This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, self-control on financial management behavior in Gen Z. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources using questionnaires distributed online. The research sample uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of Gen Z samples, domiciled in JABODETABEK, and have used Shopee. The number of samples collected was 251 respondents processed using the SEM PLS research model. And using the Theory of Planned Behavior. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis test of financial literacy on financial management behavior has a positive and significant relationship, self-control has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, financial literacy has a positive and significant relationship with self-control. In addition, self-control as a mediating variable is able to influence the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior. The practical implications of this study are expected that Gen Z can continue to increase or secure awareness of the importance of financial literacy and build and be able to control themselves not to shop excessively so that they have the ability to manage their finances.

The This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Word Of Mouth and Celebrity Endorsers on Purchasing Decisions for facetology products. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that influence consumer decisions is the key to effective marketing strategies. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach to collect data from consumers of Facetology products. The sample used consisted of 200 respondents who were chosen randomly and analyzed using multiple regression. The research results show that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Facetology products, indicating that a strong brand image can increase consumers' desire to buy the product. Word of Mouth has also been proven to have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that Word Of Mouth recommendations have a significant impact in influencing consumer decisions. Apart from that, Celebrity Endorsers also provide a significant positive influence, showing that celebrity endorsers can increase product attractiveness and influence consumer Purchasing Decisions. Overall, Brand Image, Word Of Mouth, and Celebrity Endorser together make a significant contribution to Purchasing Decisions for Facetology products. These findings have important implications for the marketing strategies of Facetology and other brands looking to increase their competitiveness in the market. This research suggests that companies should focus more on managing Brand Image, utilizing Word of Mouth, and selecting the right Celebrity Endorser to maximize influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

The low saving rate of students aged 15-17 years is the reason for the purpose of this research, namely to analyze and find out about the influence of financial literacy, financial socialization, peer influence and self-control on saving behavior of high school students in DKI Jakarta and to analyze the influence between financial socialization on saving behavior through financial literacy of high school students in DKI Jakarta as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was distributing questionnaires consisting of several statements. The population in this study were high school students in DKI Jakarta with a sample of 287 students in DKI Jakarta who were taken by convenience sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is using several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, model feasibility tests and hypothesis testing through the SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 applications. The conclusion from the results of this study is that financial literacy, financial socialization, peer influence and self-control have an influence positive and significant impact on the saving behavior of high school students as well as financial literacy can be an intervening role that partially plays a role between financial socialization and saving behavior.

The study aims to conduct a predictive test and analysis on the financial distress of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine geopolitical conflict. This study utilizes three predictive models: the Taffler model, the Fulmer model, and the Grover model. The population of this study consists of consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The research sample consists of 62 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The Kruskal-Wallis test method is employed and analyzed using SPSS 22. The result of this study indicate a significant difference among the three models in predicting financial distress in companies. Based on the accuracy test conducted, the Fulmer model achieved the highest accuracy rate of 87% with a type I error rate of 3% and type II error rate of 10%. Futhermore, the Grover model obtained an accuracy rate of 83% with a type I error of 16% and a type II error rate of 1%. The Taffler model achieved the lowest accuracy score compared to the three models used, at 77% with a type I error rate of 10% and a type II rate 13%.

