Abstract

This research aims to know the effect addition of red ginger and garlic to salted egg quality with dry curing method. This research used 160 fresh duck eggs which were curing for 14 days with a mixture of red ginger and garlic with 4 treatments that is P0 (without red ginger and garlic (control)), P1 (addition of red ginger 80% and garlic 20%), P2 (addition of red ginger 50% and garlic 50%), P3 (addition of red ginger 20% and garlic 80%) and every treatment there is 4 repetitions, each repetition consisting of 10 duck eggs. The method research was to use organoleptic test on salted eggs on 40 respondents for the judging, The data from the organoleptic test results were calculated using Completely Randomized Design (CRD), if the results of the analysis of variance showed a very real effect, continue using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The research showing that the addition of red ginger and garlic to salted eggs had a very significant effect on the flavour and taste of salted eggs, but not significant effect on the texture and salted eggs sourness. The conclusion of this study is that the best treatment of using red ginger and garlic for salted egg processing is in treatment 2, that is the use of red ginger and garlic as much as 50% seen from the results of the assessment by 40 respondents, then the assessment data were calculated using a completely randomized design. It can be seen from the calculation of data on the RAL that respondents prefer the flavour and taste of salted eggs in treatment 2.

Abstract

Transmigrasi adalah salah satu program kependudukan di Indonesia yang sudah berlangsung cukup lama. Dimulai dari jaman pemerintahan kolonial Belanda Tahun 1905 (dikenal dengan istilah kolonisasi) dengan tujuan utama selain untuk mengurangi kepadatan penduduk di Pulau Jawa, juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja di daerah-daerah luar Jawa. Kepenghuluan Labuhan Tangga Baru merupakan bagian dari Kecamatan Bangko, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Provinsi Riau yang mengalami proses transmigrasi, pada Tahun 1998. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh transmigrasi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pengaruhnya, perkembangan wilayah Kepenghuluan Labuhan Tangga Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis metode analisis statistika deskriptif melalui tabel rerata (cross tabulation) menggunakan software SPSS 13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perubahan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat pelaku transmigrasi di Kepenghuluan Labuhan Tangga Baru, dalam hal ini pekerjaan dan tingkat pendapatan yang jauh lebih baik, jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi sosial-ekonomi di daerah asalnya. Peran transmigrasi bagi perkembangan wilayah telah menghasilkan berbagai perubahan pada sarana pendidikan, kesehatan, dan peribadatan. Program transmigrasi di Kepenghuluan Labuhan Tangga Baru berpengaruh  baik terhadap masyarakat transmigrasi dan masyarakat tempatan. Transmigration is one of Indonesia's long-standing population programs, dating back to the Dutch colonial era in 1905, originally aimed at reducing population density on the island of Java and providing labor to areas outside of Java. Labuhan Tangga Baru Village, which is located in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province, underwent a transmigration process in 1998.The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of transmigration on community welfare and its implications for the development of Labuhan Tangga Baru Village. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing both primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods, specifically through cross-tabulation with SPSS 13 software. The findings from previous research indicate that there have been significant improvements in the socio-economic conditions of the transmigrant community in Labuhan Tangga Baru. Employment opportunities and income levels are notably better compared to the conditions in their original regions. Furthermore, the transmigration program has positively influenced regional development, leading to enhancements in educational facilities, health care, and places of worship. Overall, it can be concluded that the transmigration program has had a beneficial effect on the transmigrant community and local peoples.

