Abstract

The aim of this research is to simulate the strength of the implant plate, as a method for healing tibia fractures by combining bone with a bone plate. Then model and analyze using ANSYS software to analyze loads such as deformation and the maximum distribution of von Mises stress values. The results of the Maximum Principal Stress analysis on the cobalt-chromium implant plate show a minimum value of -1.2527107 Pa (-12.527 MPa) and a maximum value of 7.57610 7Pa (75.76 MPa). Based on the research results, Co-Cr material has significant advantages compared to steel as an implant material. In addition, this material has excellent corrosion resistance and very good biocompatibility, making it safe for long-term use in the human body without significant risk of allergic reactions or irritation.

Abstract

In the work landscape in the modern world, it is increasingly digitized and the change in the work paradigm in the current digital era has given rise to new work patterns and the main approach to how Generation Z manages their professional and personal lives; Work-Life Balance and Work-Life Integration. This study aims to explore and examine the preferences and perceptions of Generation Z towards new work patterns, especially in the context of creative industry startups. By using qualitative methods and data obtained from interviews with Gen Z employees in several creative industry startup companies in Jakarta. From the results of the study, it was identified that the majority of Generation Z employees are more likely to choose Work-Life Integration preferences, which they consider to be more in line with lifestyle and lifestyle in this digital era. Such as the lifestyle of Generation Z in the use of technology that they can access and have and how they combine personal and professional activities. However, in practice, it is found that there is a need for clear and healthy boundaries so that this flexibility does not lead to work burnout, this study highlights how important the role of company management is in creating a balanced, supportive and adaptive work environment and policies that are supportive and adaptive to the needs of Gen Z which is certainly oriented towards the sustainability of young employee productivity.

Abstract

MAN I merupakan salah satu diantara madrasah negeri yang sedang menerapkan kurikulum merdeka yang didalamnya terdapat mata pelajaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek MAN I Kota Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam kurikulum merdeka di MAN I Kota Bima masih dalam tahap awal implementasi. Guru dan siswa masih dalam proses penyesuaian dengan kurikulum baru. Dan Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam kurikulum merdeka telah terlaksana, dimulai dari persiapan guru menyusun modul ajar. Guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dimulai dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Kemudian di luar pembelajaran, siswa melaksanakan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5). Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab yaitu : Siswa, guru,media yang kurang memadai, lingkungan berbahasa dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower the community in developing the boat dock area in Darussalam Village as a sustainable ecotourism area. The method used in this activity is direct outreach to the community and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results obtained show that the pier in Darussalam village has the potential to be developed into an ecotourism area based on its potential. This is also supported by the enthusiasm of the village community in managing the environment sustainably. There is a need for collaboration in developing ecotourism areas so that they can support improving the economy of the surrounding community. This service can indirectly increase community knowledge in managing natural resource potential, foster a mindset to collaborate to form a community that has the potential to increase community economic income, and create initiatives to form tourism awareness community groups as an effort to manage the sustainable environment.

Abstract

This study's objective is to determine the level of students' mathematical literacy skills before and after using the My Trip Math Adventure game. This research method uses a quantitative approach and employs a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study was grade V students of elementary school Inpres 15 Wara. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study indicated that there was an increase in students' mathematical literacy skills after the implementation of the My Trip Math Adventure game. The present study is based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics for students' mathematical literacy skills before the implementation of the My Trip Math Adventure game. Following the implementation of the My Trip Math Adventure game, 33% of students rated their mathematical literacy skills as high, while 67% rated them as very high. The results of the inferential statistical analysis (paired sample T-test) obtained a significance value of <0.05, which means that there was an increase in students' mathematical literacy skills after the implementation of the My Trip Math Adventure game in elementary school.