This study aims to determine whether or not there were differences in financial performance and firm value before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the mining sector and the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Financial performance is measured by Earning Per Share (EPS) and firm value is measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER). This research includes quantitative research with research populations in the mining sector and the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used the Wilcoxon Signed Test with a total sample of 40 companies in the mining sector and 44 companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The data is processed using SPSS software version 25. The results show that there is a difference in the financial performance of the mining sector and there are no differences in the firm value in the mining sector. In the consumer goods industry sector, there are no differences in financial performance and firm value.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that affect the financial satisfaction of digital wallet users. The variables measured in this study are financial knowledge, financial attitudes, financial behavior, and financial satisfaction. The sample in this study is the people of Jakarta who have a digital wallet. This study uses a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling techniques and convenience sampling methods. The sample selected in this study were 220 people of Jakarta who use digitals wallet with an age range of 17-27 years and already having their own job or income. This study uses a structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis model on AMOS version 21. The results found in this study indicate that there is an influence between financial knowledge and financial attitudes. Financial knowledge has an influence on financial behavior. Financial attitudes affect financial behavior. Financial knowledge also has an influence on financial satisfaction. And it was also found that there was an influence between financial behavior and financial satisfaction. But there is no effect between financial attitude and financial satisfaction. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan keuangan pada pengguna dompet digital. Adapun variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan kepuasan keuangan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jakarta yang memiliki dompet digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuanlitatif dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan metode convenience sampling. Sampel yang terpilih pada penelitian ini adalah 220 masyarakat Jakarta yang menggunakan dompet digital dengan rentang usia 17-27 tahun dan sudah memiliki pekerjaan atau pendapatan sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis data structural equation modeling (SEM) pada AMOS versi 21. Hasil yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara pengetahuan keuangan dengan sikap keuangan. Pengetahuan keuangan memiliki pengaruh kepada perilaku keuangan. Sikap keuangan berpengaruh kepada perilaku keuangan. Pengetahuan keuangan juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan keuangan. Dan ditemukan juga adanya pengaruh antara perilaku keuangan dengan kepuasan keuangan. Tetapi tidak ada pengaruh antara sikap keuangan dengan kepuasan keuangan.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use; trust and the perceived usefulness of the adoption of e-wallets among e-wallets users in Jabodetabek. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek people with a sample of 200 respondents who use e-wallets aged 18 to 40 years. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method through questionnaires distributed online. The analytical technique used to process the collected data is validity test and reliability test with SPSS software; model fit test and hypothesis testing with AMOS 26 software. Through these analytical techniques, the results obtained that all indicators are valid and reliable, and the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on the adoption of e-wallets, while the trust variable has no significant effect on the adoption of e-wallets. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara perceived ease of use, trust, dan perceived usefulness terhadap adoption of e-wallet pada pengguna e-wallet di Jabodetabek. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek dengan sampel yang digunakan 200 responden pengguna e-wallet berusia 18 sampai 40 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yang terkumpul adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan software SPSS, uji kesesuaian model dan uji hipotesis dengan software AMOS 26. Melalui teknik-teknik analisis tersebut didapat hasil bahwa seluruh indikator valid dan reliabel, serta variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signfikan terhadap adoption of e-wallet, sedangkan variabel trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adoption of e-wallet.

ABSTRACT This study empirically tests the effect of financial literacy, financial stressors, and risk tolerance on the financial satisfaction of the millennial generation in Jakarta using digital wallets. The data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation. This study used a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to the millennial generation in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction, then there is an insignificant relationship between financial stress and financial satisfaction, and between risk tolerance and financial satisfaction in the millennial generation in Jakarta digital wallet users. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh financial literacy, financial stressor, dan risk tolerance terhadap financial satisfaction generasi millennial di Jakarta pengguna dompet digital. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada generasi milenial di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan, lalu tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara stress keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan, dan antara toleransi risiko dan kepuasan keuangan pada generasi milenial di Jakarta pengguna dompet digital.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menunjukan Analisis Efikasi Diri terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Analisis Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Analisis Efikasi Diri dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 268 guru di SMPN Kecamatan Bekasi Timur. Teknik sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner lalu diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis deskriptif digunakan, hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja guru di SMPN Kecamatan Bekasi Timur meningkat sebagai hasil dari efektifitas diri. Kepuasan Kerja meningkat sebagai hasil dari dukungan organisasi Guru di SMPN Kecamatan Bekasi Timur.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan di sektor manufaktur Indonesia dalam konteks pasca pandemi COVID-19. Nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan Tobin’s Q dan Price to Book Value (PBV), dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan periode 2020–2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan cenderung negatif dalam jangka menengah. Leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan pada periode pasca pandemi, sementara pertumbuhan perusahaan hanya berpengaruh signifikan selama pandemi dan periode gabungan, namun tidak signifikan pada periode pasca pandemi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel signifikan dalam menjelaskan nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini memperkuat teori signaling, pecking order, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan serta memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen, investor, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam menyusun strategi keuangan pada masa pemulihan.
