Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers often face obstacles, such as limited training, minimal access to technology-based resources, and high administrative burdens. This analysis aims to identify the main obstacles and provide strategies to improve the competence of PAI teachers in Senior High Schools (SMA). The analysis was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review [SLR] method with the PRISMA approach. A total of 25 relevant scientific articles from leading databases, such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science, published between 2018–2024 were analyzed in depth. The results of the analysis show that the obstacles faced by PAI teachers are the lack of practice-based training, limited digital learning resources, and low institutional support in adopting modern technology. Strategies that have proven effective in overcoming these obstacles include the development of practice-based training programs, the use of digital learning media, and the formation of learning communities to improve collaboration between teachers. Improving the competence of PAI teachers has a significant positive impact, such as increased student engagement in learning, stronger internalization of Islamic values, and the adoption of innovative learning methods that are relevant to student needs. This analysis provides an important contribution in designing policies and programs to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers that focus on technology integration and professional collaboration. The implications of these findings can support education providers in creating a sustainable and more effective learning ecosystem, so that it can improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at the high school level and have a positive impact on the formation of student character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the duties and roles of religious counselors in improving the religious integrity of adolescents. This research was conducted in Bengkulu City, where in this area there is still a lack of religious integrity among teenagers. The data collection technique was carried out using the literature review research method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh growth opportunity, debt covenant, dan political cost terhadap konservatisme akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan. Sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan dengan kriteria tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan dan tahunan secara konsisten dengan jumlah data yang dikumpulkan selama 5 tahun sebanyak 45 data untuk setiap variabel. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda. Dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22, hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji T menunjukkan bahwa growth opportunity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, debt covenant berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, dan political cost berpengaruh positif signifikan. efek pada konservatisme akuntansi.

Abstract

Quality of life is important to be recognized and Indonesia, as a developing country, has experienced the increment in the geriatric population from year to year. With this increment, the problems in the geriatric population and the number of the nursing home occupancy are also increasing simultaneously. One of the problems commonly affecting the geriatric population is sleep deprivation. The aim of this study is to find a relationship between the sleep pattern and the quality of life in the elderly in nursing home. This was an observational study with cross sectional design and purposive sampling method. There were 55 respondents in this study. The coefficient contingency was conducted to analyze the correlation between variables. There was no correlation between the sleep pattern and the geriatric quality of life in nursing home (p=0,582). There was also no correlation between the duration of sleep deprivation and the geriatric quality of life in nursing home (p=0,629). The physical aspect has the strongest correlation with the sleep pattern among the geriatric population in nursing home (r=0,359). The conclusion from this study is that even though there was no correlation between the sleep pattern and the duration of sleep deprivation with the geriatric quality of life in nursing home, the physical aspect among the elderly in nursing home should be considered as an important matter

Abstract

This article provides an empirical review of deaf children. The purpose of this article is to analyze the motor skills of deaf children. This type of research is a literature review where researchers will explore and analyze a number of scientific data taken from Google schoolar stored in Publish or Perish software. The keyword used is deaf children's motor skills. There were a total of 7 articles about deaf children's motor skills. 5 studies explained that gross and fine motor learning can improve deaf children's motor skills, such as fan dancing, Malay dance, sewing, game-based motor learning models in PE learning and independence training models. 2 of the studies discussed the gross motor skills of SLB children in the good category. Based on the results of the literature review, it can be concluded that many activities can be used as a reference to improve the motor skills of deaf children, fine motor and gross motor. The 7 articles prove that all treatments used in the study can generally increase the motor skills of deaf children. Children's motor development will be different for each individual. This is where the task of parents or teachers to train children's motor skills to always develop in various ways. It can be with art or physical activity and exercise.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advances, the scope of operational management is increasingly expanding. In facing global competition, companies must be able to face challenges in their operational management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence organizational performance through operational efficiency and employee productivity. The population used is all employees at PT. XYZ with a total of 107 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample where all members are filled in as samples in the study as many as 107 employees. This study uses the SEM (structure Equation Modeling) method with the AMOS tool. The results of the study indicate that the Work Environment has a significant effect on operational efficiency. Employee productivity, and organizational performance. Human resource management has a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Information systems have a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Operational efficiency has a significant effect on organizational performance. And employee productivity has a significant effect on organizational performance.

