Abstract

Javanese culture is rich. It has been practiced from generation to generation and still exists today. One kind of Javanese treasury in the form of work is Kitab Primbon (Book of forecasts), which is often used as a reference in various aspects of the life of Javanese people, such as marriage, business, work, predicting the future, and even knowing someone's character. This study aims to investigate the Kitab Primbon Betaljemur Adammakna, a book owned by Sultan Hamengku Buwono of Yogyakarta, which was rewritten by Pangeran Harya Tjakraningrat, regarding its epistemology and implications for inclusive attitudes. This study is classified as qualitative research, with the primary data collected from Kitab Primbon Betaljemur Adammakna. This study applies descriptive analysis. The results reveal that this book has Javanese mystical epistemology. Even though it is considered not to have a rational basis, it is believed to be valid among Javanese people and is thus still used as a reference for their lives. The book has profound implications for attitudes of tolerance in pluralistic Indonesian society. Through recognition of the plurality of spiritual paths, awareness of unity in diversity, karma, and compassion, and an attitude of humility and piety, this book encourages individuals and society to develop an inclusive attitude of tolerance and respect for the diversity of religions and beliefs.Contribution: This study provides an understanding of tolerance attitudes inspired by the local wisdom of Javanese people, i.e., Kitab Primbon.

Abstract

Textbooks One of the components of the learning system that plays an important role in achieving Standard Competencies and Basic Competencies is textbooks. Textbooks are books used as textbooks in certain fields of study, which are standard books compiled by experts in their fields for instructional purposes and objectives, which are equipped with teaching tools that are harmonious and easy to understand by users in schools and universities so that they can support a teaching program. The important elements in the definition of textbooks are as follows: (1). textbooks are textbooks intended for students at a certain level. (2). Textbooks are always related to certain subjects. (3.) Textbooks are standard books. (4). Textbooks are written for certain instructional purposes. (5). Textbooks are written to support a certain teaching program. (Arifin, 2009) With the existence of textbooks, teaching and learning activities in schools become smoother and more effective. With the existence of textbooks, students' basic skills and knowledge have been obtained before entering the classroom so that during the classroom they can be used for activities to strengthen memory, understand concepts, think critically, and develop knowledge.

Abstract

Sleman Local Government Hospital (RSUD) as a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) has a function to provide health services to the community without prioritizing profit maximization. RSUD Sleman is required to be able to provide high quality health services at the prices that are affordable to the community. For this reason, RSUD Sleman must be able to optimize revenue and carry out cost efficiency. In terms of optimizing revenue, RSUD Sleman needs to make changes to the service charges, while in terms of cost efficiency, RSUD Sleman needs to improve management of drug supplies and consumable medical materials. Currently, drug supply management at RSUD Sleman still has several weaknesses. These weaknesses for example that drug procurement is based on the request of each doctor (doctor-centric), some inventory recording is still done manually, and there is no integrated management information system for drug supplies and consumable medical materials. Apart from that, there is limited capacity in the medicine warehouse. This community development program was carried out to help RSUD Sleman to improve the management of drug supplies and consumable medical materials by improving the management of medical supplies with a management-centric approach. The methods used in this service are focus group discussions (FGD), interviews, observation, and document analysis. The output of this program is a study of the management of drug supplies and consumable medical materials at RSUD Sleman which contains problem analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Abstract

This article argues that there are princples of religious moderation in Fushus al Hikam written by Ibnu ‘Arabi. The principle is about universal norm that become the core in life with the beginning. Fushus al hikam contents is about names of prophet that we find philosophy of life. The explanation in Fushus is not too long and not too short. This is the moderation of the writing. Ibnu ‘Arabi also explain with moderate explanation in each section. He started with explanation of Adam prophet and Idris. The method of this article is hermeneutic. The author uses subjective interpretation stated by Heidegger. The contribution of this article is to make our counsciosness aware that we have to live with moderate vision of Islam.

