Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of students’ reading aloud using drill methord towards the second grade of SD Negeri 14 Peresak Bengkayang. The method of this research is descriptive in form of classroom action research with collaborative as its charachteristics. Subject of this research is the teacher and students of second grade that is 25 students. The technique of collecting data used is direct observation. The tool of data collection is IPKG I, IPKG II, Students; observation sheets. Technique of data analysis is to calculate the average score of teacher’s ability on planning , implementing, and the students’ improvement of students’ reading aloud using mean formula. This research is done in three cycles. The result of this research is (a) the teacher’s ability on planning  (IPKG I) in the first cycle is 3.00, in the second cycle is 3.00, and the third cycle is 3.00. By this, it an be seen there is no improvement in each cycle, and 3,00 is in good category; (b) the teacher’s ability on implementing (IPKG II) in the first cycle is 3.32( good category), in the second cycle improves to 3.86 (very good category), and the third cycle is 3.98(very good category. Meanwhile, the students’ability on reading aloud using drill method is 59.5 in the first cycle, 77.12 in the second cycle, and 87.68 in the third cycle with all of the students passed the minimum score. By those data above, it can be concluded that there is an improvent on students’ ability in reading aloud using drill method. Keywords: Reading Aloud, Drill method, Improving

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah terdapat korelasi antara penggunaan media peta terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Pontianak selatan?”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan peserta didik kelas VA dan VB yaitu berjumlah 51 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket dan lembar soal tes formatif. Tindakan analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penggunaan media peta terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 pontianak Selatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada perhitungan koofesien korelasi dari jumlah rxy < rtabel (0,024 < 0,27). Dengan demikian ha ditolak dan ho diterima. Secara khusus (1) Penggunaan media peta pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan termasuk kategori baik. (2) Hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Ilmu Penegtahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Pontaianak Selatan termasuk kategori baik. (3) Korelasi penggunaan media peta terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Pontianak  Selatan sebesar 0,024 termasuk kategori sangat rendah. Maka, penggunaan media peta kurang efektif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.   Kata kunci : Korelasi media peta, hasil belajar, ilmu pengetahuan sosial Abstract: The problem in this research is “ is there any correlation between the usage of mapping media toward student’social science achievement  of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan?”.  In this research , the method used is descriptive method with form the correlation studying research. The sample is all of the fifth grade students, 5th A and 5th B. The total number is 51 students. Technique of data collecting are indirectly communicative technique and measurement technique. Tools of collecting data are questionnaire and formative test. The act of data analysis used is median formula. The result of this research shows that there is no significant correlation between the usage of mapping media toward students’ social science achievement of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan. It can be seen from the counting of correlation cooefficient of from rxy < rtabel (0,024 < 0,27).  From that, it can be said that ha is rejected and ho is accepted.  Specifically for (1) the usage of mapping media in learning social science of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan can be classified into good category. (2) students’ social science achievement of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan can be classify into good category. (3) The correlation of mapping media toward students’ social science achievement of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 05 Pontianak Selatan as big as 0.024 included into lower category.  Then, the usage of mapping media is not really efective to be used in learning social science. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas siswa menggunakan metode diskusi  dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di kelas III SDN 34 Pontianak Kota.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data yaitu lembar penilaian kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan  lembar tentang aktivitas belajar siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pada kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I pertemuan 1 (rata-rata 2,9), pertemuan 2 (rata-rata 3,11), siklus II pertemuan1 (rata-rata 3,22) pertemuan 2 (rata-rata 3,44).(2)Pada kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran siklus I pertemuan 1 (rata-rata 2,47), pertemuan 2 rata-rata (2,77), siklus II pertemuan 1 (rata-rata 3,12) pertemuan 2 (rata-rata 3,32). (3) Pada aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I (rata-rata 53,22%), siklus II (rata-rata 63,23%), ada peningkatan sebesar 10,01 %.