Abstract

Every aspect of human life has been influenced by advances in digital technology, including in the field of Arabic language education. However, there are still some Arabic language educators who have not been able to adapt to current developments in this digital era. This research aims to analyze: 1) The challenges faced by Arabic language education in the digital era transformation. 2) Opportunities for Arabic language education in the digital era transformation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a literature study approach. The results of this research show that there is a change in the paradigm of Arabic language education in the digital era, including: 1) The concept of education. 2) Use of Technology, and 3) The Role of Arabic Language Teachers in the Digital Era. The challenges include; 1) Teacher Maturity, 2) Infrastructure, and 3) Content Quality. While the opportunities are; 1) Increased Access to Education. 2) More innovative learning, and 3) Collaboration between Educational Institutions.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of the brainstorming method on enhancing creative thinking and collaborative skills of students at MTs Al-Ishlah Panambangan. The method used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. The type of data used is quantitative data, and the source of data is primary data. The data analysis technique employed is the independent sample t-test. The results of the study indicate that brainstorming has an effect on the creativity and collaborative abilities of students at MTs Al-Ishlah Panambangan.

Abstract

Instagram can be used to boost students' enthusiasm for learning Arabic because it is an attractive social media platform for today's young generation. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Instagram as a digital literacy-based learning medium, including: (1) Analyzing the use of Instagram as a mufradat learning medium for IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Arabic Language Education Students (2) Analyzing the digital literacy abilities of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Arabic Language Education Students Cirebon (3) Describe the effectiveness of Instagram in learning Arabic language based on digital literacy for Arabic Language Education Students at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Many online platforms and media have proven their effectiveness as recommendations for online-based learning and one of them used for Arabic language education students is the Instagram application. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but manuscripts, interviews, field notes, recordings, and personal documents. The research results show that the Instagram application as a mufradat learning medium is quite effective, quite effective here, namely in using social media as a source of information in searching for materials related to Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Arabic speaking skills involve the ability to communicate orally in Arabic accurately, clearly and effectively. Arabic speaking skills include the ability to understand and use vocabulary, grammar and appropriate intonation in speaking. As happened at MA Khas Kempek to improve Arabic language skills. This research aims to determine (1) the application of the muhadatsah method in Arabic speaking skills at MA Khas Kempek (2) the application of pocket book media in Arabic speaking skills at MA Khas Kempek (3) the use of the muhadatsah method with pocket book media in improving speaking skills Arabic at MA Khas Kempek. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used in this research was interviews with 4 respondents. The research results revealed that (1) The application of pocket book media is used to make it easier for students to memorize and master Arabic vocabulary. The pocket book media used at MA Khas Kempek is in the form of an application that can be accessed on a cellphone or computer. (2) The use of the muhadatsah method with pocket book media in improving Arabic speaking skills really helps students, helps students so that students can speak Arabic with the correct structure and students can master Arabic vocabulary and memorize a lot of vocabulary as well.

Abstract

Efforts to increase self-confidence are a very important component in the learning process, in order to train self-confidence and mentally train students, especially to have the courage to appear in public. One ability that can be improved is the ability to speak foreign languages, especially English and Arabic. If you look at it from time to time, foreign languages such as Arabic are currently an important language to learn, just like English. This research seeks answers to the questions 1) What is the level of self-confidence in speaking Arabic of IAIN Syekh Nurjati students? efforts to grow self-confidence. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data in the form of interviews and filling out questionnaires on research subjects. This research resulted in the finding that the majority of IAIN Syekh Nurjati students have great self-confidence and the Plotagon application to improve their Arabic speaking skills is very helpful for students, because the application has many features that can help its users.

