Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of work discipline to the performance of elementary school teachers in Jambu District. Collecting data using instruments. Data processing using normality test and simple regression test. The results of the teacher's performance normality test show the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.193 and the teacher's work discipline shows the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.094. The value is greater than = 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the variable data on teacher work discipline are normally distributed. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant effect of teacher work discipline on performance which is stated in the equation = 86.001 + 0.452 X2 with a correlation strength of 0.355 with a contribution of 0.126 = 12.6%, meaning that the influence of teacher work discipline on teacher performance is 12 .6% and the remaining 87.4% are influenced by other factors.This study aims to determine the contribution of work discipline to the performance of elementary school teachers in Jambu District. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how management planning improves the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. Research data collection techniques are: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) documentation. To check the validity of the data, credibility tests are used in the form of source triangulation, triangulation methods and reference materials. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) data reduction (data reduction), (2) data presentation (data display), and (3) conclusion drawing (conclusion drawing image). The results showed that learning planning in the form of: (1) making a management plan to improve the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus well would result in better quality education, this is proven by the improvement of madrasah accreditation, academic and non-academic achievements from madrasahs, and also enthusiastic of people abaut madrasah is increase. Artikel ini dapat diakses secara terbuka dibawah lisensi CC-BY-SA

Abstract

The purpose of the  study is to describe the principal  as a  manager and as a leader in the  development of district education This research uses qualitative descriptive methods.  The subjects of  the study were the Principal, vice principal, teachers, staff and students. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentations.  The principal is the controller for school resources, especially teachers and school employees.  The results of this study show that the success of character development in  schools cannot be separated from the  role of  the principal.  So great is the role of the principal in the process of achieving educational goals, that it can be said that the success or failure of a school is largely determined by the quality of the principal, especially in his ability to empower teachers and employees in the direction of a conducive working atmosphere. The principal has a role and responsibility as an office manager, including predicting the future of the school, for example about the quality desired by the community, innovating by taking initiatives and creative activities for the progress of the school, creating strategies or policies to succeed these innovative thoughts, compiling plans, both strategic planning and operational planning, finding educational resources  and providing educational facilities, controlling or controlling the implementation of education and its results.  As a manager, the   principal must be able to manage the development character programs   properly, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling .  As a leader,    the principal  must be have to set  an example for all school members, and be able to mobilize all school members to carry out  character development  activities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengembangan kurikulum adiwiyata SD Negeri 03 Pulosari Kecamatan Pulosari Kabupaten Pemalang.Jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi.  Subyek penelitian adalah kepala Sekolah, guru, komite, wali murid, dan siswa.  Obyek penelitian adalah manajemen pengembangan kurikulum adiwiyata meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian,  pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji Keabsahan menggunakan teknik triangulasi.Hasil penelitian manajemen pengembangan kurikulum aspek: 1) Perencanaan berupa pengembangkan visi misi dan tujuan, penyusunan program, sarana dan prasarana, perangkat pembelajaran dan SDM; 2) Pengorganisasian mencakup pengelolaan struktur kelembagaan peraturan, program kerja, SDM, unit-unit kegiatan, sarana prasana, anggaran, kemitraan, pengawasan dan evaluasi; 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dan ilmiah, dengan metode eksposisi, berpikir reflektif, diskusi, simulasi.  Materi pembelajaran disusun secara sistematis dan lintas mata pelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler. 4) Pengawasan melalui kegiatan audit internal, dalam bentuk pengawasan langsung dan tidak langung, dengan sasaran pengawasan meliputi perencanaan, manajemen, pendidikan, pemberdayaan warga sekolah dan fisik sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: Analyze the effect of self-development on the quality of teaching early childhood education teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were teachers of Early Childhood Education in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency, amounting to 176 people, with a sample of 122 people using proportional random samples. The method used for data collection is a questionnaire method. The data analysis used is prerequisite test and hypothesis testing which includes multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of self-development and teacher's teaching experience on teaching quality. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that self-development had a positive and significant effect on the teaching quality of PAUD teachers in Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency with a significance value of self-development variable of 0.012 (smaller than 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.226 (positive).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan pada masa pandemic covid -19  di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Genting 01 Jambu Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, dan orangtua. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan pemeriksaan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di SDN. Genting 01 Jambu Kabupaten Semarang mencakup perencanaan (budgeting). Perencanaan dilakukan dengan skala prioritas, dijabarkan  berdasarkan program sekolah yang mengacu evaluasi diri sekolah, biaya BOS merujuk juknis BOS terbaru dengan penghitungan cermat mengoptimalkan sumber daya., melibatkan berbagai warga sekolah, disosialisasikan, dan menghasilkan desain ideal berupa efisiensi anggaran yang akuntabel dan transparan. Pembukuan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pelaksana bertindak sesuai perencanaan dengan juknis BOS, pentingnya orientasi dan menggerakkan operator sekolah, visi agar tercapai, dengan prosedur mengedepankan prinsip actuating dan kehati-hatian, semua pengeluaran dicatat dalam jurnal, buku kas umum, buku pembantu kas tunai, buku pembantu bank, buku pembantu pajak, dan buku pengadaan barang. Pembagian wewenang dan tanggung jawab pelaksanaan program kegiatan ditujukan agar terhindar dari penyalahgunaan pembiayaan, sehingga pertanggungjawabannya dapat disampaikan secara terbuka atau transparan dan akuntabel kepada semua stakeholder. Pembiayaan program kegiatan yang tidak tercantum dalam perencanaan tetapi sangat penting dan segera diadakan dapat disikapi dengan mencari dana dari orang tua  siswa maupun para donator baik dari masyarakat peduli pendidikan dan para alumni

