Abstract

This paper will focus on "Quality Management in Islamic Education and its Implementation in the Development of Madrasahs and Islamic Boarding Schools". The quality of education is one of the central issues of national education in addition to issues of equity, relevance, and efficiency of education management. Today, many efforts to improve the quality of education continue to be made by various parties. These efforts are based on an awareness of the important role of education in the development of human resources and the development of national character (Nation Character Building) for the progress of society and the nation. The type used in this research is library study research (library research) where this library research is carried out by researchers not going directly to the field but this research is carried out through research on written works and various kinds of literature available, be it through books, journals, and so on. The results can be concluded that the implementation of quality management in madrasah and pontren is; a). Continuous improvement in meeting customer needs with the involvement of all members of the organization. b). Efforts to maximize the competitiveness of institutions to improve products, services, people, labor, processes and the environment. c). As a means in the learning process. d). Overall supervision of organizational members.

Abstract

Kemandirian dalam belajar pada dasarnya sudah dimiliki oleh peserta didik, namun demikian kemandirian dalam belajar sering mengalami penurunan, penurunan kemandirian belajar ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, yakni faktor internal dan eksternal. Seperti kurangnya variasi model pembelajaran yang digunakan, pembelajaran masih fokus dengan model ekspositori, penugasan, kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, kurangnya buku referensi, kurangnya fokus peserta didik dalam belajar, dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan, dalam penelitian ini dicoba menerapkan model pembelajaran talking stick, tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang belajar dengan menggunakan model talking stick dan ekspositori. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester 1 tahun ajaran 2022-2023 di kelas X MAN 1 Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen. Dari hasil penelitian didapatka bahwa rata-rata kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen 80 yang tergolong tinggi dan rata-rata kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas kontrol adalah 67 yang tergolong sedang. Uji dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji T untuk melihat perbedaan kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang belajar dengan model talking stick dan ekspositori. Hasil penelitian ini, setelah melakukan uji T diperoleh bahwa kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan talking stick lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang belajar dengan menggunakan model ekspositori, diperoleh thitung > ttabel 4,746 > 2,032. Dengan demikian hasil penulisan ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran talking stick dan eksositori dalam pembelajaran fiqih. Model pembelajaran talking stick lebih baik dari pada pembelajaran ekspositori dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik di MAN 1 Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

The problems of this research are the researcher notes when the teacher applies the education strategy (Think-Pair-Participate) in teaching the Arabic language subject in the Islamic State Secondary School 4 Agam. Which students possess, until he found difficulties in learning discussion. As for the objectives of this research, to find out the application of the education strategy (Think, Pair, Share) in teaching the Arabic language in the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences at the Governmental Islamic Secondary School 4 Agam. In this research, the researcher used field research, that is, data collection takes place directly at the research site. This research is descriptive. The research community is the students of the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences. Data analysis method: observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher found that a female teacher applied the education strategy (Think-Pair-Participate) in teaching the Arabic language in the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences at the Governmental Islamic Secondary School 4 Agam well. But the discussion between pairs is still not ideal, because the discussions that should focus on the students are in fact centered on the teacher.

Abstract

β-blocker merupakan first-line therapy yang telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil klinis pada pasien gagal jantung yang disertai penurunan fraksi ejeksi. Penelitian terkait gambaran pemberian β-blocker pada pasien gagal jantung di Indonesia masih terbatas dan menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai penggunaan β-blocker, ketepatan obat, dosis, dan pertimbangan pemberian β-blocker pada pasien gagal jantung di instalasi rawat inap RSJPD Harapan Kita tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara prospektif menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 200 sampel sebanyak 61% pasien mendapatkan β-blocker dan sebanyak 39% tidak menggunakan. Jenis β-blocker yang didapatkan pasien antara lain bisoprolol, carvedilol, dan metoprolol. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan penggunaan β-blocker 100% tepat obat dan 97% tepat dosis. Faktor pertimbangan tidak diberikan β-blocker pada pasien gagal jantung, yaitu kongesti (23,08%); HFpEF (12,82%); PPOK (6,41%); dan faktor lain seperti asma, blok AV II, hipotensi, bradikardia, syok kardiogenik, terapi ivabradine curiga kontraindikasi/intoleransi β-blocker, inisiasi β-blocker, gejala gagal jantung yang memburuk, NYHA I, penggunaan rifampicin, dan hiperkalemia. Penggunaan β-blocker pada pasien gagal jantung di RSJPD Harapan Kita cukup tinggi dan sudah sesuai dengan kondisi klinis pasien. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran kondisi klinis pasien gagal jantung yang perlu dan tidak perlu diberikan β-blocker.

