Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor organisasi yang mendukung pelaksanaan fungsi Manajerial, Internal, Teknis, Rutin dan Analisis (MITRA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Analisis (kualitatif). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Barombong yang terdiri dari 14 orang. Sedangkan informannya adalah camat, sekretaris camat, staf / pegawai dan masyarakat. Faktor organisasional yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan fungsi MITRA adalah (a) kepemimpinan, (b) budaya organisasi, (c) komunikasi, (d) teknologi. Dari keempat faktor tersebut, hanya aspek teknologi yang masih perlu ditingkatkan karena penggunaan dan penyediaan teknologi masih rendah. Akibatnya pelaksanaan pelayanan efektif tetapi belum mampu dikategorikan sebagai pelayanan yang efisien. Kata Kunci: MITRA; Organisasional; Perkantoran Modern

Abstract

Penggunaan jaringan Local Area Network (LAN) yaitu PT. Citra Solusi Pratama. Namun dalam implementasinya terdapat beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan penggunaan pada jaringan tersebut, seperti kurangnnya sebuah manajemen, konfigurasi keamanan dan kebijakan keamanan (security policy). Maka dibutuhkan analisis dan perancangan untuk pengembangan jaringan yang lebih baik dari segi performa dan keamanan, salah satunya menggunakan konsep Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN).Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) dapat diimplementasikan pada jaringan LAN untuk segmentasi jaingan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efensiensi performa jaringan dan keamanan dengan menggunakan Access Control List. Pengembangan jaringan dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pada keadaan jaringan di PT. Citra Solusi Pratama (exsiting) menggunakan metode NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) yaitu mencakup analysis, Design, Simulation, Implementation, Monitoring, dan Manangement. Penggunaan VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP) akan memudahkan network administrator dalam mengelola VLAN.Kata kunci : Network, keamanan, Virtual

Abstract

The North Sumatra region is an area with the potential for earthquakes originating from volcanic and oceanic eruptions which have resulted in many fatalities. Therefore, through the application of automatic monitoring and control system technology connected to the internet of things (IoTs), it is the right solution to provide efforts to increase security for residents of the house to always be vigilant. The security enhancement method referred to in this study is a home security system protection system by anticipating earthquakes. The advantage of this tool is that it applies a notification security system method with a sensitivity sensor which is automatically sent via email and sonor buzzer which also acts as sound vibrations due to an earthquake. The test results show that when a vibration occurs, the system will send a short email message to the user's smartphone so that the user will receive an email in the form of a warning message that the state of the house has an earthquake and the light-emitting diode (LED) interrupts and the buzzer is also on so that the alarm sounds which has been integrated into IoT. Then an integrated security monitoring system using the web can be monitored in real time.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is designing an Electric Car Prototype, a technology design using Arduino Uno, L298N Driver Module, and HC-06 Bluetooth sensor which is controlled automatically using an application. The method used is a hybrid PLTS (Solar Power Plant) system based on Arduino Uno. This prototype combines electrical energy from batteries with solar energy produced by solar panels, and the main controller is Arduino Uno. Tests were carried out to evaluate the performance and efficiency of this electric car. The results of solar panel experiments in designing electric car prototypes, testing will be carried out on the efficiency of solar panels on the power produced. The following is the data from the experimental results measured through the following table 2 experiments. solar panels were installed on the roof or other parts exposed to sunlight on a prototype electric car. Solar panels consist of photovoltaic solar cells which are capable of converting solar energy into electrical energy. When sunlight falls on a solar panel, the solar cell produces an electric current. The electric current generated from the solar cell is then channeled to the charging module to charge the battery. The battery charging module regulates the voltage and electric current according to battery charging needs. This is important so that the battery does not receive too much or too little power during the charging process. After passing through the battery charging module, the electrical energy from the solar panels is used to charge the electric car battery. Electric car batteries function as energy storage which is used to control the engine and other electronic systems in the car. Obtained were the development of an environmentally friendly and sustainable electric vehicle.

