Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe business management, analyze the internal and external environment, and plan business development at the Rengginang Nurhayati Chips Business. The data collection method used in this study was interviews. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the authors found that the internal environmental management of Rengginang Nurhayati's Chips Business has been running well in terms of human resources, financial aspects, and production and operational aspects. Meanwhile, the external environmental analysis shows that Rengginang Nurhayati Chips has a weak competitive position because it does not have product differentiation. The strategy used by the company is a market development strategy obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis and the grand strategy matrix.

Abstract

Abstrak Gaji merupakan masalah penting bagi perusahaan dan karyawan. Dikatakan penting bagi perusahaan karena gaji merupakan alat yang dapat mendorong karyawan untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Sedangkan bagi pegawai, gaji merupakan sumber pendapatan yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan keluarganya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penginapan Minimax Homestay dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem akuntansi penggajian karyawan pada penginapan Minimax Homestay dan apakah sistem akuntansi penggajian karyawan pada penginapan Minimax Homestay sudah memadai dari segi dan sistem pengendalian internal. Analisis Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif kualitatif, analisis ini dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan secara umum tentang sistem akuntansi gaji penginapan Minimax Homestay yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan teori yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sistem akuntansi gaji pada penginapan Minimax Homestay sistem akuntansi penggajian digabungkan. Meskipun demikian sistem akuntansi Gaji pada penginapan Minimax Homestay sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan prosedur pembayaran gaji karena telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh bagian terkait dan formulir serta alat yang digunakan sudah memadai. Penelitian ini menjamin penerapan sistem pengendalian internal yang memadai atas sistem penggajian. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Internal, Sistem Akuntansi Gaji dan Upah

Abstract

Berkembangnya sebuah organisasi tidak terlepas oleh adanya sebuah kinerja, sebuah keharusan bagi setiap pegawai untuk mencapai kinerja yang baik agar tujuan utama dari Instansi dapat tercapai, hal ini tentu tidak lepas dari kualitas dan kapasitas pegawai dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan yang sudah menjadi tanggung jawabnya. maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh pegawai, dapat dilakukan dengan lebih sering memotivasi pegawai karena kurangnya motivasi yang didapatkan pegawai dari atasan akan menjadikan para karyawan sering bermalas-malasan dalam bekerja karena menganggap atasan kurang perhatian terhadap kinerja dari para karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori karena menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Analisis hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah analisis terhadap kesesuaian teori, pendapat, maupun penelitian terdahulu yang telah dikemukakan hasil penelitian sebelumnya serta pola prilaku yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Hasil penelitian secara parsial merujuk bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian tidak secara parsial merujuk bahwa variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dalam menghadapi kompetensi ilmu madrasah yang diberikan kepada guru. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru MTs Maarif NU 6 State Park. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode klasikal, latihan soal olimpiade, dan diskusi serta tanya jawab. Pembinaan ini melibatkan dosen Jurusan Teknik Elektro (yang erat kaitannya dengan Fisika) dan dosen Pendidikan Matematika bekerjasama dengan MTs Maarif NU 6 Taman Negeri, dengan melibatkan guru-guru Taman Kota MTs Maarif NU 6, sebagai mata pelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah guru belum memiliki pengetahuan awal tentang proses pembelajaran fisika dan matematika. Manfaat yang didapat dari peserta kegiatan bakti ini antara lain dapat mengembangkan dan mengembangkan pembelajaran fisika dan olimpiade matematika.Development of MTs Maarif NU 6 National Park Teacher in Facing Madrasah Science CompetitionAbstractThis community service activity aims to provide guidance in dealing with the competence of madrasah science that is given to teachers. The target of this activity is MTs Maarif NU 6 State Park teachers. This community service activity method uses classical methods, practice Olympic questions, and discussions and questions and answers. This coaching involves lecturers from the Electrical Engineering Department (which is closely related to Physics) and Mathematics Education lecturers in collaboration with MTs Maarif NU 6 Taman Negeri, involving Taman Kota teachers at MTs Maarif NU 6, as subjects. The obstacle faced is that the teacher does not have prior knowledge of the physics and mathematics learning process. The benefits obtained from the participants of this service activity include being able to develop and develop learning physics and mathematics olympiad.

