Abstract

Abstract Problem formulation 1) what is the promotional strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency; 2) what is the competency strategy for LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia students, Batang Regency; 3) how is the distribution and placement of work at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia, Batang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, taking place at the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute, Batang Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test uses source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis uses include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research include (1) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia's promotional strategy (a) marketing mix (marketing product quality, low but quality prices, easily accessible places and clean AC facilities, promotion of innovative programs) (b) Promotional mix (Advertising), (c) Word of mouth communication (2) LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia student competency strategies include strengthening education and training, language learning ability tests, learning competencies, active learning citizens, Strengthening Japanese Language Training Skills, Tokutei Ginou Work Program (3) Distribution and Work placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia includes the departure process, training and apprenticeship. Conclusion: The leadership strategy of the Indonesian Hideo Gakkou Job Training Institute in Batang Regency includes organizing promotional strategies, student competency strategies, distribution and job placement at LPK Hideo Gakkou Indonesia. Suggestions for the Hideo Gakkou Indonesia Job Training Institute (LPK), which currently still needs to be improved, are that they hope to form a special team in the marketing sector so that the marketing strategy can be better planned and conceptualized to build an image and gain public trust. Implications: Leadership strategies are a tool to realize success and create a better future for training institutions. With strategy, training institution leaders can realize their vision and mission in an effort to advance the institution and overcome various gaps within the institution. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the principal's role on sustainable professional development; (2) the influence of school culture on sustainable professional development; (3) the influence of work motivation on sustainable professional development; (4) the influence of the principal's role, school culture, and work motivation on sustainable professional development. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Ambarawa District, namely 21 elementary schools. The number of samples was 133 children. The data collection method was in accordance with quantitative principles and aimed to test the proposed hypothesis. The purpose of ex-postfacto research is to test the hypothesis or answer questions related to the real conditions of the subjects studied. The results of the study showed that: There is a significant influence of the Principal's Role, School Culture, and Work Motivation on the Sustainable Professional Development of elementary school teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency, with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to describe poetry writing skills through the PBL model and describe the application of the PBL model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students at SDN Pandeanlamper 03 Semarang. Qualitative descriptive research using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research and discussion explain that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students looks active, enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning. This learning model invites students to think critically to write poetry. Then, writing students' poetry skills through the PBL model with the help of pictures about the natural appearance of Raja Ampat is good with a percentage of 77.40% of students who are able to find ideas and process vocabulary, but there are some students who still feel confused in finding ideas and looking for vocabulary. the right way to compose poetry. Therefore, students' poetry writing skills through the Problem Based Learning model can help students develop imagination, find the right ideas and vocabulary.

Abstract

Semua pihak yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk guru, perlu mengadaptasi perkembangan teknologi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Diperlukan inovasi agar kegiatan pembelajaran tidak monoton dan mampu menarik minat siswa terhadap materi pelajaran, karena hal ini berpengaruh pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap tiga siswa kelas II A di SDN Pandeanlamper 03 Semarang sebagai subyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall menghasilkan perubahan sikap dan perilaku positif pada siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat belajar mereka. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Wordwall efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik belajar siswa di tingkat Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Reading literacy is an important factor that is starting to be taught in elementary school education. With reading literacy activities, students will have the habit of reading and will automatically add information and insight for students. Reading literacy activities will foster students' interest in the talents they want to explore so that they will explore information about the talents they want to master more deeply. Most of the learning process will rely on the ability and awareness of learners of reading literacy. Reading literacy habits that are instilled early on to learners greatly affect the level of success and the ability of individual learners to capture the information they receive. In this 21st century, most students are more interested in playing cellphones than reading, this cannot be separated from parenting and the development of a digital age, this also happens with students at SD Negeri Karangrejo 02 Semarang. Therefore, concrete steps are needed in order to increase students' literacy interest in reading and writing. This study aims to analyze story reading activities with the help of puppet characters to develop reading literacy of grade 1 students of SDN Karangrejo 02 Semarang obtained from learning practices carried out by researchers and participant learning activities. In this research activity, researchers used a qualitative approach, then presented descriptively. The data collection method uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data collected will then be analyzed, and the data analysis is descriptive. The results of data analysis show that students' reading activities are quite optimal, because when reading children's stories are assisted by literacy Puppets.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the management of the Teaching Factory at the Center of Excellence Vocational School, especially in Temanggung Regency. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School 2 Temanggung, Central Java, focusing on planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling.  This qualitative descriptive study employed observation, interviews, and documentation with subjects including the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teaching factory manager, head of skills concentration, and vocational teachers. Data were validated using triangulation techniques and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Findings revealed that: 1) Planning involved a strategic partnership with the industry through the Link and Match 8+i strategy, product determination based on competency achievement and market interest, development of learning tools with industry, preparation of competent teachers, environmental arrangement and facilities according to industry standards, governance as an independent business;2) Organizing involved preparation of an organizational structure integrated into the school organizational structure, division of tasks through the Teacher Task Distribution Decree; 3) Execution involved utilized block schedules, real project-based products, delivery of products after passing quality control, after-sales service; 4) Control involved management, practice settings and industrial culture, integrated learning, marketing/promotion through direct and digital marketing, quality, continuity product and innovation, continuous HR competency development, relevant industrial relations. Schools are advised to improve the Link and Match 8+i partnership, optimize digital marketing, and innovate products using local resources.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the problem based learning model in improving the mathematical literacy skills of elementary school students. This research is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest type. The population of this study was class V students at SDN Sarirejo. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The sample for this research was all class V students at SDN Sarirejo, totaling 28 students. This research data collection technique uses pretest and posttest. The data analysis techniques used in processing the data are the normality test as a prerequisite test and the N-gain test to test the hypothesis. The results of this research show that the problem based learning model is effective in improving the mathematical literacy skills of elementary school students. The results of the N-gain test obtained a value of 0.64 which is in the criteria for increasing moderate mathematical literacy skills. So, learning should be centered on students and the teacher should only be a facilitator. In this way, students can further explore their abilities, including mathematical literacy abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the concrete media of the dice board diagram on cognitive learning outcomes in grade V students of SDN Pedurungan Kidul 02 Semarang. This study falls into the category of quantitative research using pre-experimental methods. The study's design used One Group Pretest-Posttest. As a research sample, a class VA of 29 students were selected purposively. The data collection methods used are test, documentation, and observation. Data analysis using the Shapiro-Wilk test, t-test, and N-gain test. The results of this study show that the dice board diagram as a concrete media can improve students’ learning outcomes. This is shown by the results of the 0.64 n-gain score test and the 64% n-gain score test percentage showed the category quite effective. Therefore, the diagram's dice board media is effective on the cognitive learning results of students of grade VA SDN Pedurungan Kidul 02

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the principal’s role on the pedagogical competence of junior high school teachers in Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The population in this study was 209 junior high school teachers in Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The research sample was 137 teachers using a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data processing technique used a simple regression test. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the principal’s role on teacher pedagogical competence, which was stated by the regression equation Y = 44.549 + 0.646X and a contribution of 64.0%. It is recommended for teachers to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for students by creating an atmosphere that supports learning activities. Principals are advised to improve their ability to manage school administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IVC SD Negeri Wonotingal, Kecamatan Candisari, Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini terdiri dari dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan tahapan kegiatan seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah aplikasi model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik aktivitas guru maupun hasil belajar siswa telah meningkat dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa di kelas IVC SDN Wonotingal, Kecamatan Candisari, Kota Semarang, dapat memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah.
