Abstract

Anak prasekolah mengacu pada anak yang berusia antara 3-6 tahun. Usia prasekolah merupakan usia dimana anak sedang aktif dalam bermain. Keaktifan anak dalam bermain sering kali membuat anak rentang terhadap penyakit. Perawatan di rumah sakit membuat anak terkena kecemasan dampak dari hospitalisasi. Kecemasan merupakan perasaan atau emosi yang ditimbulkan oleh penyebab yang tidak spesifik. Kecemasan biasanya ditandai dengan perasaan yang tidak nyaman, tidak siap, gelisah dan merasa terancam. Cara sederhana untuk mengurangi kecemasan anak dengan mendengarkan keluh kesahnya dan berusaha menjaga perasaannya yang aman dan murah adalah melalui terapi musik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan laporan kasus (case study) dan pendekatan implementasi berbasis bukti yang berfokus pada intervensi keperawatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tingkat kecemasan akibat hospitalisasi dengan munggunakan Preschool Anxiety Scale (PAS) dan facial image scala (FIS). Hasil uji didapatkan responden mengalami penurunan kecemasan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat Pengaruh Terapi Musik Terhadap Penurunan Kecemasan Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah Akibat Hospitalisasi

Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan penyakit infeksi yang menyerang paru-paru dan biasanya disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus atau jamur sehingga bisa menyebabkan gangguan fungsi organ pernapasan seperti kesulitan untuk bernafas karena kekurangan oksigen. Profil kesehatan indonesia tahun 2020 didapatkan bahwa penyakit infeksi menjadi penyumbang kematian pada kelompok usia 29 hari-11 bulan. Penderita pneumonia yang dirawat dirumah sakit sering mengalami distress pernapasan yang ditandai dengan napas cepat, retraksi dada, napas cuping hidung dan disertai stridor. Tujuan: Untuk Mengetahui Hasil Penerapan Terapi Pursed Lips Breathing Terhadap Status Oksigenasi Anak Dengan Pneumonia Di RS Indriati Solo Baru. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus untuk menggambarkan pemberian Pursed Lips breathing untuk peningkatan status oksigenasi pada anak dengan pneumonia. Dilakukan pre test-post test status oksigneasi setelah dilakukan intervensi PLB. Terapi ini dilakukan sebanyak 30 kali dalm rentang waktu 10-15 menit dalam waktu 3 hari setiap pagi hari yang diselingi dengan nafas biasa. Hasil: hasil akhir penerapan Terapi Pursed Lips Breathing setelah dilakukan 3 hari berturut-turut didapatkan frekuensi nafas terdapat kenaikan saturasi oksigen dari tidak normal menjadi normal. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perubahan status oksigenasi pada kedua responden setelah dilakukan intervensi Pursed Lips Breathing.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the aesthetics of the Kaia Dance in the socio-cultural context of the Laban community, Kenagarian Salido, IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. The method employed is a qualitative approach with analytical description, where all data, both written and field data, are described and analyzed according to the research problem. The aesthetic theories of A.A.M. Djelantik and Deni Junaedi are used to examine the issues, while Y. Sumandyo Hadi's perspective is applied to analyze the dance form. Kaia Dance is a traditional dance that has evolved in the Laban community, Kenagarian Salido. It embodies aesthetic elements reflecting the struggle to provide for one's family and draws inspiration from the surrounding nature and local conditions. This study provides new insights into understanding the Kaia Dance as a complex medium of expression, not only in terms of its movements but also in its rich social symbolism and local aesthetic values. The aesthetic values in Kaia Dance can be observed through three aspects: aesthetic object, aesthetic subject, and aesthetic value

Abstract

Kesenian Melayu yang cukup tua di Kepulauan Riau dulunya hampir punah atau istilahnya tidak ditemu kenali, namun terdapat seorang maestro memiliki tekad yang luar biasa, dilestarikan dan dipertahankan hingga saat ini. Jenis dan metode terkait observasi objek penelitian Tari MakYong muda, Ledang Balai, Kepulauan Riau, menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan ilmu etnografi. mendeskripsikan ke dalam teori yang saling berkaitan. wawancara narasumber, serta mempelajari gerak tari dan mendengar tutur bahasa. Kelengkapan lain dalam proses pengambilan data juga disertakan dalam pendokumentasian berbentuk foto dan video tari. MakYong muda merupakan sebuah tari yang dilingkupi dengan seni teater. yang juga tertuju pada sebuah seni lakon satu kesenian Melayu ialah Tari Makyong Muda, berlokasi di Sanggar Ledang Balai, Kota Tanjung Pinang, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau diciptakan dan dikembangkan oleh Said Parman yang memiliki nama panggung Tuan Habieb. Tari MakYong muda merupakan seni teater tradisional Melayu yang menggabungkan drama, tari, musik, dan naskah cerita. Pertunjukan ini melibatkan pemain profesional dengan pakaian dan properti sesuai peran, serta dua versi cerita yang mencerminkan kisah istana dan rakyat. MakYong muda kini mengalami modernisasi, namun tetap mempertahankan elemen tradisional seperti topeng dan struktur lakon

