Abstract

Companies need to make efficiency in order to get maximum profits, companies need to make production costs efficient, this can be done by using a management information system. This research investigates the influence of Just in time and product quality on management information systems. Also investigate whether management information systems are a good intervening variable in the relationship between research variables. This study conducted a survey of employees at UD Karya Logam Sidoarjo. Using saturated sampling method on 46 respondents. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that Just in time and product quality make a positive contribution to management information systems. Research also proves that management information systems mediate the relationship between Just in time and product quality on production cost efficiency. This study contributes to management theory by using the framework of management information systems and cost efficiency.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة نتائج استيعاب الإملاء ونتيجة الطلاب في علم الصرف في مؤسسة BISA عبر وتسأب، ولمعرفة العلاقة بين استيعاب الإملاء ونتيجة الطلاب في علم الصرف في مؤسسة BISA عبر وتسأب. والمنهج المستخدمة هو البحث الميداني الكمي بالنوع العلاقي والطريقة المستعملة هي طريقة إحصائية برمز ضرب غير عزمي (Spearman Rank). والنتيجة من هذا البحث هي أن كفاءة الطلاب في استيعاب الإملاء في مؤسسة BISA عبر وتسأب هي بالمتوسط 86 وتكون في صنف "جيد جدا"، ونتيجة الطلاب في علم الصرف بالمتوسط 80,42 وتكون في صنف "جيد جدا"، أما نتيجة العلاقة بين استيعاب الإملاء ونتيجة الطلاب في علم الصرف في مؤسسة BISA عبر وتسأب هي 0,328 وهي في الفصيلة 0,26 – 0،50 تدل على أن بينهما العلاقة معتدلة على شكل إيجابي.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonistic lifestyle, financial technology (fintech), and financial literacy on household financial management among housewives in the Kenjeran RW 10 area of Surabaya. The research uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with Amos 24 software and primary data collected through a Google Form-based questionnaire. The results of the study show that hedonistic lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant impact on financial management. Financial literacy also significantly affects financial management, with hedonistic lifestyle influencing financial management indirectly through financial literacy as an intervening variable. However, financial technology (fintech) does not show a significant impact on either financial literacy or financial management, both directly and indirectly. This may be due to a lack of education on the use and benefits of fintech among housewives. This research provides insights into the importance of financial literacy in managing household finances and avoiding a hedonistic lifestyle, and suggests the need for further education on fintech.

