Abstract

Aspek psikologis merupakan salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi dalam permainan olahraga, khususnya bola basket. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui aspek psikologis atlet-siswa pemain bola basket berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan posisi bermain. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari data melalui research question yang dirumuskan fokus pada 5 elemen yang disebut PICOC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan aspek psikologis atlet-siswa pemain bola basket berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan posisi bermain. Terdapat perbedaan aspek psikologis antara atlet-siswa laki-laki dengan atlet-siswa perempuan. Atlet perempuan cenderung sering menggunakan kemampuan aspek psikologisnya pada waktu berlatih sedangkan atlet laki-laki cenderung menggunakan kemampuan aspek psikologisnya pada saat bertanding. Namun keduanya memiliki perbedaan secara keseluruhan aspek psikologisnya. Dan terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan dalam aspek psikologis atlet-siswa pada posisi guard, forward dan center, ketiganya memiliki sebagian keunggulan dari seluruh aspek psikologis.Keywords: Aspek Psikologis, Bola Basket, Jenis Kelamin, Posisi Bermain.

Abstract

Physical activity is very closely related to movement skills and can be developed through physical education. By integrating self-efficacy into physical education as an intervention, it is hoped that both can be instilled and developed simultaneously.This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy in physical education in order to increase physical activity and sports satisfaction for young women. This research is an experimental research using a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The instruments used to collect data were the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) for young and middle-aged adults (15-59) and the Basic Needs Satisfaction in Sport Scale (BNSSS) instrument to measure satisfaction in sports which were then processed using an independent sample t-test compares two sample means to determine whether the group means differ significantly. The results of this study can be concluded that by integrating self-efficacy content in physical education lessons, it is very large in supporting the physical activities of female students and also increasing students’ motivation and creating a better learning environment. In addition, this intervention can increase satisfaction with physical education learning. These results have an indirect impact on students’ satisfaction in sports. Furthermore, it is necessary to conduct research on samples from various regions and samples of elementary school and college students.

Abstract

Background Problems: Social skills development is increasingly important in education as it impacts students’ social interactions, good relationships, and academic success. However, in the digital age, changing social dynamics are driving educators and researchers to recognise the importance of valid and reliable tools to assess and develop social skills, including in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools. Research Objectives: This study aims to discuss the process of adapting an instrument to assess adolescent social skill in higher education, highlighting the key considerations and steps involved in its development. Methods: The research method used was quantitative research. The population in this study were 1st semester physical education students, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 118, data were discussed with Pearson and Cronbach. The English version of the SSIS-RS was translated according to international guidelines into Indonesian. Content validity was verified by an expert panel and our instrument was then administered to the two sample physical education classes. SPSS version 27.0 (SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL) was used to perform all analyses in this study. Findings and Results: The results of the instrument validity test using Pearson correlation showed that 45 statement items were valid (r count > r table) of 46 statement items. It could be concluded that the Indonesian version of the SSIS-RS instrument had achieved adequate group validity. Cronbach alpha ranged from 0.888-0.893, indicating adequate internal consistency. Conclusion: The Indonesian version of the SSIS-RS instrument was said to be a valid and reliable tool for assessing students' social skills in physical education learning, so that it becomes a reference instrument when measuring affective learning abilities. The importance of social skills possessed by students because it is a predictor of academic and future success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengakuan royalti lagu sebagai harta bersama dalam perspektif hukum Islam dengan fokus pada kasus perceraian Inara Rusli dan Virgoun Teguh Putra di Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Barat. Kasus ini menyoroti isu hak kekayaan intelektual yang jarang dibahas dalam konteks perceraian, khususnya mengenai royalti dari lagu-lagu yang diciptakan selama masa perkawinan. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana royalti diakui sebagai bagian dari harta gono-gini menurut hukum Islam dan meneliti dasar hukum serta pertimbangan hakim dalam keputusan tersebut. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif digunakan untuk menganalisis ketentuan hukum dan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum Islam, royalti yang didapatkan selama masa perkawinan dapat dianggap sebagai harta bersama karena mencerminkan kontribusi kolektif dalam rumah tangga. Putusan hakim yang membagi 50% dari pendapatan bersih royalti sebagai harta bersama mencerminkan prinsip keadilan dan kesetaraan dalam pembagian harta, serta penyesuaian hukum Islam terhadap dinamika modern. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang hak kekayaan intelektual dalam konteks perceraian, penyempurnaan regulasi terkait, serta penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami dampak keputusan pengadilan terhadap kasus serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku skizofrenia paranoid dalam hukum Islam dengan studi kasus Putusan Nomor 105/PID.B/2023/PN_GDT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana hukum Islam menilai dan memutuskan kasus pidana yang melibatkan individu dengan gangguan mental berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis putusan pengadilan dan relevansi prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam terkait pertanggungjawaban pidana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadilan memutuskan untuk menempatkan terdakwa di bawah perawatan medis, bukan hukuman pidana, yang mencerminkan pendekatan yang adil dan manusiawi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi medis dalam proses peradilan dan perlunya sistem hukum untuk menyediakan prosedur serta fasilitas perawatan mental yang memadai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang bagaimana hukum Islam menangani kasus pidana yang melibatkan individu dengan gangguan mental, serta menekankan perlunya keseimbangan antara keadilan dan perlindungan bagi mereka yang mengalami gangguan mental berat.

