Abstract

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Af airs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2022, Green Open Space (RTH) is defined as areas that function for plant growth, considering ecological aspects, water absorption, economic factors, socio-cultural elements, and aesthetics. In Balikpapan, a rapidly growing city, RTH plays a crucial role in addressing urban environmental challenges. The availability of RTH in Balikpapan is only about 12.92% of the city’s total area, far below the minimum target of 30% according to Law Number 26 of 2007. Additionally, regulations regarding the provision of RTH have not specified priority locations. Therefore, a thorough analysis is necessary to identify appropriate RTH locations. Utilizing the Indonesian Blue-Green Index (IHBI), this study employs both quantitative and descriptive analyses to determine the RTH needs. Abstract

Introduction. In the management of both benign and malignant breast tumors, early detection via breast self-examination (BSE) is essential. It is thought that family support is crucial in promoting BSE behavior. Finding out how family support and breast self-examination (BSE) in patients with breast tumors relate to one another is the goal of this study. Methods. Cross-sectional is a study used in this study with an analytic observational method. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique, which included all breast tumor patients who met the inclusion criteria at the surgical clinic of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, totaling 32 respondents. Results. It was found that the majority of respondents suffered from malignant breast tumors (breast cancer), with 23 individuals (28.13%). Meanwhile, 9 other individuals had benign breast tumors (71.87%). Most of the respondents received family support categorized as adequate or insufficient, with their Breast Self-Examination (BSE) behavior also categorized as adequate or insufficient. The analysis revealed a p-value of 0.000 and an odds ratio (OR) of 27.00. Conclusion. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between breast tumor patients' behavior and family support, with those who received family support having a 27-fold higher likelihood of engaging in breast self-examination than those who did not.

Abstract

Infertilitas merupakan permasalahan sistem reproduksi yang diartikan sebagai ketidakmampuan pasangan untuk memperoleh keturunan setelah 12 bulan atau lebih melakukan yang melakukan hubungan seksual secara teratur tanpa alat kontrasepsi. Terdapat faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan infertilitas, salah satunya adalah pekerjaan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh faktor kurang nyamannya lingkungan kerja dan terlalu berat beban kerja sehingga menyebabkan seseorang lebih memilih istirahat dan tidur seusai bekerja dibandingkan melakukan hubungan suami istri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pekerjaan terhadap infertilitas pada pria dan wanita. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling pada sampel wanita dan total sampling pada sampel pria. Didapatkan 28 sampel pria dan 54 sampel wanita yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil  penelitian didapatkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pekerjaan terhadap infertilitas pada pria dan wanita dengan nilai p=0,747 pada pria dan p=0,572 pada wanita (p<0,05).

Abstract

Menarche merupakan menstruasi pertama yang menjadi salah satu cerminan dari kesehatan reproduksi perempuan, umumnya terjadi pada usia 10-16 tahun. Usia menarche yang tidak normal berhubungan dengan risiko beberapa penyakit (hipertensi, diabetes mellitus tipe 2, sindrom metabolik dan carcinoma mammae) serta mempengaruhi percepatan pertumbuhan tulang. Usia menarche sangat dipengaruhi social ekonomi, genetik, psikologis, gizi dan aktivitas fisik. Faktor-faktor tersebut juga mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik. Maknanya, karakteristik fisik (dalam hal ini lebar bahu) dan kematangan seksual saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara total sampling kepada seluruh siswi SMP Negeri 2 Pagar Gunung yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu sebanyak 52 orang. Informasi usia menarche didapatkan melalui kuesioner dan lebar bahu diukur menggunakan Spreading Caliper. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara usia menarche dan lebar bahu dengan p-value 0,037. Ditemukan korelasi negative yang lemah antara usia menarche dan lebar bahu dengan r= -0,29 di mana remaja perempuan dengan usia menarche cepat cenderung memiliki bahu yang lebih lebar. Berdasarkan hasil dan kajian literatur pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia menarche dan lebar bahu pada siswi SMP Negeri 2 Pagar Gunung.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments force Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt through digitalization, both in business operations and data management. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in the MSME digitalization process and evaluate their readiness to implement personal data protection regulations under Law No. 27 of 2022. The study employs a qualitative approach with literature review methods from various academic and practical sources related to MSME digitalization and data protection. The findings reveal that although digitalization offers numerous benefits, most MSMEs in Indonesia face significant challenges, such as limited digital skills and high technology implementation costs. Moreover, MSMEs’ awareness and understanding of personal data protection regulations are still low, posing potential legal risks in the future. Strategic measures are needed, including digital skill enhancement, financial support, and education on data management, to support MSMEs in achieving successful digital transformation and improving their competitiveness.