Abstract

Pembangunan Bandara Tempuling merupakan upaya pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memeratakan pembangunan. Rumusan masalah yang di angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya aktivitas perubahan penggunaan lahan, ketersediaan sarana sosial ekonomi yang belum memenuhi standar SNI, dan keberadaan bandara yang memunculkan kerawanan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kondisi perubahan sosial ekonomi dan lahan masyarakat, mengidentifikasi kondisi ketersediaan dan perubahan sarana sosial ekonomi masyarakat, dan menganalisa dampak keberadaan Bandara Tempuling terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisa perubahan penggunaan lahan dari tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2017, menganalisa ketersediaan dan perubahan sarana sosial ekonomi dari tahun 2003 hingga 2017, menggunakan skala likert untuk menganalisa perubahan sosial ekonomi terhadap masyarakat Kecamatan Tempuling. Berdasarkan hasil studi diperoleh bahwa penggunaan lahan sesudah adanya Bandara Tempuling tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan luasan sebesar 100 ha untuk kebun, lahan hutan negara sebesar 31.416 ha, lahan tambak, empang dan kolam sebesar 1.800 ha, lahan sementara sebesar 1.404 ha. Lahan yang mengalami penambahan luasan yaitu lahan sawah sebesar 201 ha, lahan perkebunan 33.286 ha, dan lahan permukiman 1.233 ha. Perubahan sarana sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah adanya Bandara tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Perubahan sosial ekonomi terhadap masyarakat dari keberadaan Bandara Tempuling adalah tingkat kepadatan, penduduk pendatang, kriminalitas, kebisingan, pendapatan, lapangan pekerjaan, kemudahan untuk membuka usaha, harga tanah, kepemilikan rumah permanen mengalami peningkatan sedangkan tingkat kenyamanan dan kesehatan mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

Psikologi perkembangan anak usia dini adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang mempelajari tentang perkembangan mental, fisik, kognitif, bahasa, moral, dan sosio-emosional anak serta tumbuh kembang anak secara lebih spesifik. Anak-anak usia dini berada pada masa keemasan (golden age). Masa ini disebut masa keemasan sebab pada usia ini terjadi perkembangan yang sangat menakjubkan dan terbaik sepanjang hidup manusia. Perkembangan yang menakjubkan tersebut mencakup perkembangan fisik dan psikhis. Dari segi fisik anak mengalami perkembangan yang sangat luar biasa, mulai dari pertumbuhan sel-sel otak dan organ tubuh lainnya sampai perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar seperti berjalan, berlari, melompat, memanjat, dan sebagainya. Perkembangan fisik lainnya yang tidak kalah pentingya adalah perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus yang merupakan kemampuan melakukan koordinasi gerakan tangan dan mata, misalnya menggenggam, meraih, menulis, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Internet and technology innovation has traditionally been employed in education as a learning and teaching tool. Research and publications also have been examined and found to be associated with significant outcomes. In today’s age, technology and the internet have its own place in education, forcing students to employ 21st-century technology skills. Meanwhile, the other research reports that project-based learning (PjBL) is open-ended, allowing students to incorporate even more technology. This narrative inquiry research reports the stories based on the teacher’s experience in integrating technology and the internet in PjBL. The stories were collected through written (i.e., narrative frame) and oral narratives (i.e., face-to-face semi-structured interviews) and conducted using Bahasa Indonesia to explore the stories in detail. The open-ended questions adequately facilitated our exploration of the teacher’s stories. We found that learning activities in “Local Wisdom” PjBL incorporate technology and the internet under two themes: technology and the internet are used to access knowledge and information and to create media products. The stories told could remind teachers that the use of technology and the internet in PjBL is not only limited to a mediator for delivering the material; this could galvanize the teachers into involving students to be more active in using technology and the internet.

