Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan bank. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kantor Kas Bank PD. BPR. Sarimadu Cabang Pasir Pengaraian dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan publikasi periode 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2012. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat kecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji keofisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk mnguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Selama periode menunjukkan bahwa penelitian berdistribusi normal. Hal ini menunjukkan data yang tersedia telah memenuhi syarat menggunakan model persamaan regresi linear berganda.Dari hasil uji hipotesis hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa bunga debitur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bank, provisi kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bank, komisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bank. Kemampuan prediksi dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap pendapatan bank dalam penelitian ini sebesar 1,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies undertaken by some shipping companies and shipyard companies to survive and win the competition and through difficult conditions. The research method used is qualitative research with case study approach from some shipping and shipyard companies and with combination of SWOT method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as decision making technique. The findings of the study suggest that all firms are defensive in to maintain their existence up today. AHP analysis shows significant factors to the development of shipyard business is Strength factor by 36.7% and Work Quality factor (20.8%) which is a very important factor compared to other factors. The priority of strategy making according to SWOT analysis is WT strategy (3.84 points) whereas according to AHP it is WO strategy (87.35 points) but both are strategies to minimize weakness.

Abstract

The leadership of a ship captain is often a philosophy or role model that is ideally used for professional leaders and family leaders. As we often hear, a leader is commonly related to a boat captain who leads a fleet across a vast sea to the dock, with the power to control the steering wheel. The purpose of this study is to explore the character of the captain's leadership on a ship that can be taken as a leadership philosophy in general. The research method used was a phenomenological approach since the problems studied involve problems that developed in the life of the captain. The phenomenology approach is one of the qualitative method approaches. Broadly speaking, leadership on board represents the ability to gain respect and authority from the crew. On the ship, leadership is a requirement for the growth of the organization of crew activities. In the shipping industry, there is a constant need to identify and nurture future leaders who have the potential to excel in critical leadership roles on board.

Abstract

UUD 1945 menjunjung tinggi persamaan kedudukan di depan hukum, termasuk dalam hal pemenuhan hak atas Bantuan Hukum bagi masyarakat miskin. Secara normatif pengaturan Bantuan Hukum dimuat dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum, salah satu implementasinya adalah penyelenggaraan Bantuan Hukum di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji mengapa akses keadilan melalui Pemberi Bantuan Hukum di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat belum terpenuhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiolegal (sociolegal research) dengan jenis data kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Sub Bidang Penyuluhan dan Bantuan Hukum Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Kalimantan Barat serta anggota dan paralegal Pemberi Bantuan Hukum Terverifikasi dan Terakreditasi; dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Pemberi Bantuan Hukum di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat masih sangat minim dimana keseluruhan hanya berjumlah 5 (lima) Pemberi Bantuan Hukum dan hanya tersebar di 4 (empat) daerah kabupaten/kota sementara keseluruhan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat berjumlah 14 (empat belas) daerah kabupaten/kota. Dengan minimnya keberadaan Pemberi Bantuan Hukum ini sementara kebutuhan masyarakat miskin untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dalam menghadapi perkara hukum akan mustahil dapat terwujud dengan maksimal. Pada akhirnya, masyarakat miskin di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dalam mengakses keadilan menjadi terbatas.

Abstract

Fostering the legal awareness is a current social change demand as part of government attention and promotion in various development efforts. Therefore, the establishment of a new legal product will become a reality if supported by the society members legal awareness. Legal awareness is the basis of the implementation of the law and it related to legal culture closely. Building the society legal culture should be oriented for the efforts to instill, promote and institutionalize the values underlying the law that require legal communication. The current legal counseling are required not just to do with the formal legal approach, but it can be done through a social marketing approach that more responsive in dynamics of change and the need for legal information in each segment of society.

Abstract

Pengabaian penghitungan social economic cost dalam pembentukan undang-undang menjadi salah satu belum dapat terealisasikannya undang-undang yang sudah disahkan secara efektif dan efisien. Melalui metode deep interview dan library research dikaji permasalahan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengabaian penghitungan social economic cost dalam pembentukan undang-undang. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan belum secara tegas mengatur keharusan menghitung social economic cost dalam pembentukan undang-undang. Selain itu, pengabaian penghitungan social economic cost dalam pembentukan undang-undang dipengaruhi oleh pengutamaan kualitas daripada kuantitas, belum mengutamakan efisiensi dan dominansi kepentingan.

