Abstract

Public services that should have been better in every country, in every province and even in every region to the villages, but apparently our minds still see and lead to a complicated and complex public service process. This shows that the condition of public services in Indonesia is still far from the expectations of the community. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: How do the comparisons / comparisons of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) Against Public Services in 2019 (Study at the Mataram City Dukcapil and Dukcapil Services in West Lombok Regency)? and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in public services conducted by the Mataram City Dukcapil Office and West Lombok Dukcapil District ?. This research is a type of survey research. Based on the results of the study note the comparison / comparison of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) on Public Services in 2019 in the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil and Mataram City Dukcapil Services obtained the value of service quality with the category "B" which indicates the community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registry Office of West Lombok Regency get the title "good". Whereas in the Department of Population and Civil Registry, the City of Mataram also received a good title but with a higher value. The inhibiting and supporting factors in public services conducted by the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil and the Mataram City Dukcapil Office are related to the variety of service time perceived to be quite long. In addition, even though the tariff has been free, it still gets a maximum score.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Nyongkolan procession with kecimol music has become a trend and even a habit in all areas of the island of Lombok, there was no Jonggat sub-district before. The nature of the people who are less able to filter out foreign culture or new ideas that can damage the original Sasak customs, including considering kecimol music as the original Sasak culture. Seeing the various negative impacts of this, the Jonggat sub-district government in this case Sukarara village made a policy of regulating kecimol music in Nyongkolan and it can be said to be successful. The regulation of the use of kecimol music in the Sasak Nyongkolan cultural series, Sukarara village, Jonggat sub-district is a form of government effort located at the sub-district to village level to restore the authenticity of the Sasak culture in a series of traditional wedding ceremony processions. Nyongkolan should be regulated by mutual agreement between the village heads in the Jonggat sub-district. From this phenomenon, the research team is interested in knowing the function of kecimol music regulation and knowing the challenges related to kecimol music regulation policy. This research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Collecting data by in-depth interviews, observations, and technical documentation. Interactive data model analysis, where data collection until the research ends simultaneously and continuously with interpretation and data reference referring to theoretical references according to research problems. The results showed that Nyongkolan which is a tradition of the people of Lombok, especially in Sukarara Village, Kec. Jonggat Kab. Central Lombok where there is no significant ban on the use of kecimol music because there are no clear regulations. Village and sub-district governments can only encourage the use of traditional musical instruments and do not cross state roads. The Covid-19 moment also influenced the Nyongkolan setting when this research was conducted.

Abstract

One of the presidents prHiority programs is human resource development. Human resource development is one of the determining factors for organizational policies, including government organizations. In addition, human resources (apparatus) are also a whisper for the smooth running of bureaucratic reform. Human resources are one aspect of achieving the goals of government organizations, namely providing optimal public services. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the merit system to obtain human resources, in this case specifically the best State Civil Apparatus (ASN), including in the process of filling the pratama high leadership positions (JPT) within the Mataram City Government. This study aims to describe the application of the merit system in the government of Mataram City. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods consisting of in-depth analysis, documentation and observation. Data analysis used technical qualitative data analysis. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The research gave the result that the Mataram city government had basically implemented a merit system in ASN management. In filling out the JPT, it has been carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the provisions. Many indicators of the criteria for implementing the merit system have also been created and implemented by the Mataram City government. Things that are still considered not responsive enough by directly inviting LANs who have experience in implementing merit systems. One of the deficiencies found in this study is related to an assessment center that is not yet owned by the Mataram city government.