Abstract

This Research Has The Purpose Of Analyzing The Effect Of Debt Management, Receivables Management, And Inventory Management On Company Profitability With Cash Flow As An Intervening Variable. The Techniques Applied Include Quantitative Descriptive Research Design, With Statistics Taken Through The Annual Reports Of Health Sub-Sector Companies Listed On The Stock Exchange! Indonesia During The Period Of 2019 To 2022. The Research Population Consists Of 12 Companies, With Samples Obtained By The Purposive Sampling Method, So That 5 Companies Are Obtained For The Object Of The Research. The Research Results State That Inventory Management Has A Significant Influence On Profitability, While Debt Management And Receivables Management Do Not Show A Significant Influence On Profitability Or Cash Flow. In Addition, Cash Flow Does Not Work As A Significant Intervening Variable In The Relationship Between Debt, Receivable, And Inventory Management On Profitability. This Finding Indicates That Efficient Inventory Management Can Improve Cash Flow And, In Turn, Contribute To The Company's Profitability. However, Less-Off Debt And Receivable Management Can Hinder The Company's Profit Potential. This Research Provides Important Implications For Company Management In The Health Sub-Sector To Focus More On Inventory And Cash Flow Management To Improve Financial Performance. In Addition, The Results Of This Research Also Show The Need For A More Holistic Strategy In Financial Management, Which Does Not Only Focus On One Aspect, But Also Integrates Debt, Receivable, And Inventory Management Effectively. Thus, Companies Can Achieve Better And Sustainable Profitability In The Future.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had both positive and negative impacts on society, especially teenagers. One of the emerging threats is Narcolemma (Narcotics Through the Eyes), namely exposure to negative content through digital devices that can influence teenagers' thought patterns and behavior. Content that promotes narcotics, free lifestyles and destructive actions is increasingly easily accessed via social media and the internet without adequate supervision. Therefore, Ekasakti University and its team carry out community service activities with the aim of increasing youth awareness and understanding regarding the dangers of narcotics and building digital resilience. The method used in this activity is digital literacy-based counseling and education. Some of the activities carried out include seminars and interactive discussions, training for parents and educators, creating educational media, and establishing Digital Anti-Narcolemma Ambassadors. The results of the activity show that teenagers have become more aware of the negative impacts of dangerous digital content and are able to filter information more wisely. Apart from that, the participation of parents and teachers also contributes to creating a safer environment for teenagers when using technology. The sustainability of this program is realized through collaboration with various parties, including educational institutions, youth communities and government agencies. With this activity, it is hoped that the younger generation will be smarter, wiser and more responsible in facing the digital era and distance themselves from the negative influence of Narcolemma.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari sebuah perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode balance scorecard dari perspektif keuangan,perspektif pelanggan,perspektif proses internal bisnis ,dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah sumber primer yaitu data yang diolah dari annual report dan literatur lain sebagai sumber sekunder. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan balance scorecard didapatkan dari perspektif keuangan bahwa rasio asset bahwa perusahaan mampu membayar kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan, didapatkan bahwa pelanggan mendapatkan kepuasan yang tinggi pada tahun 2017. Berdasarkan perspektif internal bisnis didapatkan bahwa perusahaan masih mampu untuk bertransaksi dengan jumlah penjualan yang lebih besar dari pembelian. Sedangkan, menurut perspektif pelatihan dan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa banyak karyawan yang dilatih namun jumlah karyawan menurun dibanding tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang dapat diakses melalui website resmi www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 17 perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menghasilkan 10 sampel perusahaan keuangan sub sektor asuransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat program dari aplikasi Partial Least Squares (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Current developments in technology and mobility have encouraged humans to innovate and create means of transportation that are energy efficient, environmentally friendly and can reduce dependence on fuel oil which will eventually run out. The aim of this research is to design, make and find out how an electric bicycle works/system using a generator, battery and electric motor as a driving source, then to find out the amount of power output from the generator and find out the rotation speed of the motor with a load. different ones. Environmental information, Electrical energy consumption information, Rider weight information, Evaluating, Documentation. There are two performance criteria for this electric bicycle, namely analyzing the electrical energy of this electric bicycle by testing performance with varying road conditions, load and speed. This test method includes testing equipment and the testing stages carried out. In this test the data taken is about electrical energy consumption on an electric bicycle with 3 batteries with a voltage of 12v combined into one, power consumption information can be seen with a tool that called a watt meter which is connected to the three batteries. There are 3 riders with different weights or loads with the same distance traveled so that comparisons can be made with different weight variations. get voltage results that are not much different from the current consumption needed for an electric bicycle to run or function with a power consumption of 23.4 w. and the power output when testing without load reaches 23.9 w. With this trial, we can find out the power performance of electric bicycles on horizontal and uphill road conditions

Abstract

Braking failure due to overheating is more common in electric bicycles used for long distance travel or in hilly areas. This study prompted manufacturers to develop more effective cooling systems for brakes. (Study from the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC)), the objectives of this research are as follows: To find out how to make a drum brake braking system on an electric bicycle using Arduiono Uno R3 as a teaching tool to understand the function and workings of the system, To detect braking temperature and provide a warning system. This research is generally research that aims to develop a media. The appropriate research method for this research is the Research and Development Method or also known as Research and Development (R&D)". Based on the test results, it shows that in the process of three tests with a distance of 1 km, speed of 11 km/hour, 13 km/hour, 15 km/hour and the same load, namely 80 kg. The braking temperature is still safe with a maximum temperature of 26°C. The buzzer and LED lights do not turn on, because the temperature limit is 40°C on the Arduino Uno R3 Braking temperature using the Arduino Uno R3 based electric bicycle drum brake works optimally according to a predetermined program and is safe to use. Designing the drum brake braking system on an Arduino Uno R3 based electric bicycle involves several important stages to ensure the system can function properly. Planning and concept design, namely identifying needs, determining the functions and components needed such as temperature sensors, LCD screens, LED lights, resistors, buzzers, temperature modules, batteries, jumper cables, breadboard and Arduino Uno R3 as the brain of the microcontroller system. Coding and testing is coding the Arduino program to detect temperature, receive input from sensors, and set temperature limits. Tests carry out comprehensive system testing, including LCD screen tests, LED tests, buzzer tests and sensor tests to detect heat temperatures
