Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran Kader Surabaya Hebat (KSH) dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Posyandu Keluarga (POSGA) sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat berbasis komunitas di Kelurahan Gubeng Kota Surabaya. Keberhasilan Program POSGA tidak hanya ditentukan ileh ketersediaan layanan kesehatan, tetapi juga oleh kemmapuan kader dalam membangun komunikasi, melakukan pendekatan persuasif, serta menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Kader Surabaya Hebat dalam pelaksanaan POSGA, menganalisis peran kader dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan peran kader. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatab kualitatif deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di RW 01 Kelurahan Gubeng Kecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas Kader Surabaya Hebat, masyarakat peserta POSGA, tenaga kesehatan, dan pemangku wilayah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KSH memiliki peran penting sebagai fasilitator, edukator, motivator dan pendamping masyarakat. Pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal dan kunjungan rumah terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan POSGA. Namun, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi kendala berupa beban administrasi digital, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan hambatan koordinasi antarpihak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan POSGA dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kader membangun hubungan sosial yang dekat dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of TikTok-integrated Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in improving digital marketing vocational competencies in the Package C equivalency program. A qualitative approach was used with a case study design at PKBM Anggrek Bulan Banyuwangi. Participants involved 25 learners with diverse characteristics, ranging from high school students to housewives with side jobs. Interview informants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of PKBM heads and learners. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results showed that learners were able to understand the basic stages of digital marketing through TikTok, such as affiliate strategies, hashtag use, trending audio, and the preparation of promotional content for local Banyuwangi products, especially golden dragon fruit. Project-based learning also improved content creativity and marketing communication skills of learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) dalam membangun pembelajaran bermakna dan reflektif di TK Negeri Pembina Mawasangka. Masalah yang diangkat berfokus pada proses dan langkah-langkah guru dalam menerapkan prinsip pembelajaran mendalam yang menekankan pemahaman, refleksi, dan keterlibatan aktif anak dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di TK Negeri Pembina Mawasangka memahami pembelajaran mendalam sebagai proses membangun makna melalui pengalaman nyata, bukan sekadar hafalan. Penerapan prinsip deep learning tampak dalam kegiatan yang menumbuhkan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan refleksi, seperti  pada kegiatan menanam tanaman, proyek tematik, dan penilaian autentik. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang menciptakan suasana belajar menyenangkan dan kontekstual. Keterlibatan orang tua dan kolaborasi antarguru juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran mendalam berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter, kemandirian, dan kemampuan reflektif anak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate a nonformal education curriculum for socioeconomic reintegration of divorced former migrant women in Ponorogo, Indonesia. A Design and Development Research approach was applied through three phases: needs analysis (n = 20), curriculum design and development, and expert validation, followed by a limited try-out (n = 12). Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, document analysis, competency gap assessment, expert judgment, and field observation. Expert validation showed high feasibility with mean scores for content relevance (M = 4.60), learning outcomes (M = 4.50), gender responsiveness (M = 4.40), and feasibility (M = 4.20). The try-out demonstrated strong implementation outcomes, including participant comprehension (M = 4.25), participation consistency (M = 4.30), and satisfaction (M = 4.35). Findings indicate that economic reintegration and social entrepreneurship competencies are the primary learning needs, with psychosocial strengthening and digital literacy as supporting areas. The study concludes that the developed curriculum is valid, feasible, and practical, and suggests that nonformal education policy should adopt integrated reintegration-oriented curriculum models for vulnerable adult groups.

Abstract

The increased use of digital devices among elementary school children often results in decreased direct interaction, collaborative skills, and emotional regulation abilities. Kampung Lali Gadget (KLG or a Gadget-Free Community), a community-based community in Sidoarjo, presents a form of non-formal education through traditional game activities integrated with the values of collaboration, empathy, and social communication. This study aims to understand in depth the role of the KLG community in shaping and strengthening the social skills of elementary school-aged children. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through participant observation during traditional game sessions, in-depth interviews with children, parents, facilitators, and community leaders, and documentation of activities. Data analysis was conducted using thematic techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as triangulation of sources and methods to maintain validity. The results of the study indicate that children's involvement in KLG activities facilitates meaningful social learning processes: children become more skilled at communicating, showing empathy, collaborating, following rules, and managing emotions in group interactions. The role of community facilitators using a reflective and collaborative approach proved crucial in creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment. Furthermore, parental participation and local community support contributed to the program's sustainability. This study concludes that KLG functions as a culturally based communal learning space that is effective in improving the social skills of elementary school children.

Abstract

The study explores storytelling as a social constructivist literacy practice in a non-formal education setting, specifically within a community library in Surabaya. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving library coordinators, tutors, parents, and children aged 7–12.  Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings reveal that storytelling functions as a dialogic literacy space where children actively participate in narrative reconstruction, collaborative meaning-making, and socially mediated interaction. Through expressive storytelling, reflective questioning, and storytelling practices, children demonstrated improvements in reading comprehension, oral communication, confidence, and participation in literacy activities. The study highlights the role of tutors, peer interaction, and family support in shaping a literacy ecosystem that enhances children's reading comprehension, communication skills, and confidence. The research contributes to the conceptual understanding of literacy as a socially mediated and contextually grounded practice in non-formal education.
