Abstract

This study explores the influence of Islamic character education, multicultural learning, and extracurricular activities on the character building of students in Islamic boarding schools in Central Java. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a survey method to collect data from 150 students. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicated that Islamic character education, multicultural learning, and extracurricular activities all had significant positive impacts on character building, with path coefficients of, respectively. The model explained 52% of the variance in character building. These findings underscore the importance of integrating religious teachings, multicultural perspectives, and extracurricular engagement in educational curricula to foster the holistic development of students. The study offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers in enhancing character education programs within Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how village heads apply prophetic leadership in building religious character in Panca Jaya District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung. To understand the phenomena in the field, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Since being in the field, the data analysis was conducted concerning the Milles and Huberman concept. The results showed that the prophetic leadership applied by the village head was displayed through humanist leadership through amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, liberation leadership, and transcendence leadership. This study implies the importance of leaders to have the ability to interact, communicate and socialize in carrying out a clear vision to gain the trust of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to understand service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the performance management system of the head of administration within the scope of students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Lampung Province. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain data. The data analysis refers to the interactive data analysis model from Milles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the administrative performance management system at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lampung Province were carried out in a planned and systematic way through various varied activities to be able to provide good service to students. This research has implications for improving the quality of administrative resources in providing optimal services to students and stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan, menelaah, dan mensintesis informasi dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Platform e-learning, multimedia, dan sistem pembelajaran adaptif memungkinkan personalisasi dan interaktivitas yang lebih baik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital yang rendah, dan biaya implementasi yang tinggi perlu diatasi. Strategi yang disarankan meliputi peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, program pelatihan kompetensi digital, dan integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, teknologi dapat digunakan secara optimal untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan efektif, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca peserta didik menggunakan media cerita bergambar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sukajaya Bogor dengan melibatkan 22 siswa kelas III. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan membaca pada pra siklus jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas mencapai 45,4%. Pada siklus 1 peserta didik yang tuntas mencapai 63,6% dan pada siklus 2 jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas mencapai 81,8%. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media cerita bergambar dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca peserta didik sekolah dasar.
