Abstract

During pregnancy, women are at risk of developing anemia, which can increase the likelihood of preterm birth and, in severe cases, lead to maternal or infant mortality. Anemia in pregnancy is influenced by multiple factors, and identifying these determinants can facilitate effective prevention. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women and the factors associated with it. The research used a cross-sectional design with 100 pregnant women living in the working area of Nagaswidak Public Health Center, Palembang, as subjects. Samples were selected using a consecutive sampling method. Hemoglobin levels were measured using a hemoglobin test strip, while other variables were obtained through questionnaires. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The results showed that gestational age (p-value=0,032), pregnancy spacing (p-value=0,017), compliance with iron tablet consumption (p-value=0,004), and nutritional status (p-value=0,000) were significantly associated with anemia in pregnant women. Meanwhile, maternal age (p-value=0,064), education (p-value=0,703), occupation (p-value=0,908), parity (p-value=0,444), knowledge (p-value=0,251), and dietary patterns (p-value=0,965) were not significantly related. Efforts to prevent anemia in pregnancy should focus on improving iron tablet compliance, monitoring nutritional status, and promoting optimal pregnancy spacing.

Abstract

Increasingly pressing environmental issues require companies to implement sustainable business practices. Unsustainable packaging significantly contributes to soil, water, and air pollution, disrupts ecosystems, increases health risks from microplastics and hazardous chemicals, increases the economic burden of waste management, and accelerates climate change through increased greenhouse gas emissions. Green marketing and the use of eco-friendly packaging are effective strategies for reducing the negative impacts of business activities on the environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of green marketing practices through eco-friendly packaging at PT Sinar Sosro Ungaran and evaluate its effectiveness in minimizing negative impacts on the environment. The research approach used was a qualitative case study at PT Sinar Sosro Ungaran. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that PT Sinar Sosro Ungaran has implemented an effective green marketing strategy, including the use of eco-friendly packaging that contributes to plastic reduction, increased recycling of materials, and increased environmental awareness among consumers. Implementing green marketing through eco-friendly packaging not only benefits companies but also significantly contributes to minimizing negative environmental impacts. Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Amanah Coercive Intellectual Leadership (ACIL) concept in improving human resource (HR) performance in Indonesia’s creative economy sector. ACIL combines coercive leadership, intellectual stimulation, and the value of amanah rooted in local wisdom. Despite the high potential of creative cities such as Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Denpasar, many industry players face challenges in HR management, including low integrity and high employee turnover. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling method to examine the relationship between trust, coercive leadership, intellectual stimulation, and HR performance. Data were collected from 190 respondents in five creative cities through an online questionnaire. The results indicate that trust significantly influences coercive leadership, intellectual stimulation, and directly improves HR performance. Coercive leadership is also proven to significantly improve performance, while intellectual stimulation does not show a significant effect. In addition, coercive leadership mediates the relationship between trust and HR performance, while intellectual stimulation does not. These findings underscore the importance of building trust and implementing a coercive, trust-based leadership style to support HR performance, as well as the need for stronger ecosystem support for the realization of creative ideas.

Abstract

The Family Planning Program (KB) is a program that aims to control the rate of population increase, regulate pregnancy, distance, and the ideal age for childbirth. In Indonesia, the coverage of active family planning participants in long-term methods is still relatively low, namely: AKDR (7.4%), AKBK (7.4%), MOW (2.7%), and MOP (0.5%) which is still far below the target of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) of 66%. Many factors cause contraceptive users, one of which is the knowledge of family planning users about contraceptive methods. Therefore, it is necessary to educate the community to increase understanding, especially in women of childbearing age, about family planning and various contraceptive methods, so that they can choose and use appropriate methods to support reproductive health and family welfare. Community service activities are carried out by providing education through material presentations with lecture and discussion methods. Before and after the provision of education, the level of community knowledge about family planning and contraceptive methods was measured. The average pretest score was 53.17 and the average post test score was 87.34. This shows that there is an increase in participants' knowledge about the concept of family planning and various contraceptive methods.
