Abstract

The Autoregressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average (ARFIMA) model is a development of the ARIMA model with the differencing values being fractional numbers. This study aims to model ARFIMA on rainfall activity data in the city of Medan which consists of three variables including air temperature, humidity and previous rainfall. In this study, a stationary test of the three data was carried out, after conducting several tests, it can be concluded that the air temperature and rainfall transformation data are stationary with respect to the mean, but the air humidity transformation data shows that the data is not stationary in the mean shown from the slow decreasing ACF plot value. and p-value is more than =0.05. After the data of air temperature, rainfall and humidity are stationary, the estimation of model parameters, diasgonic test of the model, and determination of the best model will be carried out using ARIMA. The ARIMA model equation (1,0,0)(1,0,0).The temperature  is asfollows: ARIMA model equation (2,0,3)(1,0,0),Rainfall ARIMA model equation (1,1,1)(1,1,0)12 HumidityAfter the three variables get the equation from ARIMA, what is done is the data on air humidity is tested again using ARFIMA, in order to compare the suitability of the air humidity data, whether the data is more suitable for ARIMA or ARFIMA. After doing some testing and then getting the ARFIMA results(0,d,[1,2])with isRMSE 19,83846907, MAE 3,786387874, dan MAPE 3,786387874, So it can be concluded that the ARIMA method is better used on air humidity data

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffe producer in the world. One of the centers of coffee cultivation in Indonesia is Central Aceh, whichis located in Gayo Highlands, which cultivates Arabica coffee. The problems that occur at this time raise question from coffee farmer groups about determining the quality of coffee beans to be distributed. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of the coffee beans that will be distributed by applying the VIKOR method. VIKOR is ranking method using a multi-criteria ranking index based on the proximity of the ideal solution and determining the ranking of the existing samples. There are four alternatives used by Gayo1, Gayo2,Gayo3, and P88. There area six criteria, namely water content, dirt content, seed aroma, seed color, seed size, and pests. After calculating the VIKOR method which show the lowestindex value, namely 0 is Gayo3 as the first rabk, value 0,065 is P88 second rank, value 0,085 is Gayo2 rank thind, and value 1 is for Gayo1

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of applying the realistic mathematics education (RME) model based on the ethnomathematics of the Engklek game on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The study employed an experimental research design using quantitative methods. The chosen design was a Randomized Two Group Design Posttest Only. Samples were selected using cluster random sampling techniques, resulting in the control class (VII-3) and the experimental class (VII-4). The research utilized lesson plans (RPP), worksheets (LKPD), and a Posttest as the instruments. The data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis techniques, specifically the Independent Sample T-test with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicated that the mean posttest score in the experimental class was 84.76, while the mean posttest score in the control class was 60.90. The hypothesis test at a significance level of 5% yielded a sig.2 tailed value of 0.000. This indicates that the Sig. (2 Tailed) < 0.05, demonstrating a significant effect of applying the realistic mathematics education (RME) model based on the ethnomathematics of the Engklek game on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Further research is needed to deepen the understanding of the influence of the RME model based on the ethnomathematics of the Engklek game on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Additionally, it is hoped that future researchers can conduct further research using other learning models that are tailored to the subject matter, allowing for a comparison of the obtained mathematical problem-solving abilities. This would enable teachers to select an effective learning model based on the specific needs of their students.

Abstract

Abstract:  This research discusses how to analyze the economic recession in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Pandemic is one of the causes of economic recession due to inflation and drastic economic decline. The pandemic in question is caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus which is sufficient and easy to infect humans in all age classes. As a result of the recession, the welfare of the community has decreased. In this study, researchers will analyze Indonesia's economic recession during the Covid-19 pandemic using real PRDB data. Real GRDP data was chosen because it will facilitate research because the data has a more specific value to be studied. This research uses quantitative research methods with Robust MM-Estimator regression. Robust regression is one of the methods in regression that serves to find the lowest error data. MM- Estimator is a combination of M- Estimator and S- Estimator so that it is resistant and has greater efficiency. The results of this research conducted using R Studio software show that there are outlier values in Indonesia's real GRDP data in 2020. Identified as outliers are observations 1, 4, 11, 13, 15, and 16.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data PDRB riil Indonesia tahun 2020 sebagai indikator resesi ekonomi dan menunjukkan daerah-daerah mana saja yang memiliki penanganan terbaik di sektornya masing-masing.
