Abstract

Abstract:  The aim of this research is to produce web-based learning media on the basic subjects of computer network engineering and telecommunications at SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek that are valid and practical. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of several stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects used in this research were 37 students in class X TKJ. Meanwhile, the instruments in this research used questionnaire validation sheets by media experts and material experts as well as practicality questionnaires by teachers and students.The results of the research show that the results of the expert validity of web-based learning media obtained a score of 83.10% in the very valid category, while for the validity of the material expert the score was 89.06% in the very valid category. Meanwhile, for the practicality level, teachers got a score of 90.10% in the very practical category and for the practicality level, students got a score of 83,25% in the very practical category. Based on this data, it can be concluded that web-based learning media is suitable for use in the learning process.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengehasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada mata pelajaran dasar teknik jaringan komputer dan telekomunikasi di SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu, Analysi, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Sebjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X TKJ yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Sementara instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi angket oleh ahli media dan ahli materi serta angket praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari validitas ahli media pembelajaran berbasis web memperoleh nilai sebesar 83,10% dengan kategori sangat valid sedangkan untuk validitas ahli materi memperoleh nilai sebesar 89,06% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sementara untuk tingkat praktikalitas guru memperoleh nilai sebesar 90,10% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan untuk tingkat praktikalitas siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 83,25% dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive economy that stands alone, meaning that these businesses are not subsidiaries or branches of any company, whether government companies or individual companies. In this research, researchers chose MSMEs located in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang Campus, namely the Sala Lauak and Corn Perkedel Shop. Currently, the Sala Lauak and corn fritters shop in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang campus is still experiencing problems in the form of placing a location to sell products that are still not fixed and official. For this reason, researchers use STP theory, namely Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning so that they can determine the right strategy to provide solutions to the problems faced by MSME shop owners. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the method in this research is qualitative by carrying out observations in the field, by visiting the relevant MSMEs directly.

Abstract

In a modern era like this, it is important for field rental businesses to move towards digital marketing so that they can survive and develop in a time when the need for the internet in everyday life is very high. And for that the author makes an online field reservation application and a field reservation application as an intermediary between users and business people. The purpose of this application is to design a field ordering application that can be easily and quickly accessed by customers via gadgets, so that this application can later be accepted by users from all walks of life (Saktiadji et al., 2023). And this application also provides cash and non-cash payments depending on the user, the system in this application can also make reservations in advance without coming directly to the field you want to rent. Everything can be done just by going through this application and you don't need to move from your place. With the existing system in this application, it is expected to increase the attractiveness and convenience of application users. And this application is also an alternative to additional income for sports field rental businesses.

Abstract

Less attractive and non-interactive teaching approaches often make students feel bored and less motivated to learn. Using traditional methods such as lectures without actively involving students can reduce student interest and participation in learning. This is due to the lack of creativity and innovation of teachers in creating and providing learning media that can enhance students' interest and incentives for learning. The aim of this study is to find out how the cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share is used and how it affects students' understanding. This research uses a type of qualitative research, which means a series of research that includes essential elements such as observations, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Students at SD 02 Suntu City Bima have experienced an improvement in their learning process. From less active, quiet, and low-thinking students, they now become more active students, dare to stand in front, and have strong thinking during their learning process. This is the result of teachers using the cooperative learning model Think Pair Share.

Abstract

Pada penelitian awal dimana peneliti menemukan masih banyak peserta didik khususnya pada sekolah dasar yang cara berkomunikasinya kurang sesuai dengan usianya yang mana banyak faktor yang menjadi alasan terhadap permasalahan tersebut salah satunya terhadap perkembangan zaman sehingga melatarbelakangi penelitian untuk meilihat Pengaruh Literasi Digital Terhadap Kesantunan Bahasa Peserta Didik Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 95/I desa olak, di kelas IV. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data kuantitatif yang di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi dengan melakukan uji normalitas dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai < 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh dari literasi digital terhadap kesantunan Bahasa peserta didik

