Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada pembelajaran tata cara bacaan dan gerakan sholat serta mandi wajib. Memahami dan mengamalkan tata cara sholat dan mandi wajib yang benar merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran agama. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Dadakitan, yang ditujukan untuk siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6, sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan mata kuliah pendidikan agama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan digunakan metode service learning, yaitu pendekatan pengajaran yang menggabungkan tujuan akademik dan pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik terhadap masalah sosial, yang diukur dari perubahan persepsi atas isu yang dihadapi kelompok sasaran sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian, yang dilaporkan melalui jurnal berskala. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap tata cara sholat dan mandi wajib yang benar. Selain itu, siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dalam karakter dan nilai moral. Kegiatan ini memberikan dukungan penuh kepada peserta didik agar mereka mampu mengalami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran tata cara ibadah Islam melalui metode service learning sangat efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai moral siswa. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman yang benar terhadap amalan ibadah, tetapi juga membudayakan individu masyarakat melalui transfer ilmu pengetahuan yang relevan antara teori dan praktik.

Abstract

This research examines sibaliparri in terms of fiqh and the culture of Mandar people. It applies qualitative descriptive research which is obtained based on the result of interview of some leaders and Mandar people from various professions and relevant sources. The result of this research states that sibaliparri is one concept of Mandar cultural values which is firmly intimate on society. This image means the concept of togetherness, mutual cooperation also equality in all fields including household life at a time. The implementation of sibaliparri values in household life of Mandar people can be in the picture of understanding, loving each other, mutual cooperation, and sincerity for example when a wife gives a birth then a husband takes over the household matters. Sibaliparri values related to family welfare are reflected in various fields, namely education, home economics, decision making, religious life, and health. Al-Qur’an is a principle and guide about justice which covers various recommendations to enforce economic justice, cultural politic and gender. In general, Al-Qur’an desires women not to be complementary creature and be the second position compared to men. Al-Qur’an provides guide clearly that all humans are equal and not different in terms of gender instead of the level of loyalty and piety.  Other hadiths give women more respect than men and argue that women are domestic creatures but their position is fair and proportional, meaning that in certain circumstances men and women have different roles according to their needs and suitability.

Abstract

Moringa oleifera leaves are highly nutritious and have great potential to be developed into functional foods. In Salo Timur Village, moringa has traditionally been used in simple dishes, but innovative modern products such as dim sum have not been widely explored. This community service activity aimed to educate local residents on how to process moringa leaves into a healthy snack called Moringa Dimsum, as a form of nutritious and economically valuable food diversification. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a participatory educational approach based on a case study. The activity did not involve hands-on practice by participants, but rather focused on presentations by a guest speaker, interactive discussions, and the distribution of recipes and product testers. The results showed that participants responded positively to the introduced recipe, recognized its nutritional benefits, and saw its potential as a home-based business opportunity. The program also produced a recipe book titled Moringa Dimsum as a form of documentation and dissemination of local food innovation. This educational activity proved effective in raising nutritional awareness and opening up economic opportunities based on local resources.

Abstract

The SPBI 2×200 KL construction project, initially planned to be completed in 360 days, experienced significant delays in the 21st week, with a progress deviation of -16.434%. To address this issue, the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) acceleration method was implemented by adding 4 hours of overtime work per day. This strategy successfully shortened the project duration from 336 days to 231 days, reducing the total project time by 37%. The acceleration efforts were focused on critical paths that influenced the project's completion. Although there was a 17.1% increase in direct costs due to overtime wages, additional labor, and extra materials, the application of TCTO effectively reduced indirect costs associated with prolonged project duration, such as administrative and operational expenses. Overall, this method proved to be effective in bringing the project back on schedule and preventing further losses due to delays.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks pada siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas siswa tidak mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya keaktifan dan konsentrasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks prosedur kompleks melalui Take and Give pada siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan model Take and Give dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks dapat meningkatkan kualitas aktivitas siswa dari siklus I yang berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan skor 263 (82,19%) menjadi kategori baik dengan skor 246 (76,87 %) pada siklus II, dan (2) terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari prasiklus yang semula 15,26 % dengan rata-rata kelas 64,68meningkat pada Siklus I menjadi 71,87 % dengan rata-rata kelas 76,09, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 90,62 % pada Siklus II dengan rata-rata kelas 83,12.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Take and Give dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement or Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) program carried out in the South Jakarta State High School area II in Tebet sub-district. This research is a type of evaluation research with a qualitative approach using the gap evaluation model or Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) developed by Malcom Provus. So that the implementation of the GLS program in terms of design, installation, process, and product. The data is obtained through observation, interviews, and study documents. Principals and teachers in these schools have implemented a school literacy movement program by the indicators of the school literacy movement contained in the master design of the school literacy movement in secondary schools. The condition of the school has fulfilled the adequacy and adequacy of facilities and infrastructure that support the school literacy movement program. The competencies of school principals and teachers have been able to develop the school literacy movement program The results of the study stated that the level of achievement of the GLS program in Tebet sub-district high schools was in the High category. This means that for the most part, even all program indicators have been implemented or are available according to criteria.

