Abstract

Islamic jurisprudence from Al-quran and Al-Hadith which became the only legal nomenclature trial on human life. However, the legislation would still be able to trial on all the problems that would come at any time. In the writing of this paper, the authors use a qualitative approach to the method of study of the literature. Data analysis was done with the analysis of the qualitative data analysis method and content. The results of this study described the process of unification of muslim diversity has always been a paradigm of race and culture. It is crucial even though problems of unification were formed, but political stability will remain difficult to achieve. On the other hand, Muslims are generally always fall on a religious symbols that eventually political conflict difficult halted. In addition, the position of Islamic jurisprudence in muslim countries generally do not appear in the form of blatantly political institution, but rather teralokatif in their culture along with just their understanding of Islam itself.

Abstract

Pembahasan ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode imam empat mażhab dalam menjelaskan kehujjahan hadis ahad, yang dalam hal ini dikhususkan pada al-Kutub al- Sittaħ. Pembahasan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, imam empat mażhab memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terhadap kehujjahan hadis ahad. Namun demikian, mereka sepakat untuk menggunakan hadis sebagai sumber hukum Islam kedua setelah Alquran. Dari semua penyusunan kitab hadis yang termasuk ke dalam al-Maṣādir al-Aṣlīyah, ulama hadis sepakat bahwa kitab hadis Imam Bukhārī dan Imam Muslim merupakan kitab hadis yang paling autentik dari semua itu. Implikasi dari tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa, hadis yang ada sekarang yang di antaranya terhimpun dalam al-Kutub al-Sittaħ merupakan himpunan hadis yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah kualitasnya, sehingga tidak ragu lagi untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber hukum Islam setelah Alquran.

Abstract

In the transformation towards inclusive education, Islam is present to address the issue of discrimination through learning and teaching the Qur'an that can be felt by all learners, both normal and special needs, with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This research shows that the practice of learning to read the Qur'an using the Ummi Method is suitable for implementation in students with ADHD special needs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning to read the Qur'an affect students with ADHD special needs in first-level inclusive schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative design where data were collected through interviews with inclusive school principals, curriculum heads, ummi teachers, ADHD special needs learners, and accompanying teachers. Observations and documentation studies also reinforced the data in this study. The findings provide evidence that the planning of learning to read the Qur'an using the ummi method for students with special needs in inclusive schools has gone well. In the implementation process, it was found that the use of the drill method with an individualized approach made it easier to learn to read the Qur'an for students with ADHD special needs in inclusive classes. In the evaluation results, several obstacles were found that made it difficult to achieve the maximization of the targets of students with ADHD special needs in the form of easily disrupted concentration among students with ADHD special needs, the unavailability of learning using audiovisuals that can be a reinforcer for students' concentration, and the lack of competent Ummi teaching staff.

Abstract

The learning method of the Prophet Muhammad is full of pedagogical content so it has become a prototype learning method for educators and has provided many positive learning outcomes. This article aims to analyze the amṡāl method in the authentic Bukhāri hadith number 573 regarding the amṡāl of the Prophet Muhammad and its implications for Islamic religious education, especially on the theme of monotheism/belief. The author uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study to examine theories of research variables from relevant hadith books, books, and journals. The author also uses the takhrij method in terms of both matan and sanad hadith with the help of jawami' al-kalim and al-maktabah al-syamilah as well as a hadith dictionary. Based on takhrij, this hadith is classified as an authentic hadith li zatihi. This hadith includes hadith that is maqbul, ma'mul, and muhkam so it is worthy of being a strong proof to be conveyed to the people. The mass expressed can be categorized as maṡal al al-musarrahah or al-qiyasiyah. The amṡāl method is effectively applied as a PAI learning method which contains monotheism material. The amṡāl method is considered capable of realizing education that relies on three main human instruments, namely the heart, mind, and senses. The proverb method is student-centered, where teachers need to accommodate the needs of their students. Ru'yatullah studies provide opportunities for students to develop their theological understanding to create a comprehensive awareness.