Abstract

An economy that is oriented towards a system of feasibility based on security and convenience is the basis for economic actors to compete with each other to provide the best options for partners. This system involves the standardization value shown. Therefore, geographical/regional factors must be carried out and studied more broadly, on the impact on the related industrial sector. One of the economic industrial sectors that is still active in the agricultural sector in the Bogor area is One Home Farm. the purpose of this study is to determine the level of correlation between the variables price, location, and facilities whether they have enough effect on the intention to visit One Home Farm. The flow of this research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach, in which the results of calculations and processing of SPSS data are translated and studied further with the support of a literature review. Based on the simultaneous test results obtained F count = 8.981, with a p value of 0.000 0.05, in accordance with the above conditions means the hypothesis states that simultaneously the independent variables (price, location and facilities) have a significant effect on the decision to visit One Home Farm. The results of the study also show the percentage value of the visiting decision variable by the independent variable (coefficient of determination) which is indicated by the value. Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.406. in this case it can be interpreted that the decision to visit can be explained by price, location and facilities of 40.6% while the remaining 49.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia's tourism industry is undergoing a shift toward nature-based and sustainable tourism, creating opportunities for the development of community-based ecotourism. This study aims to analyze the economic, social, and environmental impacts of ecotourism development in AEWO Mulyaharja, Bogor City. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with purposive sampling involving local communities, tourism managers, business owners, tourists, and government representatives. Data were collected through questionnaires and structured interviews and analyzed using statistical tests in SPSS. The results indicate that stakeholder perceptions of the ecotourism impact fall into the "good" category across all aspects: economic (average score 4.13), social (4.15), and environmental (4.03). A strong correlation was found between tourism managers and tourists (r = 0.806), and between business owners and tourists (r = 0.954), emphasizing the importance of collaboration among local actors. However, the government’s role showed a weak correlation with other stakeholders, highlighting the need for more strategic involvement. Although the environmental aspect was generally perceived positively, the use of renewable energy scored lower, suggesting an area for improvement. Abstract

J'Rami Farm is a dairy farm located in Bogor. In financial management, the owner manually records sales transactions of milk, dairy products as well as expenditures for the purchase of feed, tofu dregs and employee salaries. Meanwhile, expense transactions for overhead costs such as electricity costs, fuel costs, depreciation costs and trade receivables have not been recorded routinely and completely. This causes the financial condition is not known with certainty, because every month the owner has not made a financial report. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Lamikro application (micro business accounting reports) in the presentation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM. The Lamikro application is an application created by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs which is expected to assist business people in making financial reports independently and according to SAK EMKM standards. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative method through interviews and observations. The results showed that the use of the Lamikro application was able to help J'Rami Farm to present bankable financial reports and in accordance with Accounting Standards. The obstacle faced by the owner in using the application is the lack of understanding of accounting, while the limitation of the Lamikro application is that the user cannot edit and add accounts that match the business character of a business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of audit experience and professional skepticism on auditors' ability to detect financial statement fraud, with the application of Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 external auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in the Jakarta area. The analytical method used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that audit experience does not have a significant effect on auditors' ability to detect fraud, while professional skepticism has a positive influence. The direct application of CAATs also does not significantly affect the detection ability; however, CAATs are able to moderate the relationship between professional skepticism and auditors' ability to detect fraud. Conversely, CAATs do not moderate the relationship between audit experience and fraud detection ability. These findings highlight the importance of professional skepticism and technological utilization in enhancing auditors' effectiveness in fraud detection.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk sosialisasi pentingnya karakter kerja inovatif di tengah bonus demografi dan visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Kelompok sasaran dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pekerja produktif Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa sosialisasi dalam bentuk ceramah tentang pentingnya karakter kerja inovatif di tengah bonus demografi dan visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Sosialisasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan lancar menunjukan respon yang positif akan pentingnya karakter kerja inovatif di tengah bonus demografi dan visi Indonesia Emas 2045 yang dimulai dari penciptaan ide, pembagian ide, dan pengrealisasi ide.
