Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Information Technology and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention (Case Study of CV.SOREN in Salatiga) partially and simultaneously. Sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The primary research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents containing statements about Information Technology, Social Media Marketing and Purchase Intentions. Data analysis tool with validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test in the form of Normality test, Autocorrelation test, Heteroscedasticity test, Multicollinearity test. using multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the hypothesis using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing uses the SPSS 2023 program. With the results of the research, (1) Information Technology has no effect on Purchase Interest, the value of t count < t table, namely the value of 1,833 < 1,984. (2) Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention t count > t table with a value of 12.864 > 1,984, (3) Information Technology Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention that the value of F count > F table is 265,813 > 3.09 then the significance value is < 0.05 equal to 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Evaluasi beban kerja bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah karyawan yang diperlukan dalam suatu unit kerja di organisasi, seperti puskesmas, dan estimasi waktu yang diperlukan oleh karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di unit pendaftaran Puskesmas X Surabaya. Subjek dan Metode: Memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder, Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian observasional yang berfokus pada kelompok individu tertentu untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor beban kerja petugas pendaftaran di Puskesmas X Surabaya memakai penghitungan Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN). Hasil: Jumlah petugas di bagian pendaftaran Puskesmas X Surabaya adalah 3 orang. Di antaranya, satu petugas memiliki latar belakang pendidikan D3 RMIK, sementara yang lainnya memiliki latar belakang pendidikan selain D3 RMIK. Berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga menggunakan metode WISN, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya ada empat orang yang dibutuhkan di unit kerja rekam medis. Oleh karena itu, jumlah tersebut masih kurang untuk melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan rekam medis dan pendaftaran di Puskesmas X Surabaya. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan memakai metode Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN) petugas pendaftaran yang ada di Puskesmas X Surabaya sebaiknya perlu di tambah satu orang lagi supaya sesuai dengan perhitungan beban kerja.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah merevolusi cara pengelolaan perkebunan di industri perhotelan atau perkebunan, khususnya di Agrowisata Gunung Mas. Salah satunya yang banyak diterapkan pemilik smart home system adalah dengan kontrol pencahayaan. Ini memungkinkan pemilik rumah mengurangi penggunaan listrik dan mendapat manfaat dari penggunaan Smarthome. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi dan dampak penggunaan IoT pada perangkat jaringan Smart Home Control4 dalam pengelolaan perkebunan di Agrowisata Gunung Mas. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, analisa, dan implementasi Smarthome. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT pada perangkat jaringan Smart Home Control4 telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keamanan, dan kenyamanan bagi penghuni. Namun, tantangan seperti keamanan data dan interoperabilitas antarperangkat masih perlu diatasi. Artikel ini juga membahas harapan dan peluang masa depan dalam pengembangan sistem Smart Home berbasis IoT. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi manajer properti, pengembang teknologi, dan praktisi industri perhotelan yang tertarik dalam mengimplementasikan sistem IoT dalam pengelolaan perkebunan.  Pemanfaatan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah merevolusi cara pengelolaan vila di industri perhotelan dan vila, khususnya di Agrowisata Gunung Mas.  Satu hal yang banyak digunakan pemilik sistem rumah pintar adalah  kontrol pencahayaan.  Hal ini memungkinkan pemilik rumah mengurangi konsumsi daya dan mendapatkan manfaat dari penggunaan rumah pintar. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi dan dampak penggunaan IoT dengan perangkat jaringan Smart Home Control4 pada pengelolaan vila Agrowisata Gunung Mas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, analisis, dan implementasi smart home.  Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT ke dalam perangkat jaringan Smart Home Control4  meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keamanan, dan kenyamanan bagi penghuni.  Namun tantangan seperti keamanan data dan interoperabilitas antar perangkat masih perlu diatasi.  Artikel ini juga membahas harapan dan peluang masa depan dalam pengembangan sistem rumah pintar berbasis IoT.  Studi ini memberikan wawasan  berharga bagi manajer properti, pengembang teknologi, dan praktisi industri perhotelan yang tertarik menerapkan sistem IoT dalam manajemen rumah liburan.

Abstract

The performance of the three-level air compressor on the ship has an important role in supporting the motion process, especially in supporting the main engine system. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause the decline in the performance of the three-level air compressor on board MV Oriental Jade. Descriptive qualitative research methods and a fishbone diagram approach, data was obtained through direct observation, interviews with crew members, and documentation studies. The research identified four main causes of air compressor performance degradation, namely narrowing of the air passage at the air radiator due to dirt accumulation, jamming of the spring concentric valve due to over running hours and dirt, and malfunction of the unloader valve. These problems caused the air pressure in the compressor to drop to 10 bar, far below the ship's optimal requirements. The impacts included delays in maneuvering, disruption of main engine operations, and a decrease in the ship's overall efficiency. This research provides recommendations in the form of increasing the frequency of air compressor maintenance, replacing components such as spring concentric valves and unloader valves that have passed the usage time limit, and routine cleaning of radiator water. In addition, the implementation of a better monitoring system can help detect potential damage early on. The findings are expected to serve as a practical guide for ship operators and fleet managers to improve the operational efficiency of the tri-level air compressor and reduce the risk of disruption to the ship's propulsion process.

