Abstract

This research will map the internal and external factors that influence the development of Islamic Credit Card products in Indonesia and analyze the appropriate alternative strategies for the development of these products. The analysis was carried out, namely Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE) matrix analysis, Internal and External (IE) matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis to determine strategic alternatives. The results of the IFE and EFE assessments identified that the development of Islamic credit cards in Indonesia is in quadrant IV, namely "Grow and Develop". Meanwhile, based on the strategic quadrant, the development of Islamic Credit Cards is in the IA quadrant, namely Rapid Growth, which shows development in good condition and is supported by the internal and external environment. Based on these conditions, an alternative strategy for developing a Sharia Credit Card product that can be done is the S-O strategy. The S-O strategy is based on the results of a SWOT analysis, including encouraging other Islamic banks to issue Islamic Credit Card products and synergize with many e-commerce sites to expand the reach of the community

Abstract

Abstract

The phenomenon related to Anticipated Warm Glow is becoming an important focus in individual purchasing decisions. People are motivated not only by economic factors but also by the actual moral basis of their actions, as well as by the positive emotions they anticipate feeling after doing good. Research on the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow in relation to the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products has not been widely discussed. The misalignment between theory and empirical data in previous studies has led to an unstructured and unsystematic understanding. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of Anticipated Warm Glow on the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products more systematically. The research method used is a systematic literature review with 27 articles analyzed on the concept of anticipated. The results indicate (1) the level of Anticipated Warm Glow is greatly influenced by the empathy possessed by consumers; (2) the emergence of Anticipated Warm Glow is influenced by internal and external factors; (3) the Anticipated Warm Glow that has emerged in consumers will affect their intention and purchasing decisions for sustainable food products; (4) the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow can be implemented in developing communication and promotion strategies for sustainable.

Abstract

Civil servants have increasingly gained opportunities to engage in entrepreneurial activities; however, the actual level of entrepreneurial participation remains relatively low. This condition indicates that regulatory opportunities alone are insufficient to encourage entrepreneurial interest, as psychological and cognitive factors may play important roles in shaping entrepreneurial intentions. This study aims to examine the effects of income expectations, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial interest while analyzing the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy among KPK civil servants in the 2025 cohort. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 133 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that income expectations, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset significantly and positively affected self-efficacy. Furthermore, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Income expectations and entrepreneurial knowledge also directly influenced entrepreneurial interest, whereas entrepreneurial mindset did not have a direct significant effect. However, self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial interest, demonstrating that mindset influences entrepreneurial intention through increased confidence in entrepreneurial capabilities. The study concludes that strengthening self-efficacy, particularly through entrepreneurial mindset development, is essential to encourage entrepreneurial interest among civil servants within a high-integrity institutional environment.

The population of this study consists of consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The research sample consists of 62 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The Kruskal-Wallis test method is employed and analyzed using SPSS 22. The result of this study indicate a significant difference among the three models in predicting financial distress in companies. Based on the accuracy test conducted, the Fulmer model achieved the highest accuracy rate of 87% with a type I error rate of 3% and type II error rate of 10%. Futhermore, the Grover model obtained an accuracy rate of 83% with a type I error of 16% and a type II error rate of 1%. The Taffler model achieved the lowest accuracy score compared to the three models used, at 77% with a type I error rate of 10% and a type II rate 13%.