Abstract

Background: National data indicate an increase in chronic disease prevalence. Therapeutic outcomes need to be assessed based on the aspects of the patient’s psychology, including treatment satisfaction. In Indonesia, no native or cross-culturally adapted treatment satisfaction tool is available and validated for chronic disease patients.Objectives: The study is intended to conduct cross-cultural translation and adaptation of the Treatment Satisfaction with Medicines Questionnaire (SATMED-Q) into Indonesian and to evaluate the questionnaire’s reliability and validity in the Indonesian context.Methods: SATMED-Q translation and adaptation were conducted following a systematic procedure: forward translation, synthesis, backward translation, expert committee review, and pre-testing. The samples were hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at the primary health care center. The internal consistency and known-group validity were analyzed statistically.Results: A total of 45 participants were involved in the research to assess the reliability and validity of the translated questionnaire. Some grammatical changes were made on the forward translation, the back translation, and the expert committee review stage. The major changes were the definition of the Likert-type scale on each domain. The reliability test showed good consistency (Cronbach’s alpha=0.842). Certain factors (gender and working status) showed known group validity, but not the number of antihypertensive or antidiabetic medications. Compared to individuals who took two medications, people who took one medicine indicated less satisfaction with their treatment.Conclusion: The translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the SATMED-Q to Indonesian was satisfactory. The Indonesian version of SATMED-Q was a reliable and valid instrument to assess treatment satisfaction.

Abstract

Arabic learning is divided into four skills, including writing skills. The researchers discovered that at Al-ishlah Islamic High School Bukittinggi, many students were making mistakes in writing letters, words, and even Arabic sentences. Additionally, there was a lack of engaging learning materials for developing writing skills. The objectives of this study are (1) To find out the steps for using Scrapbook media in learning students' writing skills at Al-Ishlah Islamic High School Bukittinggi. (2) To find out how much influence the use of Scrapbook media in improving the writing skills of students at Al-Ishlah Islamic High School Bukittinggi. Researchers use quantitative research methods with a Quasi-Experimental approach. The results of this study are (1) The steps for using Scrapbook media in learning writing skills consist of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the application stage, and the evaluation stage. (2) The amount of influence of using Scrapbook media in improving students' writing skills is 70.2%. Researchers concluded that the use of scrapbook media had a positive effect in improving the writing skills of tenth grade students of Al-Ishlah Islamic High School Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Lately, there have been numerous marriage cases in Indonesia, including underage marriages, domestic violence, partner selection without proper knowledge of marriage. Therefore, it is important for all segments of society to be aware of the legal aspects of marriage for an individual. Hence, a study has been conducted with the theme "Marriage Law in Islam: Comparative Analysis According to 4 Mazhabs." The methodology used in this writing is a literature review. The results of this study reveal that there are fundamentally five categories of marriage laws in Islam: obligatory, recommended, prohibited, disliked, and permissible. Based on the contextual analysis by scholars from the four Mazhabs worldwide, they provide reasons for why marriage can be obligatory, recommended, prohibited, disliked, and even permissible. Specifically, the Shafi'i Mazhab presents four marriage laws: obligatory, recommended, disliked, and permissible, the Hanbali Mazhab also outlines four marriage laws: obligatory, recommended, prohibited, and permissible, while the Maliki and Hanafi Mazhabs present five marriage laws: obligatory, recommended, disliked, prohibited, and permissible.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out that communication in Islamic education plays an important role with a literature and literature approach that is relevant to the research topic. The results of the analysis that the authors get from the communication are vital in the implementation of Islamic educational institutions. The success of Islamic educational institutions is influenced by many factors including the management and communication that each stakeholder has in carrying out their responsibilities. So it is clear that there is a significant relationship between communication and the Islamic educational institution itself.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities about understanding the method of Qur'an Reading Training with Tahsin Method TPQ Al Falah Nagari Pauh Kambar, Padang Pariaman students at the Ibtidaiyah (SD / MI) and Tsanawiyah (SMP / MTs) levels in Pauh Kambar Padang Pariaman. At this level the motivation to learn the Koran in children is very minimal because of the lack of ability to read the Koran. The purpose of this teaching and learning activity is to increase children's learning motivation to be fluent in reading the Koran. The method used in this service activity is a descriptive model with a lecture, discussion, and question and answer approach and simulation. The results of teaching and learning activities include: First, students better understand the theory of tajweed. Second, they are motivated to learn the Koran better. Third, with the tahsin method, students can easily improve or improve their reading. Fourth, there are significant changes after using the tahsin method. Abstract

This paper aims to see how far BP4 Pariaman City has a role in strengthening human psycho-social in the field of social welfare; services for alumni of post-marriage couples need to be followed up with a balanced program. The lack of psycho-social understanding of pre-marital post-marriage course graduates will have great potential to add to the long line of early marriage ages in Pariaman City. The fundamental problem that is most troubling is their ignorance of the responsibilities, rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household. To overcome this solution, the service team identified the problem of spaciousness. It mapped the problem to be treated (treatment) for the subject of service through two stages: family psychology guidance and Islamic family counseling. The first stage is pre-activity in the form of a Focus Discussion Group (FGD) presenting lecturers as participants to provide input for the mentoring action plan to be carried out. The second stage is action activities, including psychological skill assistance in family psychology and group counseling. This activity has generally received appreciation from stakeholders (BP4 Pariaman City management, pre-marital course alumni) because this program has offered various alternatives for their self-development in elaborating their knowledge to be applied in household life. The results of the reflection and evaluation of the program offered by the service conclude that they understand that a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah household life is not achieved by material wealth but by the ability to accept oneself and have a correct understanding of an Islamic household. They understand that household problems cannot be measured only by logic. However, it includes religious and spiritual matters the human mind cannot reach. Therefore, they understand that household responsibilities are worldly matters and matters of the afterlife, which are related to God.
