Abstract

Meningkatkan kemampuan anak pada usia dini dapat diasah dengan memberikan ragam jenis permainan terutama permainan yang bersifat edukatif. Dengan alat permainan edukatif yang tepat perkembangan anak dapat terstimulasi secara optimal. Ragam alat permainan edukatif saat ini juga tak lepas dari metode penggunaan termasuk metode penyampaian cerita kepada anak. Pada Pos PAUD Bina Cendikia Kelurahan Bareng Kecamatan Klojen Malang ketersediaan alat permbelajaran edukatif masih terbatas sehingga kegiatan belajar untuk pengembangan aspek bahasa siswa kurang terasah. Masa golden age pada anak usia dini tidak luput dari kondisi tumbuh kembang yang optimal serta stimulus yang tepat, salah satu stimulus yang dapat diberikan kepada anak yaitu dengan membacakan cerita dengan metode read aloud agar kemampuan bahasa anak dapat meningkat. Mengacu pada kondisi tersebut melalui program PPM Politeknik Negeri Malang memberikan seperangkat alat permainan edukatif yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa bagi anak usia dini. Selain itu agar stimulus juga berlangsung tidak hanya di sekolah, sosialisasi membaca read aloud bagi anak juga diberikan bagi orang tua siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan PPM di Pos PAUD Bina Cendikia 1) tersedianya alat permainan edukatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa, 2) Guru dan orang tua siswa menyambut dengan baik materi sosialisasi read aloud untuk memberikan stimulasi kemampuan berbahasa anak usia dini dan menerapkannya setiap hari.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover and describe the learning of Arabic receptive active skills in MTsN 2 Purwakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The data collection technique in this study has two data sources, namely primary and secondary, which are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out with inductive techniques and presented with descriptive techniques. The findings of this study are that the teaching of Arabic receptive active skills of each student is required to read Arabic texts and memorize language vocabulary, students read Arabic texts in front of other students, accentuate Arabic conversations in front of other participants. There are two students who cannot read Arabic writing and seven students who read it are still in the category of stammering, Students have study groups, inadequate learning facilities such as laptops, projectors, sound systems and other supporting equipment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian deskiptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dari bahan-bahan tertulis yang berupa dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Al Barokah Mojolegi Gading yaitu peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator (pendidik), sebagai manajer, sebagai administrator, sebagai supervisor, sebagai pemimpin sebagai inovator dan sebagai motivator. Upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Al Barokah Mojologi Gading yaitu dengan cara   a) memotivasi guru. b) meningkatkan disiplin guru. c) menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif. d) meningkatkan kompetensi guru. e) meningkatkan kompetensi akademik. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yaitu: a) faktor pendukung Kepala Sekolah yang memahami perannya, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, guru SD Al Barokah mojolegi Gading memiliki integritas dan profesional dalam proses pembelajaran dan adanya kerjasama yang harmonis. b) faktor penghambat kurangnya waktu yang tersedia dan adanya hal-hal yang bertabrakan dengan tugas seorang guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam peningkatan kinerja guru dan terdapat beberapa peran kepala sekolah sehingga berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak sekolah untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja guru agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber teori atau referensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the value of companies in the automotive industry and its components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The ever-fluctuating development of the automotive world requires companies that are members of this industry to be able to maintain their existence in the face of changing situations, both domestic and international. Apart from that, companies also have to compete with similar competitors, both from within and outside the country. The comp. This research uses a purposive sampling method to obtain a representative sample according to the specified criteria. The analytical tool used is panel regression analysis any's capabilities can be seen through the information contained in the annual financial report. The research results show that Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Investment (ROI) have a positive, although not significant, effect on company value on the BEI. Meanwhile, Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a negative and insignificant effect on company value on the BEI (study of the automotive industry and its components).

