Abstract

Child labor in many cases tends to experience various acts of crime and violence, even in the violation of their human rights, such as human trafficking and exploitation. Child labor has been regulated in various laws and regulations, including the Manpower Act. This paper examines three important key issues, namely: first, the legal protection of child labor in Indonesia based on labor and human rights laws, second, an analysis of the child labor protection rules applicable in Indonesia, and third, the emergence of child labor (child labor) in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research, where the study is literature. However, field data on this study were obtained from various related previous research results, both print and online sources. This research emphasized that the prohibition of working or employing children has been regulated in the Manpower Act which is closely related to efforts to protect children’s rights, which are also guaranteed protection in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights (Human Rights Act). The principle of child protection not only stipulated on Human Rights Act, but also Indonesian Manpower Act and Indonesia Child Protection Act. However, weaknesses of Manpower Act do not expressly prohibit child labor. In certain occupations, child labor is still permitted on various conditions. But in fact, these requirements are very difficult to control so that many children’s rights are violated.

Abstract

Abstract Central Java Education Office Report (2007) shows the number of women illiteracy in districts is relatively higher, 16.41% disparity. Year 2008 PUG implement pilot education project in 9 Districts / Cities. Year 2009 budget for Education PUG 3,5 Billion to realize RPJMD on Justice Mission realization of gender equality.Not all SKPD II District has aggregated data. This situation complicates policy-making autonomy to accelerate PUG. PUG implementation of education has been done with related offices and even synergize the state institutions and Universities. Reality PUG data base implementation of education becomes important-the strategic moment as the basic text of the Academic as well as a basic draft regional regulation Gender Responsive education. Keywords: Policy, Local Government, PUG, Education Abstrak Laporan Dinas Pendidikan Propinsi Jawa Tengah (2007) menunjukan angka buta huruf perempuan di kabupaten/kota relatif lebih tinggi, disparitas 16,41%. Tahun 2008 melaksanakan Pilot Proyek PUG pendidikan di 9 Kabupaten/Kota. Tahun 2009 menganggarkan PUG Pendidikan 3,5 Milyard untuk merealisasikan RPJMD pada Misi terwujudnya Keadilan dan kesetaraan gender. Belum seluruh SKPD II Kabupaten/Kota mempunyai data pilah. Keadaan ini mempersulit pembuatan kebijakan otonomi daerah untuk mempercepat PUG. Pelaksanaan PUG pendidikan sudah dilakukan  dengan mensinergiskan dinas terkait bahkan lembaga negara dan Perguruan Tinggi. Realita data base pelaksanaan PUG pendidikan menjadi moment penting-strategis sebagai dasar Naskah Akademik sekaligus menjadi dasar Raperda  pendidikan Responsif  Gender. Abstract

The state must be built from two concepts that is law and democracy. Paradigm shift in constitutional law in the amendment to the 1945 democratic consequences formation process of legislation, including regulation. This means that its formation must meet the normative dimension of democracy and sociological material. Normative dimension Stufenbautheory analyzed in accordance with Law No.10 of 2004, Law No.23 of 2004 and Permendagri No. 16 of 2006. Material dimension of democracy sociological perspective can be analyzed with the legal workings Chambliss, Seidman, Selznick and responsive Nonet-Habermas's Communication Theory of Justice. Abstract

The right to education is a fundamental human right and must be fulfilled by the state. However, the right to education, especially for women with underage marriages (child marriages), has not yet had adequate education. This paper aims to analyze the legal and social aspects of children's educational rights, especially women with conditions of underage marriage (child marriage) in Indonesia. This study examines the formal juridical aspects of the protection and guarantee of education rights for women and social aspects related to the constraints of fulfilling women's education. This research is a normative juridical study in which this study looks at the community's various facts based on the applicable legal rules. This research's social aspects are seen based on various social theories related to this research study; the data and facts obtained in this study are data sourced from previous research, both print and online media. This research confirms that child marriage is motivated by many factors, one of which is economic conditions so that women cannot achieve the rights to education. However, according to the 1945 Constitution Article 31 paragraph (1) that every citizen has the right to get an education. However, there are no strict criminal sanctions for families who leave their children out of school in terms of law enforcement.

Abstract

Dakwah is an important thing in Islam, therefore between da’wah and Islam have an inseparable relationship. Islam as the religion of rahmatanlil’alamin needs to be done seriously to realize the values   of the mercy in Islam in a more concrete form. Da’wah other than known as the process of delivering Islamic teachings also need to be understood that da’wah is also a process of application and actualization of Islamic teachings in a more real form to be perceived by every Muslim, and it can be realized in da’wah activities in the form of tadbir and tathwir.

