Abstract

This study examines the implementation of educational quality management at MA Dalwa, which is located in the Darullughah Wadda'wah Raci Bangil Islamic Boarding School. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, this study explores the application of the "Qudwatuna" leadership model, which is oriented towards exemplary behavior in developing educational quality. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis techniques employing the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational quality management at MA Dalwa includes strict student recruitment, improving the quality of teaching staff through ongoing training, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, transparent financial management, and systematic evaluation of educational quality. The Qudwatuna leadership model emphasizes the importance of leaders as role models for the entire academic community, both in academic and moral aspects. A holistic approach that encompasses academic, religious, and practical skills produces graduates who are competent and possess strong character. MA Dalwa's success in enhancing the quality of education can serve as a model for other Islamic educational institutions, particularly in Islamic boarding school settings. This study contributes to the development of quality management models in Islamic boarding schools, particularly in implementing a continuous improvement system and exemplifying leadership based on Islamic values and modern management principles.

Abstract

Garut Regency is one of the 13 districts designated by the West Java Provincial Government as a halal tourist destination because the various tours that Garut Regency has, such as natural, cultural, special interest, and artificial tourism are very supportive of the development of halal tourism in Indonesia, especially Java. West. Moreover, the majority of Garut residents are Muslim (99.77%). Various selected facilities for sharia tourism, such as hotels, continue to be developed based on the Muslim friendly principle. However, the use of sharia in hotels in Garut as promoted by the Garut Tourism Office is a self-declaration until now, there are no hotels in Garut that already have a halal certificate. So that the problem points to be formulated and known in this study is the extent to which hotels in Garut, especially in the tourist area of ​​Cipanas, have fulfilled the Islamic concept based on Permen Paweka No. 2 of 2014 concerning "Guidelines for Conducting Sharia Hotel Businesses." The approach used in analyzing the hotel is the fuzzy logic approach, which has the advantage that it can be used to analyze data in both exact and social research. This method is applied by researchers to determine hotel priorities based on the product, service, and management variables that are in the criteria for the hilal-1 sharia hotel. These criteria will be included in the fuzzy system variables so that hotels in Garut can be determined whether they are good, good, standard, or bad.

Abstract

This research is to find out a strategy to increase competency at the MA Zainul Anwar institution. How to implement the Independent Curriculum, which is an important tool in the learning process and is always updated in accordance with societal developments, where the main objectives are students, society and subjects. Speed plays an important role for an educational institution in creating learning tools that involve planning and learning. Based on this background, the formulation of this research problem is how to improve student competency strategies by implementing an independent curriculum at MA Zainul Anwar. This research uses qualitative research methods obtained through interviews, observation, documentation and taking studies from several educational journals. Use This qualitative method makes it easier to obtain relevant information or data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that through the independence policy, MA Zainul Anwar has started efforts to increase the competence of his students through learning the Merdeka Curriculum, Eskrakuriler and talent interests to improve Human Resources. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antara pendapatan keluarga dan minat pemuda dengan keputusan mereka melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh menggunakan survei terhadap pemuda di Desa Wonorejo. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan keluarga memiliki pengaruh signifikan, di mana keluarga dengan penghasilan lebih tinggi cenderung memberikan peluang lebih besar bagi anak-anak mereka untuk melanjutkan kuliah. Selain itu, minat yang kuat dalam bidang tertentu menjadi faktor penting, bahkan dalam menghadapi keterbatasan ekonomi.Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang program yang mendukung peningkatan akses pendidikan, terutama bagi pemuda di daerah pedesaan. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pendidikan, diharapkan dapat diambil langkah-langkah strategis guna meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of the main character's traits in the short story Sri Sumarah by Umar Kayam to the values of everyday life, particularly within the framework of a patriarchal culture that shapes and restricts women's roles. Utilizing Simone de Beauvoir’s existentialist feminist perspective, the study employs a qualitative descriptive method combined with content analysis to explore and interpret the character of Sri Sumarah. The findings reveal that women are often idealized for their sacrifices, which, in reality, are manifestations of gender inequality and the suppression of individual autonomy. Female identity is constructed through social norms dictated by patriarchal structures. The characterization of Sri Sumarah is profoundly relevant to contemporary life, especially in relation to modern women who are increasingly expected to demonstrate independence and psychological resilience. Despite societal and cultural limitations, she retains the freedom to make decisions that shape her life. Her determination and ability to endure in challenging situations demonstrate that women can define the meaning of their own lives without depending on societal recognition or patriarchal definitions. The values presented in Sri Sumarah, such as patience, sincerity, perseverance, and self-reliance, can inspire contemporary women to face life’s challenges with greater strength and independence. Thus, this short story not only teaches moral values but also offers a new perspective on understanding women's struggles within broader social and cultural contexts.