Abstract

Heatsink is composed of square or circular-shaped base plates connected to fins on one side. Fluid flow within the heatsink typically occurs through natural convection, where colder air flows into the hotter fin region and exits through the fin tips. In this study, we conducted numerical simulations using Solidworks 2021-2022 Research Licence software to investigate three different heatsink models with distinct shapes, aiming to determine the most effective cooling rate. The thermal simulation results revealed that the heatsink design with square fins exhibited lower maximum temperatures, making it recommended for applications utilizing natural convection. Additionally, heat sinks with thinner fins have a larger surface area, accommodating more fins compared to thicker ones, which affects the heat transfer efficiency within the heat sink.

Abstract

The Employee Performance reviewed emotional intelligence, style of leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction (Study at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo. Thesis for Master of Science Postgraduate Program (M.Si) at Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta 2023. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously (concurrently) or partial variables of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo. This research method used a quantitative research design. The population of all employees working at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. the Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo, with a total of 51 people. The sampling technique used the census technique with a sample of 51 respondents. Data collection was conducted by a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., the small-medium enterprise segment in Solo. Suggestions from this study for PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. the Small Medium Enterprise Segment in Solo, continues to improve existing emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction thus that it will make employee performance increase and become better than previous.Keyword: employee performances, emotional intelligence, style of leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

Energy consumption of a building is one of the biggest sources of energy use today. Green Building Comitte Indonesia (GBCI) has launched a concept of energy consumption saving in a nationally standard building. Audit Building energy audit is the way to know how actual building energy consumption is and find alternative solution to decrease energy consumption in order to fulfill the energy saving building criteria. Two types of HVAC systems will be run in the EnergyPlus simulation, split AC and central AC. The previous research proved that central AC is better than split AC system for energy saving in the building with 20 floors. The simulation results show that by using a certain energy system, a more efficient energy system will be achieved and can still maintain the comfort of the room at a temperature of 24 °C and relative humidity according to the Green Building Indonesia standard reference.

Abstract

This research examines dental and oral health problems in Islamic boarding schools, which are influenced by the lack of knowledge and attitudes of the students. Knowledge of dental and oral health is an effort that is included in prevention to maintain healthy teeth and mouth, if dental and oral health is not paid attention to it can cause problems with dental and oral disease. This research aims to increase students' knowledge and attitudes towards dental and oral health through audio-visual education at the Putra Al-Badriyah Mranggen Islamic boarding schools. This type of research is a quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group design with a sample of 50 students, using a questionnaire given before and after the counseling intervention through audio-visual education, with data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and attitudes (p: 0.000 α (0,05) and yaitu p: 0,000 α (0,05). In conclusion, audio visual education is effective in increasing students' knowledge and attitudes about dental and oral health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability liquidity and company size on firm value in food and beverage companies on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. The data used in this study are quantitative data. The population in this study were 33 companies, and the samples used in this study were 12 companies. The observation period was carried out for 5 years, starting from 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained directly in the form of financial reports on the site www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used uses statistical analysis, namely: The results of the study simultaneously show that profitability liquidity and company size have a significant effect on firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) for the period 2018 - 2022. Then the partial research results profitability has no significant effect on firm value and liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. While company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

KH Mohammad Hasan Genggong is a scholar who holds the title "Al-'Alim-al-'Allamah", charismatic, productive, highly dedicated to national civilization and respected by the government and all levels of society. A figure like him has a generous nature towards the ummah. KH. Mohammad Hasan is known as a man who loves knowledge, is intelligent, qonaah, honest, has a high memorization capacity so he can easily study with his teachers. One of the teachers is; KH. Syamsuddin, KH. Rofi'I Sentong Kraksaaan, KH. Mohammad Tamrin Sukonsari Pasuruan, KH. Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. He has several spectacular works in the form of yellow books including; Aqidah al-Tauhid fi Ilmi al-Tauhid, Nadlam Safinah al-Najah fi al-Fiqhi, Al-Ahadits al-Nabawiyyah 'Ala Tartib al-Akhruf al Hijaiyyah, Khutbatain Li 'Id al-Fitri wa Adha, Khutbatain al-Nikah, Friday Sermon, and Al-syi'ru Bi Lughah al-Manduriyyah. Kiai's thought contributions include being part of the spirit of the founding of the Nahdlatul Ulama Organization, Mursyid Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Ali Ba'alawiyah, and the initiator and driving force of the Indonesian independence struggle.
