primary cause of sexual violence, advocating for sexual consent education as a preventive measure. In contrast, the Indonesian Family Love Alliance (AILA Indonesia) argues that such education contradicts Indonesia’s cultural and religious values, potentially fostering sexual permissiveness. AILA proposes a preventive approach rooted in local norms and values. The Mubādalah perspective provides a mediating lens, emphasizing that sexual activities outside marriage are impermissible in Islam. It reframes sexual consent within marital contexts and advocates education that prioritizes respect, mutual consent, and adherence to ethical and religious principles. This balanced approach addresses both ICJR’s and AILA’s concerns, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility while upholding religious values to prevent sexual violence.

Abstract

In facing the impact of digitalization, it is necessary to control the use of technology. This can be seen from the many cases of gender violence in adolescents. This study aims to investigate the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in dealing with online gender-based violence among adolescents in Cirebon. Through a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research focuses on adolescents' understanding, perception, and experience of PAI teaching related to the phenomenon of gender violence in the digital realm. In-depth interviews with adolescents, PAI teachers, and related individuals were conducted to explore how the religious values taught in PAI affect adolescents' attitudes, behaviors, and thoughts towards online gender-based violence. The data analysis carried out includes data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. The results of this study are the importance of the role of PAI in shaping the moral and ethical awareness of adolescents against online gender-based violence. Understanding religious values in this context encourages more responsible online behavior and reduces the risk of engaging in gender violence. The implications of this study can be the basis for the development of more effective educational strategies in preventing and tackling online gender-based violence among adolescents.

Abstract

Belajar sambil bermain merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi ketegangan dan kejenuhan siswa ditengah proses pembelajaran. Namun, di Kuttab Al-fatih dalam proses pembelajaran terdapat adab-adab yang harus dikedapankan, sehingga antara belajar dan bermain tidak dapat dilakukan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Tujuan penelian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi Konsep Belajar Tanpa Bermain di Lembaga Kuttab Al-Fatih, (2) Menganalisis Dampak Penerapan Konsep Belajar Tanpa Bermain terhadap Prestasi dan Perkembangan Siswa, dan (3) Mengevaluasi Penerapan Konsep Belajar Tanpa Bermain dalam Perspektif Psikologi Belajar Kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi analisis kritis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diaplikasikan adalah observasi partisipatif pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Pendekatan ini unik karena meskipun secara eksplisit memisahkan elemen bermain dari proses pembelajaran tradisional, Kuttab Al-Fatih mengintegrasikan aspek-aspek pembelajaran yang kaya akan nilai-nilai moral dan agama melalui metode halaqah dan cerita dari Al-Qur'an. (2) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, seperti kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an dan memahami mata pelajaran umum. Selain itu, perilaku positif seperti kedisiplinan dan kemandirian dalam aktivitas sehari-hari juga terbentuk dengan baik. (3) Dengan menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip dari teori sosiokultural Vygotsky, konstruktivis Bruner, dan kecerdasan majemuk Gardner, pendekatan ini tidak hanya memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan tetapi juga mendukung pembentukan karakter yang kuat dan adaptif. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan bahwa, meskipun tidak ada unsur bermain tradisional yang ditekankan, kebutuhan perkembangan anak tetap terpenuhi melalui kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mendukung pembelajaran interaktif dan perkembangan emosional yang stabil. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan dasar untuk mendukung perkembangan akademik dan karakter siswa secara optimal.

Abstract

Mastery of the Arabic mufrodat is the main challenge for students in Islamic boarding schools, especially in reading the yellow book which requires a deep understanding of the rules of the Arabic language. This phenomenon reflects the importance of vocabulary mastery in supporting the reading skills of classical Arabic texts. This study aims to (1) analyze the mastery of mufrodat of An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School students, (2) analyze the ability to read the yellow book, and (3) describe the influence of mastery of mufrodat on the ability to read the yellow book. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires involving 18 students as samples. The analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that (1) most of the students had mastery of mufrodat in the categories of very good (55.5%) and good (44.5%), (2) the ability to read the yellow book of students was shown through the accuracy of reading based on the rules of nahwu and shorof, understanding of the content of the reading, and the ability to express the content of the reading systematically, and (3) there was a significant positive influence between the mastery of mufrodat and the ability to read the yellow book, which is supported by grammatical rule-based learning and the active role of Ustadz in the teaching process. This study emphasizes the importance of strategies to strengthen mufrodat learning to improve the ability to read the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Lawrence Kohlberg brought a theory of moral development based on moral reasoning which is a product of ratio or reason. The author tries to raise the perspective of Islamic education. The method used by the author is qualitative and library research with documentary research sources based on moral development theory and Islamic theory. Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development theory discusses the development experienced by humans who will reach a certain stage of development by going through the previous moral stages. This paper reveals the perspective of Islamic education on Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development theory. This research produces, first, the theory of moral development based on anthropocentric and theocentric, second, the common thread between spiritual intelligence and religion called spiritual intelligence, which must be possessed by students as a condition for becoming moral human beings. Abstract

The implementation of academic supervision is one of the important things to do. With the implementation of supervision, it is hoped that it can provide assistance and breakthrough solutions to educational problems and improve the performance of teachers in the learning process. This study aims to determine the problems with the implementation of academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Islamiyah Cirebon. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation studies. To obtain comprehensive data, researchers used triangulation to support the credibility and validity of the data obtained. The results of the study stated that: (1) the problems found in implementing academic supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic are the difficulty in implementing the national curriculum in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers’ unpreparedness in carrying out online learning, teachers; technology savvy, technical differences in the implementation of learning for each school that cause contra for the parents, understanding of the material which cannot be absorbed optimally, teachers’ difficulty in assessing the development of students' affective attitudes; (2) efforts to overcome the problems of academic supervision are replacing the national curriculum with the Covid-19 emergency curriculum, providing guidance and direction related to the use of technology, and implementing face-to-face learning twice a week.

Abstract

The performance of the principal can be a role modeling for the performance of the teachers. If an educational institution is managed with the prophetic leadership ability of the principal, the managerial system will be able to foster responsibility that comes from the hearts and internal motivations of teachers. This study aims to describe the Prophetic Leadership of The Principal in Improving Teacher Performance. This research uses a literature reviews approach. In searching for articles, a google scholar application is used with the keywords "Prophetic Leadership,” “Principal,” and “Teacher Performance.” Article searches are time-limited i.e. from 2016 to 2021. From the search results, 20 articles were searched based on thematic criteria, up to only 12 articles were used in this study. The results showed that the leadership of the principal in an Islamic educational institution went well and ideally according to the concept of the Qur'an and Hadith when each leader was able to practice prophetic values (shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah) with full responsibility in carrying out the wheels of education. The implementation of prophetic values in leading by a principal leader will affect the improvement of teacher performance as an effort to answer the hopes, wants, and needs of the community. In other words, there is a significant relationship between the principal's prophetic leadership and teacher performance