Abstract

In Central Lombok Regional Regulation No. 35 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Malls (MPP), which aims to provide fast, affordable and transparent services. The implementation of this MPP is under the auspices of the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and in this research the focus is on licensing services at DPMPTSP through Public Service Mall innovation.This research aims to find out how licensing services are implemented at DPMPTSP through the Central Lombok Public Service Mall innovation and what factors influence it. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research approach where the research results are obtained from interviews with service heads, service secretaries, MPP managers, DPMPTSP staff, service officers, and permit applicants. The results of this research found that the implementation of licensing services at the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) through the Central Lombok Regency Public Service Mall innovation has gone as expected. This can be seen from the researcher's analysis using indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Good communication between organizers and permit applicants is carried out through socialization both online and offline. Human resources are sufficient to carry out services, but after one year they experience obstacles due to a lack of human resources due to the increase in visitors. A clear disposition with standards that have been determined in accordance with statutory regulations. The bureaucratic structure that has been determined will simplify the licensing service process because it runs according to the SOP that has been determined. The combination of these four aspects means that the implementation of licensing services can be carried out properly. These four indicators are also included in what factors influence them. In implementing this policy there are also influencing aspects, namely: Initial information, licensing process, customer service, security, evaluation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Gondang, terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Utara, terdiri dari 12 dusun, termasuk dusun Lekok yang mencakup Lekok Tenggara, Lekok Timur, Lekok Selatan, dan Lekok Utara. Dusun Lekok memiliki TPS 3R Ita Peduli sebagai tempat pembuangan sampah dengan pendekatan Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (3R). Akantetapi, pengelolaan TPS ini kurang efektif. Pengelolaan sampah yang baik adalah kunci menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan sampah, dilakukan program kerja KKN edukasi, meliputi observasi awal, perencanaan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi, pembuatan ecobrick, dan pemasangan Plang. Hasil dari program ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pengelolaan sampah, bahaya sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, serta kerjasama antara Bank Sampah Persada Lotara dengan KSM. Program ini juga menciptakan produk bernilai tambah berupa ecobrick dan Plang TPS 3R, yang meningkatkan fasilitas desa. penyelenggaraan program ini diharapkan menjadi inspirasi bagi desa-desa lain dalam pengelolaan sampah, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Desa Gondang.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan sampah; edukasi; TPS 3R; Desa Gondang; lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya UPT Perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan pemustaka, dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya UPT Perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan pemustaka tahun 2019.Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan,staf perpustakaan, dan pengunjung perpustakaan.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPT Perpustakaan UMMAT sudah melakukan berbagai upaya  yang cukup baik, yaitu pembenahan sistem tata ruang dan sistem operasional yang berbasis digital, promosi perpustakaan, perbaikan semua sarana dan prasarana, koleksi dan layanan perpustakan.Faktor penghambat UPT Perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan pemustaka yaitu kurangnya anggaran dan ketidakpahaman pemustaka yang berkunjung terhadap sistem yang diberlakukan.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki sumber daya alam yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi potensi sumber pariwisata. Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) merupakan salah satu provinsi yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan pariwisata di Indonesia. Keberadaan desa wisata yang akhir-akhir ini terus dikembangkan oleh pemerintah pusat melalui Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif bersama Pemerintah Daerah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa identifikasi objek wisata di desa Tetebatu penting untuk dilakukan guna meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yang berdampak pada pendapatan masyarakat. Usaha yang dilakukan berbagai pihak untuk membantu masyarakat sudah banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa, kelompok sadar wisata dan badan pengelola desa wisata untuk membentuk UMKM dimana masyarakat terbantu dari segi pendapatan.

Abstract

KKN sekarang sudah memiliki banyak jenis dan program yang bisa diikuti oleh mahasiswa, baik di tingkat lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Untuk mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah Aisyiah (PTMA) terdapat juga program KKN Mas dengan tingkat nasional dan juga KKN Internasional yang dikelola oleh Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah bidang Majelis Diktilitbang. Kegiatan KKN Internasional tahun ini masih diselenggarakan di Malaysia melalui berbagai sanggar belajar (SB) dengan berbagai mitra yang sudah ditentukan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan persiapan, analisis situasi dan pelaksanaan program. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu pelaksanaan program kegiatan terdiri dari program akademik, keagamaan, kebudayaan dan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat untuk anak-anak Indonesia untuk menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang Indonesia seperti kebudayaan, suku-suku, kepulauan dan tentunya mengenal Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram memberikan pelayanan BPJS secara gratis. Dalam praktiknya terdapat masalah yaitu sistem pelayanan kelengkapan administrasi yakni banyaknya syarat-syarat kelengkapan administrasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga proses pelayanan menjadi terhambat. Masyarakat membutukan waktu lebih yang digunakan hanya untuk melengkapi kelengkapan administrasi. Pelayanan BPJS gratis bagi masyarakat kota Mataram oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram seharusya lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran terkait objek yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan BPJS kesehatan bagi masyarakat miskin dan tidak mampu di kota Mataram sudah berjalan lancar, namun beberapa indikator pengukuran efektivitas pelayanan masih belum maksimal karena di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor penghambat baik itu dari internal maupun eksternal. Efektivitas pelayanan BPJS kesehatan gratis ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator. Indikator yang digunakan antara lain kemampuan beradaptasi manusia, prestasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kualitas pelayanan, integrasi sosial dan evaluasi. Beberapa faktor penghambat yang ada di lapangan setelah program BPJS gratis ini laksanakan yaitu kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat kota Mataram, kemampuan pemahaman masyarakat, serta adanya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia pelaksana. Abstract

Transportation is a basic need for various communities, which helps in mobilizing passengers and goods from one place to another as well as facilitating connectivity. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of the Transportation Department in improving public service quality in the land transportation field at Dompu Regency. The study procedures were carried out using qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using interactive methods. The results showed that the role of the Transportation Department of Dompu Regency in improving public service quality in the land transportation field was evident through various aspects. These included 1) Physical evidence (Tangibles), namely fully meeting quality in terms of procurement of facilities and the provision of good service by officers, 2) Reliability, where the service was running according to the SOP, 3) Responsiveness, namely providing appropriate and careful service, but there were still time constraints, 4) Assurance, where the need to increase the time guarantee and the cost guarantee provided was appropriate, and 5) Empathy, namely demonstration of good quality by officers. This study also revealed the presence of active, participative, and passive role. Keywords: Public Service, Land Transportation, Service Quality.