Abstract

This study provides a bibliometric review of research on anxiety treatment based on Islamic perspectives, which involves a systematic search in various Scopus databases visualized with VOSviewer, then analyzed and evaluated based on country bibliographic pairs, institution bibliographic pairs, journal bibliographic pairs, and co-occurrence of author/topic keywords. A total of 357 relevant studies were then analyzed and selected following the criteria of studies in the last ten years (2014-2024). The statistical analysis was applied to examine the bibliometric data produced through the investigation, identification, and extraction procedures. The results showed that the United States (based on country bibliography pairs), Department of Psychology (based on agency bibliography pairs), and Frontiers in Psychology (based on journal bibliography pairs) became the most influential in the discussion of anxiety and how to handle it from an Islamic perspective. Anxiety, religion, and depression are keywords that often appear in this field.

Abstract

Islamic education aims to instil helpful knowledge, with the obligation to convey knowledge as a primary indicator. In today's digital era, while the dissemination of knowledge has become more widespread, its intensity and the quality of the knowledge shared often do not compare to that of the past. This study examines how the principle of knowledge dissemination, as emphasized in Islamic teachings, can be effectively applied in contemporary Islamic education to address these challenges. Employing a qualitative approach with content analysis, the study analyzes primary sources, including the hadith text Sahih Bukhari No. 65 and secondary sources, such as Fathul Bari Syarah Sahih Bukhari, journal articles, and other relevant literature. The data were analyzed by identifying the values within the hadith and linking them to modern educational practices, including learning technologies and teaching methods. The findings indicate that education emphasizing the dissemination of beneficial knowledge can enrich the learning experience and enhance teaching quality. The application of methods such as recitation, active learning, and the use of digital technology supports this principle. In conclusion, Islamic education must integrate these values to create an environment that focuses on mastery of knowledge and applying moral values in daily life.

Abstract

This research aims to map the strategies used by teachers in fostering noble morals in students at Negeri 74 Bandung Junior High School, especially to overcome the problem of juvenile delinquency which often occurs. This research approach is qualitative using the case study method. Data collection techniques used include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Primary data was obtained through interviews with teachers and related parties, while secondary data was collected from various relevant literature. To analyze the data, this research applies steps such as data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification which ensures the validity of the findings. The data validation technique used is triangulation. The results of this research show that the moral development strategies implemented in schools include: The five-minute movement program for reading the Al-Qur'an before studying, extracurricular reading and writing of the Al-Qur'an, the habit of doing dhuha prayers in congregation, express Islamic boarding schools, Islamic studies, connecting lesson material with good morals, as well as providing rewards and coaching. The strategies through these programs are quite effective in dealing with various forms of student delinquency. These findings highlight the importance of the proactive role of teachers and close collaboration between schools and parents in creating an educational environment that is conducive to the development of better student morals

Abstract

This article aims to explore the holistic paradigm in Islamic education through a Tarbawi Tafsir study of QS Al-Qashash verse 77, which emphasizes the importance of balance between worldly life and the hereafter and encourages good deeds. This research employs a qualitative approach using literature study methods, with the primary data source being the Qur’an, and secondary sources including various classical and contemporary tafsir texts as well as relevant journal articles. The results indicate that the holistic paradigm in Islamic education can shape individuals who are balanced in academic knowledge and character, and who play active roles in society. The conclusion of this study is expected to strengthen the holistic paradigm aligned with the principle of balance as outlined in QS Al-Qashash verse 77 and to be applicable in everyday life.

Abstract

Terdapat 952 kata tarbiyah dengan segala bentuk derivasinya di dalam al-Qur’an. Pendidikan Islam, yang dikenal sebagai tarbiyah, menekankan pentingnya pengasuhan dan pembinaan peserta didik secara komprehensif. Namun, dalam pendidikan modern, aspek moral dan spiritual sering kali diabaikan, sementara fokus lebih diarahkan pada kecerdasan intelektual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna tarbiyah dalam QS. Ali Imran ayat 79, serta relevansinya terhadap pendidikan spiritual, moral, dan sosial umat Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi dan analisis literatur, guna memahami secara mendalam pesan-pesan al-Qur'an terkait pendidikan holistik. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana konsep tarbiyah yang telah diajarkan oleh para nabi dapat diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarbiyah dalam al-Qur’an menekankan pengasuhan yang mengarah pada pembentukan manusia yang tidak hanya cerdas intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral dan kesadaran sosial. Konsep ini sangat relevan untuk diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan kontemporer agar tercipta generasi yang mampu menjalani kehidupan dengan keseimbangan spiritual, moral, dan sosial.
