Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan service excellence terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Pakaian Kevin MMTC. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan persepsi pelanggan mengenai kualitas produk dan layanan yang diberikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pelanggan serta observasi langsung di toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kualitas produk maupun service excellence memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Loyalty and Location partially or simultaneously on Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. Population in this study are customers of Brastagi Supermarket for 50 customers. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated samples, which amounted to 50 customers. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. T test results indicate that Customer Loyalty has no positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto and Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. F test results indicate that Customer Loyalty and Location have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto. The coefficient of determination (R2) show that 35.3% of the Purchasing Decisions variable is influenced by the Customer Loyalty and Location variables, while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as service quality, store atmosphere, and promotion.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of food delivery on the Gojek application on purchasing decisions. This research explains whether food delivery services will influence purchasing decisions and increase buyer loyalty. In this research, we use simple regression analysis to show how influential variable x on variable y where before carrying out the analysis we carried out several tests such as normality, linearity and correlation tests to ensure our data was valid or not. From the results of the research it shows that there is an influence of Gojek food delivery services on purchasing decisions which from the analysis we carried out shows that the existence of food delivery services helps consumers in purchasing food. The conclusion we can draw is that variable of the large number of consumers who use the Gojek application to buy food due to discount time factors, etc

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk keripik kentang dari Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Aleza di Medan. Dalam konteks bisnis UMKM, pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan responden yang merupakan pelanggan tetap UMKM Aleza. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek seperti kualitas produk, harga, pelayanan, dan pengalaman keseluruhan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kualitas produk, variasi rasa, kemasan, pelayanan pelanggan, harga, dan kemudahan akses melalui layanan online sangat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Mayoritas responden menyatakan kepuasan dengan kualitas dan variasi produk yang ditawarkan oleh Aleza, meskipun beberapa mencatat adanya area yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti kapasitas produksi, waktu pengiriman, dan konsistensi kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya UMKM dalam memahami preferensi dan ekspektasi pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan area yang memerlukan perbaikan, UMKM Aleza dapat meningkatkan layanannya dan memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa UMKM perlu terus berinovasi dan beradaptasi untuk mempertahankan posisinya dalam pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Sales increase is the process of increasing the number of products or services sold by a company or individual in a certain time period. The goal is to increase revenue and profitability. Increased sales can be achieved through various strategies, including more effective marketing, improving product or service quality, expansion market, increasing distribution, improving customer service, and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of social media on increasing sales of MSMEs in Tanjung Morawa. The results of this research show that social media has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales of MSMEs in Tanjung Morawa. The magnitude of the influence can be seen from the large value of the coefficient of determination (R square of 61.5%.)

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence e-commerce has on purchasing decisions among students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The data used is a questionnaire. The research results show that E-commerce features partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing shows that there is an influence of e-commerce on purchasing decisions among students majoring in management, Faculty of Economics, Medan State University. The value of the equation Y = 8.940(?) +0.686 (X) + e. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.162 means that e-commerce features influence purchasing decisions by 16.2%, while the remaining 83.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Business competition in the current era is increasingly fierce in the food business sector, companies are constantly required to survive and continue to excel in the competition. Purchase interest is one of the factors that influences a company to gain profits and survive. The object of this research is Mie Gacoan Pancing (Medan). Mie Gacoan is a spicy noodle restaurant that is popular and widely known among the public today, especially among young people. This research aims to analyze product quality on purchasing interest among Mie Gacoan consumers. This is because the noodles produced have a distinctive and spicy taste so that young people are interested in trying and consuming them. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with primary data types. In this study, the population that the researchers used was UNIMED students. Meanwhile, the sample used in this research was 30 UNIMED students who had consumed Gacoan Noodles and were willing to fill out the questionnaire provided by the researchers. The technique for taking data analysis uses the questionnaire method and then the results are processed using the SPSS application program. The results of this research state that product quality influences consumers' buying interest in Mie Gacoan Pancing (Medan).

Abstract

The research will focus on the impact of Fintech in developing clothing SMEs at Petisah Market. The primary data used in this research will come from observations and interviews conducted directly in the field with participating informants. This study aims to analyze the impact of Fintech on payment processes, sales channel diversification, access to financing, and financial management in the context of clothing SMEs at Petisah Market. By gaining a deeper understanding of the impact of Fintech, it is expected that SMEs can utilize it optimally to grow and advance their businesses. Through this research, stakeholders, such as clothing SMEs at Petisah Market, the government, and financial institutions, are expected to gain useful insights into the potential and benefits of Fintech and the extent to which it can contribute to addressing challenges and promoting the development of SMEs in the clothing industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara perilaku kelompok dan dinamika senioritas dalam menciptakan lingkungan organisasi yang bebas kekerasan. Perilaku kelompok dalam organisasi seringkali dipengaruhi oleh dinamika senioritas, yang dapat menghasilkan hubungan kolaboratif atau konfliktual, tergantung pada bagaimana senioritas dikelola. Dalam beberapa kasus, senioritas yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat memicu terjadinya kekerasan, terutama dalam bentuk peru maupun intimidasi terhadap anggota junior. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kelompok dan dampak senioritas terhadap interaksi antar anggota. Dengan mengidentifikasi potensi konflik yang muncul dari budaya senioritas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi efektif dalam membangun lingkungan organisasi yang aman dan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur sebagai metode utama. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pedoman dalam menciptakan kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan individu dan meningkatkan produktivitas tim melalui kolaborasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran komitmen dalam membangun keberhasilan organisasi. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor krusial yang mempengaruhi prestasi organisasi, di mana kinerja yang baik berkontribusi positif terhadap hasil keseluruhan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, yang mencakup pemahaman terhadap tujuan, keterlibatan aktif, dan kesetiaan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Karyawan yang merasa dihargai dan terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan cenderung lebih terbuka terhadap perubahan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi manajemen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung komitmen karyawan guna mencapai keberhasilan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.
