Abstract

Pendidikan seks dibutuhkan seperti halnya pendidikan lainnya dan perlu diberikan sejak dini, agar anak mampu mengenali dirinya dan mampu memerankan dirinya sesuai dengan peran jenis kelaminnya. Pendidikan seks perlu diberikan sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan berpikirnya, yaitu oprasional konkrit. Pada usia ini pendidikan seks yang diberikan tidak perlu analisa berpikir yang abstrak. Pendidikan seks ini diberikan pada anak usia kelas 4 SD di SD Muhammadiyah Birul Walidain Sragen, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Pendidikan seks dilakukan dengan metode yang menyenangkan dan dikemas sesi per sesi dan 8 kelompok yang didampingi 1 fasilitator. Materi yang diberikan adalah pengenalan anatomi tubuh, pohon keluarga, kecanggihan IT, komunikasi dengan orang tua. Di sela-sela sesi anak-anak akan diberikan worksheet untuk melihat persepsi yang berkaitan dengan seks. Hasil pengabdian ini nanti akan memberikan anak pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang benar tentang bagian-bagian tubunh yang harus dijaga, peran jenis kelamin, memanfaatkan IT dengan baik, dan ketrampilan sosial yang berkaitan dengan peran jenis kelaminnya, sehingga mampu menjaga diri dari pelecehan seksual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana remaja melakukan pengungkapan diri dalam komunikasi antar pribadi mereka, baik dalam interaksi tatap muka maupun melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan diri serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas hubungan interpersonal di kalangan remaja. Metodologi penelitian dalam karya tulis ilmiah menggunakan studi literatur bersumber dari artikel menggunakan database dari 2012 sampai 2023 dengan topik keterbukaan diri. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan dari beberapa artikel yang relevan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan metode sintesis data. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu self-disclosure meliputi dua jenis informasi utama: informasi deskriptif, yang mencakup fakta-fakta pribadi seperti alamat atau pekerjaan, dan informasi evaluatif, yang melibatkan perasaan atau pendapat pribadi tentang hal-hal tertentu. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterbukaan diri adalah kepercayaan dan rasa dipahami dari lawan bicara, serta lingkungan sosial yang dapat memberikan dorongan atau hambatan untuk berbagi informasi pribadi.

Abstract

Career maturity is a crucial aspect for senior high school students as they begin to consider their future academic paths and career planning. However, many students face difficulties in this process. This community service activity aimed to enhance students' career maturity. The method employed was service learning, incorporating SWOT analysis, goal setting, and reflective mission statements through a combination of lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' career maturity, as evidenced by two main indicators. Firstly, the career decision-making score increased significantly from 137.83 (pre-test) to 151.43 (post-test). Secondly, student feedback revealed that they felt more confident in their choice of major and career planning, and had a broader perspective on various academic programs and careers.

Abstract

Perencanaan karir sangat dibutuhkan bagi siswa SMA untuk membantu dalam memilih jenis studi lanjut dan pemilihan rencana kerja, akan tetapi masih banyak siswa yang bingung akan karir apa yang akan dijalani di kemudian hari. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini memiliki tujuan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa, dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan kombinasi dari metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta adanya evaluasi program secara online diakhir sesi. Mitra kegitan PKM ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Plaosan Magetan dan SMA Negeri 3 Magetan yang belum memiliki gambaran karir, belum menentukan pilihan karir dan karir siswa masih diatur oleh orang tua/keluarga. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengambilan keputusan karir peserta PKM melalui pelatihan karir yang diberikan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata pada pengukuran awal adalah 63.38 dan nilai rata-rata pengukuran akhir 88.00 dan adanya perubahan pengambilan keputusan karir yang akan di jalankan peserta di kemudian hari. Dengan demikian pelatihan ini efektif untuk meningkatkan keputusan karir siswa dan berkontribusi untuk ranah pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan tingkat SMA untuk mempersiapkan karir siswa pasca lulus sekolah

Abstract

This service aims to increase employment opportunities for diasporas who take further education abroad, such as in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Sweden, with manufacturing abroad, such as in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Sweden, by creating and submitting articles to reputable journals. Submission of articles in reputable journals. The opportunities obtained by students simultaneously bring two challenges, namely the arrival and return stages. In the preparation stage, it is usually related to culture shock because they come to a new place with different weather, different cultures, and different value systems. Community Service is carried out from September to November when this month is the new school year. In addition, this month, the preparation of students who take master's degrees ends, and they are preparing to return to their homeland. Furthermore, they prepare to return to their homeland. This community service is an effort to help students in the settlement stage deal with culture shock and prepare them for their return home. Shock and prepare students for repatriation. The method used two ways, the first is the delivery of hybrid material, namely through offline and online exposure. The hope is that acquiring journal-writing skills will make it easier for them to follow.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements and societal changes significantly impact family life, particularly in child-rearing. Parents often face emotional challenges that can affect parenting styles and children's psychological development. This activity provided therapeutic art training to 18 homemakers in Jayan Village, Boyolali, to improve emotion regulation. Utilizing the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, the training comprised three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results demonstrated increased parental awareness of emotion regulation and the effectiveness of therapeutic art in stress management. Through this activity, participants were able to channel both positive and negative feelings, thereby helping to prevent the accumulation of emotions that could have detrimental effects later on.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of cognitive reappraisal as a mediator between social identity and community involvement with subjective well-being among otaku. Otaku, known for their deep interest in Japanese pop culture such as anime and manga, often face challenges related to psychological well-being. Based on social identity theory and emotion regulation, this study examines how social identity and involvement in the otaku community can enhance subjective well-being through cognitive reappraisal. Using SEM-PLS analysis, this study involved 377 participants identified as otaku. The results indicate that social identity and community involvement are positively and significantly related to cognitive reappraisal, which, in turn, is closely related to subjective well-being. These findings highlight the importance of cognitive reappraisal as a mediator in improving the subjective well-being of otaku. The implications of these findings provide insights for practitioners to design more effective interventions to enhance the psychological well-being of otaku.

Abstract

Background: Language development in early childhood is a crucial aspect influenced by the social environment, especially the role of parents as the child's closest figures. Parents play a strategic role in providing stimuli that accelerate children's language acquisition through communication, interaction, and modeling. Objectives: This article aims to examine the role of parents in the language development of early childhood through a theoretical review using a bibliometric approach. Methods: The method employed involves bibliometric analysis supported by Publish or Perish software for metadata collection and VOSviewer for literature mapping. Results: show that the keywords "early childhood," "language development," and "parental role" dominate the relevant literature, with high frequency and strong relevance scores. Visual mapping also reveals that the connection between parental roles and children's language development is a central theme with clear thematic clustering. Conclusion: In conclusion, parental involvement is crucial in supporting early childhood language development, in line with Vygotsky's perspective on the importance of social interaction and scaffolding in children's language acquisition.  Keywords : Parental Role, Language Development, Early Childhood, Vygotsky, Bibliometric
