Abstract

Latar belakang: Berdasarkan telusur dokumen rekam medis pasien (n=20) yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2019, pencatatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi tindakan pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, dan intervensi tidak teridentifikasi dalam dokumentasi rekam medis pasien. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan staf kepegawaian, didapatkan data masih banyak perawat yang sering datang terlambat dan terlihat kurang produktif pada saat jam kerja dengan mengobrol, bermain hp dan tidak berada di tempat. Tujuan penelitian: Efektivitas Keterlaksanaan Peran Perawat di Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut. Metode: deskriptif dengan observasi menggunakan metode time and motion study Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aktifitas (dalam menit) yang dilakukan oleh 6 orang perawat selama shift kerja. Hasil : Berdasarkan efektivitas waktu, dinilai tidak efektif karena berada di kuadran IV (Tidak Penting- Tidak Mendesak) sebesar 46%, menurut responden hal tersebut terutama pada saat pasien pre-operasi sehingga tidak banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan,dan waktu shift yang panjang selama 16 jam pada shift sore-malam sehingga lebih banyak aktivitas kegiatan pribadi. Aplikasi hasil :Keterlaksanaan peran perawat di RSGM Unpad secara efektivitas waktu berada di kuadran IV, yang berarti tidak efektif, maka diperlukan penetapan kompetensi perawat klinis agar peran perawat dilaksanakan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha akan menghasilkan para pelaku usaha yang penuh semangat kewirausahaan.Generasi milenial perlu memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi untuk berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, e-commerce, pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang dipilih peneliti adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pada generasi milenial di Kota Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh secara primer melalui kuesioner Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdapat 100 responden. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hasil nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 45,2%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama bahwa digital marketing, e-commerce, pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial.

Abstract

In 2024, sustainable tourism will become the main focus of the global tourism industry, especially in preserving marine nature that is vulnerable to environmental damage. Marine tourism, such as diving and snorkeling, is increasingly popular, but also poses a threat to marine ecosystems. These tourism activities have had serious impacts on coral reefs, fish populations, and seawater quality. Therefore, a collaborative strategy is needed between tourists and the industry to create a balanced positive impact. The tourism industry is required to introduce environmentally friendly tourism practices, while tourists need to be educated to be aware of the impact of their activities on the environment. This study aims to identify the role of tourists and industry in preserving the ocean through sustainable tourism practices in Indonesia. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine scientific studies and relevant practices in sustainable marine tourism management. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that collaboration between tourists, industry, and government can increase the effectiveness of marine conservation. On the other hand, there are challenges related to implementation costs, as well as public understanding of the importance of a healthy marine ecosystem. Therefore, increasing public awareness and strong policy support are important to ensure the sustainability of the tourism sector and the sustainability of the marine environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Community-based tourism (CBT) has become an alternative approach that aims to address the negative impacts of mass tourism on the environment, culture, and local economy. This concept places local communities as the main actors in the management of tourist destinations, which not only strengthens their role in decision-making but also provides direct economic benefits. Thus, CBT has great potential to improve people's welfare while minimizing ecosystem damage and degradation of cultural values. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to evaluate the successful implementation of CBT in various global destinations and examine the challenges faced by local communities in maintaining the sustainability of this model. This article analyzes more than 50 related literature to explore how CBT can be effectively applied as a long-term solution. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the CBT approach is able to balance tourism growth with environmental conservation and cultural preservation. However, challenges such as limited community capacity, lack of government support, and the threat of commercialization must be addressed through inclusive and collaborative policies. This article concludes with strategic recommendations for the development of sustainable community-based tourism.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze effective promotional media for marketing tour package products in Pangandaran Regency. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data got through survey data collection methods distributed to 40 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The respondents are 40 people who have bought tour packages for Pangandaran or who have visited Pangandaran.Then the data from the 40 respondents were processed using SPSS analysis tools with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Result: Based on the results of data analysis got using the SPSS analysis tool, the effective promotional media in marketing tour package products in Pangandaran Regency is social media with an average score of 4.70 respondents' answers including in the very high category and the type of social media is the Instagram application with an average score of 4.83 respondents answers including in the very high category. Contribution: The results can be a reference for travel agents or the like in promoting tour package products.