Abstract

Pendidikan islam dalam teori dan praktik selalu mengalami perkembangan, hal ini disebabkan karena pendidikan islam secara teoritik memiliki dasar dan sumber rujukan yang tidak hanya berasal dari nalar, melainkan juga wahyu. Kombinasi ini adalah ideal, karena memadukan antara potensi akal manusia dan tuntunan firman Allah Swt. terkait dengan masalah pendidikan. Kombinasi ini adalah ciri khas pendidikan islam yang tidak dimiliki oleh konsep-konsep pendidikan pada umumnya yang hanya mengandalkan kekuatan akal dan budaya manusia. Diantara hal-hal yang urgen untuk dibahas adalah kajian tentang lingkungan pendidikan masyarakat. Usaha itu diantaranya dapat kita lakukan berangkat dari beberapa hadits tarbawi atau hadits yang bertemakan pendidikan. Dari hadits-hadits tersebut dapat kita gali kembali apa yang tersirat dan terlipat dalam sabda nabi yang mengandung mukjizat jawami'ul kalim. Ini merupakan sebuah kebutuhan bagi kita untuk menuju ke arah pendidikan yang lebih baik dan ideal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada saat PPL 1 untuk menganalisis asesmen dalam pembelajaran. Saat ini pembelajaran di sekolah masih menggunakan penyampaian materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru secara langsung. Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru belum mengetahui gaya belajar siswanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis asesmen diagnostic non kognitif pembelajaran berdiferensiasi kelas V SD Negeri P alebon 01 Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan angket yang diberikan kepada siswa untuk mendapatkan hasil gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil data bahwa siswa kelas VA SD Negeri Palebon 01 memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda. Gaya belajar visual menunjukkan 14 siswa, gaya belajar auditori menunjukkan 8 siswa, dan gaya belajar kinestetik menunjukkan 6 siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan memperhatikan gaya belajar, membuat antusias siswa dalam mengeksplorasi materi Pelajaran, hal ini mampu meningkatkan potensi siswa.

Abstract

This research is presented to contribute to what business strategies Bank Syariah Indonesia can optimize in optimizing BSI mobile services for transaction satisfaction using a SWOT analysis approach. Data analysis was carried out by exploring data through observation, interviews and documentation, which was followed by a data reduction process, testing data validity and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, researchers found that BSI mobile banking services are currently at coordinates 0.70; 0.51, where these coordinates are in quadrant 1, namely an aggressive strategy. This strategy shows the situation that BSI bank can optimize BSI mobile banking services in increasing satisfaction by using all their strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. One of these strategies can be in the form of (1) Improving the quality of products and service features (2) Maintaining the satisfaction of existing customers by improving the quality of transactions that are safe, precise and fast, (3) Increasing the security protection of customer data, (4) Evaluating feedback from past and current customers in designing future market share, (5) Strengthening promotional tools in introducing the benefits of BSI Mobile Banking service features, and (6) Reaching potential new customers in expanding market expansion .

Abstract

Background: Ischemic stroke is a non-communicable disease that has irreversible and modifiable risk factors. One of the risk factors that can be changed in preventing ischemic stroke is smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between smoking and the incidence of ischemic stroke from several previous studies. Subjects and Method: This article was compiled with a systematic review and meta-analysis study. This study uses the PICO model as follows. Population= Patients at Risk of Ischemic Stroke, Intervention= Smoking, Comparison= Not Smoking, and Outcome= Ischemic Stroke Incidence. The articles used in this study were obtained from several databases including PubMed and ScienceDirect. This article was collected within 1 month. The keywords to search for articles were as follows: Current AND Smoking OR Tobacco OR Cigarettes AND Hypertension AND "Ischemic Stroke" OR CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident). Results: Nine articles reviewed in this meta-analysis were from Lebanon, Mexico, Pakistan, Finland, Pakistan, United States of America, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Iran. In this study, smokers had a 1.66 times risk of developing an ischemic stroke compared to nonsmokers and it was statistically significant (aOR= 1.66; 95%CI= 1.48 to 1.86; p< 0.001). People who smoked had a 1.66 times risk. experienced the incidence of isleemic stroke compared to non-smokers and was statistically significant (aOR= 1.66; 95%CI= 1.48 to 1.86; p< 0.001). Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is one solution to overcome the problem of unemployment, because now people will not be satisfied with meeting their needs only relying on the results of being an employee. The increasing need, this affects the people themselves to be able to survive or not live their lives, and therefore becoming an entrepreneur is one of the solutions in addition to unemployment problems but also human survival. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of entrepreneurial interest and to test hypotheses regarding the effect of self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit on interest in becoming an entrepreneur. The method used in this research is descriptive research. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, this research uses the research method used is the survey method. The sampling in this study was from a population of 663 students of the economics faculty, level I, II, and III with a sample of 10% in each batch. The results of the analysis show that positive self-confidence towards interest in becoming an entrepreneur is partially and significantly with a linear regression coefficient of 0.342, entrepreneurial spirit has a positive effect on interest in becoming an entrepreneur partially and significantly with a regression coefficient of 0.447, and self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit have a positive effect simultaneously. and significant to the interest in becoming an entrepreneur with the regression equation Y = 3.109 + 0.342X1 + 0.447X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that changes in interest in becoming an entrepreneur can be influenced by changes in self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit by 22.6%, the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors.