Abstract

Hydroponic cultivation of melon plants with a fertigation system using ground water is one of the cultivation technologies that is expected to improve the quality and production of crops. Fertigation technology (fertilizer and irrigation) using autopot is an irrigation system allow to provide irrigation water by self-watering system by not using electric power so that the fertigation system is more efficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the impact of groundwater quality on the quality of melon (Cucumis melo L.) plants. The research method used is descriptive method. The quality parameters of the melon used in this study were water content, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash, vitamin C and sweetness (% brix). The results of research on ground water quality show that the quality of ground water used is included in the category of non-polluted, which means that the water has good quality. The results showed the quality of melon has an average value of 95.19% fruit water content, 1.99% carbohydrate content, 1.37% protein content, 0.88% fat content, 0.57% ash content, vitamin C 6 , 91%, and total dissolved solids (sweetness) 9.4 0brix. The quality of the melon is classified as low quality according to SNI 7883-2013. The results of the ground water quality and the quality of the melon shows if the ground water affects the quality of the melon plants.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the potential and impact of integrating the science of Islamic propagation (Ilmu Dakwah) within the context of Islamic Community Development (Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam - PMI) in a Community Development approach. It explores the fundamental concepts of Ilmu Dakwah PMI and Community Development and investigates how their integration can bring about positive change within Muslim communities. The study identifies several benefits, including increased community participation, sustainable development, and enhanced religious understanding, but also highlights challenges such as resistance to change, conflicting interpretations of religion, and logistical aspects in implementation. Additionally, it underscores the significance of a deep understanding of social and cultural contexts, as well as the role of information technology, especially social media, in the success of this integration. This research demonstrates how the integration of Ilmu Dakwah PMI with Community Development combines Islamic values, propagation methods, and community development principles to enhance the quality of life for Muslim communities. The advantages of this integration include increased community participation, sustainable development, and a better understanding of religion. However, challenges such as resistance to change, conflicting interpretations of religion, and logistical aspects must be addressed. A deep understanding of local culture and the effective use of information technology, particularly social media, also play pivotal roles in the success of this integration.

Abstract

This study underscores the pivotal role of applied maritime education in driving the transformation of logistics through the Automatic Identification System (AIS) in Islamic countries. By integrating AIS technology, which enables real-time vessel tracking and monitoring, this research employs a multifaceted approach encompassing literature review, surveys, data analysis, and case studies to assess the current state of maritime education and AIS implementation. The findings emphasize the significance of specialized AIS curricula within maritime education programs and the importance of modern training facilities for fostering practical expertise in AIS technology and logistics management. Collaborative efforts among Islamic countries in curriculum development and facility investments are identified as essential to enhance maritime education's role in AIS transformation. This regional cooperation can facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and research, ultimately elevating maritime education standards and global competitiveness while nurturing a more skilled maritime workforce. In conclusion, regional cooperation and investment in modern training facilities are key to unlocking the potential of maritime education, promoting safer and more efficient maritime operations, and driving economic growth and security in Islamic countries.

Abstract

Abstrack: Cash waqf is a type of productive waqf that is currently in demand by the public with a system that makes it easier for people to donate waqf. Obstacles to developing cash waqf include the lack of public understanding about cash waqf and the challenges of developing the value of cash waqf. The aim of this research is to explain the scope of cash waqf, to find out contemporary and safe cash waqf development programs. This method uses qualitative research with library research analysis where information and data are collected with the help of various kinds of materials in the library such as reference books, results of similar previous research, articles, notes, and various journals related to the problem you want to solve. The results of this research are that cash waqf has the potential to have high beneficial value for the people. LKS-PWU as the cash waqf nazhir is responsible for managing and developing cash waqf. In terms of waqf management, management money must be based on Government Regulation Number 42 of 2006 Clause 48. Keywords:
