Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang ingin di capai dalam penulisan ini yaitu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar kemampuan numerasai siswa kelas V di SDN Bugangan 03 dengan menggunakan aplikasi wordwall pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat apa adanya sesuai dengan fakta yang terjadi dilapangan. Tahapan pengambilan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran wordwall merupakan salah satu media interaktif yang mudah untuk digunakan, serta dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika kelas V SDN Bugangan 03. Media pembelajaran wordwall dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Media ini juga memiliki banyak alternatif pilihan dalam menyajikan materi dan soal. Media yang menyenangkan dan bervariasi akan membuat siswa lebih aktif dan lebih termotivasi dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IVB pada mata pelajaran matematika SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas IVB. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan dengan tahapan kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVB pada semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan format observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan dalam pembelajaran baik pada aktivitas guru dan siswa maupun hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas IVB SDN Supriyadi 02 Semarang setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall. Hal ini terlihat dari perbandingan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik pada kondisi pra siklus sebesar 46,42%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 60,72% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,14% dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM=75). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu aktivitas mengajar guru dan aktivitas belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan.Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I berada pada kategori kurang sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa sudah meningkat berada pada kategori baik dan penerapan model pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IVB SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang.

Abstract

The PjBL (Project Based Learning) learning model involves learners in real projects that require them to apply Mathematical concepts in everyday life situations. Students will be more active in finding solutions, applying formulas, and analyzing data to solve existing problems. This can increase their understanding of mathematical concepts in more depth. Researchers want to examine the Effect of the Application of the PjBL Model in the MERDEKA Curriculum in Mathematics Lessons on the Learning Outcomes of Class 4 Students at SDN Pleburan 01 is expected to provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of this model in improving student learning outcomes and provide recommendations for improving learning in the future. The type of research carried out is quantitative experiments with the form of Pre-Experimental Design research design, because this design has not been a serious experiment. Research using this design because the study did not use a control class. The form of Pre-Experimental Design used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of data calculation by SPPS can be known the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which means 0.000 < 0.05, which means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the PjBL model in the MERDEKA Curriculum in Mathematics lessons on the learning outcomes of Class 4 students at SDN Pleburan 01.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran berbicara merupakan hal yang penting untuk diajarkan dan tidak boleh diabaikan, tentunya di kelas 2. Sebab, melalui pembelajaran ini siswa diharapkan mampu mengungkapkan/menyampaikan pikiran, pendapat, ide, gagasan, atau perasaannya dengan baik. Tujuan peneliian ini untuk mengetahui keterampilan berbicara siswa tema 6 merawat hewan dan tumbuhan subtema 3 tumbuhan disekitarku dan solusi untuk mengatasi rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa pada tema 6 subtema 3 di SD tempat saya PPL 1. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa keterampilan berbicara siswa belum semuanya baik, artinya setiap siswa mempunyai tingkat kesulitan tersendiri, dan yang paling utama adalah tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa keterampilan berbicara siswa dikelas 2 sebenarnya sudah cukup baik, namun memang ada beberapa siswa yang kurang memiliki keterampilan berbicara yang baik dan setiap siswa mempunyai kesulitannya masing-masing. Kata Kunci : keterampilan berbicara, solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya keterampilan berbicara

Abstract

The background to this research problem is related to the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of state junior high school teachers in Batang District in the dimensions of altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue. The principal's leadership and school culture are expected to improve teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the explanation above, research was carried out to analyze the influence of principal leadership and school culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of state junior high school teachers in Batang District. This research aims to examine and analyze: (1) the influence of the principal's leadership on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) the influence of school culture on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) the simultaneous influence of the principal's leadership and culture schools on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Population 273 people, sample of 160 people. The instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. Test classical assumptions/prerequisites using the normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, and heteroskedastisity test. Data analysis used regression test, F test (ANOVA) and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) the principal's leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of State Middle School teachers in Batang District, as proven by a Sig value of 0.003 < 0.05 and tcount 6.425 > ttable 1.975. The magnitude of the influence of X1 on Y is 72.6%; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of state junior high school teachers in Batang District as proven by the Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 7.783 > ttable 1.975. The magnitude of the influence of X2 on Y is 63.1%; (3) the principal's leadership and school culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), as proven by the Fcount value of 43.952 > Ftable 3.050 with a significance level of 0.010 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of X1 and X2 is 70.2%. The suggestions put forward by researchers are: (1) for school principals, it is hoped that they will improve their leadership, especially in the instructive dimension, encourage the creation of a school culture in the dimension of attention to detail, and encourage increased organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers in the altruism dimension (2) for teachers , it is recommended to improve organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), especially in the altruism dimension, and get used to communicating with other teachers if they experience difficulties at work, especially in identifying students' learning conditions.

