Abstract

This research was aimed to identify the relation between classroom classification based on the cognitive level and students' achievement in learning Arabic language. The method used in this research was quantitative using the samples all the 8th grade of MTsN 2 Jagakarsa, 50 students academic year 2012/2013. The research found that there was no relationship between classifying students based on their cognitive level and their achievement in Arabic language with the value (-0,130). This value is between (0,00 – 0,20) meaning that there is no correlation between those two variables. It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was rejected and the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted or there was no relationship between the variables.DOI: 10.24865/ajas.v1i2.14

Abstract

Da'wah Islam is a communication effort aimed at influencing individuals or societies by making them aware of and convinced of the truth of Islam, as well as by making them willing to adhere to it and deepening its teachings. With the mass media (mass communication), it is hoped that they are willing to believe that Islam will guide them to the straight and true path of Allah. Dakwah can be done face-to-face or indirectly. In order to achieve the goal of da'wah, it is necessary to adapt the language and culture or customs adopted by the community. Islamic communication is a way of communicating that is Islamic in nature and that aims to convey a message or information based on the Qur'an and hadith and has the functions of information, convincing, reminding, motivating, entertainment, socializing, and being spiritual. Cartoon media is a form of graphic communication, namely an interpretive image that uses symbols to convey a message quickly and concisely. This research is carried out descriptively and qualitatively using a pragmatic approach. Research data was collected through library research. Nussa, an animated da'wah film packaged with the goal of teaching Islamic values without boring children, is one of the domestic animated films. Nussa is an animated web series that aims to help parents and children develop morality and character. Through fun stories with Muslim themes in the foundation of Islamic animation, Nussa applies Islamic communication functions so that the Islamic messages broadcast reach the audience. Stories in Nussa animation can provide information that is easily captured by children. This information becomes motivation for the audience, and besides that, it can spark discussion among the audience. Nussa's animation entertains children because the story's contents are felt to be not too heavy, but it still provides good spiritual education due to its amusing visual appearance rather than focusing solely on the message's content Keywords: Cartoon Media, Da'wah, Nussa Animation

Abstract

This article was written because rehabilitation sanctions for victims of drug abusers and addicts are not specified in Islamic criminal law in Indonesia. Because drugs are similarly intoxicating and mind-altering under Islamic criminal law, they are referred to (qiyased)asalcohol (khamr) and are punishable by flogging and ta’zir. Neither of the two sanctions addresses treatment or rehabilitation; instead, they emphasise physical penalties and the deterrent effect they have on alcohol-related offenses. The data for this library research was gathered from reference books, encyclopedias, papers, notes, and a variety of publications.This study can be concluded as follows: first, if the defendant is caught red-handed, evidence is found with the use of one day, a positive laboratory certificate for the use of drugs according to the investigator's request, a certificate from a government psychiatrist or psychiatrist appointed by the judge, there is no evidence that the person concerned is involved in the distribution of drugs for addicts. Second, in Islamic law, drugs are qiyased to khamr because the illat(reason)is both intoxicating and depriving the mind. If khamr is the punishment for drinking in Islamic criminal law, ta’zir is the punishment for drug addicts in positive Indonesian law (rehabilitation).Artikel ini ditulis karena sanksi rehabilitasi yang dijatuhkan terhadap korban penyalahguna narkotika dan pecandu narkotika di Indonesia tidak ada dalam hukum pidana Islam. Dalam hukum pidana Islam narkotika diqiyaskan kepada khamar karena illatnya sama-sama memabukkan dan menghilangkan akal seseorang, sehingga sanksi yang diberikan ialah berupa sanksi had seperti dera dan sanksi ta’zir. Dari kedua sanksi tersebut lebih kepada sanksi fisik dan efek jera yang diberikan kepada pelaku khamar tidak ada yang menyinggung mengenai  pengobatan atau rehabilitasi. Penelitian kepustakaan merujukdata dari buku referensi, artikel, catatan, serta berbagai jurnal.Penelitianinidisimpulkan sebagai berikut: pertama, jika terdakwa dalam..keadaan tertangkap tangan, pada waktu...tertangkap tangan ditemukan barang bukti dengan pemakaian satu hari, surat laboratorium positif penggunaan..narkoba sesuai permintaan penyidik, surat keterangan psikiater atau dokter jiwa pemerintah yang ditunjuk hakim, tidak ada bukti bahwa yang.bersangkutan terlibat peredaran.narkotika bagi pecandu. Kedua, dalam hukum Islam narkotika diqiyaskan kepada khamr dikarenakan illatnya sama-sama memabukkan atau menghilangkan akal. Jika dalam hukum pidana Islam hukuman bagi peminum khamr adalah had maka dalam hukum positif Indonesia hukuman pecandu narkotika adalah hukuman ta’zir (rehabilitasi).