Abstract

The term of local wisdom is the wisdom of local communities which is important to study considering that this is a moral message for us to overcome religious radicalism in the name of truth. In fact, if the truth of religion is actualized by the form of violence, it becomes anarchism. This research seeks to reveal the meaning of wisdom for the tobacco farming community in Daleman Ganding, Sumenep. The research subjects consisted of three people in the category who had been farmers for a long time and had the wisdom to live with the recognition of the community who lived together. The theory used in this research is the theory of wisdom which originates from philosophy as a way of life including: values, norms, ethics and beliefs of local communities. This research resulted in the conclusion that the Daleman Ganding Community has local wisdom principles that need to be disseminated in order to overcome religious radicalism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload, time pressure, and personality type on the ability of auditors to detect fraud with the moderating variable of audit experience. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using primary data. This research uses multiple linear regression models with Moderated Regression Analysis to test the effect of each variable on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 124 auditors who work in the Jakarta and Yogyakarta Public Accounting Firms. The results show that time pressure has a negative effect, the greater the auditor's time pressure, the lower the auditor's ability to detect fraud. Personality type has a positive effect, the higher the combination of ST (sensing and thinking) and NT (intuition and thinking) personality type, the auditor's ability to detect fraud increases. According to the research results, audit experience as a moderating variable is able to strengthen the relationship between time pressure and the combination of ST (sensing and thinking) and NT (intuition and thinking) personality types on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. On the other hand, based on the results of the study, it was found that the auditor's experience as a moderating variable was not able to strengthen the relationship between workload and the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The implications of this research are aimed at the auditors should pay more attention to these factors in order to be able to improve the auditor's ability to detect fraud. This is due to prevent fraud in an entity and so that users of auditor services have confidence that the audited financial statements do not contain misstatements. Future research is expected not only to collect data by distributing questionnaires but also to interviews or oral questions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas butiran pemikiran al-Ghazali tentang desain kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Referensi utama dalam penelitian kepustakaan ini adalah karya agung al-Ghazali yaitu Ihya 'Ulum al-Din dan risalah tipis dengan judul Ayyuha al-Walad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain pengembangan kurikulum Islam dalam pandangan al-Ghazali. Dari penelitian ini, peneliti mengetahui bahwa tujuan pendidikan Islam adalah untuk menyucikan diri yang dapat ditempah tidak hanya dalam ibadah, tetapi juga dapat diambil dalam mu'amalah, sehingga tidak boleh ada dikotomi antara ilmu duniawi dan akhirat dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Namun demikian, al-Ghazali tidak menjelaskan tentang sistem evaluasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam. Dalam butiran pemikiran al-Ghazali, ia telah mengindikasikan penyediaan bahan yang berbeda yang diperlukan untuk siswa dan pelajar dewasa melalui konstruksi dan klasifikasi ilmu pengetahuan yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The ability to write Qur’an verses is one of the essential skills that must be possessed by students of the Islamic Education (PAI) Study Program, considering the significant number of Islamic sources that use Arabic as the primary medium. One of the courses that supports the mastery of this skill is Khat Imla’, which aims to equip students with the ability to write hijaiyah letters in accordance with proper writing rules. However, based on preliminary observations at IAIN Palangka Raya, some students still experience difficulties in writing Qur’anic verses accurately. This study aims to determine the ability of PAI students at IAIN Palangka Raya in writing Qur’anic verses in the Khat Imla’ course, as well as to identify the challenges they face during the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case phenomenology. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 38 students enrolled in the Khat Imla’ course. The findings indicate that 84.2% of students met the standard of Qur’anic verse writing in accordance with Khat Imla’ rules, while the remaining 15.8% still faced difficulties. The main obstacles encountered include limited prior learning experience, motor difficulties in writing, limited theoretical understanding, general education backgrounds, and lack of independent practice. This study recommends intensive guidance, the use of interactive learning media, and strengthening motivation and disciplined practice as solutions to optimally improve students’ writing skills. ABSTRAK Kemampuan menulis ayat Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), mengingat banyaknya sumber ajaran Islam yang menggunakan bahasa Arab sebagai medium utama. Salah satu mata kuliah yang mendukung penguasaan keterampilan ini adalah Khat Imla’, yang bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dalam menulis huruf hijaiyah sesuai kaidah penulisan yang benar. Namun, berdasarkan pengamatan awal di IAIN Palangka Raya, masih ditemukan mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis ayat Al-Qur’an dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa PAI IAIN Palangka Raya dalam menulis ayat Al-Qur’an pada mata kuliah Khat Imla’, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang mereka hadapi selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap 38 mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan Khat Imla’. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 84,2% mahasiswa telah memenuhi standar penulisan ayat Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan kaidah Khat Imla’, sementara 15,8% lainnya masih mengalami kesulitan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi minimnya pengalaman belajar sebelumnya, kesulitan motorik saat menulis, pemahaman teori yang terbatas, latar belakang pendidikan sekolah umum, serta kurangnya latihan mandiri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bimbingan intensif, penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif, serta penguatan motivasi dan disiplin latihan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis mahasiswa secara optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the traditional taste revolution (innovation of instant aci sambal ijo meatballs by kylafood) in increasing sales. the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis with miles Huberman. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the innovation of Instant Aci Sambal Ijo Meatballs by Kylafood has succeeded in significantly increasing market acceptance and sales of their products. A well-planned marketing strategy and positive consumer response to the traditional flavors presented are key factors in this success. However, challenges such as wider market penetration and competition with similar products need to be addressed to maintain sustainable growth. Recommendations for Kylafood include further development of innovative product variations as well as strengthening more aggressive marketing strategies to maintain their position in this competitive market

Abstract

Background. This research is motivated by the importance of the relevance of education to the needs of skills in the world of work, especially for madrasas which are often considered only oriented to the needs of the ukhrawi. Purpose. The purpose of the study was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the skills program at MAN 4 Kediri as an effort to improve students' life skills. Method. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results. The results showed that the planning of the skills program was carried out by forming a special team that collaborated with the head of curriculum in preparing learning tools according to KMA number 184 of 2019. Learning implementation involves competent educators and gets support from the madrasah head, with an allocation of 6 hours per week. Evaluation is carried out by teachers, deputy heads and madrasah heads, focusing on the implementation of activities and the achievement of KKM, and followed up according to the problems that arise.  Conclusion. In conclusion, the series of planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of the skills program at MAN 4 Kediri are in accordance with the guidelines for implementing MA Plus Skills, although routine and detailed supervision by the madrasah head is still needed for the performance of teaching staff.