Abstract

P This research aims to analyze the psychology of pencak silat student-athletes in Subang Regency from a gender perspective. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this research with 64 samples who were pencak silat athletes from Subang Regency with 32 male student-athletes and 32 female student-athletes who had participated in pencak silat championships. The instrument used was the PSIS-R5 which was developed by Mahoney, Gabriel, & Perkins, using a Likert scale with 43 statement items. All data collected was analyzed using the Independent Sample t-Test to test the psychological differences between male and female student-athletes. The results of the analysis show that the psychology of male and female pencak silat student-athletes is significantly different. Conclusion, pencak silat student-athletes have significantly different psychology. An important implication of the results of this research is that coaching and psychological development of athletes in the form of interventions can be given to pencak silat student-athletes by considering gender categories. Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of mental imagery training in mastering defensive lob skills in badminton. The research was conducted on 14 male badminton student-athletes who participated in extracurricular activities, using a quasi-experimental method and a single-group pre-test and post-test design. Based on the analysis results, it was found that the mental imagery training method significantly influenced the mastery of the primary defensive lob skills of playing badminton. In conclusion, according to the results of this analysis, the mental imagery training method can be used as an alternative to improve mastery of defensive lob skills in badminton. Abstract

The aim is to test the effect of instructional self-talk learning strategies on basic defensive clear and long service skills. The research was carried out using the experimental method on 32 Pinggir Sari 1 elementary school students consisting of 16 experimental group students and 16 control group students, which was carried out using a technique (random sampling). The results of the calculation of the independent samples t-test data for the experimental group and the defensive clear control group use the assumption of equal variances, which is seen from the average value of the experimental group, which is higher than the control group, namely (20.93 > 7.31) and the results of the test calculations independent samples t-test data for the experimental group and the extended service control group using the assumption of equal variances not assumed which is seen from the average value of the experimental group which is higher than the control group, namely (18.50 > 7.93). Conclusion: The instructional self-talk learning strategy significantly influences overall learning outcomes for basic skills. Keywords: Defensive precise, Instructional self-talk, Long service

Abstract

This research stems from academic concerns about how legislative regulations maintain customers' security affected by crimes in electronic transactions and information in the banking sector, furthermore, regarding the legal protection of banking customers who are victims of information and electronic transactions crime. This study aims to determine and examine the legal protection of customers who are victims of information and electronic transaction crimes. The research method used is normative juridical research using a statutory and conceptual approach. The results showed that 1) Legislation protecting banking customers who are victims of information and electronic transactions crime in the banking sector has previously been regulated in Law Number. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. 2) Legal protection of banking customers who are victims of information crime and electronic transactions consists of repressive and preventive legal protection. Repressive protection is given when preventive protection cannot prevent customers from Information and Electronic Transaction crimes. In Article 4, letter d of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, consumers have the right to be heard for their opinions and complaints about the goods or services used. Furthermore, Article 32 of Financial Services Authority Regulation (Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / POJK) Number 1/POJK.07/2013 on Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector states that financial services business actors are required to have and implement service and settlement mechanisms for consumers. In addition to repressive protection, there is also preventive customer protection listed in Article 4 of the consumer protection law, which states that banks have an obligation to provide guidance and education for customers as consumers

Abstract

This study aims at discussing the influence of planning towards educational management in realizing madrasah educational governance at Madrasah PUI Ciamis. In the present study, the reseachers employed quantitative methodology under survey technique through reviewing rational relationships among planning, educational management, and madrasah educational governance. The research site of the present study was conducted at Madarasah Aliyah (Islamic High School) PUI Ciamis Regency with the total population of 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that based on statistical calculations, testing the main hypothesis (variable X® variable Y® variable Z) obtained Fcount score of 13.8256 that is higher than Ftable score of 3.3690. Based on these scores, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence on planning towards educational management in realizing madrasah educational governance. The conclusion is to realize madrasah educational governance, it can be reached by optimizing planning and educational management.