Abstract

In Islamic economics, the monetary sector and the real sector must be able to go side by side. Even the monetary sector must follow developments for the real sector. The goal of Islamic economics is the creation of economic justice through equitable distribution of income, one of which is seen from the growth of the real sector, which is a representation of the level of productivity and welfare of the community. This is directly related to the business world. Therefore, when the level of community productivity increases, it will aggregately affect economic growth. On the other hand, one of the monetary instruments in Islamic economics is Islamic banking. This means that the increasing performance of Islamic banking must be in line with the increase of the real sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of increasing Islamic banking performance to economic growth through a literature study related to a qualitative approach, where the collected literature is analyzed by content analysis and the data is triangulated to make a conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic monetary instruments in the Islamic banking case contribute to economic growth through an increase from the real sector

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of learning models on the high order mathematical thinking skill viewed from the emotional quotient of the students. The learning models compared were PBL model, GI learning model, and direct learning model. This research used the quasi experimental research. Its population was all of the students in Grade VII of State Junior Secondary Schools in Sragen. The samples of the research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique and consisted of 269 students. They were grouped into three classes, namely: 90 students in Experimental Class 1, 90 students in Experimental Class 2, and 89 students in Control Class. The instruments to collect the data were test of high order mathematical thinking skill, and emotional quotient questionnaire. The proposed hypotheses of the research were analyzed by using the two way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. The results of the research were as follows. (1) PBL model results better high order mathematical thinking skill than GI learning model, and direct learning model, GI learning model results better high order mathematical thinking skill than direct learning model. (2) Emotional quotient gives students different effect on high order mathematical thinking skill of students. The students with the high emotional quotient have better high order mathematical thinking skill than those with the moderate emotional quotient and those with the low emotional quotient, the students with the moderate emotional quotient have better high order mathematical thinking skill than those with the low emotional quotient. (3) There was not an interaction of the aforementioned learning models and the categories of the emotional quotient on the high order mathematical thinking skill of the students.Keywords: PBL model, GI learning model, direct learning model, high order mathematical thinking skill and emotional quotient

Abstract

The success of a company really depends on organizational commitment that involves leaders to guide and build team work, in terms of modernizing the way of working, expanding new partners, adapting to the digitalization era and maintaining integrity. The rapid progress and sophistication of the use of information technology as a factor affecting employee performance as ownership of access and networking because technology is a necessity, technology makes it easier, technology protects and technology is a selling point. Employee performance is one of the company's most important vital assets because its role in strategy implementation is very important, namely as the implementing subject of organizational strategy. This study has a purpose, namely to find out how the relationship between organizational commitment and information technology in an effort to support the strategy of improving employee performance at PT. Abstract

This research was aimed to find out how big the direct and indirect influence of faith, reward, altruism, organization's response to compliance variable and their impacts toward blessings of muzakkis’ wealth. The sample in this research is muzakki of profession zakah paid in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. The research method used is a quantitative approach, by using path analysis with MSI as a helping program, SPSS version 16 and LISREL 8.8 (student). Dominant factors affecting blessing to pay zakah were organization and compliance. The dominant factors that influenced blessing were compliance and reward. The form of blessing were the most widely experienced by respondents after obediently to pay zakah is smoothness and the provision addition. And then, selective to their revenues, control of  needs a life, family harmony, perseverance worship, treasures preserved from theft, and inner peace.

Abstract

Zakat’s fund raising is currently far below its great potential in Indonesia which indicates the low of interest from the community to tithe. To increase the interest, the organization of Zakat Management created someinnovations to the management of zakat. This study aims to determine the innovations of zakat management which have been initiated by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada and to see how it affects the interest of tithe to Dompet Dhuafa. The sample are Professional Muzakki who pay zakat at LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. This study was a quantitative study, used data processing methods through SPSS 22. The results of the study showed that Dompet Dhuafa Waspada has made some innovations of collecting zakat method, its distribution program, its utilization and reporting system on management implementation. While the impact analysis found that the innovations of zakat management variables aff ected the variable interest to tithe with t count> t-table is 52.339> 1.66.
