Abstract

 The author’s background raised the title of this thesis to fine out the suitability of the theory and the reality contained in the community against the implementation of the KB Village in Inrello Village Keera District Wajo Regency. The type or research method used is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research has three main keys, namely taking facts based on understanding the subject, observing in detail and in depth, and trying to find new theoretical results that are far from existing theories. Qualitative research or better known as field research starts from observation, then conducts interviews with the community, to obtain accurate data. The results showed that: 1). Lack of education is a trigger factor so that people do not understand the purpose of the implementation of the Village of KB in Inrello Village Keera District Wajo Regency. 2). KB Village Inrello Village has had a positive impact in terms of community welfare both in the economic and educational fields. 3). The implementation of the KB Village in Inrello Village is in accordance with Islamic law, where the KB Village is solely for the good and welfare of the community, it’s just that there are still many people who do not understand because they do not see the Qur,anic foundation and often ignore government programs because they maintain their opinions which is considered the most correct.Keywords: Community Understanding, KB Village, Islamic Law.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran adalah menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa, sehingga diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kevalidan dari LKPD berbasis etnosains dengan model discovery learning. Etnosains yang digunkaan mengangkat pembuatan minasarua minuman khas bima yang dihubungkan dalam mata pelajaran IPA materi Unsur, Senyawa, dan Campuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model 4D yang mencakup Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebarluasan) namun dalam penelitian hanya terbatas pada tahap development. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji validitas oleh empat ahli. Aspek uji kevalidan terdiri dari aspek isi, aspek penyajian, aspek bahasa dan aspek tampilan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli mendapatkan skor kevalidan sebesar 0.86 dengan kategori sangat valid. Adapun pada setiap aspek untuk aspek isi mendapatkan skor 0.87 dengan kategori sangat valid, aspek penyajian mendapatkan skor 0.88 dengan kategori sangat valid, aspek bahasa mendapatkan skor 0.79 dengan kategori valid dan aspek tampilan mendapatkan skor 0.89 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan telah valid digunakan dan dapat dilanjutkan pada tahap uji coba dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of helping MSME actors, particularly salted egg MSMEs in Penanae Village, to understand the importance of applying business ethics principles in their operations to create a good business system. This is also important to establish a healthy relationship between MSME actors and consumers. The method offered to partners/UMKM is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLETS conducted door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes discussions on (1) The Role of Ethics in Business for UMKM actors, (2) Benefits of Business for UMKM actors, (3) Application of ethical principles in business activities such as finance, marketing, production, and HR. The results of the education show a change in participants' responses, with a better understanding of attitudes and knowledge regarding business ethics.

Abstract

Growing number of restaurant lead to intense competition in the culinary business. A proper marketing strategy is necessary to win the competition. The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing mix (the product, the price, the place, and the promotion) of purchasing decisions in the Raja Uduk restaurant Pontianak. This research used survey method with the quantitative analysis that is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by soffware LISREL 8.80. The respondents in this study as many as 150 which were taken by accidental sampling. Research results show that the product influence significanty the consumer purchasing decisions with the t-value 2.10 > 1.96. The prices do not affect significantly to consumer purchasing decisions with the t-value 0.49 < 1.96. The place has no affect significantly to consumer purchasing decisions with the t-value 0,23 < 1.96. The promotion influence significantly to consumer purchasing decisions with the t-value 3.09 > 1.96
