Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki hamparan kelapa terluas di Provinsi Riau, salah satu produk turunan kelapa yang dihasilkan adalah kopra putih. Efisiensi pemasaran kopra putih tergantung pada rantai lembaga tataniaganya serta jumlah pelaku yang terlibat dalam masing-masing rantai tataniaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui saluran pemasaran kopra putih di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir 2) Mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran kopra putih. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dan untuk pedangang menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa(1)Terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran kopra putih di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir (2) Efisiensi pemasaran kopra putih pada saluran pertama untuk kopra putih grade A sebesar 18 persen, grade B sebesar 21 persen, tingkat efisiensi pada saluran ke dua untuk kopra putih grade A 19 persen, grade B sebesar 22 persen, sendangkan tingkat efisiensi pada saluran tiga untuk grade C sebesar 1 persen, sehingga saluran ketiga lebih efisien dibandingkan saluran pertama dan kedua. Indragiri Hilir Regency is one of the areas that has the widest expanse of coconut in Riau Province, one of the coconut derivative products produced is white copra.EfisThe marketing efficiency of white copra depends on the chain of trading institutions and the number of actors involved in the mass productionieach tatania chainga.This study aims to 1) Knowing the marketing channels of white copra in Indragiri Hilir 2) Knowing the marketing efficiency of white copra. The sampling method in this study used the Accidental Sampling method and for traders using the census method. The results showed that (1) there were three marketing channels for white copra in Indragiri Hilir (2) The marketing efficiency of white copra in the first channel for grade A white copra was18 percent, grade B by 21 percent,efficiency level on the second line for grade A . white copra19 percent, grade B by 22 percent, while the efficiency level on channel three for grade C is 1 percent, so the third channel is more efficient than the first and second channels.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kampar memiliki potensi yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu salah satunya adalah kegiatan perikanan tangkap. Salah satu hasil tangkapan yang memiliki produksi tertinggi yaitu ikan baung. Kelestarian sumberdaya ikan baung akan terancam jika upaya pemanfaatan yang terus meningkat, dan tidak diupayakan langkah pengendalian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat optimum pemanfaatan sumber daya perikanan tangkap ikan baung secara biologi dan ekonomi di perairan umum kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi optimal (Copt) pada MSY sebesar 61.510 ton/tahun dengan effort optimum (Eopt) 116.764 unit/tahun dan rente ekonomi sebesar Rp2.353.594.693.969. Produksi optimal (Copt) pada MEY sebesar 61.489 ton/tahun dengan effort optimum (Eopt) 114.567 unit/tahun dan rente ekonomi sebesar Rp2.354.461.065.478. Kampar Regency has potential that can be exploited, one of which is capture fisheries activities. One of the catches that has the highest production is Baung Fish. The sustainability of fish resources will be threatened if the use of efforts continues to increase, if no control measures are taken. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimum level of biological and economic utilization of baung fishery resources in the public waters of Kampar district. This research was conducted in July-August 2020. The results showed that the optimal production (Copt) at MSY was 61,510 ton / year with optimum effort (Eopt) of 116,764 unit / year and economic rent of IDR 2,353,594,693,969. Optimal production (Copt) in MEY is 61,489 ton / year with optimum effort (Eopt) of 114.567 unit / year and economic rent of IDR 2,354,461,065,478.

Abstract

The objectives of community service were to) improve the ability of Etawah breed goat breeders (PE) in feed management and milking and b) increase the ability of farmers to innovate in developing the diversification of fresh milk into functional food. The method of implementation was carried out by extension and demonstration plots on feed management by utilizing palm leaves to be used as a complete feed ingredient formulated using other feed ingredients such as agricultural waste or other agricultural industries.Based on observations during the demonstration plot it was compared with PE goats that were kept semi-intensively on the average level of ration consumption and body weight gain per day. The average body weight gain of PE goats receiving a complete ration in the form of pellets (615.50 g / head / day) is higher than the consumption rate of livestock (566.50 g / head / day) which were kept by breeders semi-intensively. The body weight gain of the demonstration plot cattle was 193.50 g/head/ day which was higher than the body weight gain of PE goats kept by breeders (54.90 g/head/day). The introduction and practice of processing milk into functional food had been carried out by processing milk into fermented drinks in the form of yogurt and kefir and their derivative products. From this activity, it can be concluded that by improving feed management and meeting the needs of livestock, milk production can increase. The improvement of farmer science and technology had a positive impact on the orientation of raising PE goats not only for savings but also as a producer of milk which was economically very high in value.