Abstract

Livelihood Strategy is an activity or effort to be able to meet the needs of life. Thispaper is intended to explain the strategy for meeting the needs of life (Livelihood Strategy)for the people of Gajeboh Village. Gajeboh Village is one of the villages located in KanekesVillage, Leuwidamar District, Kab. Lebak, Banten. This study aims to determine theimplementation of the Livelihood Strategy in Gajeboh Village which consists of the livingconditions of the people of Gajeboh Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, theimplementation of the Livelihood Strategy of the people of Gajeboh Village, and themechanism of the Livelihood Strategy of the people of Gajeboh Village. This research wasconducted on 5-7 November 2021 on a Field Trip activity in Gajeboh Village, KanekesVillage, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten. In this study, the researcher used aqualitative descriptive research method. Collecting data using interactive techniquesconsisting of in-depth interviews, role-playing observations, and documentation with fourresource persons regarding the implementation of the Livelihood Strategy in GajebohVillage, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Kab. Lebak, Banten. The data were analyzedusing three activity lines in interactive data analysis, namely data reduction (data editor),data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification. The Covid-19 pandemichas had a negative impact on the economy of the people of Gajeboh Village Baduy in theprocess of market mechanisms and decreasing tourist visits. However, in daily life, especiallyin terms of meeting needs, it does not have a significant impact. The people of GajebohVillage Baduy implement a livelihood strategy by utilizing five capitals consisting of humancapital, natural capital, financial capital, social capital, and physical capital. Theconstruction of the application of the five social capitals is a contributor to the ongoingmechanism of the livelihood strategy, namely intensification, extensification, diversification,and spatial engineering. The four models serve as indicators for the implementation of the“Farm” strategy, which consists of the “On-Farm” strategy of combining intensification andextensification, and the “Non-Farm” strategy of combining diversification and spatialengineering.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the social problems that must be handled as soon as possible by the entire community. If waste management is not handled as early as possible, it will have a bad impact on life in the future. The pattern of consumptive community habits also affects the volume of waste produced. The purpose of this study is to find out the community's understanding of household waste management in RT 03 RW 17 Kahuripan Village. This study is a quantitative descriptive research using a questionnaire distribution that contains statements with multiple choices in the form of true and false. The overall research results are included in the high category (very good understanding) with a percentage of 65%. When viewed from the overall average value, the percentage is 80%. The highest percentage based on per indicator and per statement lies in the indicator summarizing precisely number 9 regarding the 3R principle and explaining, precisely in statement number 15 regarding waste disposal sites that must be adjusted to the type of waste with a percentage of 94.9%.

Abstract

MSMEs, particularly producers of *kerupuk kemplang* from Palembang, often face challenges in managing kitchen smoke generated during production. This smoke not only pollutes the air and poses health risks to workers but also reduces comfort and productivity. Therefore, this study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based control system using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm to automatically regulate the exhaust fan speed based on temperature, smoke concentration, and carbon monoxide (CO) levels. This system introduces technological innovation to enhance efficiency and productivity in MSME kitchen management. The method involves using MQ135, MQ7, and DHT11 sensors to detect kitchen environmental conditions in real time. The collected data is processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm and is then used to adjust the exhaust fan speed via an AC dimmer. The monitoring results are displayed on the Blynk IoT application for easy access. The study results show that the system successfully reduces smoke concentration by up to 30 ppm and CO levels by 40 ppm while maintaining the kitchen temperature within an optimal range of 49°C to 55°C. With a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.66% and an accuracy rate of 92.34%, the system proves to be effective and responsive to changes in kitchen environmental conditions. The implementation of this Fuzzy Tsukamoto and IoT-based system has a positive impact on improving air quality, ensuring worker health, and increasing MSME productivity. Additionally, this system supports a more modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly kitchen management approach, making it an innovative solution for the *kerupuk kemplang* production industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja karyawan terhadap semangat kerja pada Divisi BCTMP Batch 5 dan Divisi Engineering Batch 7 di PT XYZ menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Penilaian kinerja merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 31 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis melalui regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 5,2%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semangat kerja lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti lingkungan kerja, hubungan interpersonal, serta gaji dan tunjangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja yang diterapkan mungkin belum efektif dalam memberikan dampak langsung terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut terhadap kebijakan penilaian kinerja guna meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam memotivasi karyawan.

Abstract

This research discusses Islamic culture. Previously, Islam did not immediately spread to various regions by itself, but rather through a very long process. This process will later become the path for the development of Islamic culture in various regions and countries throughout the world. The background for researchers to conduct this research is based on our interest in Islamic culture from the past to the present. The research method used is a descriptive analysis research method with techniques for collecting data through literature study by collecting information from various books and journals. The results of this research show that the history of Islamic culture is a science that studies the work, tastes and creations of Islamic people in the past in social, cultural, economic, political and other forms of life. The principles of Islamic culture refer to the source of Islamic teachings, namely respecting reason, motivating to demand and develop knowledge, avoiding blind beliefs, and not causing destruction.