Abstract

TikTok is a social media that is currently becoming a trend center. One of TikTok's best features is live streaming with its mainstay content buying and selling. , commissive, directive, expressive, and declarative. Qualitative content analysis study was applied to analyze the illocutionary acts that appear in online communication via live streaming TikTok by the account @Carina's pen02. The data was collected through some stages including recording, transcribing, and classifying by using the SPEAKING (setting and scene, participants, endings, acts sequence, key, instrumentalities, norms, and genre) theory proposed by Dell Hyme (1972). Expert judgment was also involved in this study to guarantee the validity of the data. The four types of illocutionary acts were found in which the commissive is the most frequently used, followed by representative, directive, and expressive. Pragmatically, these findings improve understanding of speech acts in real-time digital interactions. Digital communications, it also provides strategies to increase audience engagement through the effective use of direction and expression. For online sellers, this research offers practical guidance on using persuasive language to build trust, drive sales, and maintain viewer interest during live streaming.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: improving students' understanding, teacher and student activities and responding to fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kutablang on the Frame of Human Material with Team Assisted Individualization Learning models. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a type of classroom action research. Data collection techniques are tests, observation sheets and questionnaires. The results showed that: (1) there was an increase in students' understanding of an increase, in the first cycle the percentage of completeness of 66.67% increased to 85.71% in the second cycle. In addition, it can also increase students' understanding in the first cycle of 67.62%, increasing to 77.38% in cycle II. There is an increase in teaching and learning activities between teachers and students has been going well. This can be seen from the results of the first cycle teacher observation of 77.88% and increased to 92.16% in the second cycle. While the results of student observation cycle I amounted to 71.26% and increased to 90.44%. In addition, after all the learning activities were carried out, the use of the Team Assisted Individualization learning model on the subject of skeletal studies in humans turned out to get a positive response from students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of students through the application of Monopoly learning media, this study was conducted for two learning cycles. Monopoly games can be used as media used by teachers in the teaching and learning process. Monopoly is an ancient game that has been developed throughout the world and then recreated into a learning medium. Through the use of monopoly learning media in class V D SDN Kedurus III / 430 Surabaya City, it can be seen that there has been an increase in the critical thinking skills of students in the learning process. This can be seen from the increase in critical thinking skills in cycle I, namely an increase in the percentage of 40.74% of 27 students who have obtained scores above learning achievement. Based on these data, it can be concluded that in cycle I, class V D students are classified in the "Quite Critical" category. In cycle II, there was an increase in critical thinking skills in class V D SDN Kedurus III / 430 Surabaya City. Class V D students who succeeded in achieving learning achievement obtained a percentage of 92.59%. Based on the data, it can be concluded that class V D SDN Kedurus III/430 Surabaya City is included in the "Very Critical" category.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality, brand image, and business ethics on Shopee customer satisfaction among accounting students at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri Design/Methode/Approach : A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires from 44 accounting students using purposive sampling. Data analysis included multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing Research Finding : The results indicate that e-service quality (security, communication, reliability, responsiveness), brand image (corporate, user, and product image), and business ethics (transparency, fairness) significantly influence customer satisfaction. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study contributes to the existing literature by integrating three critical factors—e-service quality, brand image, and business ethics—into a single framework to analyze their impact on customer satisfaction in the context of e-commerce. Practitionel/Policy implication : Shopee should prioritize improving e-service quality, strengthening brand image, and adhering to ethical business practices to enhance customer satisfaction Research limitation : This study focuses on e-service quality, brand image, and business ethics as independent variables, and consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable. This study was conducted on accounting students of Nusantara PGRI Kediri University who used the Shopee platform.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of peer review on writing instruction and students' learning motivation. Conventional teaching methods were found to be ineffective, leading to low student engagement and poor writing scores. By incorporating the peer review technique, the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher levels of participation and improved writing performance than the control group. These findings highlight the potential of Peer review by applying a mixed-method type, quasi-experiment research design (quantitative research – test) and (qualitative research – observation and questionnaire). The results of the student's participation in the control class were 2.95, with a moderate degree level. Meanwhile, the results of the peer review questionnaire in increasing the motivation of experimental class students were 3,76 with a high degree level. A statistical test will determine whether peer review has impaction and writing ability through an independent sample t-test using SPSS 29. As a result, Peer review effectively enhances students' writing ability with a mean of 76. It means that the experimental class students' writing ability scores are in a suitable category.