Abstract

The exploration of technological advancements in the field of education has introduced innovative digital-based learning media, one of which is the Game Educaplay. This media is considered to enhance student engagement interactively, particularly in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes active, enjoyable, and student-centered learning. In the context of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning for third-grade elementary school students, this media has the potential to facilitate understanding of the material and create a more engaging and effective learning environment. This study aims to explore the use of interactive web-based learning media using Game Educaplay in IPAS learning for third-grade students under the Merdeka Curriculum and to understand the perceptions of teachers and students regarding this media. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation at SD Negeri 15 Koto Baru, with subjects including the class teacher and third-grade students. The results of the study indicate that the use of Game Educaplay can make learning more effective, assist group work, increase student enthusiasm and motivation, facilitate the evaluation process, and reinforce understanding of the material. Both teachers and students gave positive responses to this media, making it an innovative alternative that supports IPAS learning in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This assistance activity focuses on efforts to reduce stunting through the nutrition garden program in Sumberdawesari Village, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used is Participatory Action Research with data collection techniques including interviews and Focus Group Discussions. The subjects of this community service activity include toddlers experiencing malnutrition or stunting, their parents, Posyandu cadres, farmer groups, and Family Welfare and Empowerment Organization. The results of the community service activities regarding the creation and management of the nutrition garden show that the program received positive appreciation from the community. The nutrition garden program has proven to have a significant impact on improving clean and healthy living behaviors, particularly in vegetable consumption habits, as well as providing economic benefits, food security, and enhancing community participation. Additional activities include providing supplementary food to support the growth of stunted toddlers. To support the sustainability and improvement of community nutrition, a nutrition garden group named Bhakti Bumi was established. Furthermore, the community was educated on nutritious food management through the presence of a nutrition expert from the Grati Pasuruan Health Center.

Abstract

One of the food businesses that has high competitiveness is Padang restaurants. Padang restaurants are known as delicious restaurants that can adapt to the tastes of the entire community. In the 1950s to 1970s, Padang restaurants experienced rapid growth. Many Minangkabau entrepreneurs opened their businesses in various cities, thus creating business competition. Tight business competition encourages Padang restaurants to continue to improve quality and innovation. However, this competition also poses challenges such as monopolistic practices and unhealthy business competition. The problems in this thesis are the existence of unhealthy competition in the Padang restaurant business and legal settlement efforts that can be taken if a dispute occurs between Padang restaurants. This problem was triggered by a 38-second viral video showing the actions of a number of people removing the "Padang Cuisine" label in Sukadana Village which sells food at prices below market prices, which are only IDR 9,000 per portion. This study uses the Normative research method. The results of the analysis show that the practice of revoking the “Padang Cuisine” label is because the owner of the Padang restaurant in Sukadana Village sells food at a price below the market price, which is only IDR 9,000 per portion. Based on Article 20 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. It can be concluded that what the owner of the restaurant in Sukadana Village did was an act prohibited by Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. Because the restaurant sets a price that is very low or below the market price, it is detrimental to other Padang restaurant business owners.

Abstract

Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang berperan penting dalam menangkal dan memperbaiki kerusakan sel yang ditimbulkan radikal bebas yang juga berpotensi menimbulkan stres oksidatif di dalam sistem biologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas antioksidan dari ekstrak etanol kulit buah mangga (Mangifera indica L.) dibandingkan vitamin C sebagai kontrol positif. Metode maserasi dipilih sebagai proses ekstraksi sampel dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Uji skrining fitokimia dilakukan secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, tanin, steroid dan triterpenoid. Temuan skrining fitokimia mengindikasikan adanya senyawa metabolit sekunder yang ada pada sampel segar, simplisia maupun ekstrak. Metode DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) digunakan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan, dengan pembacaan absorbansi pada panjang gelombang 515,60 nm melalui spektrofotometri. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai IC₅₀ yang diperoleh dari ekstrak etanol kulit mangga adalah 29,38 µg/mL, sedangkan vitamin C menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan lebih tinggi dengan nilai IC₅₀ sebesar 5,08 µg/mL. Berdasarkan kategori daya antioksidan, kedua sampel termasuk dalam kelompok antioksidan “sangat kuat.” Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa “kulit buah mangga berpotensi menjadi sumber antioksidan alami yang efektif”.