Abstract

Cartography is a science on making a map or globe. As of now the field of cartography constitute visualization in 2-dimensional form (2D). In order to fix the quality of the cartography, a map similar to thereal situation in three-dimensional visualization (3D) can be created. The research aims to design a beach tourism created by Google SketchUp application. Designing of 3D map is in accordance with the rules of software engineering that starts from planning, modeling and construction. Google SketchUp is an excellent graphics software in the manufacture of physical design such as building design, home design, etc. In addition to ease of building design, the excellence of Google SketchUp also makes it easy to build a 3D design that gives more interesting impression compared to 2D design. The instrument of expert validation performed by 3 experts validator who is a lecturer State University of Makassar. Based on the results from validator clear that the system is proper to use, thus agree with the decent category used as tourism information material which is more interesting attractions. This is evidenced by the utilization of android based applications.Kartografi merupakan suatu ilmu dalam pembuatan peta atau globe. Selama ini bidang ilmu kartografi merupakan visualisasi dalam bentuk dua dimensi (2D). Untuk memperbaiki kualitas kartografi tersebut, maka dapat dibuat peta dalam bentuk visualisasi yang menyerupai dunia nyata yakni peta dalam bentuk tiga dimensi (3D). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang peta wisata pantai dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google SketchUp. Perancangan desain peta 3D dilakukan dengan kaidah rekayasa perangkat lunak (software engineering) yang dimulai dari proses perencanaan (planning), modeling (perancangan), dan konstruksi (construction). Google SketchUp merupakan software grafis yang sangat andal dalam membuat suatu desain fisik seperti gedung, rumah, dan lain-lain. Selain mempermudah dalam membangun desain, keunggulan dari Google SketchUp juga mempermudah membangun rancangan 3D yang berguna untuk memberikan kesan yang lebih menarik bila dibandingkana aplikasi yang bersifat abstrak atau 2D. Instrumen validasi ahli dilakukan dengan tiga validator yang ahli dibidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil telaah validator, aplikasi ini dinyatakan layak sehingga memenuhi kategori layak digunakan sebagai bahan informasi objek wisata yang lebih menarik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis android.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain whether there is an influence of online advertising on payment intention and actual use among ShopeePay e-wallet users, to determine whether perceived usefulness affects payment intention among ShopeePay users, and whether online advertising influences perceived usefulness among ShopeePay e-wallet users. Additionally, it seeks to identify and explain whether there is an effect of payment intention on actual use among ShopeePay e-wallet users, and whether perceived usefulness affects actual use of ShopeePay. The methodology involves 250 respondents who use ShopeePay, have seen online advertisements, and are between the ages of 15 to 50. The results indicate that online advertising significantly influences perceived usefulness, and has a significant effect on payment intention and actual use. Likewise, perceived usefulness significantly influences both payment intention and actual use. These findings support previous research on the antecedents of advertising attitudes in the context of social media, confirming that online advertising influences product evaluation, and reinforcing that advertising attitude, product evaluation, and incentives are important factors in determining consumer purchase intentions. Practical implications—these findings are crucial for advertising marketing managers. Online advertising on credible social media platforms and apps increases consumers' purchasing intentions. Advertisers should build a good reputation for the online advertisements they broadcast.

Abstract

The hotel industry in Indonesia faces an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, particularly following the impacts of global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This research explores how strategic innovation contributes to enhancing organizational resilience within the Indonesian hotel industry. The study aims to examine the role of innovation in helping hotels adapt to market volatility and sustain long-term performance. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders from various hotels across Indonesia, including managers and innovation teams. The interviews focused on how strategic innovation is employed to mitigate operational disruptions, respond to shifts in customer preferences, and enhance overall resilience. The findings reveal that strategic innovation, particularly in the areas of digital transformation, service development, and operational efficiency, significantly enhances organizational resilience by enabling hotels to adapt swiftly to changing environments. Moreover, hotels that actively foster an innovation culture and integrate technology-driven solutions demonstrate greater agility and sustainability in their operations. The study concludes that strategic innovation is a vital element for building resilience in the Indonesian hotel industry, offering insights for industry practitioners to improve their adaptive capabilities and ensure long-term competitiveness. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on resilience in the hospitality sector, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia, and suggests further studies to explore the quantitative impact of innovation on organizational performance.

Abstract

Di era digital, berbagai langkah strategis telah diinisiasi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi tata kelola guna menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan sistem digital dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan utama dalam penerapan strategi resiliensi digital, termasuk keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terlatih. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Resiliensi Organisasi yang menjelaskan kemampuan organisasi untuk bertahan dan beradaptasi dalam menghadapi perubahan dan tantangan eksternal. Selain itu, juga digunakan Teori Keamanan Siber yang membahas pengelolaan ancaman terhadap data dan sistem digital dalam konteks tata kelola pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak terkait di pemerintahan di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun langkah-langkah seperti pemeliharaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan integrasi digitalisasi dalam perencanaan jangka panjang telah dilakukan, keterbatasan koordinasi antar lembaga dan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai masih menjadi kendala. Gap teori yang ditemukan adalah minimnya penerapan teori resiliensi organisasi dalam konteks pemerintahan daerah yang memerlukan pendekatan khusus dalam pengelolaan sumber daya digital yang terbatas. Gap riset dalam studi ini terletak pada keterbatasan penelitian terkait penerapan strategi resiliensi digital di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, khususnya di tingkat pemerintahan lokal yang menghadapi tantangan spesifik dalam koordinasi dan alokasi anggaran.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di sekolah membutuhkan pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan terorganisir, tidak hanya berfokus pada kebiasaan membaca, tetapi juga memperhatikan faktor seperti infrastruktur, faktor internal siswa dan guru, serta evaluasi program yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan gerakan literasi di sekolah serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru di SD Negeri Pao Pao, Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur literasi yang memadai, seperti perpustakaan yang lengkap dan sudut baca yang menarik, sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat baca siswa. Selain itu, kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan literasi dan motivasi siswa juga merupakan faktor penting yang mendukung keberhasilan gerakan literasi. Evaluasi program secara berkala diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan menyesuaikan strategi literasi di sekolah.