أغراضه معرفة العلاقة بين رفع الصوت أثناء أنشطة اللغة العربية واستيعاب المفردات في الفصل الأول المتوسط بمعهد محمدية كولا مادو لانجكات سومطرة شمالية. والمنهج المستخدم هو البحث الميداني الكمي بالنوع العلاقي, والطريقة المستعملة هي طريقة إحصائية برمز (spearman rank) وآدوات البحث هي المقابلة والملاحظة والإستبيان و جمع البيانات نتيجة الإختبار .والنتيجة من هذا البحث هي ليس هناك علاقة بين رفع الصوت أثناء أنشطة اللغة العربية واستيعاب المفردات في الفصل الأول المتوسط بمعهد محمدية كولا مادو. من اختبار علاقي بين المتغيرين هي ضعيف جدا. النتيجة rxy =0,05- والنتيجة rجدول في مدى الهام 5%= 0,279. أن النتيجة rxy أصغر من r جدول فيكون Ha مردود و Ho مقبول, مقصوده أن ليس فيه علاقة رفع الصوت أثناء أنشطة اللغة العربية واستيعاب المفردات في الفصل الأول المتوسط بمعهد محمدية كولا مادو عم الدرسي 2023-2024.

Abstract

Regional tourism development is a crucial strategy for driving local economic growth and preserving cultural heritage. However, field conditions often reveal that policy implementation does not always proceed optimally. The Sekarsari Bathing Area in Mojokerto City is one of the tourism sites targeted by development policies, yet it has not demonstrated significant impact on community welfare or tourism attractiveness. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of regional tourism development policies at the Sekarsari site using William N. Dunn’s policy evaluation theory, which includes six criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis from various stakeholders such as the tourism office, site managers, local businesses, and community members. The research instruments were developed flexibly and iteratively according to field dynamics. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in an interactive manner. The findings reveal that the tourism development policy at Sekarsari has not yet yielded optimal outcomes. The main weaknesses lie in the lack of community participation, uneven distribution of economic benefits, and limited innovation and promotion. Although there have been improvements in basic infrastructure and a modest increase in visitor numbers, the policy has not been fully responsive to local needs. In conclusion, the current policy does not fully meet Dunn’s six evaluation criteria and requires revisions in both strategic planning and technical implementation. This study recommends that future tourism policies be more community-based, inclusive, and adaptive to local contexts. For future research, a mixed-methods approach involving quantitative and geospatial analysis is suggested to strengthen comprehensive evaluative evidence.

Abstract

The quality of biometric solution products needs special attention. This is based on complaints submitted by consumers. Following up on these complaints, research needs to be conducted to find out how consumers feel about biometric solution products, find the root of the problem that affects product quality, and also find solutions that can be done to maintain the quality of this biometric solution product. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach at a biometric solution provider company. The research sample is a biometric solution product produced from July 2023 to March 2025. The collaborative application of the Statistical Process Control and Root Cause Analysis methods is used to determine whether product damage is still within control limits and also to determine the main causes of the decline in product quality. The results of the study showed that the reported product damage reached 23.6%, which exceeds the maximum product damage standard determined by management, which is 10%. Although the product damage exceeds the maximum standard, the results of calculations using the control chart show that the damage is still within normal control limits. However, several factors causing product quality problems are determined by human factors, materials, methods and measurements. The lack of technical capabilities and technical documentation from the Research and Development team shows a major influence on the problems that occur. Improvement steps can be taken through improving Research and Development procedures, completeness of technical documentation, and increasing the technical capabilities of the Research and Development team.