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau serta analisis hukum islam terhadap cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan. Pembahasan ini dilatar belakangi karena pada masa pademi covid-19 banyak terjadi cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di PA Maninau yang dilakukan oleh pasangan yang menikah pada usia menikah yang ditentukan Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 16 Tahun 2019, yakni laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 19 tahun. Jenis penelitian artikel ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan mengolah data secara kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan beberapa faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau adalah karena pasangan kurang bisa memaknai arti dari sebuah pernikahan, tidak sabar dan mengalah, komunikasi antara suami isteri kurang intens, pendidikan, nafkah, ditinggal suami, suami tempramental, suami dipenjara dan gangguan pihak ketiga. Cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan tidak bertentangan dengan syari’at islam demi mencegah “kemudharatan” antara suami isteri yang terjadi apabila pernikahan tetap dipertahankan.This article discusses the factors of contested divorce at an early age of marriage at the Maninjau Religious Court as well as an analysis of Islamic law on contested divorce at an early age of marriage. This discussion is motivated by the fact that during the Covid-19 pandemic there were many contested divorces at an early age, marriages in PA Maninau were carried out by couples who married at the age determined by Marriage Law No. 16 of 2019, namely boys and girls aged 19 years. The type of research in this article is field research by processing data qualitatively. From the research conducted, it was concluded that several factors led to divorce at an early age of marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Maninjau Religious Court, namely because the couple was unable to interpret the meaning of marriage, was impatient and gave in, communication between husband and wife was less intense, education, livelihood, left by husband, temperamental husband, husband imprisoned and third party interference. Divorce at an early age of marriage does not conflict with Islamic law in order to prevent "harm" between husband and wife that occurs if the marriage is maintained

Abstract

The Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) is a forum formed on community ideas facilitated by the Government with the aim of maintaining, building and empowering religious communities for the sake of harmony and prosperity. South Sulawesi as a province that is multicultural and multi-religious makes each region in it prone to conflicts between groups. This study aims to see the extent of the role of FKUB in South Sulawesi in realizing the unity and integrity of the nation. This type of research is field research which aims to obtain data, both primary and by direct tracing each area in South Sulawesi, especially those experiencing inter-religious conflicts by conducting in-depth interviews with FKUB administrators. South Sulawesi, district/city FKUB, Local Government in this case the National and Political Unity Agency (kesbangpol), Ministry of Religion, and of course indigenous peoples. while secondary data as supporting data was obtained through the central management group of FKUB South Sulawesi. The results show that the status of religious harmony in South Sulawesi is still high. This is supported by the index value of religious harmony studied by the Ministry of Religion with a score of 75.7 (high category). FKUB's strategy in mediating inter-religious conflicts in South Sulawesi is to prioritize dialogue, deliberation and opinion polls. The high awareness of the majority of South Sulawesi residents in terms of tolerance, equality and cooperation between fellow religious adherents supports the South Sulawesi FKUB in an ef ort to realize the unity and integrity of the nation.