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru SD di Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 204 guru yang selanjutnya diperoleh sampel 136 guru dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus dari Slovin. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan analisis regresi sederhana yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja Guru SD Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai correlation antara variabel motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru bernilai positif, dengan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,785 dengan Sig (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 0,05. Selanjutnya nilai R square sebesar 0,616= 61,6%, dimana hal ini dimaknai bahwa besaran pengaruh variabel Xterhadap Y adalah sebesar 61,2% dan besaran pengaruh lain di luar motivasi kerja guru yang mempengaruhi kinerja Guru SD Kecamatan Pringapus Kabupaten Semarang adalah sebesar 38,4%. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 14,663 t tabel (1,978). Hal tersebut berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang dinyatakan diterima

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah fondasi utama kemajuan bangsa, berperan dalam pengembangan potensi individu melalui pendidikan formal dan nonformal. Sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No. 57 Tahun 2021, pendidikan dasar bertujuan membentuk siswa beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, serta meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi mereka. Dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar, numerasi menjadi keterampilan dasar penting yang membantu siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan memecahkan masalah dunia nyata. Namun, matematika sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa, yang mengarah pada hasil belajar yang buruk. Peneliti mempergunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman konsep pecahan siswa kelas dua SD lewat model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning). Hasil penelitian di SDN Sarirejo Semarang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep pecahan, dengan nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat sebesar 17,36% dibandingkan pretest. Respon guru serta siswa atas model pembelajaran tersebut sangatlah positif, dengan tingkat pemahaman dan keterlibatan yang lebih baik. Dalam penerapan Project Based Learning, siswa terlibat aktif dalam tugas nyata yang relevan, meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mereka. Namun, beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam adaptasi awal dan pengisian Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa model pembelajaran dengan basis proyek efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan serta memicu pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna serta menarik untuk siswa.

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the performance of state elementary school teachers in Brebes District in planning, implementation and evaluation which has not been optimal. The main problems with school culture include the lack of awareness and responsibility in carrying out the official duties entrusted to them. The leadership of school principals in several schools is not yet optimal, whether as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators or as motivators. Based on the explanation above, research was carried out to analyze the influence of work discipline and the role of school principals on the performance of State Elementary School Teachers in Brebes District, Semarang City. This research aims to examine and analyze: (1) the influence of school culture on elementary school teacher performance, (2) the influence of school principal leadership on elementary school teacher performance, (3) the simultaneous influence of school culture and school principal leadership on elementary school teacher performance. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The research population was 540 people, the sample was 269 people. The instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homogeneity test. Data analysis used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, F test (ANOVA) and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) School culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Brebes District, Brebes Regency. It is proven that t count is 55.806 > t table 1.97. The magnitude of the influence is 92.1%; (2) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Brebes District, Brebes Regency, proven by t count 66.247 > t table 1.97. The magnitude of the influence is 94,3%; (3) School Culture and Principal Leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of elementary school teachers in Brebes District, Brebes Regency, as proven by the Fcount value of 2612.378 > F table 3.02 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous influence of 95 .2%. The suggestions put forward by researchers are: (1) Principals need to pay attention to the main things, that as a leader must have the ability to influence, mobilize, empower independence and autonomy, as well as develop the role of the Principal, policies and procedures for work spirit, (2 ) Teachers need to develop a school culture at work. Every teacher who commits violations should be willing to accept whatever sanctions are given to him. This cannot be separated from the leadership of the school principal to set an example.