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar Siswa, Metode Diskusi Abstract: This study aimed to obtain information and describes the increased activity of students using the discussion method in teaching social science in grade III SDN 34 Pontianak City.The research method used is descriptive method with classroom action research (PTK).The study subjects is 34 student.Data collection techniques with a data collector that is the assessment sheet learning ability of teachers to plan, implement learning,and the sheet on student learning activities.This research was done 2 cycles,the results showed that (1) On the ability of teachers plan learning in the first cycle of the first meeting (average 2,9) second meeting (average 3,11), the second cycle of the first meeting (average 3,22) second meeting (average 3,44). (2) On the ability of teachers to implement the first meeting of the learning cycle (average 2,47),  second meeting (average 2,77), the second cycle of the first meeting (average 3,12) second meeting (average 3,32). (3) The first cyle student learning activities (average 53,22 %) second cycle (average 63,23%), there is an increase of 10,01 %.   Keywords: Student Learning Activities, Methods Discussion

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is "Whether the model concept to sentence writing skills assisted image description essay grade III primary school Land 01 River Kingdom?," aims to describe how big the influence the application of the model concept sentence against writing skills assisted image description essay Grade III primary school Land 01 River Kingdom. This research uses experimental methods, with the form of a Quasi Experimental Design, types of Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of the entire grade III Land 01 River elementary school consisting of 60 students and sampelnya class III B and III C. Data were collected with use of measurement techniques in the form of a written form of essay tests amounted to 1 question.Data obtained average value description essay writing skills by using the model concept sentence (post test) is the control of class 67.20 and average writing skills bouquet description by using the model concept sentence (post test) class experiment is of 74.10. Research results with the test t obtained t_count (2.328) and t _ (table) of 2.017. Because t_count (2.328) ≥ t_tabel (2.017). The magnitude of the influence of the application of the model concept sentence Indonesia language lessons in particular has influence (effect) which is currently in the writing skills bouquet description with the results of the effect size obtained i.e. 0.52 model concept sentence  exert influence are against Garland description writing skills in primary schools of the country 01 River Kingdom.Keywords: Model Concept Sentence, Writing Skills, Essay Description, Pictures.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA menggunakan Pendekatan Saintifik di kelas V SDN 31 Pontianak Barat? Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan Pendekatan Saintifik.penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas, dan sifat penelitian adalah kolaboratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh motivasi siswa dari siklus I yaitu 62,12%, siklus II yaitu 73,99% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,87%, dan pada siklus III yaitu 82,07% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,08%. Dengan dilaksanakannya pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Pendekatan Saintifik, IPA Abstract: The research problem is how is the increasing of students motivation in learning natural sciences material in the fifth grade of SDN 31 West Pontianak by using Scientific Approaching?. The research purpose is to describe the increasing of students motivation by using Scientific Approaching. Method of this research is descriptive, by using classroom action research, collaborative. This research is alone three circles. Research result is students motivation of the first is 62,12%, the second circle is 73,99% got increased 11,87% and the three circles is 82, 07% got increased 8,08%. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe bermain jawaban terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Pontianak Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi experimen design dan rancangan penelitian nonequevalent control group design. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dari hasil rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol 61,2 dan rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen 79,4. Hasil uji t-test diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,53 dan ttabel (α = 5% dengan dk = 44)  sebesar 1,6762, yang berarti thitung (5,53) > ttabel (1,6762), dengan demikian maka Ha diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model kooperatif tipe bermain jawaban terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Pontianak Kota. Dari perhitungan effect size (ES), diperoleh ES sebesar 1,21 (kategori tinggi). Kata kunci : Pengaruh, Kooperatif Tipe Bermain Jawaban, Hasil Belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.   Abstract : This research is aimed to know the influence of cooperative learning of answering play type toward students’s learning outcome in social science grade V Elementary School state of 11 Pontianak City. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effect of the application of picture and picture models to the narrative writing skills of third grade students at SDN 10 East Pontianak. The method used is the experimental method, a form of research Quasi Experimental Design, with the type of Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research is all third grade students consisting of 93 students. The research sample consisted of class III A as a control class and III B as an experimental class. The data collection tool used was a form essays with two questions. Based on data analysis, the average post-test results of the experimental class were 61,76 while the average post-test results of the control class were 56,92. The results of the t-test are obtained tcount of 2,768 and ttable α = 5% (dk = 29 + 26 - 2 = 53) of 1,676. Because tcount (2,768)> ttable (1,676), Ha is accepted. From the results of the calculation of the effect size obtained is 0,55 (medium criteria). This means that the application of picture and picture models have a good influence on the narrative writing skills of third grade students at SDN 10 East Pontianak. Keywords: Picture and Picture Models, Writing Skills, Narrative

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation in learning Social Sciences using the mind mapping model in class V SDN 16 Kuala Mandor B. This study used a descriptive method in the form of classroom action research (CAR) and was collaborative in nature. The subjects in this study were teachers as researchers and class V students, amounting to 14 students, this study was conducted in the even semester located in class V SDN 16 Kuala Mandor B. Data collection techniques used were direct observation. Data analysis technique used is to use the average calculation formula. This research was conducted in 3 cycles with the results of 1) the average ability of teachers to carry out learning is as follows, in the first cycle of 3.20, in the second cycle of 3.41, in the third cycle of 3.76. 2) the average percentage increase in intrinsic learning motivation in cycle I was 37.50, cycle II was 55.36 and cycle III was 78.57. 3) the average percentage increase in extrinsic learning motivation in the first cycle was 45.24, the second cycle was 61.91, and the third cycle was 85.71. From the data obtained it can be concluded that mind mapping models can increase students' learning motivation. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Mind Mapping Model, Social Sciences.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of NHT application on learning outcomes of social studies students of fifth grade elementary school 03 Pontianak Kota. The research method used was an experiment with the form of Quasi Experiment Design and the research design for Nonequevalent Control Group Design. The population is all class V, amounting to 96 people, research samples of students in class V B which amounted to 34 students as the experimental class and students of class V C which amounted to 34 students as the control class. Data collection techniques using measurement techniques and data collection tools are written tests of objective forms in the form of multiple choices. The results obtained by the average control class final test 74.88 and the average test end of the experimental class 79.18. The results of the final test t-test obtained tcount of 2.21 and t table (? = 5% with dk = 66) of 1.66, which means thitung (2.21)> t table (1.66), then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is the effect of implementing NHT on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 03 Pontianak Kota. Calculation of Effect Size (ES), obtained ES for 0.52 (medium category). Based on these calculations, it can be said that the application of NHT has a positive influence on social studies learning outcomes of students in Class V SDN 03 Pontianak Kota.Keywords: NHT, Social Sciences, Learning Outcome

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the learning of Social Sciences using Contextual Teaching And Learning in fourth grade students of State Elementary School 01 Sebetung Lit up. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, document scrutiny techniques. Data collection tools in this study are observation sheets and document observation sheets.The results of the study on the implementation of learning design (RPP) from the average score of the cycle I 2.78, cycle II average score of 3.71, and the average score of cycle III 3.88.research on the implementation of learning from the first cycle average score of 3.72, cycle II an average score of 3.8 and the third cycle average score of 3.97, always having an increase due to the implementation of learning using Contextual Teaching And Learning.The percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes increased by 26.09% from 39.13% in Cycle I to 65.22% in Cycle II, while the increase in cycles II and cycle III was 34.78% from 65.22% in cycle II becomes 100% in cycle III. In conclusion there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the learning of Social Sciences by using Contextual Teaching And Learning in class 1V SD Negeri 01 Sebetung Menyala Bengkayang Regency. Keywords : Contextual Teaching And Learning, Improving Learning Results, Social Sciences