Abstract

The growth pattern of thermophilic bacteria can be observed through turbidity testing, representing each growth phase: lag, exponential, stationary, and death phases. To evaluate and understand the growth pattern of thermophilic bacteria, particularly MS-12 isolate from the Mudiak Sapan (MS) hot springs, it can be analyzed through Optical Density (OD) testing using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer (600 nm). The OD test is commonly employed to determine the turbidity level in a solution by measuring the light passing through the solution, proportional to the number of cells or particles within it. The testing method used in this study is descriptive with two replications. The research was conducted at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State University on December 9, 2023. Bacteria were incubated for 12 hours at a temperature of 50ºC, and their growth was measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 600 nm. Turbidity measurements were taken every 2 hours during the 12-hour incubation period. The growth pattern of MS-12 bacterial isolate, as observed from the measurements, can be considered favorable. At the 2-hour measurement in the second hour, bacterial growth averaged at 0.1535 (lag phase). Measurements from the 3rd to the 8th hour reached an average of 0.8105 (exponential phase). The 9th and 10th hours exhibited a stationary phase, while the measurements in the last 2 hours indicated a death phase, signifying a decline in the bacterial growth pattern.

Abstract

The current availability of electrical energy is not proportional to the large demand. This emphasizes the importance of saving electrical energy. To replace fossil fuel power plants that cannot be renewed. So Microbial Fuel Cells (MFC) is used, which is a technology that is able to convert chemical energy from organic matter into electrical energy through the process of oxidation and metabolism of anaerobic bacteria in electroactive biofilms at the anode. This study aims to determine the production of bioelectricity with Microbial Fuel Cell using consortium thermophilic bacteria on TMM substrate. This research was conducted in November 2023 in the microbiology laboratory, FMIPA, UNP. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by displaying images and graphs. Observation of the development of SSA 16 thermophilic bacteria was carried out for 24 hours by checking the voltage once every 2 hours. And the highest voltage result was 749 mv at the 10th hour of measurement.

Abstract

Lactic acid bacteria is a group of bacteria that produce lactic acid as the main product in fermentation. Tempoyak is a processed durian fruit product made by anaerobic spontaneous fermentation for 3-7 days. The fermentation process that occurs in making tempoyak is lactic acid fermentation. Carbohydrates are broken down into glucose, then BAL will ferment the glucose to produce lactic acid (main product), ethanol and CO2 (by-product). The aim of this research was to isolate lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from fermented durian. This research method is descriptive. 8 BAL isolates were obtained and identified macroscopically and microscopically by gram staining method. Based on the research that has been done, colonies of gram-positive bacteria in the form of bacilli and coccus cells were obtained. Gram-positive bacteria have cell wall characteristics with thicker peptidoglycan so that color absorption from violet crystals absorbed in cells will survive.

Abstract

Xylanase is an extracellular enzyme that is capable of hydrolyzing xylan (hemicellulose) into xylose and xylo-oligosaccharides. Xylanase can be produced by microbes through a fermentation process, the microbes used are thermophilic bacteria. Thermophilic bacteria are microorganisms that are capable of producing thermostable enzymes through fermentation. The bacteria used are MSS11, MS 16 and MS 18. These thermophilic bacteria can live at temperatures above 45°C-80°C. To determine specific enzyme activity, enzyme and protein activity values were tested using a 540 nm (enzyme) and 750 nm (protein) septovotometer. The method used in this research is descriptive in triplicate. The research was carried out at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State University on December 23 2023. Beechwood medium which had been mixed with MSS 11, MS 16, and MS 18 bacteria was then incubated at temperatures of 55℃, 65℃ and 75℃ so that specific enzyme activity was obtained. Of these three temperatures, the optimum specific enzyme activity of xylanase is 65℃, where the specific enzyme value obtained at 65℃ is 3.31 U/mg. Meanwhile, at low temperatures, namely at 55℃, the enzymatic reaction is slow, namely it has an enzyme activity value of 1.02 U/mg. Finally, at a temperature of 75, there was a decrease in specific enzyme activity, where the specific enzyme activity value was 3.12 U/mg.

Abstract

This study aimed to divert children's attention from the hospital environment, which often triggers anxiety, particularly during medical procedures such as infusions or injections. The method used was a case study approach within the nursing process framework. The results showed a significant reduction in anxiety and pain levels following the intervention, highlighting the effectiveness of hand puppet therapy as a simple yet impactful distraction technique. The conclusion of this study confirms that distraction therapy using hand puppets has a significant positive impact on the subjects, as evidenced by the notable differences in measurements taken before and after the intervention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital terhadap inovasi karyawan,dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi, pada UKM kuliner di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Datadiperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 96 responden yang bekerja di UKM kuliner yang telah memanfaatkanteknologi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap inovasi karyawan. Kompetensi digital juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasankerja, sementara kepuasan kerja terbukti secara langsung meningkatkan inovasi karyawan. Namun, kepuasankerja tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kompetensi digital dan inovasi karyawan secara signifikan.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru dengan menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi digital sebagai penggerakutama inovasi, khususnya dalam sektor UKM kuliner. Selain itu, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktorkepuasan kerja memegang peran penting dalam mendukung inovasi, meskipun bukan sebagai mediator yangkuat. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis dalam pengembangan pelatihan digital dan strategi peningkatankepuasan kerja untuk mendukung daya saing UKM di era digital. Fokus pada UKM kuliner di Kota Bekasimenjadi kontribusi unik yang memperkaya literatur tentang pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor ini.