Abstract

This article seeks to discusses anti-corruption policies in Indonesia and Hong Kong. This research arises from the phenomenon of corruption that has become widespread in Indonesia and seems to be a never-endingproblem that has caused great damage in all sectors of life. It's not only a matter of how much the state loss or corrupt modus operandi that is even more sophisticated and even makes Indonesia one of the highest-rankingcountries in corruption cases, but it is also a matter of law enforcement whihch is less smart in handling corruption cases themselves. On the other hand, reportedly having a different approach in combating corruption, Hong Kong is considered to have been successful in carrying out its duties. With comparative study, this article will elaborate various patterns of work conducted by anti-corruption institutions in Indonesia and Hong Kong, namely the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Setiap ibu bersalin pasti mengeluh nyeri saat persalinan sedang berlangsung, Nyeri persalinan kala 1 diakibatkan oleh adanya dilatasi serviks dan segmen bawah uterus dan distensi korpus uteri. Tingkat nyeri kala 1 terjadi karena adanya kekuatan kontraksi uterus dan dorongan atau tekanan yang tinggi. Rasa nyeri dalam persalinan kala 1 menimbulkan efek tersendiri bagi setiap ibu bersalin, diantaranya terjadi perubahan tekanan darah, denyut nadi, pernafasan tidak teratur, merasa mual dan ingin muntah, keringat berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap tingkat nyeri pada ibu bersalin intrapartum kala 1 fase aktif di BPM Hj. Umi Salamah Kecamatan Peterongan. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pra-eksperimental (One-Group Pra-Post test Design). Populasi sejumlah 30 responden mencakup semua ibu inpartu yang bersalin di BPM Hj. Umi Salamah Kecamatan Peterongan. Sampelnya menggunakan tekhnik Purposive Sampling. Variabel independen terapi musik, variabel dependen tingkat nyeri ibu bersalin, instrumen pengumpulan data dengan cara mengobservasi intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi dan checklist, uji statistik yang dipakai Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat nyeri yang awalnya dari 30 responden seluruhnya (100,0 %) mengalami tingkat nyeri berat, menjadi 19 responden yang sebagian besar (63,3 %) mengalami tingkat nyeri sedang setelah diberikan terapi musik. Pembahasan : Hasil dari uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi musik terhadap tingkat nyeri pada ibu bersalin intrapartum kala 1 fase aktif di BPM Hj. Umi Salamah Kecamatan Peterongan. Bagi petugas kesehatan, diharapkan menjadikan terapi musik ini untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada ibu bersalin intrapartum kala 1 fase aktif. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio indikator tingkat kesehatan bank terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Rasio indikator tingkat kesehatan bank yang diuji yaitu CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NIM (Net Interest Margin), NPL (Non Performing Loan), NPM (Net Profit Margin), BOPO (Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tahunan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI yang dipublikasikan selama periode pengamatan tahun 2009-2013. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009-2013. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan variabel NIM, NPL, NPM, BOPO dan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata kunci: rasio indikator tingkat kesehatan bank, pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

The various traditions that have implications for women's lives, including the traditions that exist in Indonesia in each region. Lembak community is one part of a tribe in Bengkulu Province, which has a unique tradition as a local power. In examining this problem, the author uses a qualitative method using the phenomenological thinking section. The author analyzes the data found in the field using bidaya hemeneutik, Cliford Great, according to the researchers photographing the Lembak community in accordance with the perceptions of the culture owner community that is the Lembak community and also the views of the community outside the culture.

Abstract

Coastal community is people who live and carry out socio-economic activities related to the coastal and its resources. One of the cultural wealth owned by the coastal community is sea alms. The purpose of this paper is to describe the symbolic meaning of the Barikan tradition in Mojo Village, describe how the community interprets the Barikan tradition, and find out the factors that influence the Barikan tradition in Mojo Village that still exists amid modernization. This research is expected to find and develop knowledge related to symbolic meaning in the Barikan tradition as well as contribute to the development of science, especially Social Studies Education, which includes social change. Data sources are informants, documents, and phenomena or events. The results showed that the symbolic meaning of the Barikan Tradition was in the buffalo head, tumpeng, and the offerings tradition. The village head interprets the barikan tradition as identity, the fishers as a ritual, and teenagers as entertainment. The factors that influence the Barikan tradition to continue to exist are the historical and mythical factors that have developed in the community. Thus far, there has been no change in the Barikan tradition even though the times have led to modernization.