Abstract

This study explores the nexus between data-driven decision-making, market responsiveness, and strategic alliances in fostering business growth among start-up companies. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected through surveys distributed to start-up firms, resulting in a sample that highlights the relationships among key constructs. The analysis, conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), reveals that data-driven decision-making significantly influences business growth, with market responsiveness acting as a mediator and strategic alliances serving as a moderator in this relationship. The findings underscore the importance of leveraging data analytics to enhance responsiveness to market dynamics and establishing strategic partnerships to optimize growth outcomes. This research provides actionable insights for start-ups aiming to navigate competitive environments and drive sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. It relies on descriptive text to express this article's primary intent and purpose by first describing the main topics, including Blockchain, the Tourism Industry, and its development through Blockchain. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtain from various credible sources such as books, scientific magazines, scientific articles, and other sources, which are usually used in each study. The data obtained are analyzed using the stages of data collection, reduction, selection, and conclusion. The result in this article shows that Blockchain can develop the tourism industry in Indonesia through the ease of booking tickets and finding tourist locations, security of tourist data, both foreign and local, tourism marketing, ease of tourism payments, and so on, which aim to develop the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Madasari Beach is one of the beaches located in Pangandaran Regency, West Java. The development of campervans is currently very popular globally and internationally, especially after the pandemic. This means the purpose of the research is to develop a campervan ground site at Madasari Beach. This research uses a qualitative research approach with an exploratory descriptive research type. Data collection techniques that use observation, interviews, documents, and archives. Analyzed with an interactive analysis model where activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and continuously until completion. This research uses QGIS, AutoCAD, and SketchUp in planning the development of campervan ground tourist attractions, and designs the development of the existing campervan ground tourist attraction area by not changing the state of the field too much. In the design, some things such as existing vegetation around, existing roads in related tourist attractions, and main roads leading to or passing through related tourist attractions are maintained. This research concludes that there are several things to consider, such as community participation, user comfort, and natural preservation that are considered. However, there needs to be further research related to tourist attractions, especially based on the point of view of tourism attraction management.

Abstract

ABSTRAKEkowisata merupakan suatu perjalanan berwisata ke suatu tempat dengan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan yang memiliki tujuan menjaga kelestarian alam dan fungsi sosial budaya dengan mengutamakan aspek konservasi alam, aspek pemberdayaan sosial budaya, serta aspek pendidikan. Ekowisata mangrove menjadi salah satu contoh bentuk wisata yang mengkolaborasikan antara rekreasi, edukasi, dan konservasi lingkungan. Dengan adanya ekowisata mangrove dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan sambil berekreasi. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh selama kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, studi literatur, serta kuesioner kepada wisatawan sebagai data pendukung perancangan paket wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aspek atraksi memiliki daya tarik utama berupa pengalaman langsung dalam pembibitan mangrove yang bersifat partisipatif dan edukatif; (2) aspek aksesibilitas dinilai cukup memadai meskipun terdapat hambatan berupa kemacetan dan keterbatasan transportasi umum; dan (3) aspek amenitas mendukung kegiatan wisata dengan ketersediaan fasilitas dasar. Konsep paket wisata mangrove seeds expedition ini mengadopsi dari paket wisata yang telah ada di TWA Angke Kapuk yang kegiatannya menekankan pada menancapkan bibit mangrove. Paket mangrove seeds expedition menghadirkan tahapan yang lebih partisipatif mulai dari pencarian bibit, penyiapan media tanam, serta dilengkapi dengan pemberian sertifikat, snack, dan merchandise sebagai penambah daya tarik wisatawan Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan atraksi pembibitan yang lebih beragam dan untuk mendukung konservasi ekosistem mangrove melalui kegiatan pembibitan mangrove.Kata Kunci: Ekowisata, Konservasi, 3A, TWA Angke Kapuk, Paket WisataABSTRACTEcotourism is a journey to a place with a sustainable tourism concept that aims to preserve nature and socio-cultural functions by prioritizing aspects of nature conservation, socio-cultural empowerment, and education. Mangrove ecotourism is one example of a form of tourism that collaborates between recreation, education, and environmental conservation. Mangrove ecotourism can raise public awareness about the importance of environmental conservation while enjoying recreation. This study utilizes data obtained during the Field Work Practice activities carried out at Angke Kapuk Nature Tourism Park. The research method used is qualitative with observation techniques, documentation, literature studies, and questionnaires to tourists as supporting data for designing tour packages. The results of the study show that: (1) The attraction aspect has a main attraction in the form of direct experience in mangrove nurseries that are participatory and educational; (2) the accessibility aspect is considered quite adequate even though there are obstacles in the form of traffic jams and limited public transportation; and (3) the amenity aspect supports tourism activities with the availability of basic facilities. The concept of the mangrove seeds expedition tour package is adopted from the existing tour package  at TWA Angke Kapuk whose activities emphasize planting mangrove seeds. The  mangrove seeds expedition package presents more participatory stages starting from searching for seeds, preparing planting media, and is equipped with the provision of certificates, snacks, and merchandise as an additional attraction for tourists. Thus, this study recommends the development of more diverse nursery attractions and to support the conservation of the mangrove ecosystem through mangrove nursery activities.Keywords: Ecotourism, Conservation, 3A, TWA Angke Kapuk, Tour Packages

Abstract

Nusa Penida's coastal communities rely on its rich marine resources for livelihoods, primarily through fishing, seaweed cultivation, and tourism. This study analyzes land use changes in Jungut Batu Village, Nusa Lembongan, using secondary data and Google Earth Pro, revealing a significant shift from seaweed cultivation to tourism development between 2009 and 2020, with a temporary reversion to seaweed cultivation during the pandemic. This transformation highlights evolving economic dynamics and environmental impacts. While the shift towards ecotourism represents a potential evolution in sustainable land use, the adverse effects of mass tourism necessitate a transition to eco-friendly and sustainable practices. Effective collaboration among communities, tourism stakeholders, and government, as well as further research, is crucial to developing a genuinely sustainable ecotourism model for Nusa Penida with contribution of society has accpet for last moment.