Abstract

The background to this research problem is related to the quality of learning at private vocational schools in Blora Regency, namely: (1) Curriculum development must be accompanied by development of teacher competency, as the main human resource in the learning process in education units, (2) the existence of several private vocational schools. with less than optimal Learning Quality related to the new curriculum management implemented, 2) the existence of some Private Vocational Schools with less than optimal Learning Quality related to low School Culture, (3) the existence of some Private Vocational Schools with less than optimal Learning Quality related to Pedagogical Competency lowly teacher. This research aims to analyze: (1) The influence of curriculum management on the quality of learning, 2) The influence of school culture on the quality of learning, 3) The influence of pedagogical competency on the quality of learning, and 4) The influence of curriculum management, school culture and pedagogical competency together. - the same for the Quality of Learning. This research uses a quantitative correlational research approach and an ex post facto research approach. The research population was 633 private vocational school teachers in Blora Regency and the research sample was 86 teachers. The analysis of this research includes analysis of validity, reliability, normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing includes simple regression tests and multiple regression tests using SPSS 25 for Windows. The research results show that: 1) Curriculum Management has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Learning. This is based on the results of the partial t test, it is proven that the results of tcount ≥ ttable, namely t1 count 3.712 > t table 1.66, and the Sig (2-tailed) value 0.000 < 0.05; (2) School culture has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning. This is based on the results of the partial t test in the table above, the calculated t2 result is 4.075 > t table 1.66 and the calculated t2 significance level is 0.000 < 0.05; (3) Pedagogical Competency has a positive and significant effect on Learning Quality. This is based on the results of the partial t test in the table above, the calculated t3 result is 3.206 > t table 1.66 and the calculated t3 significance level is 0.002 < 0.05; (4) Curriculum Management, School Culture and Pedagogical Competence simultaneously influence the Learning Quality variable, obtained by lFcount of 10.570 with a significance level of 0.000.   lWith lα = l0.05l and degrees of freedom lv1 = 115l (n(lk-3)) then we get Ftable 2.72. The calculation results show that the value lFcount > lFtable (10.570 > l2.72) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

Children inside and outside school must be protected form acts of violence as mandated by the child protection law article 54. However, in reality there are still several chools that provide a sense of security and comfort for their students, this has been proven by many cases of violence that arise in the environment school. For this reason, the Brebes district government is implementing a strategy to accelerate the development of a child friendly district throught the development of child friendly schools throughout the Brebes regency area. In the school environment, the principal has a role in creating arrangements and policies to obtain information about supervisors, leaders, and administarors in cultivating a child-friendly culture at SD Negeri Klampok 01, Wanasari district Brebes Regency. The researchis a qualitative descriptive study. The research subject was the principal of SD Negeri Klampok 01, while the informants were teachers, supervisors, parents, shool committee members, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawaing conclusions. The results of the research show that the leadership role of the shool principal in cultivating a child-friendly culture at SD Negeri Klampok 01, Wanasari district Brebes Regency is as follows: developing a child-friendly culture begins with a statement of commitment with the school community, impelemnting friendly learning with the implementation of a culture of positive discipline, implementing training programs on children’s rights for eduactors and education personel, provision of child-friendly facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, the leadership role of the school principal as supervisor, leader, and administrator is able to cultivate a child friendly culture, reflected in the fulfillment of 6 important components of implementing child friendly schools. To be able to create a more child friendly culture, schools need to continue to innovate to fulfill these 6 important components. Abstract

Abstract Problem formulation 1) what is the promotional strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency; 2) what is the competency strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia students, Batang Regency; 3) how is the distribution and placement of work at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, taking place at the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute, Batang Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test uses source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis uses include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research include (1) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia's promotional strategy (a) marketing mix (marketing product quality, low but quality prices, easily accessible places and clean AC facilities, promotion of innovative programs) (b) Promotional mix (Advertising), (c) Word of mouth communication (2) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia student competency strategies include strengthening education and training, language learning ability tests, learning competencies, active learning citizens, Strengthening Japanese Language Training Skills, Tokutei Ginou Work Program (3) Distribution and Work placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia includes the departure process, training and apprenticeship. Conclusion: The leadership strategy of the Indonesian Hideo Gakkou Job Training Institute in Batang Regency includes organizing promotional strategies, student competency strategies, distribution and job placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia. Suggestions for the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute (LPK), which currently still needs to be improved, are that they hope to form a special team in the marketing sector so that the marketing strategy can be better planned and conceptualized to build an image and gain public trust. Implications: Leadership strategies are a tool to realize success and create a better future for training institutions. With strategy, training institution leaders can realize their vision and mission in an effort to advance the institution and overcome various gaps within the institution. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the principal's role on sustainable professional development; (2) the influence of school culture on sustainable professional development; (3) the influence of work motivation on sustainable professional development; (4) the influence of the principal's role, school culture, and work motivation on sustainable professional development. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Ambarawa District, namely 21 elementary schools. The number of samples was 133 children. The data collection method was in accordance with quantitative principles and aimed to test the proposed hypothesis. The purpose of ex-postfacto research is to test the hypothesis or answer questions related to the real conditions of the subjects studied. The results of the study showed that: There is a significant influence of the Principal's Role, School Culture, and Work Motivation on the Sustainable Professional Development of elementary school teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency, with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to describe poetry writing skills through the PBL model and describe the application of the PBL model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students at SDN Pandeanlamper 03 Semarang. Qualitative descriptive research using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research and discussion explain that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students looks active, enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning. This learning model invites students to think critically to write poetry. Then, writing students' poetry skills through the PBL model with the help of pictures about the natural appearance of Raja Ampat is good with a percentage of 77.40% of students who are able to find ideas and process vocabulary, but there are some students who still feel confused in finding ideas and looking for vocabulary. the right way to compose poetry. Therefore, students' poetry writing skills through the Problem Based Learning model can help students develop imagination, find the right ideas and vocabulary.