Abstract

The teachings of Sufism play an essential role in balancing human life. Sufism can practically be driving forces to provide peace, coolness, and friendliness to create religious and social harmony. This study aims to explain the values of religious moderation education reflected in the concepts of wahdat al-Wujud and wahdat asy-Syuhud. This study used qualitative methodology with a literature approach. The primary sources are taken from two books: wahdat al-Wujud 'Inda Ibn Arabi by Abdul Karim Ibn Abdul Jalil and Ibn al-Faridh wa al-Hubb al-Ilahi by Muhammad Mustafa Hilmi, while the secondary ones are references taken from journals, books, and other writings that explain Islamic moderation, philosophical Sufism, and educational values. The results showed that the concept of monotheism carried by Ibn Arabi’s wahdat al-Wujud and Ibn al-Faridh’s wahdat asy-Syuhud, in the context of the issues of religious moderation, does not only discuss a single divinity, but it also offers five ideas: (1) equality of relationship between people, (2) human rights, (3) tolerance in religious plurality, (4) harmony in religious life, and (5) values of Islamic moderation Education. These values are very important to be implemented into the practice of teaching and learning.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren mahasiswa yang mempunyai program khusus. Salah satunya program sorogan kitab kuning sebagai program baru dari beberapa program yang ada di pesantren. Program sorogan ini diadakan untuk melatih kemampuan membaca, dan menghafal santri terhadap kandungan dalam kitab. Namun ada beberapa hal yang membuat santri kesulitan dalam proses belajarnya. Hal tersebutlah yang menarik para penulis untuk mengadakan penelitian yang bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan program kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon; (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan program kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon; (3) Untuk mengetahui upaya pondok pesantren dan para guru dalam menyelesaikan problematika yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan program sorogan kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengadakan wawancara berdasarkan daftar pertanyaan kepada para narasumber. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil pengamatan dan hasil wawancara yang sudah dilakukan, dan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu: (1) Pelaksanaan program kitab kuning di pondok pesantren An-Nidhom menggunakan metode sorogan yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasantri memahami kitab dengan dilaksanakan dua kali dalam seminggu untuk penyetoran hafalan kepada pembimbing di aula kelas, (2) Adanya kendala sebagai faktor penghambat yakni rasa malas untuk menghafal, merasa sulit dalam mengatur waktu, dan faktor lingkungan, (3)Adanya upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak pondok pesantren dan para guru untuk menyelesaikan problematika tersebut yakni melakukan musyawarah dengan begitu pihak pondok akan mengetahui kendalanya untuk mencari solusi, membuat kebijakan perizinan dan memperbaiki fasilitas yang ada.

Abstract

Anti-social behaviors in children is now common. Aggressive behavior, bullying, egocentrism, fighting, prejudice and so on indicate the failure of parenting and teacher education to social and emotional development in children. This study aims to analyze the development of children's social emotions from an Islamic perspective. Through the literature study approach, there are 3 stages of social emotional development in Islam: (1) the first stage starts from birth to 7 years of age. At this stage, ethics education must be taught to children through continuous stimulus, response and imitation because the child's cognitive development is not yet perfect; (2) the second stage starts from 7 to 15 years of age. This stage is called the tamyiz stage in Islam. Children can tell the difference between good and bad. At this stage parental supervision should be increased; and (3) the third stage from 15 years of age and over. Children must already have knowledge, understanding and habits of commendable behavior, because this praiseworthy behavior is always repeated and accustomed to in the first and second stages. In this case, the family plays an important role in shaping the personality of children who are mature in dealing with problems that arise along with social and emotional development. In Islam, the problems faced by children will definitely be in accordance with their respective capacities and can still be overcome. Through problems, their faith and devotion were tested by Allah SWT. Patience and fortitude are one's potential. With intelligence given by God, children can easily know and understand the nature of every challenge and difficulty. Therefore, children must always be educated so they always have positive prejudice (husnudzan) rather than negative prejudice (suudzan), both for themselves, others and Allah.

Abstract

Pertunjukan wayang belum diakui menjadi media dan sumber pembelajaran. Pandangan terhadap pertunjukan wayang lebih sebagai hiburan daripada sebagai media pembelajaran. Kemunculan wayang “Potel” merupakan upaya untuk merevitalisasi eksistensi pewayangan sebagai media pembelajaran dan melestarikan tradisi kearifan lokal masyarakat Jawa Barat. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini: (1) Transformasi kebudayaan wayang Potel merupakan representasi dari wayang konvensional ke wayang baru yang tidak hanya sebagai media hiburan, namun dapat menjadi sebagai media, materi, sumber, dan metode pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti masjid, mushala, pondok pesantren, dan madrasah; (2) Nilai-nilai psiko-religius yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan Wayang Potel secara ringkas tercakup dalam hubungan baik dengan Allah, hubungan baik antar manusia, dan hubungan baik dengan lingkungan; (3) Proses internalisasi psiko-religius diperoleh dari pesan yang terkandung dalam lakon maupun tokoh dalam wayang Potel melalui proses imitasi, identifikasi, dan internalisasi.Kata Kunci: Transformasi, Internalisasi, Nilai psiko-religius, Wayang potel

Abstract

Learning essay writing skills is considered less interesting and boring for students so that students are less interested in learning essay writing skills. However, using interesting learning methods can be the solution. One of them is by using the quantum writer learning method. This research aims to improve students' learning of writing skills by using the quantum writer learning method for students. This research was conducted using literature review, by reading various articles, journals, and other publications related to the research topic. Article search is carried out using an accredited online database, namely Google Scholar. In the search for articles, the researcher limited the literature from 2014-2022. The keywords used are "inysa' writing skills", "quantum writer", "disruptive era 4.0". Based on the search results through Google Scholar using these keywords and after filtering by criteria, out of 20 articles found, only 12 articles are relevant. The results of this study are 1) The quantum writer learning method can be used as an alternative learning method, especially in learning essay writing skills because the two are interconnected. 2) To implement the quantum writer model to improve students' writing skills, there are stages that must be done by teachers. 3) Quantum writer learning method has a great influence on students' writing skills. 4) The level of students' writing ability using the quantum writer method is included in the category of good or quite effective.