Abstract

Background: The Tazwidul Mufrodat program is a program that is carried out to add new vocabulary and will later be developed into work both in conversation and in written form. Purpose: This article aims to determine the effect and how much influence the Tazwidul Mufrodat program has on the ability to write insya’ intensive semester IV students. Method: This research used the quantitative approach with the type of causal link. The population in this article were 53 intensive female student. Data collection tecniques used are questionnaires, written tests, observation the result of tazwidul mufrodat’s reseach on the ability to write insya’, a fourth semester intensive student at the Al-Amien Prenduan institute. Results and Discussion: Based on the results of the calculation of the F test, it was found that the calculated F value was 2,891. So t count > t table (6,298 > 1,671). Then the tazwidul mufrodat program for intensive famele student in fourth semester at institute Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan and the R Square value shows a value of 0.054 meaning that the tazwidul mufrodat program has an effect of 0.054 or 5.4 % while others are influenced by other factors outside the independent variable. This shows significance 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.

Abstract

Islamic crowdfunding is a financial innovation based on information technology that adheres to Sharia principles, such as the prohibition of riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (speculation), and utilizes contracts such as musyarakah and mudharabah. Using a normative legal approach, this research examines the compatibility of Bizhare.id’s contract structure and operational practices with Islamic economic law and national regulations, including OJK Regulation No. 57/POJK.04/2020 and DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 140/2021. The findings reveal that Bizhare.id is not only legally and Sharia-compliant, but also contributes to expanding access to halal capital, promoting Sharia financial literacy, and fostering equitable and sustainable economic empowerment for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Every human being is endowed with potential in himself. This potential must be managed correctly to produce academic and non-academic achievements. An achievement is a form of proving the success of learning and mastery of science. Many madrasas have an achievement crisis due to the mismanagement of students’ potential. This study aims to provide new formulations to map students’ potential and develop the potential for achievement. They are taking the pilot of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Malang City as an Islamic educational institution. This research method is field-based with a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is taken from the principal, vice principal for student affairs, and the head of Ma'had there. The results showed that, first, the potential management developed was to trace students’ potential through the acceptance of academic and non-academic achievement pathways according to the vision and character of the madrasah. The next stage is the development of potential: 1) cleaning and integration. Potential finalization results are filtered through unstructured interview test methods and excellent program-based question presentations. This stage produces clusters of science, language, and Islam; 2) pattern recognition. Merit awards evidence clustering based on the school's flagship program; 3) knowledge presentation. In the form of periodic evaluations to ensure that students have been able to achieve achievements. Second, the pattern of potential development is based on Islamic boarding schools, and each cluster has a markaz supported by a laboratory.

Abstract

Abstract:Conditional release of prisoners can be given when the convict has fulfilled the terms and conditions that apply in article 82 of Permenkumham Number 3 Year 2018. However, problems arise when the president takes the initiative to provide parole to prisoners, especially terrorism prisoners. Even though there are no provisions in the president's prerogative provisions that directly give authority to the president to be able to release prisoners, except the provisions that require prisoners to file clemency, amnesty, abolition and rehabilitation. Because of this, in this simple article the author conducted a discussion.Keywords: Conditional Release, President's Authority, Terrorism Abstrak:Pembebasan bersyarat terhadap narapidana dapat diberikan pada saat terpidana telah memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku pada pasal 82 Permenkumham Nomor 3 Tahun 2018. Namun, permasalahan muncul pada saat presiden berinisiatif untuk memberikan pembebasan bersyarat terhadap narapidana khususnya narapidana terorisme. Padahal dalam ketentuan mengenai hak prerogatif presiden tidak ada ketentuan yang secara langsung memberikan kewenangan kepada presiden untuk dapat membebaskan narapidana. Kecuali ketentuan yang mensyaratkan narapidana mengajukan grasi, amnesti, abolisi dan rehabilitasi. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of inclusive Islamic Religious Education (PAI)at SMPIT Al Uswah Bangil, focusing on strategies that integrate students with specialneeds into regular classrooms. The research highlights the school’s adaptive approach,combining modified lesson plans, flexible teaching methods (lectures, Q&A,demonstrations, and technology), and strategic classroom management to ensureequitable learning. Key findings reveal that personalized instruction, peercollaboration, and supportive teacher-student relationships enhance participation andcomprehension for all learners. While assessments follow the standard curriculum,accommodations are made to address diverse abilities. The study also underscores theeffectiveness of faith-based interventions, such as Quranic therapy and reward-penaltysystems, in supporting students with special needs. Ultimately, the findings advocatefor stronger institutional commitment to inclusive education, backed by parentalinvolvement and policy reforms, affirming education as a universal right that mustcater to every learner’s unique potential.