Abstract

Salah satu jalan yang memliki volume lalulintas yang besar di Banda Aceh adalah jalan T.Nyak Makam yang berada pada posisi 5°33'52.80"N dan  95°20'36.19"E, setiap harinya digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk menunjang berbagai aktifitas kegiatan untuk menuju ketempat bekerja, Usaha maupun kesekolah bagi pelajar. Untuk kebutuhan data pada penelitian ini maka dilakukan survey pengamatan lalu lintas dilapangan selama 12 jam yaitu jam 07.00-18.00 WIB yang dilaksanakan pada hari, senin tanggal 7 Oktober 2024. Selain data volume lalulintas di jalan T. nyak makam, diambil juga data kecepatan lalulintas kendaraan, data ini diambil pada jarak 50 meter. Untuk menganalisa volume, kecepatan dan kepadatan lalu lintas ini digunakan model liner Greenshields, Greenberg dan Underwood. Untuk model Greenshields kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 30,74 – 0,15D, volume-kecepatan V = 205,15S – 6,67S2, volume-kepadatan V = 30,74D – 0,15D2. Model Greenberg, kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 4,92Ln(5972,09/D), volume-kecepatan V = 5972,091Se-s/4,92, volume-kepadatan V = 4,92DLn5972,09/D. Model Underwood kecepatan-kepadatan (S-D) S = 31,30e-D/166,6, volume-kecepatan V = 166,6SLn31,3/S, volume-kepadatan V = 31,3De-D/166,6. Untuk jalan T. Nyak Makam model yang dapat dikatakan paling sesuai adalah Greenshield dengan nilai volume lalu lintas paling rendah yaitu Vm = 1.576,86 Smp/Jam.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out people's opinions about postponing living together before the wedding reception in the Banjar community. The method we used in collecting this data was through field research, namely in Tumbukan Banyu Village, Daha Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency and we also used library research to find out how the Munakahat Fiqh views it. The analytical method we use is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the data we collected, it can be concluded that every person who carries out a marriage is obliged to fulfill the requirements and pillars of marriage, if they have fulfilled the requirements and pillars then this marriage is valid in the Islamic religion. However, the community, especially Banjar, still adheres to traditional rules, according to which bridal couples who have already completed their marriage contract are not allowed to live together and relate like husband and wife. They still live in separate places, namely at their respective parents' homes before the wedding reception is held, even though it is legal from the Islamic religious point of view. However, as long as the bride and groom have agreed and are both willing to postpone it, it won't be a problem if they both decide to postpone living together. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat masyarakat tentang Penundaan Hidup Bersama Sebelum Resepsi Pernikahan Pada Masyarakat Banjar. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini yakni melalui penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu di Desa Tumbukan Banyu, Kecamatan Daha Selatan, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan dan kami juga menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan(library research) guna untuk mengetahui bagaimana Fikih Munakahat memandangnya. Metode analisis yang kami gunakan yakni dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang kami kumpulkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap orang yang melaksanakan pernikahan berkewajiban memenuhi syarat-syarat dan rukun nikah, apabila telah memunuhi syarat dan rukunnya maka pernikahan ini sudah sah dalam pandangan Islam. Akan tetapi, pada masyarakat khususnya Banjar masih memegang teguh aturan adat, yang mana pasangan pengantin yang sudah menjalani akad nikah mereka belum boleh untuk hidup bersama dan berhubungan layaknya suami istri. Mereka masih hidup terpisah tempat yaitu masih dirumah orang tua masing-masing sebelum diadakannya resepsi pernikahan, meskipun sudah sah dalam pandangan agama Islam. Namun, selagi pengantin ini telah sepakat dan sama-sama ikhlas untuk menunda maka tidak menjadi masalah jika mereka berdua memutuskan untuk menunda hidup bersama. Kata kunci: penundaan hidup bersama, aturan adat, pandangan Islam.

