Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited availability of interesting reading materials for Pancasila Education. The learning process so far tends to rely on the use of textbooks provided by the government and student worksheets. Schools still show a low level of innovation and tend to be monotonous, resulting in limited student active involvement, with only a small number of students actively participating, while other students have not fully understood the material presented. This study aims to determine the development process, feasibility level, and practicality of BRIGAVI SIPA as a Picture Storybook-Based Learning Media and Videos on Pancasila Symbols and Their Application for Grade I Elementary School. The development was carried out using the ADDIE model through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting products are five picture storybooks and learning videos. The feasibility results show that BRIGAVI SIPA as a learning media is in the very feasible category with a percentage of 95% by media experts, 97% by language experts, and 94% by material experts. The practicality test involved teachers and 16 grade I students, who each obtained a percentage of 91% and 97%, respectively, in the very practical category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational support staff in improving the quality of administrative services for students during the period 2020–2025, a time when schools experienced significant changes due to educational digitalization and the post-pandemic transition. Educational support staff hold a strategic function in ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services such as student data management, new student admissions processes, academic information services, document archiving, and the facilitation of students’ learning needs. High-quality administrative services have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the learning process and the overall student experience at school. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to describe how educational support staff provide services that are fast, accurate, and responsive. The findings indicate that the role of support staff has strengthened through the use of information technology, which streamlines service workflows, although challenges remain in digital literacy, limited facilities, and uneven workload distribution. This study highlights the importance of enhancing staff competencies, strengthening digital-based administrative management systems, and ensuring policy support from schools to create more effective and higher-quality services for students.

Abstract

Emotional problems among students can significantly hinder their social and academic growth, emphasizing the need to foster emotional intelligence during adolescence. This study investigates the low ability of students to recognize and regulate emotions, which affects their adjustment at school. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design was employed. The population included 329 eleventh-grade students at MA Negeri 2 Samarinda, with a purposive sample of six students identified as having low emotional intelligence. Data were collected using The Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) and analyzed through normality and paired sample t-tests. The average pretest score was 37.33, which increased to 71.00 after the group counseling intervention, showing an improvement of 33.67 points. These findings indicate that group counseling services significantly enhance emotional intelligence among eleventh-grade students, helping them better understand, manage, and express their emotions constructively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir di SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai praktik layanan yang dilaksanakan. Sumber data terdiri atas dua guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai informan utama serta enam siswa sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi yang relevan dengan pelaksanaan layanan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan lima tema utama. Pertama, bentuk layanan bimbingan karir yang mencakup layanan klasikal, layanan informasi berbasis media, dan layanan konsultasi individual. Kedua, struktur bimbingan karir yang telah dilaksanakan secara terencana, sistematis, dan terprogram sesuai dengan kebijakan sekolah. Ketiga, strategi guru bimbingan dan konseling yang disesuaikan dengan jenjang dan kebutuhan siswa, penggunaan media pendukung, serta pendekatan interaktif untuk membangun kedekatan dengan siswa. Keempat, respon siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan karir menunjukkan sikap yang sangat positif dan antusias. Kelima, kendala layanan yang meliputi keterbatasan waktu, evaluasi program yang belum optimal, serta stigma negatif terhadap ruang bimbingan dan konseling. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan karir telah berjalan secara terstruktur dan sistematis melalui layanan klasikal, konsultasi individual, dan penyediaan informasi berbasis media. Program disusun berdasarkan Asesmen Kebutuhan Peserta Didik dan didukung keterlibatan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam proses SNBP sebagai layanan instrumental. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penguatan evaluasi dan sosialisasi layanan agar kebermanfaatannya semakin optimal bagi seluruh siswa di sekolah secara berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan pengembangan layanan bimbingan karir di sekolah menengah secara nasional.

Abstract

Media loose part dapat digunakan sebagai alat peraga dan permainan dalam menstimulasi kemampuan membaca permulaan dan kreativitas anak. Selain itu, pentingnya mengenal huruf bagi anak yaitu untuk perkembangan bahasa anak serta langkah awal untuk dapat membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui:(1)penerapan media loose part dalam menstimulasi kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Alifia, (2)faktor penghambat dan pendukung  penerapan media loose part dalam menstimulasi kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Alifia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Subjek Penelitian ini guru dan anak di TK Alifia Samarinda. Objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan media loose part di TK Alifia Samarinda. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui: (1)observasi, (2)wawancara dan (3)dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data ini melalui: (1)pengumpulan data (2)reduksi data, (3)display data, dan (4)penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan media loose part yang telah diterapkan oleh guru sangat membantu untuk menstimulasi kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Alifia Samarinda. Salah satu contohnya pada saat kegiatan menyusun huruf menjadi kata tong Sampah dengan topic pembelajaran  alat kebersihan, media loose part yang telah disiapkan guru berupa kertas hvs dan potongan huruf-huruf, anak Sudah mampu mencari huruf Dan menyusun dikertas hvs membentuk kata tong sampah. Faktor penghambat pada saat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media loose part guru mengalami kendala yaitu bahan yang cepat rusak seperti kardus Dan bahan tidak tahan lama seperti biji-bijian yang mudah berjamur. Serta faktor pendukung dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media loose part, yaitu guru menggunakan bahan yang tersedia dilingkungan yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan, tidak mengeluarkan biaya seperti botol bekas dan plastik bekas snack.
