Abstract

Abstract

Cancer is still one of the health problems around the world. Cancer is an uncontrolled (abnormal) cell division and can invade surrounding tissues and can also spread to other parts of the body through the blood and lymphatic system known as metastasis. This disease is often diagnosed in men aged 50-80 years with an average age of 73 years. Bladder cancer is divided into transitional cell carcinoma (95%), squamous cell carcinoma (3%), adenocarcinoma (2%), and less than 1% small cell tumors (paraneoplastic syndrome). Risk factors for this disease are smoking, exposure to carcinogenic substances, drugs, infection with the parasite Schistosoma haematobium, chronic irritation (stone disease), physical trauma (in the uroepithelial layer), infectious diseases and those that have not been proven to be the cause are coffee, alcohol, saccharin and cyclamate sweeteners. The prognosis of the disease depends on histologic examination to see the stage of the disease and by tissue biopsy. Methods: This paper is based on a literature search of clinical practice guidelines, scientific literature, websites, and textbooks on the topic of bladder cancer. Results and Discussion: Hematuria is the main clinical symptom in addition to other symptoms as a complaint of bladder cancer. The disease is divided into non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) and muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Non-invasive and invasive cancer conditions play an important role in the treatment and prognosis of the disease. MIBC is a disease condition with high morbidity and mortality. Conclusion: Cystoscopy followed by biopsy resection is the diagnostic standard followed by anatomic pathology examination (histology and cytology) for definitive diagnosis of the disease. The prognosis will be better if the disease is still at superficial and non-invasive stage (Ta), so that only transurethral tumor resection followed by chemotherapy drugs, intravesical and results will be more satisfactory.

Abstract

This article was written because rehabilitation sanctions for victims of drug abusers and addicts are not specified in Islamic criminal law in Indonesia. Because drugs are similarly intoxicating and mind-altering under Islamic criminal law, they are referred to (qiyased)asalcohol (khamr) and are punishable by flogging and ta’zir. Neither of the two sanctions addresses treatment or rehabilitation; instead, they emphasise physical penalties and the deterrent effect they have on alcohol-related offenses. The data for this library research was gathered from reference books, encyclopedias, papers, notes, and a variety of publications. This study can be concluded as follows: first, if the defendant is caught red-handed, evidence is found with the use of one day, a positive laboratory certificate for the use of drugs according to the investigator's request, a certificate from a government psychiatrist or psychiatrist appointed by the judge, there is no evidence that the person concerned is involved in the distribution of drugs for addicts. Second, in Islamic law, drugs are qiyased to khamr because the illat(reason)is both intoxicating and depriving the mind. If khamr is the punishment for drinking in Islamic criminal law, ta’zir is the punishment for drug addicts in positive Indonesian law (rehabilitation).Artikel ini ditulis karena sanksi rehabilitasi yang dijatuhkan terhadap korban penyalahguna narkotika dan pecandu narkotika di Indonesia tidak ada dalam hukum pidana Islam.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the absence of clear discussion in the Al-Qur'an or hadith regarding the provisions on the wife's inheritance rights from inherited property that are implemented in Kampa District, Kampar Regency, meanwhile this tradition has become a problem in society, such as the birth of conflict, damage to social relations and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to review in depth the provisions on the wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets in Kampa District so that we can find out scientifically about how to implement the wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets, the reasons for how to distribute inherited assets and the view of Islamic law regarding how to distribute The wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets in Kampa District, Kampar Regency. This research is field research using qualitative descriptive research methods. The sample used in this research was 15 people, consisting of traditional leaders, community leaders, religious leaders and ordinary people, using the Purposive Sampling Method. From the research results, it can be understood that the wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets in the traditional provisions of Kampa District, Kampar Regency stipulate that the wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets are obtained by the family of the husband who dies, while his children and wife do not have inheritance rights to the inherited assets. The reason for this provision is because in the view of the people of Kampa District, Kampar Regency, when a man is not married, the one who looks after him, guarantees his life and is responsible for him is his family, while when a man is married he is usually more inclined to support his wife's family than his own family, because according to custom Kampa District, Kampar Regency, when a boy marries he will live with his wife's family. Judging from Islamic law, the customary provisions regarding the wife's inheritance rights from inherited property in Kampa District, Kampar Regency are a benefit based on mutual agreement. However, in practice, the wife's inheritance rights from inherited assets in the customs of Kampa District, Kampar Regency are contrary to Islamic inheritance law.