Abstract

Introduction: The Fourth Industrial Revolution has triggered a fundamental shift in the global economic structure, significantly influencing the sustainability and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital technology adoption in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the creative industry sector in Tangerang City. Methods: Utilizing the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, this research applies a quantitative approach through an evaluative survey design involving 128 MSME actors who have integrated digital systems into their business operations. Results: The findings reveal that approximately 78% of respondents reported an increase in sales ranging from 20% to 35% following digital adoption, while 64% successfully expanded their market reach to national and international levels. Moreover, digital technology implementation has proven to significantly improve operational efficiency and accelerate product innovation processes, thereby strengthening the competitive edge of MSMEs. However, several challenges remain, such as limited access to formal digital training, low levels of digital literacy, and uneven availability of digital infrastructure across regions. Conclusion: The study concludes that optimal digital technology implementation can generate substantial positive impacts on MSME performance and competitiveness, provided there is strategic support from government bodies, educational institutions, and the private sector. Strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration and building an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem are key strategies for advancing MSME transformation in the digital economy era. This research offers valuable implications for policy formulation and strategic empowerment of technology-based MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara adalah suatu keadaan dimana kualitas udara menjadi rusak dan tercemar oleh zat-zat yang tidak berbahaya dan berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia. Beberapa gas berbahaya di udara seperti: CO, CO2, O3 dan lain-lain. Gas Karbon Monoksida (CO) tidak berbau dan tidak dapat dilihat oleh mata, oleh karena itu manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya tidak dapat mengetahui keberadaan gas-gas tersebut. Manusia bisa tahu kapan mereka merasakan dampaknya. Dalam hal ini telah dibuat alat ukur kualitas udara yang dapat dibawa kemana-mana dengan mudah dan digunakan pengukuran real time untuk mengukur kualitas udara berdasarkan Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU). Penelitian ini terbukti bermanfaat dengan menggunakan Sensor MQ-7 untuk mengukur gas karbon monoksida (CO) dan MQ-131 untuk mengukur gas Ozon (O3). Hasil pengukuran alat perancangan mampu menghasilkan persentase kesalahan Karbon Monoksida (CO) yaitu 1,25 dan Ozon (O3) 0,2.

Abstract

Purpose: Gisik Cemandi Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, aims to enhance its digital visual branding as a key part of its digital communication strategy. The program focuses on creating a digital strategic plan, which includes goals, strategies, policies, and investment priorities for both short and long term. Additionally, training and developing human resources is crucial for effective use of digital governance, alongside proper management and supervision of digital communication technology.Method: From August to September 2023, the activities included Digital Visual Branding counseling, Creative Content Production training, and CMS mentoring for the village’s official website, enabling efficient information dissemination.Practical Applications: The program produced three key outcomes: Digital Visual Branding Training to help the village community develop their brand identity in the digital world; Creative Content Creator Training to improve content creation for digital marketing, and; the creation of a website for the village's Digital Information Governance.Conclusion: In conclusion and advice, through this program, the community was provided with the visual design skills and branding understanding needed to strengthen the village's brand image online. The training focuses on creative content development that assists the village's digital marketing and branding efforts. This provides the ability to create engaging and informative content to increase the village's visibility online.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency trading is a very popular business of buying and selling digital money today. Many investors trade cryptocurrency assets through cryptocurrency exchange platforms in the hope of getting a large profit difference. However, the cryptocurrency trading business is not always favourable for investors as choosing the wrong cryptocurrency exchange can result in huge losses from the trades made. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a decision support system for selecting the most relevant cryptocurrency exchange to be used as a cryptocurrency trading platform that can increase the chances of investors making profits. The decision support system method used in this research is Preference Selection Index (PSI). The results of the selection of cryptocurrency exchanges using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in this study recommend Indodax as the most relevant cryptocurrency exchange used by investors to gain profits in running a cryptocurrency trading business because it gets the highest value (0.893662729) compared to 4 other alternatives.

Abstract

Satuan Tugas Imunisasi Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia secara periodik melakukan kaji ulang jadwal imunisasi dengan menyelaraskan dengan buku pedoman imunisasi di Indonesia edisi ke 7 tahun 2024, dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Jadwal imunisasi selalu dievaluasi ulang karena beredarnya vaksin baru yang telah disetujui oleh BPOM dan vaksin yang tidak tersedia lagi di Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa perubahan dalam jadwal imunisasi rekomendasi IDAI tahun 2024 yaitu ketersediaan jenis vaksin, seperti pada pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV), vaksin rotavirus, vaksin varisela, vaksin dengue, dan vaksin human papillomavirus (HPV). Agar dalam pelaksanaan lebih mudah, disertakan juga tabel jadwal imunisasi tahun 2024 di akhir.

Abstract

The amount of organic waste continues to increase along with the growing population and changing consumption patterns. This will impact the rise of greenhouse gases and the decline in environmental quality. Therefore, community service activities aim to provide education on processing organic waste into useful and environmentally friendly products in the form of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) and bokashi as an effort to mitigate environmental pollution. The educational activities are conducted using the participatory rural approach (PRA) method, where participants are directly involved in the production of LOF and bokashi. The activities are divided into four main stages: observation, training and mentoring implementation, and activity evaluation. The target of community service is the Betlehem Oesapa Barat congregation, which is organized into the Bethlehem Farmers Group consisting of 25 people. The evaluation results show that community activities with the PRA approach have an effectiveness level of up to 96% in transferring waste management knowledge and skills to participants. This is supported by the change in knowledge about making LOF and bokashi from 8% before the educational activities to 92% by the end of the activities. About 96% of participants stated that the activities were beneficial to them, with 92% of participants wanting to independently implement the results of the activities. The follow-up to these activities includes continuous monitoring and evaluation, as well as further development related to the use of LOF and bokashi in the horticultural cultivation of the farmers' group. Additionally, efforts will be made to expand the reach to the congregation and community by the community service team of the Postgraduate program The University of Nusa Cendana in order to create a society that is aware and cares about the environment and actively participates in mitigating waste pollution in the future.