Abstract

Pengolahan air limbah secara biologis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan simbiosis mutualisme antara mikroorganisme atau bakteri dekomposer dengan mikroalga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh perlakuan yang terbaik dari interaksi mikroalga Chlorella sp dengan bakeri dekomposer Agrobost pada peningkatan skala penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan mikroalga 800 ml/L limbah cair sagu dengan 5 perlakuan Agrobost (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, dan 8% v/v). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA dan DNMRT pada tingkat 5%. Sidik ragam menunjukkan konsentrasi Agrobost memberikan pengaruh nyata pada COD, BOD, DO dan pH. Perlakuan yang dipilih dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlakuan P4 yaitu penambahan Agrobost 8%, menunjukkan tingkat reduksi tertinggi yang memiliki nilai COD 203,3 mg/L, BOD 122,3 mg/L, DO 5,89 mg/L dan pH 9,03.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to get the best treatment addition of microorganisms B-DECO3 as a reducing agent contamination of waste pollution palm factory with the addition of microalgae Chlorella sp. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD)with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment used against waste pollution palm factory was P0 (without addition of B-DECO3 microorganisms), P1 (addition 5ml/L of B-DECO3 microorganisms), P2 (addition 10 ml/L of B-DECO3 microorganisms), P3 (addition 15ml/L of B-DECO3 microorganisms), P4 (addition 20 ml/L of B-DECO3 microorganisms). The data obtained were analyzed statistically using Anova and DNMRT at 5 % level. The result showed that the addition of microorganism B-DECO3 had significant affect for COD, BOD, TSS, oil, and pH. The treatment chosen from the result of this research was the P4 treatment which had a value of COD (330,63 mg/L), BOD (94,53 mg/L), TSS (266,46 mg/L), Oil (2,50) and pH (8,64).

Abstract

Performance of agricultural extension workers is the result of the work of extensionworkers in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. The aim of this research is toanalyze how big the influence of extension characteristic, extension role, extensioncompetence, and extension motivation to agricultural extension performance and toanalyze the impact of agricultural extension performance on paddy production inSiak Regency. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple regressionanalysis. The results of analysis indicate that the characteristics of extension, therole of extension, extension and extension motivation have influenced the extensionperformance level in Siak Regency. This indicates the agricultural extension hasbeen running well and functioning as expected. As well as the influence ofagricultural extension performance level on rice production shows the level ofperformance gives influence to paddy production seen from the implementation ofextension, evaluation and reporting. Meanwhile, the level of performance in thepreparation of extension has not affected rice production.

Abstract

Velva is one type of dessert that has a low-fat content. The utilization of avocado as a product in the form of velva is expected to extend the shelf life of avocados and make avocados into other processed products.. One of the ingredients that can be used is the addition of palm sugar. This study aims to obtain the best formulation with the addition of palm sugar as a taste in the making of avocado velva. This research was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replications to obtain 16 experimental units. The treatment in this study was the comparison of avocado pulp and palm sugar as follows: P1 (100:0); P2 (90:10); P3 (80:20); P4  (70:30). The parameters observed in this study are overrun, melting time, total dissolved solids, and descriptive and hedonic sensory assessment of color, aroma, taste, and softness. The best treatment was the P2 treatment which used a combination of avocado and palm sugar 90:10 with total dissolved solids of 21.2708 °Brix, melting time of 12.57 minutes, overrun of 19.5736%. The results showed that the different ratios of avocado and palm sugar affected melting time, overrun, and total dissolved solids.Keywords: Velva; Brown Sugar, Avocado..

Abstract

Bakso ayam merupakan perishable food atau makanan yang cepat rusak karena kandungan gizinya yang lengkap dan tempat yang cocok untuk pertumbuhan mikroba.  Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga mutu bakso yaitu pengaplikasian edible coating yang mengandung antibakteri seperti minyak atsiri lengkuas merah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi minyak atsiri terbaik pada edible coating dalam menjaga kualitas bakso ayam selama penyimpanan dingin. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dengan tiga kali ulangan, dengan perlakuan P0 (tanpa penambahan minyak atsiri rimpang lengkuas merah), P1 (Penambahan konsentrasi minyak atsiri rimpang lengkuas merah 0,5%), P2 (Penambahan konsentrasi minyak atsiri rimpang lengkuas merah 0,75%), P3 (Penambahan konsentrasi minyak atsiri rimpang lengkuas merah 1%), dan P4 (Penambahan konsentrasi minyak atsiri rimpang lengkuas merah 1,25%).  Sampel disimpan pada suhu dingin (5ºC) selama 0, 5, 10, dan 15 hari.  Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).  Jika F hitung lebih besar atau sama dengan F tabel, maka analisis akan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edible coating yang ditambahkan minyak atsiri lengkuas merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, pH, total plate count (TPC), dan penilaian sensori secara deskriptif.  Perlakuan terbaik adalah edible coating tapioka dengan konsentrasi minyak atsiri lengkuas merah 1% yang dapat mempertahankan mutu hingga penyimpanan hari ke-10 dengan kadar air 64,55%, nilai keasaman (pH) 6,26, nilai TPC 4,94 log CFU /ml, dan deskriptif penilaian sensori untuk warna 3,47 (tulang), rasa 3,20 (rasa ayam), tekstur (kenyal).

Abstract

Village Information System (SID) is an implementation of e-government by the village government. The right of village communities to get real-time information can be hampered due to the skills and abilities of human resources and out-of-date information. The activity is focused on updating Village data and facilities through survey primary data collection. The results of the survey are up-to-date data, are integrated, and can be accessed online. The process of entering data into the SID will be continued by the Village Government Officials who manage the SID, for this reason, there is a need for a special briefing for Village Government Officials in a training activity in updating data on village facilities and infrastructure. Workshops in the form of training, practice and question and answer were carried out with feedback in the form of questionnaires before and after the workshop to assess the success of the program. The survey data that is input to the SID includes health facilities, religious facilities, agriculture, animal husbandry, plantations, educational facilities, village tourism potential, and potential disasters along with their evacuation points. This updated data is expected to be a reference for compiling the Teratak Village Development and workshop activities have been able to improve the ability of village government.