Abstract

This research explores the tradition of palangkahan money in marriage practices in Nagari Lubuak Batingkok, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The objective of this study is to examine the cultural and social significance of the tradition, focusing on its role in family relationships and its alignment with Minangkabau customs. A qualitative methodology was employed, using interviews and field observations with local adat leaders, community elders, and knowledgeable informants. The findings reveal that palangkahan money is not just a financial exchange but a symbolic gesture intended to maintain emotional harmony between siblings, particularly when the younger sibling marries before the older one. The amount of palangkahan money is flexible, varying according to family agreements and the economic capabilities of the parties involved. This adaptability is crucial in maintaining the tradition's relevance in modern times. The study concludes that the tradition of palangkahan money plays a significant role in preserving cultural values, fostering mutual respect, and ensuring family harmony. It also highlights the interaction between Minangkabau cultural norms and Islamic teachings, showing how the practice adapts to contemporary religious and social frameworks. The academic contribution of this study lies in offering a nuanced perspective on how local customs persist and evolve within the context of modern social dynamics. The research also underscores the importance of qualitative fieldwork in capturing the lived experiences of individuals within a specific cultural context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan pengelolaan aset tetap pada Badan Perencanaan, Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bappelitbangda) Kabupaten Takalar. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) yang menemukan sejumlah permasalahan krusial, termasuk ketidaksesuaian data aset, kelemahan dalam sistem pencatatan, rendahnya validitas laporan aset, serta temuan indikasi kerugian negara yang berpotensi mengganggu akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesesuaian praktik pengelolaan aset dengan regulasi yang berlaku, efektivitas upaya perbaikan yang dilakukan, serta integrasi antara proses pengelolaan dan pelaporan aset tetap di Bappelitbangda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengelolaan aset masih tergolong lemah, ditandai dengan rendahnya akurasi data, kurangnya pembaruan informasi, serta masih dominannya penggunaan sistem manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan administratif. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan aset, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa strategi, antara lain digitalisasi sistem administrasi aset, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan teknis, penyusunan kebijakan internal, serta pengembangan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) pengelolaan aset tetap. Penerapan strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efisiensi tata kelola aset pemerintah daerah. This research aims to analyze strategies for strengthening fixed asset management at the Regional Planning, Development, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bappelitbangda) of Takalar Regency. The study is motivated by findings from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), which identified critical issues such as inconsistencies in asset data, weaknesses in record-keeping, low validity of asset reports, and indications of state financial losses that may undermine accountability in regional financial management. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, this research evaluates the alignment of current asset management practices with regulatory standards, the effectiveness of improvement efforts, and the integration between asset management and reporting processes. The findings reveal that asset management implementation remains weak, characterized by low data accuracy, insufficient systematic updates, and the continued use of manual administrative systems vulnerable to human error. To enhance asset governance quality, this study proposes several strategic recommendations, including digitalizing systems, building human resource capacity through technical training, formulating internal policies, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fixed asset management. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve accountability, transparency, and efficiency in regional government asset management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran Ombudsman dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di Kantor Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan. Ombudsman merupakan lembaga negara yang bersifat independen dan memiliki mandat untuk mengawasi jalannya pelayanan publik di Indonesia guna memastikan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh instansi pemerintah maupun lembaga penyelenggara layanan publik lainnya sesuai dengan prinsip akuntabilitas, profesionalitas, keadilan, dan non-diskriminatif. Secara fungsional, Ombudsman menjalankan beberapa peran utama, antara lain menerima dan menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat, melakukan pengawasan aktif terhadap proses pelayanan publik, serta melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pencegahan maladministrasi melalui edukasi, koordinasi, dan rekomendasi kebijakan. Maladministrasi dimaknai sebagai tindakan atau prosedur pelayanan yang menyimpang dari ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan atau norma pelayanan, yang dapat merugikan warga negara baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Bentuk maladministrasi yang sering ditemukan mencakup penundaan berlarut, penyalahgunaan wewenang, tindakan tidak profesional, hingga diskriminasi pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan melalui observasi langsung serta wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat dan pelapor layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan telah berjalan, namun implementasinya belum optimal. Faktor penghambat utama dalam pelaksanaan tugas meliputi keterbatasan anggaran operasional, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan memadai, serta rendahnya tingkat pemahaman masyarakat mengenai fungsi dan mekanisme pelaporan kepada Ombudsman. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan, modernisasi strategi edukasi publik, serta optimalisasi alokasi sumber daya untuk memperkuat efektivitas peran Ombudsman dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang lebih berkualitas. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of the Ombudsman in implementing public service governance at the Regional Office of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in South Sulawesi. The Ombudsman serves as an independent state institution mandated to oversee public service delivery to ensure that governmental and non-governmental public service providers comply with the principles of accountability, professionalism, fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination. Functionally, the institution performs several critical roles, including receiving and processing public complaints, supervising the delivery of public services, and undertaking preventive measures through outreach, education, and policy advisory initiatives to reduce the incidence of maladministration. Maladministration refers to any action or procedural deviation from legal provisions or service standards that causes potential or actual harm to citizens. Common cases handled include prolonged delays, abuse of authority, discriminatory practices, and procedural ambiguity. This research employed a qualitative, fieldwork-based approach, involving direct observation and in-depth interviews with officials and service users. The findings indicate that although the Ombudsman of South Sulawesi has executed its mandate, the implementation remains suboptimal due to several constraints. Key challenges include limited operational funding, insufficient staffing and expertise, and low public awareness of the Ombudsman's functions and complaint mechanisms. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity, expanding public education strategies, improving inter-agency coordination, and increasing resource allocation are required to enhance the Ombudsman's role and effectiveness in ensuring higher standards of public service quality and accountability.
