Abstract

The Entrepreneurship and Financial Management Training for Indonesian Migrant Workers as Preparation for Returning Home program was designed to enhance the financial literacy and entrepreneurial capacity of Indonesian migrant workers in Tainan, Taiwan. This initiative responds to the financial challenges commonly faced by migrant workers, particularly in managing income, planning investments, and ensuring economic stability upon returning to Indonesia. Using a participatory approach that includes needs assessment, interactive lectures, financial planning simulations, and digital technology training, the program equips participants with practical skills in budgeting, saving, risk mitigation, and business planning. Evaluation results indicate increased understanding across participant groups with different characteristics, including gender, age, education level, and length of employment. Participants with longer work experience and higher educational backgrounds tended to achieve higher scores, although the program proved effective for all groups. These findings demonstrate that structured and context-based training can significantly improve the financial preparedness and entrepreneurial potential of migrant workers as they reintegrate economically upon returning home. The program also contributes to community empowerment and promotes inclusive economic development

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation requires organizations to be more adaptive, innovative, and able to deal with uncertainty. In this case, Agile Leadership is an important approach that supports business sustainability, improves organizational performance, and strengthens collaboration and continuous learning within teams. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify trends, theoretical frameworks, and research gaps related to the influence of Agile Leadership on team performance in various sectors. The results of the review show that agile leadership plays a role in building an adaptive organizational culture, strengthening communication, and encouraging innovation as the main factors in improving team performance in the era of digital transformation. This research confirms that the effectiveness of Agile Leadership is highly dependent on the organizational context, such as industry characteristics, work culture, and level of digital capabilities. A collaborative and fast-changing work environment can amplify the impact of agile leadership on team performance, while hierarchical structures and low digital capabilities hinder its implementation. Theoretically, the relationship between Agile Leadership and team performance is explained through the perspective of Dynamic Capabilities, Resource-Based View, and the principles of servant and inclusive leadership. The study concludes that Agile Leadership is a key factor in increasing organizational resilience and ensuring the relevance of companies in the complex and uncertain era of VUCA.

Abstract

The phenomenon related to Anticipated Warm Glow is becoming an important focus in individual purchasing decisions. People are motivated not only by economic factors but also by the actual moral basis of their actions, as well as by the positive emotions they anticipate feeling after doing good. Research on the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow in relation to the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products has not been widely discussed. The misalignment between theory and empirical data in previous studies has led to an unstructured and unsystematic understanding. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of Anticipated Warm Glow on the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products more systematically. The research method used is a systematic literature review with 27 articles analyzed on the concept of anticipated. The results indicate (1) the level of Anticipated Warm Glow is greatly influenced by the empathy possessed by consumers; (2) the emergence of Anticipated Warm Glow is influenced by internal and external factors; (3) the Anticipated Warm Glow that has emerged in consumers will affect their intention and purchasing decisions for sustainable food products; (4) the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow can be implemented in developing communication and promotion strategies for sustainable.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex business environment, the quality of audit disclosures has become a critical concern for stakeholders, regulators, and the accounting profession, as weaknesses in auditor competence and organizational systems continue to undermine the reliability of financial reporting. This study aims to analyze the effect of auditor knowledge deficiency, auditor work experience, and internal control systems on the quality of audit disclosure in Public Accounting Firms. This research employs a mixed method approach with an explanatory sequential design, where the quantitative stage is conducted first through questionnaires distributed to 45 auditors and audit managers, followed by a qualitative stage using in-depth interviews to strengthen the interpretation of the findings. Quantitative analysis is done using the SEM-PLS method to examine the relationships between variables, while qualitative analysis is used to explore the processes and conditions influencing audit disclosure quality. The results indicate that auditor knowledge, work experience, and internal control systems have a positive and significant effect on audit disclosure quality. Auditor knowledge plays a role in determining the accuracy and relevance of disclosed information, work experience enhances professional judgment and the preparation of audit narratives, and internal control systems ensure the availability of accurate and traceable data. The integration of quantitative and qualitative findings shows that audit disclosure quality is formed through the synergy between auditor competence and organizational system effectiveness. This study contributes to understanding the factors affecting audit disclosure quality and highlights the importance of improving auditor competence and strengthening internal control systems in modern auditing practices.
